I’m noticing community members have Inspire badges. I’ve attended the last 3 conferences, how do I add these to my profile?

🤔I have just introduced Docebo LMS - and have had it less than a year.  The Exec are voicing that its reporting capabilities are 'disappointing' and that Evotix Assure reporting is so much better. Evotix is a Health and Safety management software system. A Director wants a 'Dashboard' to be able to see graphically what his department's training looks like, without having to pull off reports and having to manipulate them. Anyone have any thoughts on this, and how I can convince them that Evotix is a different beast! PM me if you wish.

Hello! I have a few questions that I’m hoping to get some help with.We want team members to be notified when a course is assigned as well as a learning plan, but after assigning a learning plan, there was an email for the LP assignment, but also every individual course within in. Is there a way to set it up where people would get notified of the LP assignment only and not each individual course, but also still get alerting when they do get assignment one-off courses that are not in a LP? How can I set notifications so that they go to the learner and also the manager for overdue notifications? I still don’t understand the purpose of the triggers. When would I set triggers for notifications? Thank you!

My organization offers continuing medical credits for our courses for: ACCME: Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education ANCC : American Nurses Credentialing Center ACPE: Accreditation Council for Pharmacy EducationWe currently have a somewhat cumbersome process where learners need to log into our CME vendor’s site separately to claim credits and access CME-specific certificates. With our accreditor recently raising their fees, we’re evaluating other vendor options.I’d love to hear from others: What CME accreditation vendors are you using, and are you happy with them? I have a user whose certification has expired. I would like the certificate to remain visible in their records as proof of completion, but I do not want the system to prompt them for retraining or show the certification as overdue. What is the best way to achieve this?

This is a long shot, but here goes:We don’t want what’s circled here the IN PROGRESS and number.  Does anyone have any CSS code to remove the progress number? Or can you tell me where it’s located? I’m able to hide the “IN PROGRESS” but not the number. Here’s the story:The above used to ONLY display ILTs. However, the second an ILT begins, the link to join disappears, removes itself from the leaners’ home page. So, if a learner shows up 5 - 10 or more minutes late, too bad, so sad, there is no way of joining the live event.Docebo recommended that I select this in my Task List widget: But I don’t want them to see their In progress or Learning Paths. We frequently use the ™ and ® symbols in our course descriptions when listing our product names. Today we started getting this message:  Invalid format. Emojis are not allowed.Has anyone figured out a workaround for the ® symbol?.I can use <sup>TM</sup> for the trademark. Thank you for any and all help!
