Hello.  We are new to using CSS and started by having the Global search removed and then following a previous community post to remove Groups from a users summary statistics tab. We would like the following purple outlined fields removed/ hidden from view, as well. The image below is a managers view of the user summary report.Any help and advice is greatly appreciated. 

Hi Community,I have a Power Automate workflow that sends a calendar invitation when a user is enrolled into a session.Whatever I write in the session description, will be reflected in the body of the calendar invitation.So what we do is ahref the teams meeting link.The issue, however, is that for some reason it duplicates the links.@Docebo support say “they dont support html” but in this case I believe this is a system flaw.What do you guys think? any ideas?Screenshot of double link attached. 

Hello, I’m sure I saw this on here a while ago but I can’t seem to find it now so if anyone knows where this is that would be great.Can you change some course “Enrol” buttons to say something different eg “Get your tickets here”? It would just be for ILT courses for one week. I can change the css if there is a way, just not enough of an expert on Docebo to work out what the css would be. Or can it be done in the Localization tool? Thanks

Greetings, I am experimenting with the import from .csv function for vILT courses & sessions. When it comes to assigning instructors via .csv file, you need “instructor_id” -- a numeric 4-digit code from what I can tell. But for the life of me, I can’t seem to find where to get this code.Has anyone else run into this and can shed some light?

Hello everyone,We have been using the observation checklist to assess the number of errors employees make in certain activities. Currently, we require the final count of errors made by an employee to be manually calculated. This involves the evaluator adding up the errors assigned to each question and then entering the total as a response to the last question on the checklist.Is there a way for Docebo to automate this process and calculate the total of errors automatically? Any insights or solutions would be greatly appreciated!Thank you, Andrés Rodríguez. 

Is there a option to see user traffic for certain Pages.  i.e. how many people accessed the Page post release?

Hi, does anyone know of any way in which you can set the course or session descriptions to always be showing the whole thing by default. For example, on the below it always starts on the show more button whereas it would be better to have it start on show less. 

Hi everyone!Our company is planning a day of learning and we wanted to leverage the Docebo LMS to see if it could be used for our platform for an online conference.  With the digital store being there, leaderboards, contest, and you can create the events in there with the online meeting tool, I figure why not try and use the product for this.If any one has ideas or suggests on how this best could be done regarding, setting up the landing page and laying out the schedule and so on feel free to shoot your ideas my way.I’ve been thinking of the idea and I definitely think it can be done - just wanted some other “Docebo-ans” to see if they had additional creative ideas to add to what I would like to do.Mahalo,Cassie

Has anyone had users encounter a 500 error when attempting to download a certificate? The issue is only on the user side, when in the ‘myactivities’ section. The user has properly completed all necessary requirements to recieve certificate. I know the error 500 is a network error primarily, but this is a consistent issue that is only occuring at a certain point. If I visit the course page while logged in as user, I can download from there. However, we typically mark courses under matainence, and would like users to go directly to the activity section to retrieve certificates. From the certificate template area, the certificate is functioning and I can download the issued certificate with no issue. This is occuring with a specific certificate, randomly as of last Friday. The certificate has over 20 courses tied to it- and I am unsure what percentage of users are encoutering this issue at this time. Thank you in advance for any help or feedback.

Howdy all,Hoping the CSS gurus among you can provide assistance for the below (seemingly simple) CSS tweaks to the public catalog page (pre-SSO): Change the background colour of the page. Have achieved this for the post SSO home page by targeting page ID #. However, this does not appear to work for the public page, what am I missing here?#doc-page-catalog {      background-color: #000000;} Reduce the height of the header image by half. Simply uploading an image with reduced height px does not achieve this. The below code variations are also not working. Any ideas?#doc-page-catalog > div > intro.text-white {    height: 150px !important;} Any assistance greatly appreciated. 

Greetings~ I may have missed this but I want to make sure staff are getting total time credit for courses I am enrolling and marking them complete, after the fact, as the super admin. Staff record a VILT session and I receive the video files after it is over and the virtual attendance sheet. I create a video course and then enroll via CSV all those that attended live and then mass mark them complete. I see in a users personal summary that even though the course time is set to 1 hour, when I enroll them and mark them complete like this, they are getting no total time credit. My thought was if the course is set as 1 hour and I marked them complete, shouldn’t they get 1 hour of time? Is there a way to make sure the total time is included?

