We assigned a course to our supervisors. Some of them did not complete the course prior to the due date. When they go back to finish the course, the work already completed is no longer marked as complete. It is a two+ hour course and they already are time-starved. Help?

As the title says, I have an issue where Managers or Team Leads in my organization will have this option “unchecked” in their User Profile: I have to go in and check this box, and click Update, every now and then for several users, but only after I’m notified it happened. When I turn it on, it does automatically populate “Users” that report to them so I’m not concerned about having to fill that out, it’s just annoying because it removes the “My Team” option from their menu in the LMS. Has anyone else encountered this and figured out how to get it to stay on?

When a user completes a required training and takes the quiz, how long does it take to reflect that on report? Does it take 24 hours or it’s immediately reflected?  Thanks!  

We are a Utility Company for Gas and Electric Services for the city.  We maintain the Electricity and Gas for our Customers.  With that said we have lots of people who work in the field who have to Qualify to perform certain tasks.  We call that Operation Qualifications.  Basically if you haven't passed what we call a KNT online course and shown by means of a PEF (Performance Evaluation - someone seen you do the task in person) then you can't do the task.  We maintain this information on who is qualified to do such a task and reports are ran daily to show the information that is updated.  People have to requalify depending on the task either every 12 months, 24 months, 36 months, 60 months.  

Good Afternoon, There are a number of times I am embedding an HTML code as a learning asset.  These include:When I want to embed a Canva project When I want to Embed a Youtube video with extra coding at the end to only show recommendations on my channelAs things stand, as soon an the HTML learning asset is viewed, it is marked as complete.  This is especially problematic with the upcoming AI change in October as this will open a pop-up that says it is complete. Has anyone found a way to allow for some time to pass before the HTML asset is marked complete? Thank you,Ryan

We have a survey (course evaluation) at the end of each course. This evaluation is required and it is the end object marker for users to receive their certificate. Pulling the evaluation report for all of our courses is very cumbersome. Right now, I pull them all quarterly because it takes so long to complete but I’d like to do it monthly.I do not know that there is another way around going to each course and pulling the training material report but I thought here would be a great place to find out. What do you guys do?We do not want to use survey monkey or any other outside source at this time. We are looking into Learning Impact but right now that’s not an option either. I’m open to hearing how you all use those though. It may plead my case for going that direction moving forward.Thank you!

How does a supervisor assign a course to their employees?For example, I search for a course in the catalog, and I can enroll, but I don’t see how to choose members of my team to assign it to them.Any links to supervisor/people manager functionality is appreciated.

We are trying to integrate WebEx using the WebEx V2 app, but cannot seem to locate SiteID or PartnerID anywhere in our WebEx account. Has anyone else had trouble integrating WebEx?

We are having issues where people want to enrol and book onto a session for and ILT they have previously completed.  when they try to book they get a 404 error.  At the moment the only way aruond this is to get people to unenrol (impossible to find the button if  you don't know where it is)  and rebook, or we have to do it for them back end.Have we missed something?  If we want want people to retake ILT training, how do stop this error form occuring?

The notification “User enrolled in ILT session” allows the short code [session_location]. I would have expected this to translate into a Zoom link, but it remains blank.Is there any way to add a Zoom link to the notification?Alternatively, is it possible to add a Zoom link to the My Calendar event and link people to Docebo My Calendar widget?

Hello Fellow Admins, We offer a variety of VILT courses (we do not charge employees within the LMS) that are fairly costly. We are constantly experiencing employees canceling last minute or not showing up, which is a big issue.What does your company do to help avoid last minute cancellations and no shows from courses that cost the company money?The options I thought of are adding a “Last Day to Cancel” notification. I also thought about turning off the ability to unenroll from the session and change sessions, but this would apply to all course sessions at all times. I wish there was a way to prevent unenrollment X days before the session start date.Any ideas would be really helpful! Thank you!

