Can we use Google Analytics custom campaigns with Docebo?

We recently started adding links to courses to our company Community newsletter emails (sent by our Marketing team via Constant Contact). I’d like to start tracking newsletter clicks (e.g., if a user clicks a link in the email newsletter they received) in Google Analytics via custom campaigns. I just ran some quick tests this morning but since Google Analytics campaign reporting is not updated until the following day I won’t know if it worked until tomorrow. But when first going to the LMS sign in page it redirects/swaps the URL out along with my campaign tags : ( Anyone using custom campaigns in Google analytics with Docebo?I saw a similar discussion here but it’s not Google Analytics specific: https://community.docebo.com/topic/show?tid=213&fid=3I guess worst case we could setup that workaround but I’d rather not. Alternatively I suppose I could just ask our Marketing person to do this same thing in Constant Contact. But I’d rather control the entire setup of campaign tags and ac

Change Enrollment Access via CSV

Is there a way to change enrollment dates for multiple courses for a specific group of users via CSV file? We are looking to extend course access for users already are enrolled in courses. We are not extending the enrollment dates for all the users in the courses, just a specific set of users.

CSS Card Cycle Effect - Animation Idea #7

In this example, I tried to do something a little bit more complicated and come up with an effect that might resemble cycling through a set of flash cards.The tricky part of this was that using the z-index - which was my first idea - was not cooperating well. So I ended up working with the opacity instead. I figured it did the job well enough.This animation is set to allow you a full 5 seconds to view each of 5 cards.CSS Card Cycle EffectDue to the timing nature of this particular effect - it is only meant to cycle once through the deck. Send the "User has been created (by administrator)" notification to top branch ONLY (All Users)

Hi Docebo community, I’m new here.  I have one branch on my platform which then has a number of sub-branches.  I’m trying to limit my “User has been created (by administrator)” notification to just my main/top branch (without the sub-branches and their descendants) but I’m unable to change the setting.  Can anyone help, please?I am able to select singular/multiple descendant branches (clicking the tick on/off) but this isn’t want I want to achieve.  I simply need to have the main/top branch having a different notification message issued - this is our internal staff.  Sub-branches are for external staff (non-PAYE users).Any help would be super helpful.  Thank you

Task List widget

We are customizing a few terms via the localization tool. One term we have changed is ILT. I have been able to change it most places but we have an Task List widget on the dashboard and I can’t seem to find how to adjust it there. Does anyone know which catagory this term falls into? I have looked at Standard closely and looked through all searching for ITL. Thanks,Aimee

Force Password Reset - has anyone's site been set to 30 days & forced users to change it today?

Hi all, suddenly today and across several sites we manage, all our users have been forced to change their passwords and a new 30 day policy has been out in place, but not by ourselves...has anyone else had this issue today? It’s creating a huge amount traffic from users who are confused as to why they are begin asked to change their password.

Deleting vs Deactivating Enrollment Rules

I’m wondering what, if any, possible negative repercussions would come from deleting an enrollment rule versus just deactivating it.  Any thoughts there?

Translating "Enroll" to "Enrol" via the localization tool

I want the button that allows someone to book onto a course to say ‘Enrol’ and not ‘Enroll’ or maybe even to change it to something else.The thing is, I can't find that option in the localisation tool /translate area.Anybody have any ideas?

Automatic grouping based on course completion

Need help from some experienced Docebo users. I have a group built to automatically populate learners based on the completion of a course (Course status is set to complete is the condition of the rule).1st problem- that automatic group does not appear to consistently add individuals to it. Has anyone else experienced this issue? I can edit something very simple, like the name of the group, the rule will reprocess and add the users with a completed status. I have a catalog that is set to be visible only to the above mentioned group. 2nd problem-The visibility to that catalog is also very sketchy.  Once  Has anyone else had problems with catalog visibility not being dependable?

Marking Assignments

Hi, we have a course which includes an assignment, which is then marked by the instructor. If the instructor accidentally makes an error during marking (e.g. they mark them as passed rather than failed), there doesn’t seem to be an option to edit once something has been marked. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Marking ILT attendance as completed

When a user accesses a recording of a webinar, and the Mark the event as attended if the user accesses the recordings option is selected, is there no way to automatically mark them completed when there is only 1 session and 1 event?

