We seem to be experiencing inconsistencies with the 'invite to watch' functionality from channel assets, interested to know if anyone else is experiencing this?I would expect the notifications to be sent at the time of event however, sometimes it’s taking longer than an hour to hit peoples inbox. With this in mind, I am currently having to invite my manager to watch all content that I send to the customer because I don’t know when they’ll actually receive it. I’m wondering if the events falls into a queue of jobs that run sequentially? Maybe certain times of day tend to be busier than others?  The invite to watch notification is something that we are keen to use heavily for proactive engagement as well as training support. For example, if a customer emails in with a question and we have an asset that walks through it, great invite them to watch. However, right now we see some come through immediately and others taking almost an hour. Hi all, Curious to hear how you encourage content owners to keep content fresh in your platform.  In our organization, we have about a dozen or so Power Users that own content creation and maintenance for their respective departments. As you can imagine, what ends up happening is that everyone is focused on launching new content, and maintaining existing content for accuracy, relevancy, etc. goes on the back burner. How do you encourage your content owners to prioritize this? This quarter I’m going to host a content review working session and motivating attendees with pizza and a gift card raffle. I’m hoping that the bribe helps  Bonus question - Do you use the Audit trail to keep track of the last updates to a course? It was confirmed that if I direct enroll a condition based group to a LearningPlan, that as group members were added they would receive the learning plan assignment.  I checked today, and the group increased by 12, but those 12 are not showing in the Learning Plan.  Was I misinformed?  

Is there any way we can remove the training materials tab? Thank you.

Hi fellow admins,We’re trying to decide what terms to use when describing ILT and VILT courses to our learners. At the moment, we don’t use any particular terminology for ILT courses as these are currently handled outside our platform. However, we’ve been using terms such as “Web training” and “Live training” to describe our VILT courses. We’d like to standardize these terms both internally and externally to avoid confusion and are wondering what terms other admins use. Please could you let me know whether you use the terms ILT and VILT, and if not, what terms you use instead?Thanks,Daniel

Imagine your team has a multi-course sequenced learning plan, what are some of the non-traditional automation options to engage end users into positive experiences and poked along learning plan completion?  One idea is group membership upon completion of a specific milestone checkpoint course in the learning plan, sending notification upon group membership giving kudos (of some fashion) and maybe even hot link to next activity in learning plan.  Other learning plan centric positive story board experiencing to share?  Don’t be shy.  The platform does have badges configured and open to alternative rewards.

Once you have a report setup like you want it with fields and organization, is there a way to clone or copy that report so you can change the filters to keep the basic design but run it for a different group/branch?  I’ve spent a lot of time getting a report to look like I want it to and now I need to duplicate it for different segments of our user population but can’t see how to do that without creating new reports from scratch. 

Hi there, Has any company gone through the process of integrating 250 Trainers’ Zoom accounts with Docebo? We have followed the steps with Zoom to integrate just one account and it was timely and we needed to grant the user developer rights within Zoom, and require each trainer to be present for us to integrate them. Need to integrate as it is easy one click to add zoom links to ILTs. Does anyone have a solution apart from using custom URL in the ILT set ups for us to integrate so many accounts with the least amount of administration friction? Open to thoughts. Thanks in advance for any experiences shared. 

Wanted to see if anyone has been able to set up a retraining or recertification to another course.   In our organization we a formalized certification but after a period of time students have to be recertified.   This recert course is shorter and covers the highlights and changes from their original certification.  Looking to see if anyone has done this.

Hello! Looking for some best practices setting up VILT/Sessions/Events for a webinar. This is our first time using this feature of our LMS. Monthly, we have Webinars that are all related to Safety. Each is a different topic. My questions are:Should each separate Webinar be a separate VILT? Or 1 VILT and each webinar is a separate session?  Is it required to set up an event per session? Or is a session sufficient?Any best practices around VILT’s would be appreciated! Thanks. 

Before it moved to the community, I was able to filter ideas to see only the ideas that I have submitted. Have we lost that ability, or am I missing something? I need to be able to track the status and report back to my team.

Hi it would be super helpful to be able to click on things on the dashboard to drill into them further from the dashboard. Example alerts says x courses with no enrollments it would be good to click on that and get more details with out digging.Same thing with recent activities.

