  • SALES ENABLEMENT MANAGER is north-east-based and will work remote with travel to offices in Northeast as required. If located close to one of our offices, can absolutely work in an office setting as much as you’d like.
  • ONBOARDING & TRAINING MANAGER is Maryland, DC, VA, or PA-based (Maryland preferred) and will work remote one-week delivering onboarding in Baltimore, MD per month. If located close to one of our offices, can absolutely work in an office setting as much as you’d like.

I'm hiring in a non-tech, mission-driven, purpose-built, service-based company. At Encore Fire Protection we are eager to find the two northeast-based enablement pros who will help us turn Enablement from a 'function' into a competitive advantage. 

🎸 FIELD SALES ENABLEMENT MANAGER
| The Firefighter🔥 | The Coach 🏅
Not looking for someone to build another deck. We need a coach who gets in the weeds. This role is for the enablement guru who knows that real improvement happens in the field and not in a conference room. You'll handle everboarding and change management. You'll deploy to key locations, diagnose what's holding reps back, and coach them through to breakthrough. You'll ridealong on deals, launch targeted sales plays and earn influence through results (not org charts).

You're the one who: turns around locations and people, spots the gap between what sellers know and what they do, and thrives in builder-mode and creates infrastructure that sticks without eating selling-time.

🎤 ONBOARDING & TRAINING MANAGER

New hire onboarding isn't a checklist. It's the foundation of every deal we'll ever close. This role is for the builder, programmatic thinker, and facilitator who knows how to design scalable programs that actually drive sales. You'll own our monthly onboarding cohorts, deliver virtual and in-person training that commands a room, and ensure every new seller understands how we sell at Encore from day one. You're the one who: loves teaching, sweats the details, uses an LMS (Docebo!) like a power tool, and believes structure + repetition = sales excellence.