Hi everybody,I have quite a specific need. I have a group of courses (say, 10) where if a learner completes some of them (say, 8), they get one certificate.How can I achieve this in Docebo Learn? I thought about making it available through a LP, but I did not find a way to assign it to those who managed to complete 8 of the 10 courses. I also thought about leveraging course equivalencies, but I did not come up with a good answer (maybe I haven’t thought about it deeply enough!).Has anybody faced an issue like this? Did you find a simple solution without contemplating the possibility to write down all the possible combinations of the 8 out of 10 courses?Thanks in advance!Mauro

All people taking any of the Tests we created in Docebo are seeing that they failed with a 5% score, no matter what score they actually got or if they passed. Here is an example where I got 100% on a test I created to demonstrate:This also shows on the top of the “See Your Answers” screen, even though you can scroll down and see (in this case) that all of the answers are correct: However - not only does it report correctly as getting 100% correct in Reporting, New Reports, etc., the initial pop-up after completing shows the correct score:

We are going to be launching Gamification on our platform and wanted to know if anyone has already launched Gamification on their platform. Do you have any ideas or suggestions on creating badges, leaderboards (internal and external) and contest (internal and external)? 

The “Usage Dashboard” change seems to have removed my active users reports and I can’t find them. Do you know where they went?

Wake up to a new dashboard. I guess if I was proactive I would have saw the release notes. But, I did not. I was like, cool, they must have made some improvements.Well, after few minutes. I sent a flurry of emails to my Account Manager. Not going to clean this up, but here they are1.  Appears I can no longer see the individual users (View Active Users) anymore. I can only see the total that logged in, i.e. 80. Before this change, I could click on a list of users to see who logged in. I used that daily to see who was logging in from our different customer base.Please, Please do not tell me I now have to either download something or run a report?I check it multiple times a day, whenever there is a change in number. Is there a way to get static URL of a page element, e.g. an image that’s in a widget?The use case here is to send out a newsletter to learners showing them, a new feature on a page.  Let’s say that feature is just an image widget that sends them to a new area of the platform.  One might want to include that image in the newsletter while explaining how it works.Currently, if you inspect the page and grab a URL of an element like an image on a Docebo page, and then post that URL in a newsletter or any other HTML reference, it will work for a while, but then the URL will change and expire, so if somebody opens your newsletter a day or two later, the link will be broken.This is a frustrating situation.

In order to be truly global for our LMS we need the ability to display not only our LMS in the proper language but also set our SSO login and registration page and registration email through Auth0 to the correct language. We have other platforms we integrate with Auth0 that successfully pass the locale parameters. Is there a way to do this with Docebo? If not, what do people use as a work around? 

We need to assign New Hires a specific harassment course based on where the user is located at (State). Since there is only 10 values allowed when you create a group, do I have to create multiple groups? I wish that groups had a filter option like: is or is not.Please let me know how you would handle this situation.Thanks!

Hello all,I’m new to managing Docebo for my institution and have a quick question:Is there any way to exclude a course from the “Certification has expired” notification?I’m trying to set an ILT course up where people can obtain an updated certificate at any point they decide to re-enroll in the course and be trained on the material again. As of right now, I’ve found that they can unenroll themslves, and re-enroll themselves to then sign up for a training session. Though, it seems that when they’ve completed their training and are marked “Complete”, their certificate still shows the previous completion date.I know I could bypass this by utilizing the retraining/certificate renewal feature, but I don’t want users getting a notification to renew this certificate when it’s not required.I can’t wait for the new enrollment archiving feature to launch, but in the meantime, got any tips or solutions for this?Thank you in advance!

Is it possible to give users the ability to sort search results by tag just as we can in the Docebo community?  

I’m interested to hear ideas on how or if this type of idea is possible. I have read through several resources but so far haven’t found exactly what I need:Concept: Housing user performance information within the user profile as an additional field (potentially) that is invisible to the user but visible to their direct supervisor (not all supervisors).Some ways I thought about doing this:Additional field with the file uploaded to the user profile that’s invisible -- BUT this would make it visible only to superadmins and therefore their direct supervisors would not be able to view the field.  Some type of sub branching -- I think this will likely be my best bet but I’m having trouble wrapping my head around it and determining the best way to go about it without causing serious nesting situations that could become out of the control in the future. To clarify - the performance information I would like to include would be a file t

Currently, it appears that only the manager has visibility of their team members. However, I am interested in finding out if team members have any access, even if limited, to at least view the name of their manager.
