This is the promised write-up based on the following post. @dklinger @Adam Ballhaussen Here is the look based on some additional tweaking. I chose to thicken the border and added my previous barrel text into the div. I also chose to change the color of the barrel text on hover with the border animation.As expected, there was some tweaking to be done in order to make this work in Docebo. For starters, Docebo did not like the use of the ampersands  &:hover::before, &:hover::after  and I have found that sometimes it will choke on the code when declaring multiple selectors so I separated them and typed it all out.The other main modification I made is the creation of the magicBorder class. I did this so that I could isolate this particular div and not have magic borders all over my platform. We have found that users rarely use the Universal Search or the Catalog page filters and would like to include some instructions at the top of the page. The only way to do this, I think, is by creating a custom page and then adding the Catalog (all catalogs) widget to it in a block below a block containing the instructions. That’s easy enough, but the problem is when a user clicks on a catalog link on that page to view that catalog’s courses, the breadcrumb navigation assumes they are coming from the built-in Course Catalog page. Similar situation for Coach & Share channels.Is there a workaround for this aside from hiding the breadcrumbs via css? I’d like to keep the breadcrumbs if possible.In summary:User navigates to a custom page titled “Course Catalog”. User clicks on a catalog link on that page to view all courses within that selected catalog. User then uses the breadcrumbs to go “Back” and is brought back to the built-in Course Catalog page, not the custom replacement. 

I find the default confusing - top right instead of bottom right, and it’s bidirectional arrows at a 45 degree angle not the expected box-in-a-box in the bottom right of the player. Should be easy enough to change just the icon if not the location. .flowplayer .fp-header .fp-icon { This should specify it but looking at the html and script code in element inspector (opera but should be the same as chrome) I’m not seeing the actual icon type to swap out. I’d like to include some branch variables for subtenancy to make easier groups. I have 560 branches and climbing (association member companies) so the 20 branches per rule in groups is an issue obviously. First would be “enterprise” membership - done at a branch level, this is our “plus” subscriber tierSecond would be “luxury” members - again at branch level, this is a tier that gets access to luxury courses in the luxury channelThird would be domains - I allow free self-registration restricted by domains, currently I have a tiny text box holding 700 URLs which is a bit unwieldy and will become a management issue.

We are looking for something to replace sign up genius for instructors.  We have virtual classrooms that take place nearly every day of the week.  We send out a sign up genius for instructors to pick the classes they want to teach.  I’m wondering if there’s some kind of integration or something that can be done similarly in the platform to eliminate us having to go in and enter the dates and instructors after.  Basically something that would allow them to sign up as an instructor for the class as opposed to externally,

Are there best practices around keeping or deleting expired users? I read that all assets they have created will be deleted along with them, so obviously want to keep this in mind. What is the standard operating procedure for this?

Hi everyone! We publish these toolkits in as SCORM files that my eLearning team has been very clear about wanting to open in a new window because we’ve received feedback that when we’ve had Zoom sessions, our participants have had trouble locating materials in the course player and engaging in the Zoom, so these toolkits basically link to all the resources that they need for the live sessions (we do PD for educators). We’ve been having a lot of issues with the SCORM files not opening properly. It’s pretty hit or miss. Sometimes the file will load, other times it won’t. We publish with Articulate Rise, and they said it was probably the LMS. Anyone else have this issue before? Any ideas of what we can do to make the files more dependable? Thanks!

I’m ending up with dub tracks that are 25% too long in terms of time.  Seems to be a platform or workflow (user error) issue, since even if I set my dubbing voice speed to 3x, I still end up with dub tracks 25% too long in seconds. Other than that, it’s amazing!

Newcomer here, fairly new to Docebo and definitely new to the community :).As the subject says how log does it take to complete a background job?   In this particular case it is a job importing a CSV containing exactly three users that I will like to create in Docebo.I have been waiting for over 5 hours now.  Is there a schedule?   What’s the average completion time of background job?   I would expect for something this small to execute a little quicker.I did search the documentation, the Docebo University, this community, and Google at large but couldn’t find an answer.

Is there a notification I can use to notify users when an assigned course is about to surpass or is approaching the Expiration date? And is there a report to create and send to Managers when their employee’s course has expired by a certain amount of days?

When using assignments for a training material, are uploads (attachments) available indefinitely for a course that remains published?- Can the learner retrieve their own upload?- Can the instructor retrieve the upload?- Can a superadmin or a person with PU access retrieve the uploads via the training material?- Can a manager retrieve the upload?

Hi! Is there a way to export a list of all of our active users? Ideally it would be from the user menu to capture everyone. I could create a group encompassing all branches, but we have some stragglers not in any branches and I want to review everyone.

Hello,I am trying to remove some text from a custom privacy policy acknowledgement page for a specific Extended Enterprise. I’m not a CSS expert but I think I understand the concept. As a first step I’m trying to identify the target page and I see people are doing this with the browser inspector tool. However I cannot find the page ID when I do this.I am hoping to remove, hide, or turn white so you cant see the line under the first line. It is the line that says “ you must read and agree to the Privacy Policy in order to proceed”Yes, I know you can use the localization tool however we have other Extended Enterprises that want to keep this so I was hoping to do this through custom CSS for this particular Extended Enterprise. Can anyone help get me started on how to get that page ID so I can call out that line and hide it?Thanks,Jay

We found that it takes from 30 mins to 2 hours for users to receive email notification after the event is triggered.Is anyone facing the same issue?Thanks.
