Hi!So I know where I can turn off Managers will be allowed to set enrollment deadlines when enrolling users but I can’t figure out how to do that same for my powerusers. Is this possible? Thank you!

Hello All - We are looking to add a question onto our homepage for employees to answer. We want to be able track the answer as we are hoping the answers will give us insight into what types of upcoming labs they would like us to host. I am looking for suggestions on how to best execute this. Thank you advance for help and suggestions!      

Hi Everyone, I couldn’t find the answer in the help articles, so figured I would reach out to the community. Does anyone know if there is a way to find Error Logs for each instance the platform has an “Internal Server Error” or “Server Error” message that pops up?These messages have been popping up a little more frequently lately and during our testing of different integrations like Zoom V3. It would be great to see if I could review logs whenever these messages pop up in our platform. We’ve been running into issues lately where users receive that message when attempting to access a vILT event. I’d love to be able to get a HAR file from employees, but our first priority is to get them into the training so they dont miss anything. Additionally, it would just be nice to see how often this happens and during what activities this occurs for. If there is an API that would provide, that would be great as well, although I didnt specifically see one.

Hi Docebo Community! Prior to our full field release of the Learn platform, we made the decision to suppress the search functionality from user-view due the overwhelming number of results it would return. Ahead of the Search enhancement dropping later this month, we are particularly interested in hearing about any changes made to the labeling of ‘Course Catalogs’ to better resonate with users. I am trying to upload a file training material to the Central Repository and continue to get this Invalid Request error. I then tried to upload the file training material directly to a course and instead of the Training Material tab displaying again with the uploaded files, the homepage is begin rendered in the Training Material tab. I tried several times and it just keeps layering one screen on top of the other. I have tried different browsers, logins, and I also cleared my browser history and cache. I appreciate any assistance on this.

Based upon user feedback, we are trying to add a hyperlink to text within the banner on our public page to direct people to the sign in page. (For whatever reason our users are not seeing the bright sign in button in the top right corner where all other log-in buttons on all other websites always are).Using the suggestion I found through Add/edit hyperlinks on Sign In page | Community (docebo.com) I translated the text to add hyperlinks.  But all it is doing is verbatim adding that text on the banner:

How can we ensure that a manager can only see learner details that are a part of their ecosystem during search for users to add under ‘My Team’? Basically, my concern is - If a manger search user to add under ‘My Team’ they should not get to see user details of all users across the platform.

Hello,I’m helping my coworker set up ILTs in Docebo. The ILT is a live training to be hosted at multiple locations (Georgia, Texas, and Ohio). As we set up the sessions in Docebo, we want to enroll any learner who lives locally to the location. Our senior leadership wants us to incorporate some method of tracking enrollees’ acknowledgment of the enrollment, both for the accountability on the staff’s part that they have to attend the training, but also so we can enroll them in a webinar or makeup session as needed. Has anyone found a way to require an acknowledgment for a live training using Docebo that doesn’t involve building another course and using a learning plan? I appreciate your ideas!

We are trying to set up an automation that will pull a Completion Report from our FTP/SFTP site and mark courses complete. The Completion Report is coming from another LMS (HealthStream/3PL). I’ve read articles to understand how this works, but it’s above my expertise (for now), so I’m hoping someone can give me an Automation for Dummies explanation.When I’m creating the course shells for the completions, should I be creating internal course shells, or should I be creating them as external course completions? If I’m creating them as internal courses, is there anything in particular I need to include from the other system to make sure the automation can match the completion with the course? Any help is greatly appreciated! I’m trying to learn as much as I can, but this is overwhelming me right now.

Our platform is aimed at members of staff at a university, however there are some instances where we might manually create accounts for students.I would like to send a bespoke welcome notification to these student emails, giving them more tailored information about courses they might be interested in.I have created a branch to put these users in and have set up a ‘user has been created (by administrator)’ notification, attached to this branch. However, when I have tested it the notification doesn’t send. I can’t work out why, any insights would be appreciated or ideas! 

Hi all, I’m hoping the CSS geniuses in the audience here can help me with this one. We are switching from an Auth0 to SSO and OpenID login process in phases, and I need to relabel the button to make it crystal clear to our learners which one they need to click on depending on their role. Here is our login page with the new Open ID button turned on (our field and corporate users have been using only Auth0 up until now):  Our IT team was assured by Docebo’s IT team that it is possible to “reskin” the button using CSS but don’t have an established process as to how so they pointed me here to the Community. How can I achieve this? I have only a baseline knowledge of CSS and don’t know where to start.

