I was able to remove two questions from a course created using the red X. When I go to Test Options and my students still see 12 questions instead of 10 even though the extra 2 questions are blank screens. Snippet below shows that the 12 is greyed out and I cannot change it to 10.

Hello, is it possible you can utilized additional fields when self registering?  For us, it’s important that the user enters a branch code, plus selecting an additional field from either a drop list or predetermined. We have automatic rules setup for users who enter a specific group, along with a specific additional field.thank you,

Hi Docebo Community, does anyone know the limit of the character length for course and session codes? Is it 50 characters? Thanks so much!

My team is looking to make our homepage more personable, is there a way to add a personalized message to the top of a homepage when a user logs in (ex. Welcome [user’s first name])?Assuming there is some code involved, but what widget and shortcut code should be used?

Has anyone found a way to extract the Catalog codes and names from a report? I can’t find a way to get that information other that going into each catalog and noting the information in a spreadsheet of my own making. If the Catalog page worked like the Learning Plans page, I wouldn’t need to do this, but it would still be useful to know how many users frequent particular catalogs.Thank you!

There are parts of the new My Profile that we don’t want visible. I can’t figure out what element to target with CSS. Any ideas?

I want to create a certification “program” that provides a clear learning path for a group of learners to follow, but also allows for some choices in completing the required elements that leads to a specific “certification.”For instance, I want to be able to do the following where A-K are a mix of Learning Plans, E-Learning Courses and Instructor led courses.A+B+((D or E) or (F or G))or(H+I+J)+K = CertificationThis would allow a more consistent global structure, while still allowing for some regional differences in our business.is there a way to do what I described?

Is there documentation on what each of the tools should be able to access?  I’ve been working through the Search User prompts to see what I can get other than enrollments, but if there were details on what fields or equivalent API endpoints it can see it that would be helpful.

We perform sales onboarding every two weeks, and our onboarding track or curriculum is four weeks long.  I’m looking into creating a LP for each week, separately.  My question is, do I have to manually create 4 new LPs (one for each week of onboarding) every two weeks?  Is there not a way to duplicate an LP?  It seems like a lot of work to have to manually create an onboarding curriculum that regularly occurs throughout the year.  How do other organizations handle recurring onboarding curriculums with ILT (VILT) courses, eLearning mods, videos, documents etc.?Thanks for any insight.

Hello, This is probably a silly question, but if a person had two roles, and two managers, but then leaves one of the roles, how do I stop that manager (of the now vacant role) receiving training notifications please?  Thanks in advance.

Reading documentation for Marking attendance of ILT events. When it says “Mark user as attended when they access the recording.” Where is the recording in question? We use Microsoft Teams, so does that mean they have to access the recording in the actual Teams/Microsoft environment? Or is that something we have to host in Docebo?

Hello fellow Docebo admins. What is your approach to making your platform unavailable whilst large scale changes are in progress?I need to prevent user logins (except mine!) for a day whilst we switch over all users to a new IDP and rebrand everything. Best,Marion

Hi EveryoneWhen setting up a virtual ILT session/event using an external training provider’s MS Teams linkI know in the past Learners have been able to see a live countdown when they accessed the course tile on their My Learning page and the JOIN button would appear based on a timescale set by me.I have just set up some vILT sessions/events for next week but when I login as one of the Learners to check that everything looks as it should, there is no countdown. How soon before the start of the vILT session/event does the countdown become visible to Learners please?I plan to send out instructions on how to access a vILT as this will be a new experience for all the Learners but didn’t want to mention the countdown if it is not visible to them. Many thanksSarah

Everytime I am going into the platform and my browser refreshes. I am dismissing 3 modal popups now - reminding me about configuring the AI and the new navigation experience.Um - I refresh my browser often? And the 3 dismissing clicks are literally slowing me down.Yes this is belly aching - but I mean really????? 3 modal popups every single time a browser window refreshes with Docebo opening for a superadmin????

I have a question about Learning Evaluations (LEs) for ILTs with multiple sessions. If I create an LE and add it only to the ILT course, but don't go into each individual session and add it there as a requirement to complete the session, will the LE automatically be sent to learners after they complete their session?Or do I need to add the LE to each session individually for learners to receive it after the session is completed? We are only interested to survey the ILT at course level not each session.

We recently went live with our Docebo environment, and I have been running into an issue with my Power Users and their ability to view insight dashboards. I have set up a Power User profile for my users that have the ability to view insights and nothing more. (No other PU permissions)I also assigned them their individual groups as resources. I am getting an error that says “You can’t access this visual because the data is restricted. Contact the dataset owner to update the row-level security rules.” I did see in the Help Center articles that it can take up to 24 hours for permissions to fully apply to users after their initial login, but it has been over 72 hours for many of my power users. I had received this same issue with a test power user I created, but that test user has the ability to see all of my branches instead of a specific group. Is there something I’ve missed with a branch or group setting?

