Solved

I’m not sure if anyone has something like what we are trying to accomplish; however, here is are challenge.  We trying to use the Sequential Learning Experience by having our New Hires Employees see the new hire page.  However, we have multiple companies in branches and then we have the groups.  What I have done was the following:Created groups for each company, one for current employees and one for new hire employees, using the “hire date” as the eligibility Created a page for each of the companies and a page for the New Hire employees, with the New Hire menu at the top of the list on the menu page. I have set up auto-enrollment based on the NHL groupsI’m stuck as, for whatever reason, I cannot get the New Hire employee page to show for those new hires only.  It automatically defaults to their company page.  Any help and suggestions would be great.

Hi team -We are rolling the My Team feature out to thousands of users. The problem is, under Reports, we have no need for the Users - Certifications report and would consider it confusing because our certifications are not provided by Docebo but are actual proctored exams issued by another vendor. Therefore, we want to hide it! Is this possible via CSS?

We are looking at implementing possibly several new webinar series and I’m looking for best practice advice, the “clicky clicky” on how to set it up I can figure out for myself.  What I want to avoid is the “dang I wish I had done that differently” hard lesson learned, by learning from you.We are planning 2 series:1 monthly “Lunch & Learn” series that covers the software updates in our proprietary business programoffered only once a month to a closed group (pre-registered) We would like to be able to add handouts or resources as needed. I’m thinking this can be one course The second will be a weekly, 15 minute bites of learningOffered weekly Optional Open to all employees Short topics to become more efficient, professional and confident This could include anything from tricks in MS Office, Phone system, Asking questions in our University (Ask an Expert), Google Search Pro tips, time management, etc. Since this one is more all over the place, I don’t know if I should break it into

Has anyone matrixed out the ILT Course and enrollment statuses by the user performing the action and the admin performing the action, and then also with how that status shows in reporting? We are seeing differences in the course enrollment status if a user enrolls/unenrolls vs the admin doing it through the enrollment screen.  And then in reporting on this course, there is still the ‘Subscribed’ status which has been deprecated from the course management screen. We have a user that has enrolled into a course and session, shows in progress, and then unenrolled from the session yet still remains in progress instead of reverting back to enrolled which is what they should have since there is no longer a session enrollment.  There is no training material associated with this ILT course

Hello Fellow Admins, I noticed we have a suspended status option available for course enrollments. What is the use case for this status? Should this be used when archiving courses for learners who did not complete the course? What do you use it for at your company? Thanks!

I used Adobe Captivate to set up a course, published it.  It was added to central repository, assigned to a course and put in a learning plan. When I access the learning plan and play through the course, I can take the entire thing but the Docebo progress bar never shows it is as “complete”.  I only see “in progress” and “pick up where you left off learning”.Has anyone experienced this and have a solution?  I want to make sure our learners are getting credit for learning plans they have completed.  Thanks!

HiIs there a way that the sessions can have an indicator to show how many places are available/remaining for an ILT session? Our sessions have a cap of 8 and it would be great if this can countdown (either with 7/8, 6/8 or x seats available) so that when people are booking they know whcih session will be right for them.We have scenarios where more than one person from a company may want to attend the same session and knowing how many spaces are available will help them to pick the right one.THank you

So I’ve been searching for an endpoint that would let me mark a course as complete and import a score. I am already connected to Docebo through a data ingress API and I have the course ID, student ID, and user name. I can’t find anything on the API endpoint menu (though I am super new at this and probably looking in the wrong place). Any help would be great!

For our ILTs, they are often multiday events and we do not add the recordings to the ILT course after the live session is complete.  Is there a way to hide or disable the Add Recording button for the whole platform or for individual courses?  Can this be done through the Admin menu or CSS? Or any way?

Hello, We need to get a list of users and compare them to the name of their power user profile name, does anyone know if a way we can do this?  Thanks

Hi,I’m trying to see the users enrolled in courses. I’m using the /learn/v1/courses/report endpoint. According to the Response Sample in the API Browser, this data should be included:However, those fields seem to be missing and my returned data starts with idCourse, code, etc.: screenshot of Power Query field selector of returned dataI have superadmin permission. Is there a reason this is missing? Should I be using a different endpoint? Thanks for any insights.

I am looking for input and hints on documenting your Docebo deployments.   Over the past year I have gained more and more functions.    I am looking for hints and ideas, “where to begin” in documenting our current build.  I need to get a hold of plans and designs on everything from branches, groups, catalogs, etc while cleaning up CLOR and others.   Any ideas are very helpful.

Hi all,We are wanting learners to be able to access content from our Public Catalog and actually view material and interact with it without having to log in. You can see in the image below we have this test course we are playing around with. There’s 4 Training Material items listed under Content that we’ve added but you cannot click on anything. We would like to be able to. Basically we want a course for free for the public without enrolling or logging in. Is it possible to do this or will all our interested learners need to create an account just to demo/trial our content?Thank you in advance!

We had an instructor of a course session receive the following error message when she used the direct enrollment link to try to get into the course to log in.  We teach this same course each month, provide the same (direct enrollment link) to all learners and instructors, and have never had this error come up. Anyone know why it did?  Is using the direct enrollment link not recommended for the purpose of entering courses you’re enrolled in as a learner and/or instructor. If not, what do you suggest?

Hello,I can’t seem to allow access to my Power Users into the Reports or New Reports areas from their Admin Menu. Regardless of what permissions I include or Profile modifications I make, when the PU clicks on either option from the Admin Menu they are greeted with the 403 “Forbidden” Error screen.Any tips, recos would be most appreciated!thanks

We offer a 6 month free trial to select customers and my boss would like to know the level of engagement of these customers (how many times they have accessed the platform and how many courses they have enrolled in/completed etc.). Does anyone have any ideas about how I could generate a report showing this data? We don’t use an additional field for the free trial, so the only way to differentiate the users would be the 6 month timespan from creation to expiration which is shorter than the 1 year timespan for paid customers. I’m very much a novice when it comes to reporting, so would appreciate any advice you could give.

Has anyone successfully embedded Instagram on their default page using the iFrame widget? If so, how? We did this years ago (in version 6.0 of Docebo) but now I can’t figure it out again.

Is there anywhere within the course properties that I can see to which notifications the course is assigned?  Currently I look at the notification itself, but it would be helpful to see the information within the course properties.

I’m trying to run a report that will give me the enrollment for a specific session within a course. I know I can run a course summary report but that only gives me the option for a PDF. I need an Excel document. How can I get a report that will tell me what the course summary report does but as an Excel document?

Hi, I’d like to build a link to a User that I can insert into an email. I looked for a User link structure, but can’t find it. Can anyone help with the syntax for a link to a User? Thank you,Scott

I can’t figure out why our certificates are blurry after following the recommended sizing during creation and download from Canva. Has anyone else had problems with this?

What is the virtual lab feature of Learn LMS?I activated it but don’t know how to interact with it.Thanks for the attention.

I have created a Learning Plan for our Management Programme. We have multiple cohorts that go through the sessions together. So for example cohort 1 will always be attended by the same group as will cohort 2 etc. We house all of the session under 1 learning plan but each cohort will be assigned to a different event with separate conferencing links, dates etc). Is there a way that when a user logs into their learning plan they only see their cohort sessions and not any other cohort’s?

Hey everyone, I have 100’s of course catalogs that are unique to groups and power users. Each catalog also has unique learning plans. Has anyone tied an icon or widget within a page to a specific catalog or have ideas on how to address this issue? Right now they have access to their course catalog, but I was trying to streamline things a little.  Thanks, Seth

Hi,Where do I find the Release Schedule for 2023?Thank you in advance.
