These results are from the week of April 4-8. Well...this leaderboard update is a day late because of the absolutely incredible week we had last week!! I mean, just wait until you see these results. Heads up! Holiday Support Hours - Friday April 15th and Monday April 18th
For this upcoming weekend, Docebo Support will have modified hours of operations on both Friday April 15th and Monday April 18th.In observance of Good Friday, Docebo Support Operations will close at 11 am EST on Friday, April 15th. Support will have on-call staff for any critical tickets submitted.In observance of Easter, Docebo Support Operations will open at 9am EST on Monday, April 18th, and will not have ITA language support for the day.

We are so excited to tell you that the new ideas experience is here Community members can now submit, vote and share ideas inside Docebo Community via the new Ideas page. We are thrilled to partner with this community to learn more about your ideas and we are committed to reviewing and investigating your ideas to develop better products. Have an idea? Do these 3 things before you submit a new idea: Search before submitting an idea : Did you know, on average, 35% of all ideas submitted in Docebo’s previous ideas portal in 2021 were either duplicate ideas or already existed in current product? Chances are if you have an idea, another member may have had the same one! So be sure to check if someone already submitted an idea like yours 🙂 (click here to see how!). User locked out of quiz - notification?
We have external customers that use our education. Some of the courses must be completed by passing the test within 2 attempts. We’ve set that as the max number of attempts in the test settings. Obviously, if they do not pass within 2 attempts, they are locked out of a test. Is there a way to get a notification or email when this happens? We want the information to be retained and taken seriously, but we don’t want to torture the customers. If they get locked out, We would love the chance to give them a ring and help the situation. I checked in Reports to see if course status might include those who are locked out, but it doesn’t appear to be an option. Any ideas on notifications for this situation?

Reporting on Course Duration
Hi all - when I try to report on Course Duration, I keep getting blank fields on the report. Can anyone tell me what I need to add to the Course to report on Course Duration and what data this field is actually pulling in? I thought it might be average time but I have added this to several courses and still getting a blank result. The report is looking for the duration of an eLearning course. Thanks!

Hi folks. In my world we are getting beyond the first wave of mandatory training that forces everyone through the gates which is a really great sign for us. Our usage is nice and high….a great story. We are looking to grow in the elective learning space, and I need a little bit of help.A little backgroundI am in the healthcare industry and typical to the industry I have found a training culture at our organization (Here is a reference on Training Culture vs a Learning Culture).
