Can we turn off the "Force users to change their password at their first login" option for a particular branch?

Feels like I am missing something obvious here. Surely I am not the only one that needs this info. So how have you all achieved this? How do you report on deactivated users. More to the point, can you report on only users that have been deactivated in the last X time period? I see options to report on expire date. But since the Expire date is not impacted when a user is manually deactivated, that field doesn’t help for this scenario.  

We are an extended enterprise customers and need help with this – We need some assistance with the new User Branch/Domain that we are creating in LMS. This new user branch will have self-registration and users will be created manually(Non-SSO). There are chances that many of our SSO enabled clients who already use another branch domain might go to this new branch domain through our community page. Is there a way that we can add a hyperlink on the new branch sign in page through which we can redirect the SSO clients to their original domain? We want to add that to the Sign in tab where it asks for user credentials.

Currently we are evaluating a new authoring tool in our department and EasyGenerator seems to be the best fitting in terms of our criteria. The question is if EasyGenerator synergizes well with Docebo as the LMS and if there are any cons to be aware of?Thank you in advance of an answer!

Hi I’m very new to API’s and I wondered if there was a list of the current available API’s on Docebo. I always see new ones being added and old ones taken away in the monthly updates. So Is there a list of what is available and what they do?

Folks - happy Friday. I am running into a small problem with a live learning campaign. I have faced it in the past in other systems, but I am not exactly sure how to corner this one effectively.I have an attestation at the end of a course - it is another learning object - that people seem to be missing. The first learning object is an off the shelf purchase.What would you recommend as a way of delivering a getting started message to the learner inline in the course? Is there a widget that I can sneak up front that expresses “getting started” that will not impact people that are already underway.The learning object (a Go1 “course”) I had to put into full window mode because of concerns with compatability.#Iamstilllearning, #help, #TGIF

Hi there, Can we keep the branding separate for the sub-branches? The users will not have access to more than one branch/sub-branch

Right now I go out to the Admin Menu > Users > Filter by - Level and Assigned PU Profile to get the power users I need and download the file. However, this does not give me the branches they have access to. So I then go to the Admin Menu > Power Users and search for each one to see what branches are assigned to them. Then I add this to the file I had downloaded. Is there an easier way to get this information as I did not see anything in Reports.

Hello Community! I have just integrated LinkenIn learning with Docebo. When I did so, a catalog was built called “LinkedIn Learning”. I have two issues:the filters in Docebo are not the same as in LinkedIn Learning, so the users will be confused when they cant filter by what they are used to in LinkedIn learning. Right now I have it set that the LIL courses will show within Docebo window. Would this be solved if I had the setting to Open in a new window? I dont want to test it because it said that switching this setting back and forth will mess up the LIL courses. Since the LiL courses are all in one HUGE catalog, how can I set up this catalog to be its own page? The catalog widget only allows me to select customer catalogs and then ALL catalogs show. I ONLY want the LIL catalog to show. How can I circumvent the system? thank everyone! All thoughts welcome!

I know I can show up to 9 fields and reorder the fields in the course management function but are you able to resize the field itself.  I am currently wanting to see my complete course code but it is cutoff and I can not seem to resize the field.  While other other fields take up more area than needed.

Today was the first day that my Power Users can see only icons in their left navigation menu and not the words - any thoughts? 

We have followed the suggestions for uploading a SCORM - QUIZ - but do not see the Score getting tracked in Docebo - the reporting shows a score of 0. .  Does anyone have any suggestions or have you run into the same problems?

Has anyone else run into issues when using Channels and the “New Invitations and Subscriptions” Widget? Perhaps I am blind…...but I am not seeing a way to delete or even swap out a badge that I have uploaded.I uploaded one for the sake of testing - it is not assigned to anyone but I cannot get rid of it or even replace it with a new image.In the reward shop - a little red ‘X’ appears to remove an image and I expected the same for badges.

We would like to send a notification to remind new users to complete an onboarding course that they have been enrolled in, but have yet to complete. To create the group I was going to create an automatic group based on their enrollment status in the specific course, to meet ANY of the criteria for that specific course (so we can target the notification email):Enrollment Status - Not Started Enrollment Status - In progressThen, send a notification to this group (which should update automatically) 14 days after they are automatically enrolled in the course and again at 30 days after they are enrolled if it’s still not completed.**Enrollment rule already set up. Here’s the multi-part question:  Is there an easier way to do this than setting up two separate notifications? How do I activate the Previous and Next Buttons in a Learning Plan? I can see them on the screen when I complete the 1st video, but they are greyed out. I have a learning plan with 4 videos, and I want the user to be able to select next to go to the next video in the plan? I'm sure this is easy to do and I'm missing the obvious!

I’ve received an inquiry from our human resources department about them potentially using our Docebo platform to deliver and administer their internal staff training. However, I’m not keen on adding all their content to our platform and giving them administration rights. In this case, is it possible to have two separate platforms? I believe Docebo supports multiple domains, but does anybody know if this feature is included as standard in the Enterprise plan?

Hello,I’d like to assigned assets to channels as opposed to applying courses and I can’t find that option anywhere in Docebo. The reason why I’m asking that is because in our case we don’t want to be “forced” to grant certificates to viewers that are coming to our website just to read simple setup guides that we provide them as PDFs files. thanks,Valeria Gregorio