Disable the possibiilty for Power Users to manage the completion of a course

Based on our organizational model, we need to give Power users the possibility to subscribe / unsubscribe users to individual course sessions in the physical / virtual classroom, but PREVENTING them from being able to set the COMPLETED status of a course if the individual member did not actually participate. What Power User permissions should I configure to achieve this desired outcome?

PU Ability to Suspend Users from e-Learning enrolment

Hi,May I know if there is a way for PUs to directly select Suspended status for users’ enrolment to e-Learning courses? At the moment, a PU can only select Enrolled status. Some of our clients require their learners to apply for e-Learning course enrolment and get approval from their managers first. The current steps that PUs need to do if they want to reject the application is:Select Enrolled status Once user is enrolled, then only they can change the status to SuspendedThis cause a lot of confusions to their users due to email notifications. First, they received notification saying they have been enrolled, minutes later received another notification saying they have been suspended from the same course.If this is expected behavior, may we know the logic behind it so we can better explain it to the client?Thank you so much.

ILT session - External certification - retraining

 Hello!!I would like to know how you control external certificates on the platform.The process I want to implement is:HR creates ILT session (provide for training institutes), the student enrolls in the session and takes the course. After completion, the training institute sends the certificates to the HR person who upload it in the LMS (course assignment?).This certificate that was uploaded into the LMS must be easily accessible to download.We will also have to send this certificate (PDF file) via API to another system. Is there an Docebo´s APIs  for this integration?

Daily activities for users - gamification

Hello! I’d like to set up daily activities for users to activate their brains in the morning. I have four ideas so far.Daily 5 minute meditation (video)Daily goal-setting session (video)Daily sudoku (game)Daily crossword (game) I’ll deal with random generated sudoku and crosswords later, but if anyone has suggestions let me know. I’d like to be able to reward users for doing these tasks daily - e.g. resetting everyone at midnight to “course incomplete” and then allowing users to gain points, badges and coins for the number of times they’ve completed these courses (e.g. give them 5 points and 5 coins and a badge after 10 completions of any of these, 10 points and 10 coins and a badge after 25 completions of any of these) plus rewards for daily completions (e.g. up to 4 points and 4 coins daily for completing all four). Can I do this (or some of this) somehow?

Course Assignment to Branches

We are looking for an API, where we can assign a course directly to a branch, so all the users of that branch can access this new course. we have access to below url and can test it once get any API for this requirement. https://nweastaging.docebosaas.com/api-browser/This functionality can be achieved via GUI, so if this can also be possible via API it will be helpful.

External HTML and CSS writers

We are a very small charity and none of us overly good with IT systems. We have set up and have been using Docebo for a number of years now, but there are issues we have with the system that i am sure could be easily resolved with some coding and re-design, non of us however are competent to do this ourselves. Has anyone used an external body to do this that they could recommend? Unsure if Docebo offers this service itself?

Is there a way to notify a user that they should "slow down" if they watched 5 courses in a day?

Basically just a mini reminder that learning is best done in chunks over time vs all at once.

Randomize questions in a Test via the Question Bank

I was trying to randomize a certain number of questions in a test. For example, If I have 4 questions, I would like to randomize the first 3 questions and always have the 4th question at the end of the test. I chatted with one of your Support Specialist, and he said that Docebo does not currently support this. I believe this feature would be a great addition to the Testing options.

Catalog name not changing

Hi, I have changed the catalog name, icon in the Manage Pages-All catalogs- HTML /WYSIWYG from Material Science to Laboratory water, also changes are done on CSS accordingly..- However when I click on the link it opens Material Science- Although URL is correct but it opens previous “Material Science” catalog instead of Laboratory Water-

Can I configure a subscription code be used multiple times?

I want to deploy a few different campaigns to drive interest. I also want to know the effectiveness of each. I thought of using subscription codes in my campaigns. I was thinking 3 campaigns using 3 codes. I can see the users based on code usage to see campaign effectiveness. I am currently testing my use case, but it appears each scription code could only be used once. How can I configure it for multiple uses. If I can’t, any suggestions on my use case would be much appreciated.