We have a customer trying to purchase a course.  For our eCommerce solution we have integrated with Cybersource.  Our testing worked well - no issues  However, the first customer to purchase a course is getting a payment denied error after clicking Confirm Order - but before the credit card options even appear. I worked with the help chat yesterday and they did their best, but eventually created a support ticket.  I have not gotten a response yet.  Wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue and how it was resolved.  Thank you,Cheryl

We have a client getting an error when trying to Download from a Coach & Share asset.  Others at her facility get the same error, but we are not able to duplicate the error on our end.  I suspect something on their network is blocking it.  Has anyone else seen this and have an easy fix (or known cause)?The error she gets is:This site can't be reached lmsfiles.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com took too longto respond.Try:Checking the connectionChecking the proxy and the firewallRunning Windows Network DiagnosticsERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Hi allWe have a simple enrollment rule that assigns a series of Courses to users in a certain Group.  I have just noticed that, after adding additional Courses to the enrollment rule resources, these are not retrospectively assigned to existing users. I knew that existing users do not get retroactively picked-up by enrollment rules, but hadn’t realised the same was the case for resources.Does anybody have any advice on how best to handle this situation? Is it a case of having to manually enroll the Group to the new courses?  Thanks!Alan

HI,Can anyone tell me if any of the following are doable:Can you hide/disable the add to calendar icon in a course.  it just creates a brand new calendar in outlook and isn't helpful at all Can you change the placement of the join webinar button (or auto expand the drop down box).  users can’t find it Can you hide training materials from the search box (not helpful at all when trying to find a course) Can you edit the contents of the calendar attachment of a notification invite? When browsing a catalogue can you make it clearer on the cards that you have completed a course (rather than it just say ‘enrolled’) Can you display a ‘Renew now’ option on the actual course page of refresher training so people don’t retake an old attempt rather than start a new one.Sorry for long list but better than creating multiple posts i think

Hi,I wonder if anyone (who might be a scorm expert) knows the answer to this.  We have uploaded a scorm file which works fine on our current Blackboard VLE, but on upload to Docebo it doesn't render correctly.  I expect this is an issue with the scorm file settings but just wanted to check to see if anyone has experienced this before.  The screen looks the same regardless of which player setting i choose e.g. inline, new window etc. 

When creating a course, I see that I can hide individual training materials and make them available on specific dates.    What if I have more than a few items and I would like to hide the folder with all the materials inside?   That way I can turn the items on/off when needed instead of one by one?  Is that possible?

I am very new to Docebo. I enabled the Certification and Retraining App and it looks like it has basic functionality that should satisfy my requirement. However, I would like some certifications that apply only to one group of (internal) users. For example, I want to identify a subset of courses towards certifying support engineers in product knowledge. These courses are accessible and appropriate for other users also, but certification must be limited to the support group users.Is it possible to accomplish that in some way? How should I think about this?

I’m working on a project where we need quite a bit of user information for reporting, about 40 data points. These are mandatory and there’s no way around it. To improve user experience we split the questions into three parts that are completed at different times of the learning plan. We tried a few things but none has really worked:Surveys are out since they’re anonymous. We thought of adding a “Enter your name” field but then realized that answers are aggregated by question. Tests would be a possibility but there’s a lot of test-specific language (Submit test, passed) that might be confusing for learners. I’m toying with the idea of using the Localization Tool to change the language to be neutral enough to work for both tests and this type of survey - has anyone tried this? We have a learning plan with several courses. All courses are mandatory. There are 4 types of optional live Zoom sessions (these are not part of the learning plan).The current setup is: 4 ILTs (one per type) bundled in a “Live Sessions” catalog.What I want to achieve: I want to direct learners to that “Live Sessions” catalog from within each of the mandatory learning plan courses. My idea was to add an HTML page along the lines of “Don’t forget you can join a live session” plus a link to the catalog.Where I’m stuck:I can’t find a link to a catalog that works for all users. The only link I’ve found is one I grabbed from the course catalog overview page. That link works for the user I was logged in as, but not anyone else. A link to the specific ILT instead of the catalog would also be great. Surely, that’s possible, but where do I get the links from? UPDATE: I suppose that’s what enrollment links are g