I’m a superadmin and when I logged into our Docebo account this morning, our SAML settings had mysteriously disappeared. Cannot see anything in the audit trail to explain this. Has this ever happened to anyone else? We are contacting support, of course, but wanted to check here as well. 

I am writing to share a surprising experience, that maybe others have had but no one wants to go through. We’ve been active since last June (about 8 months) and we have SAML SSO set up so that our users do not have to enter their UN and PW (they haven’t been given Docebo passwords). A few days ago, our users started submitting tickets to our internal team that they could not get into our Docebo portal. When we tried it ourselves, we saw the standard Docebo login page, asking for UN and PW. (Not the hybrid one, where you could enter UN and PW or choose SSO.) I went to look at the SAML app and it was missing from the Admin page entirely. When I went to the Apps area, I saw the SAML app was there and inactive. I reactivated it and then saw that the hybrid login page was now available. When I looked at the SAML settings, it appeared that all of our SAML SSO settings were still in place except the SSO Behavior field was set to Show Standard Login page. I clicked on Automatic redir

Hi all, we want to move the SSO login button futher up, so users get to see this first rather than the login (which they don’t use)….. We can’t turn off/hide the login buttons as others have suggested otherwise we wouldn't have access (security).  Does anyone have any CSS code we could take a look at please? 

How do I set up new notifications for my learners? These are more reminders but I do not see an option to make personalized notifications. Any help is appreciated. 

Our organization offers several webinar courses, built in the ILT format.  The attendance is tracked through the gototraining integration; and we are using training materials as the end object marker/course completion. Some of the courses include 2 learning objects in the training material - a test and a course evaluation survey.  We are having an issue with some participants only completing the course evaluation survey, and then the whole course is marked complete without them having taken the test.   In elearning, it’s easy to set the test as a prerequisite, but that isn’t possible to my knowledge in ILT.  Besides setting every course up as a Learning Plan with prerequisites, I am curious what strategies others might be using to ensure people complete all of the learning objects in the course?  Thank you!Kristen 

We are experiencing significant lag when accessing the Learning Plans page. First, it was a blank page, then a 504 Gateway Timeout error. It’s now loading, but at a snail's pace.

Hey,Maybe someone knew how to set a default image for an asset in the Discover, Coach & Share. So that if you don't upload an image with the content, there will be an image that will automatically be uploaded with the content to the channel. But there will be an option to update the image in the future, and it will not harm the existing images on other channels.Or how to change the different colors in the thumbnail, which will be #4eb25f.I guess this is possible with the CCS code. Can someone share the code for this or another way to do it.Thank you,Inessa

We’ve been having latency issues primarily affecting backend since yesterday.We did hold a vILT course on MS teams that users WERE able to access via Docebo clickthrough, thank goodness. These issues are still persisting for us. Who else is having issues still?Have any of you had latency on backend resolved?

Is there a way to put a video frame on a widget page WITHOUT it being a link to an external video host like Youtube or Vimeo?  The Youtube embed DOES work and will play my video if I host it there, but it has the video title overtop of the video frame, and also shows recommended Youtube links when paused or finished.  Those things take away from the beauty of the platform, and also encourage learners to click links and leave the platform, rather than staying engaged.Is there a way to use the HTML widget or another one to embed a video player within a Docebo page without having to use one of these outside services?

Hi, everyone.We just recently signed with Docebo and we’re in the process of onboarding. The LMS we’re leaving had Tier 1 support available via phone/chat/email to support learner’s questions (password resets, “where’s my course?”, etc.) and now we’re looking for good 3rd-party Tier 1 support companies that we can have support our Docebo implementation. We’re not necessarily stuck on needing phone/chat/email support, but that’s our starting point. If anyone has experience with this topic and can recommend a company they’ve used to provide Tier 1 support for their Docebo implementation, I’d love to hear about it. We’re entertaining a few candidate companies right now, but I thought I’d take advantage of the Docebo Community to see if there are other companies we should be aware of. Thanks for any feedback you can offer. Erich
