Is it possible to set up an automated email from Docebo to let them know their account has been deactivated?

Hi, I might be missing something here. I have a set of mandatory courses that I have bundled together in a learning plan.  Some of these courses require a refresh so i have created a certification which prompts them to renew every x years.  this all works fine.However, when a manager looks at their team, it only shows when someone is overdue when someone has completed a course and then their certificate has expired.  How can we ensure managers see when someone hasnt completed a mandatory course at all.  Can some explain to me if its possible to specify that when we enrol someone on a learning plan that its overdue instantly so managers can see what courses their staff have to complete (or some other alternative method).2nd Question  - is there any way of displaying a session start date for someone when a manager is looking at their staff member profile?  the only way i can find it is in the unwieldy manager report (which by the way is in column 37

Hey everyone. I’ll explain our use case here. We have an HTML/WYSIWYG widget that I embed banners images and link them to a specific course or catalog. This widget is used on multiple pages so when the link changes, I’m needing to go into multiple pages to update the links.Currently I have the images sourced from a hosting site (Microsoft Azure) and they’re named “Docebo_Banner_1” and “Docebo_Banner_2” so when I swap out the image on the hosting site, the images are just replaced in the widget. We have a rule set for when Edge closes, it clears the cached images so they’re refreshed whenever Edge is opened again. I still have to go into each widget on each page to update the link.Is there any way to embed or iframe that widget into the other pages so I could update the link once and it goes live to all the other pages where it’s embedded? Hello,Currently, we’re considering integrating LinkedIn Learning into Docebo to get some content from them. I would be very much interested in getting to know your experience with LinkedIn Learning (or similar course providers).Do your users like it? Is it easy to implement and manage? After implementing it on Docebo, is it possible to put it inside of a Learning Plan After implementing, is it possible to add a survey / test or any other additional training materials at the end? Is the pricing model acceptable for you? Any other tips before we make our decision? All feedback appreciated! 

We’ve run into an issue with LinkedIn Learning videos: Our platform is in English and French Canadian. However, in order for LinkedIn Learning videos to appear in the central repository, we needed to turn on the French language package (on advice from Support).However, now our registration page now offers French as a third language new users can choose from, but we don’t want that.We’re still in touch with Support, but I wanted to check if someone else has already found a workaround for this issue! Things we’ve considered:Change everything to French and deactivate French Canadian: We’d like to avoid that option as we use language a lot to tailor content and auto-enroll users and we’d need to update that throughout all of the LMS, yikes! Can the LinkedIn Learning content be “tricked” by renaming the French Canadian language package to French? Or manipulating a language identifier somewhere like the en_us or fr_fr that websites often use? Hi

I am building an FAQ within a course container by using HTML pages (i.e., one html page per question and answer). I’m wondering if there is an API available to quickly create HTML pages with the relevant content. I’m haven’t found anything in the API explorer, but perhaps I am missing something? If not, I’ll look to do some browser automation using Python.

Hi!I have a survey in the CLOR and in multiple courses, I since removed it from the courses but would like to pull all the responses and I can’t figure out how. Did unlinking it from the courses lose the responses?  Thanks!Simone

Hello, We created 2 yearly compliance learning plans, one for individual contributors and another for managers. Within these learning plans, they each have 3 courses that cover the same topics but they are versioned to either IC or manager. We are going to create a new learning plan each year and enroll all employees in Jan. We have some documents that our instructors need to download and distribute among the participants in an ILT-session. In our previous LMS, these documents could be added to a notification in attachment.In Docebo I tried adding these documents as training material, but as an instructor, apparently you can only add or delete training material and not download it, unless the instructor is enrolled in the course. It seems a bit strange to enroll the instructor in his own course. He would receive notifications that only learners need to receive, which might be confusing. How do you deal with this? 

Hi, please can someone point me in the right direction of replacing some exisitng course content. I have uploaded a document in word and just realsised that this can be edited by the learner which we don’t want. Do I have to delete the course and start again with the new .pdf version or is there a quick way to replace to word doc with the .pdf doc? Thank you.

I am trying to come up with a way to manage a user’s ability to self-enroll into certain courses based on enrollment in another course.In other words, I only want them to be able to self-enroll into Course ‘X’ while their enrollment is active in Course ‘Y’ (and, if possible, only have access to Course ‘X’ while they have access to Course ‘Y’).I was thinking of potentially using groups/channels to accomplish this, but unsure how the group could auto-remove someone when their course enrollment expires, given the status options (i.e., when someone completes a course, it would still be ‘complete’ after enrollment expires, yes?). Any ideas are welcome!

I discover this morning that the Administrator’s Dashboard can be assigned as a permission to power users (YEA!!!!), but that the default is to not include any reports options on that page. I’ve assigned the power users to branches, catalogs and all visible courses and learning plans. I can’t figure out how to assign reports to the power user in the Power User Profile.What am I missing?

Hi All!This may be a basic question, but it is my first time uploading a SCORM file to Docebo and I am noticing some weird things happening. Our company purchased 6 courses that I’ve uploaded as zipped scorm files. Each of these files is a learning object within a single course. They’re all set to play inline in the settings section, however, only the first one appears within the player. The rest show up as a pop-up video with this message in the player “We launched your course in a new window but if you do not see it, a popup blocker may be preventing it from opening. Please disable popup blockers for this site.” Do any of you know a fix to get all of the content to play within the course player? Or does this have something to do with the files we purchased themselves? Appreciate your help!

We have set a group of power users that have on their homepage the approvals widget and so are able to authorise the user groups that they have jurisdiction over onto courses when requested.We are however having an issue with courses that are fully booked.  The PU is not able to simply approve the request, the request remains there on their widget until someone from the admin team moves the user onto another date or deals with their request in some other way.Does anyone have a solution to this?  

Dear allI have recreated report using the Reports entry and the New reports.It is working well so far (even if the email layout is minimalist and  not appealing) but my biggest concern is : how is the URL generated ?Some of my email are pointing to my prod URL   And some others are pointing to my development URL Is it like the notifications and the URL depends on WHERE you are created the report/new report ?Thank you

Hi AllQuery…I created a report to show specific users Learning plans status and I want to see only the ones which are assigned to  specific LPs. but if the same user decides to enroll to a different LP (He can do that because I have not restricted the users to specific LPs) I also get that in the report...so my question is, can it be filtered out? is there a checkbox I am missing? or a workaround that can be implemented? 

I want to create a group that auto-populates with all users who are enrolled, in any status, in any course of a particular category. The total number of courses is 40+ and possible enrollment status is at least two for us {in progress, completed}. Since it seems that each group enrollment based rule only allows you to select a single course and a single status, it seems like we’d have to create 40*2=80 rules which is more than the maximum. Wondering if anyone else has this situation- or if I’m missing something on how to accomplish this? 

I have software training exercises that I want learners to complete. In order to be assessed by someone, the learner will need to post a link to what they created in the software as the answer and the grader would need to click the link to see what the learner created and then provide feedback. I also want to provide an option where a learner can see screenshots of what they should have built in order to be able to self-assess quickly. How would you set this up in Docebo?

Hi, Is there a way to make the learning plans the first tiles listed in your list of enrolled courses?  I want to make sure people spot them straight away.  At the moment  Learning plans that are ongoing will be pushed further down the list and potentially be harder to find if someone has enrolled on many courses.
