Hi All, We just paired Zoom V3 in our Sandbox for testing. Super excited to get this rolling. As you can imagine, there is a lot to test, starting with the adding of Zoom Hosts to the paired Zoom instance. The first problem we are running into: Extreme latency opening and interacting with the enrollment side-bar. We’ve had different people try this, are meeting all of the minimum system requirements for Docebo(using Google Chrome) and have a minimum of 200mbps/10mpbs download/upload speed. Upon clicking the green assign button to add a Zoom Host, we see the enrollment side-bar open, then freeze, we get the message to wait or close the page. We click wait, then it opens fully. Upon trying to type in a username, name or email address to search it freezes once again. Is anyone else experiencing this?We were able to get 3 Zoom Hosts added before this became a major issue, since we’ve deleted one host and tried to add them back, now we are getting separ

Hello! We are exploring the localization capabilities of the certification feature and I have some questions. We have courses that are completed by users in different regions. Each region has specific requirements for what appears on the certificate. My understanding is that we can assign users to specific certification groups, then localize the certification based on said groups. The challenge is that some users operate in both regions and would require both certificates. Is it possible to generate two certificates for the same course?Example:Create an additional field called “Certificate Type” and make it a mandatory field. Users select Certificate A or Certificate B. If a user selects Certificate A, they are assigned to Group A. If a user selects Certificate B, they are assigned to Group B. A user in Group A completes a course and receives Certificate A. What happens if they change their Certificate Type to B. If they returned to the

I can’t seem to find Hindi.  I can’t imagine it isn’t there given some of the other languages covered. If it isn’t there, has anyone made a Hindi set for the localization tool they’d be willing to share? If not I will probably make one and share it (free!)

However, we’ve noticed that the new learning plans are marked as “under maintenance” (I’m adding a screenshot here). Are any of you issuing presenter certificates?  The same way we attach a certificate for the learner, I need to be able to issue the presenter a certificate as well.  The presenter would be in-house, so they would be a learner in the LMS.  Thoughts? 

Our company name is changing and I’m looking for best practices in handling these changes.  For example, we have a domain URL (https://qognify.docebosaas.com/) which contains our current company name and as well as the background job email sender in Advanced Settings.  What are best practices in updating the URL with a new company name and the background job email sender?  Any other areas in Docebo besides our usernames/email addresses that we should consider?

Hello, I have used a GIF instead of an image on a widget but i dont know how to remove the white space at the bottom and also the scroll panel at the side. I have tried resizing but no luck, any ideas?  

 Need help understanding best utilization of extend enterprise with multiple clients. Is anyone else experiencing an outage?

We are currently using tabs showing users their ILT and upcoming courses and deadlines for courses. We are looking to be able to add a tab or a page on our user menu that will show our users any courses they haven’t completed after the deadline is passed. When we look in the my courses/ learning plans, the filters do not account for only overdue or expired deadlines, and they also only go as far as the current year (not last year). We have also tried the calendar, but this is not working in the way we need either( doesn’t show deadline dates/ not obvious to users the date is a deadline).  Does anyone have any suggestions or has tried this in the past? Any help is much appreciated! 

Hi, Was wondering if there was any more information regarding how courses can be used offline. I’ve seen some posts saying that Docebo has an offline player but there seems to be no actual information about how to set it up or use it. Thanks, Andrew

I had a facilitator join through the LMS to facilitate a session.  The session used the integrated TEAMS account, and the facilitator was using the latest updated version of TEAMS.  When joining, she was given an error message asking ‘Did you mean to open this in the old TEAMS?’ and she could not proceed until she reverted back to the previous version.I am going to attempt to reproduce the scenario, curious if this has happened to anyone else?

 I was able to create the scorm courses and assigned to the learners.  I added a 30-day due date from the course enrollment. Someone came back and stated he was able to complete the training and passed the test. When he tried to revisit the training content it wouldn't let him review the training again. The system states you have completed, passed this course. You click on Back to the Lesson, when you click on the button, the window appears, then disappears. Showing that you have completed the course. The setting to review, is infinite. I troubleshooted with clearing the cache in browsers with the learner. Still could not review.  Does anyone else have any solutions to fix the problem? Thank you for your time.

Hello,Is there a max we can Archive and unenroll users? Getting an error message. Course is under maintenance. 

