We are setting up to pass some data to another system that does not have a connector available.If I use and endpoint and the end of the call (page size = 200) returns the following. "count": 200, "has_more_data": true, "cursor": null, "current_page": 1, "current_page_size": 200, "total_page_count": 87, "total_count": 17306Is that 1 call? Or 200 calls?If it is one, then 87 calls would get my data, but that seems too good to be true.

Dear Docebo team. New user here. My team wants to create a landing page which contains 4 buttons (e.g. “Topic 1”, “Topic 2”, “Topic 3” and “Topic 4”) and each button goes to a different page, and our idea is to have only the courses for the specific topic in each page. We have uploaded the courses and created one Learning Plan for each topic. However, we’re not successfully managing on how to show only the “Topic 1” Leaning Plan when the user clicks on the “Topic 1” button. We have inserted the “Courses and Learning Plans” widget on each page, but they show all the courses and learning plans that the user is assigned. Is it possible to filter the courses on each page so they can only see the courses and learning plans related to the topic of the page?

Hi allI have ILT courses that sit on a catalogue but I only want to make it visible to certain branches so users can self enrolIs this possible?  My initial thoughts are that channels is the option which I have zero knowledge in so is this where my brain needs to go?My current workaround is set to self enrol with pending admin approval where users sit on a wait list.  This seems quite manual to be having to cross check everyone on my eligible list to approve.Cheers😀

Hi Docebo FriendsI would like to set up a scenario where existing users are assigned one course per month from a Safety catalog and given 30 days to complete each course.  So for example, if there are 120 courses, I’d like to set up a rotating calendar that pulls a specific course from that group each month and assigns it to all the users in a specific branch that meet specific criteria.  For simplicity, let’s say we want all our Drivers to be assigned a safety course specific to their license type each month.My concerns are:Is there an organized way to automate this process? Hi Docebo, I am struggling to obtain an access token via PowerBI. I started from DanBrill’s helpful post here:  But I am hitting the same general issue that user gogrizz mentioned several posts down. PowerBI sends an error that it is not able to authenticate with the credentials provided.  PowerBI is able to retrieve a token using the Client Credentials grant type, but this token will not allow me to use the 7.0 APIs (as mentioned in the Docebo Help File https://help.docebo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020082060-API

Is there a way to let learners mark a course or lesson as complete? In our onboarding learning plan, there are some basic courses on our industry for new hires unfamiliar with our industry. However, some learners come from the same industry so they don’t need to go through the content. Can they mark the course or particular lessons as complete?

How do you get Docebo to mark a course as complete if a learner fails the quiz inside a SCORM package?

We’re new to Docebo and are getting quite a bit of pushback on the Enrollment Approval process. The current/previous LMS would email the manager with all pending approvals in a list form and they could check “approve” or “reject” quickly from there. With Docebo, it seems that there is not a way to simplify the enrollment approval process. The manager needing to click on the course to get to the enrollments screen, make the changes, then go back to their dashboard to click on the next course that has pending enrollments… it’s a very clunky process.Does anyone have any ideas or modified workflows that work for you to simplify this process?

Hi all,Does anyone know of a way to pull a report that includes both courses and the catalogs associated to the courses? 

I have a customer who would like to know what days and how much time was spent on each day for a user on her team.  I know in Personal Summary she can see the last date the person logged in, and the total amount of time spent.  She would like to see if or when one of her users logs in on a weekend.  She also wants to see how much time was spent on each day.  If that is not something she can do as a Team Manager, then is there a report I can run on my end that will show these details?

I have our branches set up by our senior leadership. Our CPO resigned but there are still inactive users in her branch so I cannot delete her branch. What is the best practice for deleting a branch with inactive users. Do you create an inactive branch and move them Inactive users over?

I wanted to share something that I wish we would have known as a smaller organization when we onboarded Docebo, but has made a world of a difference, and that is using a page with filtered a course/LP widget to only show mandatory/compliance trainings. We ran into the issue that when course assignments went out, that learners had to filter courses themselves and find their mandatory content versus their self-enrolled, elective content. So, I learned that when a user uses the filter function on the Courses and Learning Plans built-in widget, the URL at the top actually changes and saves those filter options selected. I used the below steps to create a built-in widget on the homepage that will direct users to instantly see their outstanding mandatory training content.  Create a new page. We need to pass course progress from Docebo into Salesforce, but have not found a way to do this via API or Docebo Connect. Is anyone aware of a way to get this information?Some background: we are using this for customer training and it is perhaps the most important data to help us understand how active the learner is in the course. I know we can get time spent in the course but we have found that to be so inaccurate (reporting hours when only minutes were spent in the course) that it is effectively useless.

Hi,I've had a look at the notification options and cannot find one for "External Training needs approval" or something similar to send to Super Admins.Is there a way to notify Super Admins that a user has recorded External Training?Any help appreciated.

Is there any way to send a notification to Power Users or Admins that there are External Training items pending approval? It’s not very practical to have to keep opening the External Training app to check. 

Hi Everyone,I’m attempting to onboard Docebo to a SAAS solution called IdentityNow. In Postman we needed to pass both the client id / secret and username and password to retrieve the token for API calls. In IdentityNow, we’re able to establish a test connection but we’re unable to pass the token to other API calls in the source leading to a 401 error. Has anyone been able to onboard this source successfully to IdentityNow or other SAAS solutions?Thank You.

Hello good people !I am a Data Analyst looking into Docebo’s data set.I’m using python for API calls, I know how OAuth2 works and have my access token and the whole stuff to refresh the token when needed.I’m using the endpoint  get/report/v1/branch_dashboard_enrollment/{id}I have the branch id right and I do get a nice (page) set of 100 records back, the request takes about 7 seconds to complete. All good. I know how to do pagination, so I repeat my question for the next page, this is also successful.Now my problem is : I have more then 2K pages...it would take almost 3 hours to download the set and all I’m interested in are the changes in enrollment since yesterday. As far as I can see there is no ‘last_modificatio
