Hello wise community,I am attempting to pull the links to our course using the course API. IT doesn’t return the course link, only the link to the location.Does anyone know a way to grab all the course links? Thanks!

Hi all,I want to create a contest in which users would recommend courses/ learning plans to engage their peers for learning.the user with the most recommendations (and likes) gets a first place badge. what would be the best practice to develop this kind of a discussion board/ forum/ Q&A section? the recommendation would probably be a link to the course. Thanks!

Hello all. I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction.  I am trying to leverage Docebo Connect to cycle some of the single transaction API endpoints.  I have been through all of the Docebo University courses related to Connect - and I’m still clueless on how to actually make this work.  This seems like something a LOT of us are trying to do (figure out a way to automate bulk actions where the platform lacks out-of-the-box functionality. Are there other resources somewhere that you can get step by step instructions for how-to?  I feel like maybe I’m missing information that DU feels is common knowledge and I’m struggling.  If you have resources or know of other external training that could help, please send my way! Thanks!

I can see another unanswered question about custom reports so it may be its just not possible.  Basically I'm struggling to get the custom reports give me what I want.  Ideally these are the reports i want.Weekly report showing me courses scheduled for the next 3 weeks and how many enrolments on each course Courses that are scheduled that have less than 5 enrolments (any time)Possible?  We have monday morning meetings to look at up and coming scheduled courses and it would be good not to have to go through each course one by one to check enrolments etc.

Hello,I would like to send a weekly reminder to those that have not completed a E-learning course. I selected ‘learner has yet to complete the course’ notification. I noticed that it give me two options, after the event or manual. If I set this it up with the event for a weekly time line will it send the notification until the user has completed the course or it will it only send once?

Hello,We have been helping test the Insights tools. We love where this is going. However, we want to be able to customize the data fields used in some of the visualizations. For example: The heatmap (Completions by Group). We love how easy it is to understand this visual. However, we don’t use groups very much and would like to switch out the Group field for a Branch field. Is this something that will be possible in the final product? Thanks,Erin

Hi Everyone, I have reviewed the wide list of questions associated with Observation Checklists but haven’t found what I need, so I am hoping someone out there can help! I am looking to create a checklist to support the training onboarding requirements for newly hired employees. This consists of completing a series of e-learning modules, policy sign-offs etc. I have created the checklist which outlines the list of tasks the new hire needs to completed but I am confused now how to execute this. Here are my issues: Can I link the e-learning courses they need to complete to the checklist some how? I have added the checklist to some courses for testing, but this is just an added training material. It also makes the learners complete the whole checklist and no indicate this is completed… Is there a way to add the check-list to the “Overview” page for learners? This way they can see it right away?  If the best way to present a checklist to new hires is through scheduling - is there a way to

Hi Brains Trust,I have an ILT course that I want users to enrol in the course and when there is a set number enrolled, be notified that the quota has been reached, and then I will create a session to add them to.

Hi - for reasons I need to unAssign a Super Admin access at that level - how do I do this?

Hello. In search of some help on - ILT how to reset training material for new sessions/event?Currently when we create a new session/event and that new session/event is started, the instructor sees the material on the last slide where the previous session/event ended instead of back at the first slide. The instructors have to go into each section of training material page-by-page backing through all of the material to get back to the start.Thank you for your help!

Hi All,  I was wondering whether this was a feature that hasn’t been added yet or whether I haven’t set something up correctly.  I have given my PUs access to do their own custom reporting with this PU profile:  I have also assigned the correct resources to them (branch, learning plans, courses). However when they go to create a custom report. For example, ‘Users - Courses’, in the filters tab, under ‘Course Selection’ they are unable to do a ‘Custom Selection’ even though the course they are trying to select has been assigned to them via the PU page. This is what comes up:  I would have thought that PUs would be able to ‘custom select’ between the courses that have been assigned to them? Otherwise they won’t be able to filter their reports properly and will forever have to run a report on all courses at once.  Has anyone else come across this problem? Have I not set up my PUs correctly? Any help would be much appreciated! 🙂

Does anyone know how to increase the badge size in the email sent from the new badge notification? My badge size is 600 x 600 but in the email letting someone know that they earned a badge, it displays in tiny size and the words are not readable.

I need to change a number of my enrollment rules to exclude a new branch from the rules.  If I change the parameters of a group, is it going to re-run that group and therefore run/assign any enrollment rules to anyone possibly newly added at that point?  I feel like logically there wouldn’t be any new people in the groups from these changes, but I’m just nervous.  We only want to change them moving forward, we don’t want anything from the past changed/affected.

Hi All, my Get Analytics API call return empty string for [nextToken] since 26 Jul 2024. Is anyone have idea why?  The call before 26 Jul works fine and checked the report output have more than 1 page of data (download csv report contain all the records but only api get analytic call do not return the nextToken). The Get API return like this, which is a flag to the api invoke client for next page and subsequent call. But now the flag gone so only able to get 1st page of report data."nextToken": "" Thanks for helping.

Hi, I am trying to work out what a particular field means in a report I have run.I have a run a Users-Courses report to check on completions for my courses. I noticed that there was a column called ‘Number of Sessions’. I am not entirely sure what this indicates. When I looked at the Report Fields I found that there was a section called ‘Usage Statistics’ of which ‘Number of Sessions’ was one of the fields. I have noticed that it is only giving a number for the e-learning sessions. What triggers this number? Do they have to interact with any objects within the session or does simply opening the session trigger the count? Or do I have it completely wrong? If someone could please help me as this could possibly be a useful statistic in regards to usage of our elearnings.Thank you

I want to change an ILT course from a Webinar to a Meeting. I get this message:I am wondering where to go to replace the link with the new generated link coming by saving these new changes.Thank you!

We are using the platform for educations and getting our personal to read and verify documents. When personal goes on parental leave or extended sick leave we deactivate their user account so that they don’t get enrolled into courses and notifications during this time. We need a way to get the enrollment rules to run once the user is reactivated. The enrollment rules for the courses are configured based on the groups that the user is assigned to.Is there a good solution for this ?

Hi,I’m new to Docebo, can someone tell me how to run a report that will show the courses that DO NOT have certificates?  TIA

Hi, is there a way to access an Insights Dashboard when a SuperAdmin leaves? Do we have visibility to all dashboards either in Insights or via API browser? Thanks!

If an observation checklist approver misses an email notification to approve a checklist, is there another way for them to access the checklist and approve it?