We have notifications set up to go out to all users upon creation already. We want a separate email to go out to Power Users with different information/instructions than regular users though. Is there a way to set up this same notification with event ‘User has been created’ but with 2 different email templates that go to the 2 different roles?

Our organization is still working on completing the structure of our Discover, Coach and Share. We have a lot of different resources we are filtering into the system and many require different access permissions based on branches such as internal content and external access. With this said, we are at the point where we may very likely be having 4 to 5 channels for product lines in our organization and each channel would house different assets types and information with varying privacy policies. Has anyone else had a similar situation? Is there such thing as too many channels? Will having too many possibly hinder the performance of the system? How will it impact the administrative functions? 

I am using the automation app to temporarily expire users who go on employment leave. The rule looks at the user's employment status (additional field), and if it is set to "on leave," then it sets an expiration date for the user - effectively expiring them in the system. We have another rule that unexpires them when they return. We do this to prevent users who are on leave and their managers from getting course reminders and notifications, which has become a major nuisance for leaders (and a major source of ticket volume for us). Naturally, this has created another challenge for us. At the start of each year, we run our annual code of conduct training. We enroll all users into this training via groups. Expired users, despite appearing in groups, are not enrolled. This creates a gap in our compliance as users on leave never get enrolled and never receive notifications to complete the training when they return from leave.  Right now, the s

We published a course and it popped up on the user’s dashboard.The participant started using it. Then we found some issue and put it under maintenance.We don’t want to delete this version as of now . It shows as locked on the users dashboard.Is there a way to hide it.Any setting or CSS ? 

I do have a ticket open on this but I wanted to crowd source a little bit and see if anyone else is having this issue.  When I resigned my AAB file following the documentation and uploading the newly resigned app to Google Play.  The file is denied. When I download the build straight from docebo and don’t resign, it is accepted.  Has anyone else run into this? Is there a step that’s not listed in the documentation?

Quick question for this amazing community:If we have embedded iorad tutorials in a Rise360 course which will then be exported and live in our LMS, will those embedded links still update? I have previously relied on LMS admin to deal with SCORM-things so this will be my first time exporting and uploading it myself.I simply want to know if I have to fix an iorad tutorial, will I have to repeat the export-import process? The URL will not change.I am having trouble phrasing this question appropriately for google but figured someone in here would know the answer already, thanks!

Is it possible to restrict access to an external page developed by an iframe?I used an iframe to show one of our BI dashboards within Docebo rather than from external sources or sharing link. I made it; the only concern is that the BI menu is available to all learners, which I don’t want. Any thoughts would be appreciated. 

I have about 20+ scheduled reports that have been in operation for a year and a half that come from the ‘legacy’ reports engine.Why the old one? Because its the only way to have the report as an attachment until Docebo gets their act together.I realized this morning that on March 4, 2024 all of these reports were coming in completely blank!!!I start digging to find out what happened…EVERY SINGLE REPORT HAS LOST ALL CONFIGURATIONS!!No user selection, no fields selected, no parameters, NOTHING!!!Needless to say I am beyond livid at this point, initially because once again this platform has broken something that was working. But more because after taking a breath realizing that no matter what happens, whatever the reason is the cause of the reset, no matter what is said or provided as an excuse, at the end of the day this will ultimately come down to ME having to rebuild every single report again!!!  

Hello, We already have users being enrolled into ILT courses via groups (not sessions and events).However we would like to know if it’s possible to auto enroll users into a specific session and event based on their hire date? Is there a way to create this logic?Our goal is to automate importing a user based on their hire date to be enrolled into a specific ILT course, session and event. I know in groups you are able to add additional fields and Hire date is one of our additional fields. However, without using logic we’ll have to change the date every two weeks.We hold classes bi-monthly, so the additional field group logic (essentially the hire date) will need to be updated constantly. We would like to automate that process if possibleWe already have a FEED-Import Daily going with our ADP software which imports the new hires so they are already in the database.Thank you! 

Hi, We are a non-profit with multiple branches for different users based on profession. Is there a way to message specific users when we post new courses? Or is the Newsletter the only way to message out information to users?  If there is a message feature without having to create a newsletter, I’d appreciate some direction towards a user guide.  Thanks!
