I have a course with a Test training material. Although the Score Management has a passing percentage of 85% or higher, no one can earn a passing mark (green circle) when they score higher than 85%. Is there another option somewhere in the settings that I might be missing? 

Hello Docebo Community, I would like to be able to move the task list up on the below list for the mobile app. However I have not found a way to accomplish this. I’ve found some article that it can been done but not really how. Is there a way?     

We have a need to enroll people in a new version of a course roughly one year since they completed the old course. For example, Sam completed the 2022 version in March 2022. I want the system to automatically enroll Sam in the 2023 version in February 2023 and have it due in March 2023. Has anyone tried this?

We have not launched Docebo yet and we just completed the soft launch.   If someone takes a course and then WANTS to retake it or just refer to material.  The only way they can get the information is clicking on the Scorm file.  Is this correct?  Do I need to be doing something different when I set up the course? Thank you 

Hi Everyone, We’re always looking for ways to simplify and best streamline both our processes to manage our programs as well as the user experience for our learners. A tough balance we’ve been struggling with is auto-enrollments vs. self-enrollments. This is particularly the case for courses included in our course catalogs which users can browse and search to find the content they’re looking for.Self-enrollment IssueFrom a course catalog it takes four clicks to enroll yourself in a course and start learning. This IMHO is to many! I saw under Advanced settings / E-Learning an option to “Show course after enrollment”. We are able to do this for courses - free for some via content partner, paid for others. I didn’t even realize that I had to deal with this priced LP until now. I know I can enroll users in it, but if companies DON’T want all users enrolled in the LP, is there a way to make it free (other than having two copies, one that appears to some users with a price, and one that appears to other users for free)? Oy…. my brain… long week already...

One of our clients wants to use an open webfont platform-wide via CSS (for their EE instance). Has anyone done any font replacement? I told them it might cause spacing issues...

When enrolling users into a learning plan, they get a notification that they have been enrolled. However, they also get several other emails that they have been enrolled to other courses (that are already part of that learning plan). It gets confusing for the user...but also for the admin because we have to remember to turn off the other user is enrolled in course notification so that they don’t receive a bunch of emails. It would be great if in the future the system can recognize and send one email that they have been enrolled into a learning plan and not send out the other separate course notifications. 

How Can I disable the Gamification Button from the custom URL of Docebo?

There has become a need to register users wtihout asking for the email address. One of the companies that we work with do not allow employees to share personal information with third parties. Is there anyone else, who is dealing with this? Any possible workarounds?

I’m not sure if anyone has something like what we are trying to accomplish; however, here is are challenge.  We trying to use the Sequential Learning Experience by having our New Hires Employees see the new hire page.  However, we have multiple companies in branches and then we have the groups.  What I have done was the following:Created groups for each company, one for current employees and one for new hire employees, using the “hire date” as the eligibility Created a page for each of the companies and a page for the New Hire employees, with the New Hire menu at the top of the list on the menu page. I have set up auto-enrollment based on the NHL groupsI’m stuck as, for whatever reason, I cannot get the New Hire employee page to show for those new hires only.  It automatically defaults to their company page.  Any help and suggestions would be great.   

I presume google translate can’t easily access the page content unless reshipped by the browser/client Is there a way to make this happen?

Hello, We are using Docebo uniquely, we are making modules for high school students to go through to help them prepare for college. The idea is students log on and work with a coach throughout their high school years. We have readings built in Articulate (i.e., SAT test tips) and then a check-in on the material in a folder called “Readings and check ins”. Then we have a separate folder with test that are reformatted to let us know the student has done that item (i.e., registered for the SAT test).  I just want a sanity check here to make sure what I set up makes sense.Courses = the year the student is in (i.e., Jr. year, Sr. year, College) that live in a Channel Students are under branch = internal, which includes anyone in the organization (vs external that could be other school districts for ex) Group = the year (i.e., Jr year. or Sr. year) User type = user I have a home page that has a “courses” widget th

Hi team -We are rolling the My Team feature out to thousands of users. The problem is, under Reports, we have no need for the Users - Certifications report and would consider it confusing because our certifications are not provided by Docebo but are actual proctored exams issued by another vendor. Therefore, we want to hide it! Is this possible via CSS? 

HI.I am in the process of setting up Docebo to handle our ILT sessions and one of the things I am struggling with is waiting lists.Is there a way to limit the number of waiting list spaces available?Our training sessions have a maximum number of 8 places available, so ideally I want to be able to limit the number on the waiting list to be no more than 2 - otherwise there could potentially be 20 people on the waiting list which is useless. Is this possible?Thank you

We are looking at implementing possibly several new webinar series and I’m looking for best practice advice, the “clicky clicky” on how to set it up I can figure out for myself.  What I want to avoid is the “dang I wish I had done that differently” hard lesson learned, by learning from you.We are planning 2 series:1 monthly “Lunch & Learn” series that covers the software updates in our proprietary business programoffered only once a month to a closed group (pre-registered) We would like to be able to add handouts or resources as needed. Has anyone matrixed out the ILT Course and enrollment statuses by the user performing the action and the admin performing the action, and then also with how that status shows in reporting? We are seeing differences in the course enrollment status if a user enrolls/unenrolls vs the admin doing it through the enrollment screen.  And then in reporting on this course, there is still the ‘Subscribed’ status which has been deprecated from the course management screen. We have a user that has enrolled into a course and session, shows in progress, and then unenrolled from the session yet still remains in progress instead of reverting back to enrolled which is what they should have since there is no longer a session enrollment.  There is no training material associated with this ILT course 

Hello Fellow Admins, I noticed we have a suspended status option available for course enrollments.What is the use case for this status? Should this be used when archiving courses for learners who did not complete the course? What do you use it for at your company? Thanks!

I used Adobe Captivate to set up a course, published it.  It was added to central repository, assigned to a course and put in a learning plan. When I access the learning plan and play through the course, I can take the entire thing but the Docebo progress bar never shows it is as “complete”.  I only see “in progress” and “pick up where you left off learning”.Has anyone experienced this and have a solution?  I want to make sure our learners are getting credit for learning plans they have completed.  Thanks!

HiIs there a way that the sessions can have an indicator to show how many places are available/remaining for an ILT session?Our sessions have a cap of 8 and it would be great if this can countdown (either with 7/8, 6/8 or x seats available) so that when people are booking they know whcih session will be right for them.We have scenarios where more than one person from a company may want to attend the same session and knowing how many spaces are available will help them to pick the right one.THank you

I can get the file just fine with filezilla.I have tried “/”, blank, various combinations of made up folders etc. Nothing works. I tried putting the file not-in-root as well, with every variation I could think of for folder.The fact that there are zero screenshots of this screen in the kb doesn’t help :Pthanks and happy holidays all!

Many of us who attended the Docebo Inspire conference in October expressed the frustration for the recertification feature - Certifications & Retraining from the Super Admin menu. The complex issue business case is that we want to offer recertification, but not asking people to redo the same course, but a new and different course. Currently the default solution is to offer learners to re-do the same course/learning plan they have previously completed. I have spent some time and figured out a way to send out targeted notification to these learners and provide them with a link to a different course/learning plan. We use SFTP (Automation feature in Docebo) to sync users from Workday to Docebo. Recently, and for what seems like no reason, users are not correctly being added to that branch. The users are instead not added to any branch. Have you see an instance where users are not added to any branch through automation?

So I’ve been searching for an endpoint that would let me mark a course as complete and import a score. I am already connected to Docebo through a data ingress API and I have the course ID, student ID, and user name. I can’t find anything on the API endpoint menu (though I am super new at this and probably looking in the wrong place). Any help would be great!
