Lots of great ideas in the comments! I agree with the coaching, meet-ups, platform customization w/visuals, these will all be really helpful as I move into the next Phase of building our platform. 

I’ll agree with the coaching idea and the sections for coding and templates. I would also like to see a longer search area without having to continue going back and loading more comments every time I get past like the first 10 comments.

I also wish you could search for other users and message other users for networking! 

Like many others, I’d like to be able to track other users with their real names. I know this platform allows the flexibility to create online personas, but since this is a community of professionals, being able to see a post and know a person’s real name would help so much. Even if it was the profile name and near it is the person’s real name. I can remember a real name (or get close to it) and search for that person if I want to connect. Trying to remember LMSAdMiNTX is trickier.

I love the above idea of a Buddy System for new users, as it can be quite overwhelming! And I also really like the idea of the “DIY” shortcuts and workaround area as well, as this is something we are coming across a lot.

I definitely like the idea of connecting people from similar sized organizations, or even organizations that focus on internal learning events and needs versus those who are focused on external (selling) learning events and materials.  Our organization focuses on internal learning, so the ability to network on work with those focused on internal onboarding, skills and competency learning, as well as leadership learning would be fantastic!

Great ideas! I love all of them. I don’t tend to use the Discussion topics to find specific things. Search bar is my best friend and I find what I need and leave. It would be cool to have a weekly summary email with trending posts in different discussion topics. There is so much information here. I do feel like I’m missing so many good nuggets but I don’t have time to search through the topics on a regular basis!

A lot of people have said this but more networking opportunities especially in UK. I haven't seen any and  I do feel Docebo are missing a trick here.

I’ve seen several answer about expanding the Community beyond just online.  The regional get togethers are not in my region but I know there are others in the midwest for me to connect with. 

Would echo here as well: 

1. Regional Get togthers hosted by Doceob or just individuals 
2. Coaching ideas - highlight someone selected that does a great job at X to show us how. Could leverage presenters from Inspire 
3. Better Searching. 

Would also love to see content archived that new product updates have replaced the need for a more manual approach. When I was setting up my instance, I found discussions on how to set something up from 2 or 3 years ago. I would try to go and do it only to find out it wasn’t possible as feature had been released to take care of it. Not a bad problem to have, but could be a better experience.

Building on it, it would be great if we could connect with other users in a given industry. For example, I work for a Public Accounting Firm. I’d love to connect with other Docebo customers whose end-users are CPAs, so that I can pick their brains on how they leverage Docebo for the highly-regulated continuing professional education that accounts need to earn each year. 

Agreed! I’d love to see some of the Professional Services team do a deep dive into things like Connect, APIs, CSS, Pages and Menus, etc.

I like the DU Live sessions, but I’ve been craving some more “hands on”/”square one” training on these topics. 

I really enjoy this community and wishes are few… a tagging system to help with searching for articles easier and easier access to see what badges I could earn and how. The rest seems to be covered by others here. Happy Birthday to Docebo Community and Me :) 

As someone else mentioned, I’d like to see Docebo follow up on topics that didn’t generate responses. There’s nothing worse than searching for posts about a specific problem, finding a post with a relevant question, and then realizing there were never any answers.

I would love it if there were some sidebar feeds on things like the most commented on threads, the latest ideas to be added/promoted on the roadmap.

It’d also be great if this was available as an app - so much easier to check the feeds and ideas in my spare minutes.

• Regional events (Montreal!)
• Online learning hours, specifically centered around page design and providing codes we can tweak to help elevate our pages.
• Sharing templates or codes (echoing another member’s response)
• Maybe a section dedicated for members using the LMS for external purposes instead of internal since it seems the majority of users have internal(HR) uses for their LMS.

It’d be great to be able to “save” certain posts or replies, to make it easier to find them again later. Yes. I can bookmark the direct link or else make a note of it somewhere, but I’d much prefer to click a dedicated button (next to “Like” and “Quote”), and then be able to see all my saved posts in one place under my profile.

Being able to find users in the community with similar use cases would be great.
