Hi EveryoneI want a notification to go out 50 weeks after a specific course has been completed, reminding the Learner of a task that needs to be carried out.  I have tested this using the Learner Completed a Course template and it works.  However the specific course needs to be repeated every 3 years so I’m wondering whether, once the learner completes the course for the first time and the status is recorded as Completed, in 3 years’ time when the course is repeated will the Learner Completed a Course notification still be triggered?I haven’t used the Certification has expired or Certification has been issued templates as they can not be assigned to a specific course. Many thanks

Hi everyone! I’m new to Docebo, and to the community!My current challenge is managing our compliance training.How can I create a report that shows incomplete or expired mandated courses? I have to report each month on the % of users who have outstanding training rather than the % of courses that are outstanding.Thank you!Paula

Morning all;I want to run the following scenario by you please; this is something currently managed outside of LMS but I’m looking to integrate it if poss.We have a subscription model in place in which our users pay x amount each month for access to certain courses. Our users can also complete a “certified” set of courses, and after achieving certification they are eligible for a reduced subscription price.They are expected to renew their certification every year - if they fail to do so in time and their certification expires, their subscription price goes back up to the higher rate.Is it feasible to manage this in LMS? I thought this could be managed with Groups but I’m not sure there’s any sort of trigger to remove someone from a Group based on expired certification…Many thanks,Rob

Hi Brains Trust,I am creating an external LMS site for non employees to have access to training.  Some modules will incur a cost and some will not.  I understand that in May there is a new release around LPs.  My issue is can you have a course catolgue sitting in the LPs.  I need some user to see that they will need to pay and some wont but when I change the eCommerce function in course management that will change it for everyone.

Hi Docebo Community! I’m trying to import external training data with a CSV file into the external training app and when I click through the steps, nothing happens. I see all the info in the correct format, confirmed date is mm/dd/yy but it does nothing. I can add information manually, but not via CSV. Does this no longer work or am I doing something wrong?

I have a course allocation form from the user that programmatically needs to check if the user already exists in the learning plan or course. Based on what was asked for, I will add or remove them from the LP or course.  I am unable to locate an API endpoint that can provide me with a list of users who are enrolled in a course or LP. Alternatively, I can’t find an endpoint that can provide me with all the LPs or courses for a particular user. If I can obtain a list of courses or LPs for a user, I can compare it with my records and send an add or remove request to the API endpoint to make necessary updates.Can you please suggest any API endpoints that can help me achieve the above?

Hi all,Hopefully a quick and straight forward question to anyone that uses Docebo Connect for the Outlook integration…Is it only the ‘admin’ Outlook account that links to Connect that needs to be M365?We are moving across to 365, but probably not until next year, but we do have a number of licences for it for testing and configuration.  My thinking is that we can use one of these accounts to do the ‘middle man’ bit of Connect that will then send an invite to the rest of the firm’s 2016 Outlook accounts.I really hope this is the case 😊

hi, I am trying to add an interactive reaction buttons html widget to my LMS homepage. when I test the code on an external platform, it seems to work fine, but when I try to add this to an HTML widget, for some reason the buttons are not visible, and the html code I am adding in the widget configuration settings, disappears. is there any additional configuration I need to do here?would appreciate any help, thanks! 

Hi everyone, Has anyone else experienced a delay in the system when a Power User makes any changes?For example, it seems to take around 24 hours between:A Power User approving a pending user, and that user appearing on their list under User Management. A Power User changing an additional field of a user, and that user being enrolled in courses (when the enrolment is based on values in that additional field).There are definitely more examples that aren’t coming to me at the moment, but hopefully this isn’t something that is clearly documented somewhere and I have just missed it somehow.If anyone has experienced this, is there anything that can be done? Many thanks! Henrik

Hi everyone! I feel like I may be missing something very obvious. Use case: Instructor of an e-Learning course receives notification if a learner failed the course test onlyCurrent set up: “Learner completed or failed a test in a course” notification is set up; I don’t see anywhere that I could limit the notification to just failures. The passing score is set up accurately for the test itself and shows up accurately on the reports page. Current outcome: Instructor receives an email each time someone takes the test, not only when the learner fails. Question: Is there a way for the email to only trigger when the learner fails the test?

Can non-power users download a new custom report which has been delivered to them via email as a scheduled report? In the past we haven’t have any issue with non-power users being able to download reports this way however, in recent weeks we’ve been receiving many reports of errors when non-power users try to download reports from scheduled emails.

Hello Docebians!I have been doing some testing using session waitlist and want to confirm my findings too make sure I am not missing anything. USE CASE: Enrollment deadline imposed at session level.  We still want users to be able to enroll but be waitlisted so the admin can move them and have that visibility to late enrollees to be able to send out comms/materials. FINDINGS: Imposing a deadline removes the session from user visibility on that date regardless if there is capacity.  This means that the waitlist function is based purely on seating capacity and doesn’t allow for a secondary utilization based on enrollment deadlines. SOLUTION: It seems that the only way to have a waitlist enabled based on an enrollment deadline is to manually set the session capacity to match current enrollment count on the day of the enrollment deadline. This is less than desirable because of 1) t

Hi Folks,  We’re relatively new to Docebo. I’ve searched and haven’t quite found what I’m looking for, but I don’t necessarily think it’s a broke/fix issue, so I wanted to come here first and see if I could find an answer.  Our company provides test-out options for compliance training, but only if the user has completed their previous years’ compliance module.  In our previous LMS, we were able to utilize the automatic groups to determine our audience who have already completed previous versions of the course. We were sort of able to do the same in Docebo’s platform; however, we archived historical data once we moved over, and now our automatic groups aren’t functioning as initially anticipated.  I guess my question is two-fold: have you leveraged automatic groups to build audiences for test-out options in this way? If so, what has worked best for your group?  If you’ve not leveraged automatic groups this

I am trying to send a notification to users on the day a course is due (single email or digest) and have been unsuccessful with my tests. The only options seem to be those listed below and zero is not a valid number for ‘how many days after/ before the event‘. A number 1 entered on either does not return same-day due dates. Has anyone been able to send out ‘due today’ notifications to users? Notification Option Learner has yet to complete the class After the event/ Manual Digest: Learner has yet to complete the class

Is there a way to unassign a course from all learning pathways?Currently, I can only see how to unassign a course from a learning pathway one at a time, and there is no ‘select all’ option.I need to remove a course from over 100+ learning pathways.Any ideas on the best way to complete this?

Can someone provide the API Call to extract the names/emails/usernames of users enrolled in particular Courses?We need to this to set up a database for a ID card company to extract these details from Docebo to provide the users access via ID cards..

Greetings all, I have a number of courses that I need to turn the deep link on, or off, and the self-enrollment option either on or off. I worked out how to do this via the API.
