Job Summary:
Learning Systems Engineers at Collibra are responsible for
- Manage and optimize our external-facing Learning Management System (LMS) and connected integrations in order to deliver a seamless, high-performance user experience for our global customers.
- Architect and monitor the education data pipeline from the LMS to our data lake in order to ensure high-quality metadata extraction and reporting accuracy for stakeholders.
- Automate core learning operations, including badge issuance and certification enrollments, in order to scale program delivery and reduce manual intervention for the Education team.
- Implement AI-driven solutions and advanced workflows in order to provide deeper customer insights and personalize the learner journey at scale.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical support tickets in order to identify root causes and proactively improve platform stability and user satisfaction.