Hi everyone,I am looking for some advice on how others have approached this in Docebo.I have created a dedicated landing page/catalog for each product group, and users access these pages from a central landing page using custom widgets. Visibility is controlled through branches. The challenge I'm running into is that each landing page also needs to be added to the menu. If I remove a page from the menu, users get a 403 Forbidden error when they try to access it from a widget, even though the link itself is correct. As we continue to add more product groups, the menu is getting longer and longer, even though I don't actually expect users to navigate using the menu. I would prefer them to use the central landing page instead.Has anyone found a cleaner way to handle this? Is it possible to keep a page accessible through a widget or direct link without displaying it in the menu? How do you manage navigation when you have lots of product-specific landing pages? Are there any best practice

I'm looking for an efficient way to identify where User Additional Fields are being used throughout Docebo, as they can be referenced across groups, catalog visibility rules, enrollments, and other platform configurations.I'm trying to avoid manually reviewing every group, catalog, and configuration individually, which can become very time-consuming.Is there a way to audit or report on where a specific User Additional Field is being used across the platform or a recommended best practice for tracking these dependencies?

Hi everyone! I was having trouble finding this in the community posts so was hoping to post here.We use the Docebo register forms on our site if anyone wants to create a new student profile. We are starting to drive more external traffic to drive registrations and use UTMs to track everything, but we lose visibility once they hit the site. Our teams would also like to send any UTM data back into our marketing automation platform, i.e. Marketo.Does Docebo track UTMs from form submissions, especially from the register forms? If it’s not native, is there a way to build that via custom fields so that we’re getting that data on the user level?  Anyone have experience sending that UTM level data on the person back to Marketo? We have Docebo Connect so we can built it out, but would love any pointers.

Hi all! New to Docebo here. I am trying to find a way that we can set up the weekly Digest so that certain courses and Learning Plan reminders are sent to users who are enrolled. But those reminders are NOT sent to anyone who self-enrolled, they are only sent to users who were assigned a course as part of a required Learning Plan. Is this possible?

We'd like to start implementing the "Learner Has Yet to Complete a Course" notification, but we're unsure how it behaves for existing enrollments. If we add this notification to a course today, will it also be sent to users who were enrolled in the course previously (for example, users enrolled two years ago whose enrollment status is still In Progress)?Or will the notification only apply to users who are enrolled in the course after the notification has been configured? We're trying to understand whether enabling this notification could trigger emails to existing in-progress learners or if it will only affect future enrollments.

Hello, We have not turned Harmony on yet in production, but are beginning to test things in the Sandbox and have a few questions. Will there be data/insights available on popular search terms or results via Harmony Search?  As an admin I can see my own search history, but it would be great to see what our users are searching on to better inform our training content / organization of material. Beyond the thumbs up / thumbs down, is there a way an admin can influence the responses given?  For example, while the steps Harmony gave me as an answer were correct, the video it listed as a reference was not one I would want to be suggested, so I’d like to tell the system your steps were right, but there is a better video to call out in the results. Can we force which courses/videos Harmony lists to reference?  I’m thinking it would be nice if we could input a list of the courses it should search thru first, and then a second tier, and so on.  We have a few courses that cover some of the same co

For an ILT course, if the course completion rule is set as ‘Percentage based: 75%’ (The course is marked as completed when the learner completes at least [n] % of the sessions in which they are enrolled), session completion rule: Training Material based (The session is marked as completed when the learner completes the Test training material). Event Attendance option: Mark the event as attended when the user joins the webinarMark the event as attended if the user accesses the recordingsWe are adding the recording of the session as a training material in the course. Now if a learner was not able to attend the live session and watches the recording of the session (which is added as training material) then how attendance is marked for those users. Additionally, if the recording of a session is added in recording section of session, is it possible to track the users who watched the recording?(Note: We are hosting webinars on Google meet, which is not integrated with Docebo)Event Attendance

Hi. I am hosting an external eLearning module in my LMS but the course does not bookmark. Is there a setting in Docebo where I can do this or is it part of the set up in the course itself which I don’t have access to?  Thanks

Hi Docebo Community,We have a field called Project Manager, that captures names, I am trying to use this field in a report I’m building but is it not showing as an option. Any idea what could be causing this? I’m not sure how to check if this field came with our account my default, as I don’t see it listed under the Additional Fields.Thank You!