Does anyone know why this error message and issue is occuring. I had recently updated Articulate to their newer version and this error started occuring when I had overwritten the Scorm. I have rolled back Articulate and republished the course to LMS scorm but it is still happening even when not overwriting a course but when adding as a new scorm and assigning to a new course. Thanks 

It seems as though the “level” attribute is now required for a POST. I don’t see anything in any general release notes about it. Should I be looking somewhere else for more detailed change logs?

I think I know the answer to this, but I wanted to check because this platform surprises me with what it can and can’t do regularly.Can I set a final pass/fail continue on a learning path based on multiple courses or based on a learning plan?Right now I just have two courses with two learning elements a video and follow up SCORM scenario/quiz. I want the combo of the two to be the pass/fail move on to the next section of the learning plan which is compliance courses. (This is all for New Employee Onboarding and the first two courses are on our mission and values. I can combine them into one course, but I know my stakeholders would like it better if they could see the separation of those two courses.)

Hello,I’m hoping for some best practice advice.The SME wants the learner to take the full course content the first time they take a course. In subsequent offerings (up to 5 times a year- every 90 days), they can test out. After a set period of time (let’s say 3 years), the learner then has to take the full course again.Off the top of my head, I’m thinking it’s two courses that are equivalencies and the first one has to be taken before the second one can be. Then the first one expires after three years, so it would remove the equivalency to the version that has the pretest. The second one would expire at 90 days… Now I’m thinking full version to test out version will work...Is that the best way to do it? Has someone found a better way?

Hi all!  I’ve seen a few threads about this but no definitive answer. Is it even possible to get BOTH the % complete and a quiz score out of a single Rise SCORM package?I’ve tried (I think) almost every combination for publishing. (SCORM versions/Tracking using completion/track using quiz result).So, the issue is - I have a training material/SCORM that has a pre-knowledge check and other content in it.With Track with Quiz Score - if the user finished the quiz (which is first section) then the entire module shows as complete even if they haven’t viewed it all.With Track by Completion - the completion is being accurately captured, but we can’t see a quiz score.Can anyone help or confirm if it’s possible to get both out of Rise into Docebo? Open to xAPI solutions - anything that will allow me to keep a quiz + content in a single SCORM/xAPI file.Thanks! 

It has come to our attention that when sharing using on the mobile device, users are presented with their usernames rather than actual names. We chose to use employee ID Numbers to assist with name changes and to provide consistency. Is there a way to present names so this feature doesn’t lack the additional utilization?

Hello, We have a job shadowing program and would like to manage it in Docebo instead of manually.I’m thinking that I set up a learning plan for the “job shadowing program” and then the employee can go through it when they’re accepted. It came up that we have people do this program multiple times, because they may want to shadow multiple roles in the organization. What would be the best way for me to manage someone being able to sign up over and over and track uniquely each position they’re doing and how long the program takes to complete?  My current plan is to create a learning plan and set an expiration date on it, the employee finishes or it auto-closes, and then they can sign up again and fill in another job title for the next time. I’m hoping to use the survey feature to run reports on how many jobs are in the program and how long it takes people to do the shadow program. Is there a better way?

We have a course that has been running well for quite some time. It was created in Articulate Rise, has knowledge checks but no final assessment, and is set to track using 100% course completion. Published in xAPI.Today, we received some screen shots from a user who completed the course, was given the Exit link, and the received a screen saying “You have failed this lesson.” We have never had anything set to show “You have failed this course.” It’s supposed to Pass/Incomplete, but I’m not seeing anywhere to set that. The course is also set to infinite tries, and we can’t get back into the course. “Back to the lesson” results in a blank screen.Any ideas/suggestions?

Hey guys, We’re starting to run more of our sessions through our platform. We have one team who are running sessions regularly so we have created them an ILT course and then they can add sessions to the course. We’ve enrolled everyone onto the course so that every time a new session is created they all get a notification to say there is a new session on the way, however, the New ILT session notification goes out straight away before you’ve even had a chance to specify the event details.What’s the work around here? We dont want to enrol everyone as these sessions are optional, so we want people to enrol themselves, but at the moment they’re getting a “new session” email without us having a chance to upload the actual event for them to enrol on.Any help appreciated!
