HiI would like to ad some more text like “Click her for learninplan”, or something like that, in the pink slide up panel in the picture below. Just to make it a bit mor obvious, and easy to revert back to the learning plan. Anyone that has a good solution for that?  

Is it possible to perform a mass deletion of thumbnails...I don’t necessarily want to delete all of the thumbnail images but I do want to delete a lot of them and going through manually one-by-one is very tedious and actually causing my computer to crash because we have too many uploaded.I share my platform with other people who do not have LMS admin backgrounds and it’s become cluttered so I would like to do some cleanup.

Hello community,May I know how can I generate a report that can list down registered users that haven't been enrolled to any courses/LPs in the platform?Our client has close to 500 courses in the platform. Quite troublesome for them to check who else in their registered users that haven’t been enrolled to courses/LPs. They are also looking at this report to check against their Power BI report as it doesn’t seem to tally.Is there a way that we can generate such report, either directly from the platform or using API?Thank you.

Is there any way we can get some analytics out of docebo?  We create a homepage when we went live and it was a bets guess on how we though our users would want to find and enrol on courses.  IM interested to know the pathways people are taking e.g. did they go through the catalogue, the calendar, or the search before enroling on a course. This would help us to rebrand and re-organise the content.

Hi All,There seems to be an issue with scores in an ILT course not displaying (or reflecting) properly. This issue is 2-fold...   In Reports of the course, the Score is not showing the score total of all of the Learner Assignments.  There are a total of 5 assignments so the maximum score should be 500. An example – user A received the following scores: 80, 100, 100, 100, 85 and their total score should be 465. However, her total score on the main Reports page is: 280 In the Session Statistics the scores are not being recorded at all and all that displays is 0/0  Thanks!Robyn

Hi everyone!I’m curious about your use cases and experience with the ILT.Our company is pretty new to Docebo, and I’m working on creating an experience where people would go through the live session, then self-paced materials, and one more live session.I’m considering creating a learning plan that would consist of ILT with only live session, then create e-learning and add self-paced materials there and, in the end, one more ILT for the live session.If you have done something similar before, could you please share your observations about the advantages of doing it like that rather than creating only one ILT with two live sessions?Thank you!

Since the move to the data lake and the new process of 4hr refreshes, it seems this process is hit and miss...Over the weekend ran some reports and all went fine...today, on 2 separate client site, both reports and other background jobs are completely stalled. Nothing running for hours. Have 2 outstanding tickets…Question to the Community...anyone else experiencing these serious latency issues with reports and b/g jobs?

I have a particular user who is having trouble accessing their courses. They didn’t say which courses. Can I search Docebo by the name/user id of that particular individual to see all the courses they are enrolled in?I can’t seem to figure out how to do this!

Hello! I’m creating some WYSIWYG widgets to add multiple buttons to a single background. However, we flagged that these elements do not automatically add a focus indicator as required by accessibility guidelines. This references WCAG criterion 2.4.7 Focus Visible (Level AA). When I try to add the tabindex=”0” to the HTML and include the focus, Docebo’s editor strips it out. This is definitely an accessibility problem, and affects those not using a mouse to navigate the page. Has anyone come across a solution, or workaround, for this problem? I’m currently unable to make changes through the main platform CSS, so need to get the tab focus directly in the HTML elements on the WYSIWYG pages. Thank you! 

Is there a way of automatically or filtering deactivated users from course sessions?  I am aware that this can be done in the enrolment tab but wondered why if a user has been deactivated are they still present in the session numbers? 

Is there a way to automatically add “active until” enrollment date based on the “active from” or some other date (365 days from active date, for example)?

I don’t see a way to do it, but won’t be the first time I’ve missed something.Anyone know if a power user can be given permission to manually assign badges in gamification?

Is there a way for managers to add users who are not managers to their teams using the “Team Composition for Managers” functionality, or can only superadmins associate non-manager users with managers? Currently we are associating Users with Managers via our user import CSV. Our HR systems only capture top-level managers. They do not pass along any fields showing the assistant managers, team leads, etc. We’re investigating enabling Team Composition for Managers to open up the My Team enrollment and reporting functionality to more of those people in soft leadership and assistant manager-type roles. However there doesn’t seem to be a point if these users won’t be able to build teams of the people they need to enroll in trainings. We don’t want our superadmins to have to manually manage indirect managers and their associations, because with nothing in our data feed, it would be an entirely manual process and would just be too much for an organization our size.

I have all my accounts paired but when I go to attach a course to one.  It gives me a red box with the words “Warning  Error while synchronizing the video conference tool. Please save your changes to try again.”  I put the password to login to the zoom account with in the setup but it does not seem to be working.

I don’t know if this is even possible, but we like the Calendar widget (Course Catalog marked as a calendar) and would like to add to a SharePoint or WordPress site. Has anyone tried anything like this? 

You know the drop down time zones when you create an event? I want to get copy the entire list for one of my Teams who coordinate programs all over the world. Does anyone know where I can find this exact Docebo dropdown list?  

Am trying to understand the logic behind the course recommendations...has anyone been able to understand what algorithm(s) are used to display recommendations to users? if yes, are there any ways to influence what appears to users?As admins, we often get these questions when the recommendations don;’t seem to make sense to certain users. Ii would be great to be able to explain, influence and perhaps change the recommendations offered to our users…I’d love to hear your thoughts. Thank you

I don't know whether Docebo has updated in this are since we tested but we seem to get inconsistent results in regards to manually completing a course.  Perhaps someone can clarify.I want to be able to manually go into a course and retrospectively add a completion date in.  e.g. someone may have completed a course 2 months ago but for whatever reason they are not in the system.  (e.g. they may have forgotten to sign the register).  I can see that i can enrol someone and add an old date as the completion date, but sometimes it works and the user see their old date, but other times it doesn’t and shows todays date.  Sometimes it works, but the certificate shows the wrong date.  Is there a fool proof setting that allows us to set up sessions or courses that allow you to manual record the correct (historic) date of training.

Can someone please explain to me how we can add a course to someone's record, without that course being visible for people to book on.We are running some closed courses and we want the people who attend to see it on their record.  However I’m worried that if I create a course and add them to it, this course will suddenly be visible to other users and confuse them.Is this possible?Karl 

Hi All, could really do with your help, but please bear with as this might sound messy! We have 2 e-learning courses, an initial training and a refresher. This is two different courses with different content.The idea is that when you complete the initial course, the certification refreshes 2 years later but points you to the refresher course. Currently certifications only send you back to the same course.To counter act this we have created a learning plan, with the second course locked for 24 months. The issue we are having is that our collages are receiving reminders every month so say that the refresher is outstanding, even though it is locked and not accessible until 2024.We have been guided to take the second course out of the notifications selection list. But if we do this, we will have to manually add any new content to the notifications, adding to our work load.is anyone else facing this

For getting detailed course information, I use this API endpoint:(GET)  /course/v1/courses/{id}. I  have a number of IDs and I want to get information about them. Is there a way to call the API only once to get information on all of these IDs instead of calling it as the number of IDs?Note: This endpoint is not documented but it has the data I need.

Dear community membersI have tried to create a new page showing courses on a page. I’ve tried both Catalogs and Channels, but none of them is satisfactoryChannel display the course enrollment status () but is impossible to sort by course codes () Catalog all the course sorting but the enrollment statuses tags disappear !Any suggestions ?
