In our onboarding program, we have new hires read a number of articles in our help center after an ILT session. I’m currently using observation checklists to show completion of these tasks. Is there a way to insert a link to the checklist item so they can click on it to go directly to the help center article? If not, is there another solution to show they have completed the task, but with a link that takes the directly to the article?

Use Case: We host around 180 VILT sessions each year. Most (but not all) of those are recorded and become eLearning courses that live in our catalog for those who could not attend live. Our users would like to be automatically enrolled in the eLearning course if they are marked Absent on the ILT course.The auto enrollments seem to only have options for Group or Branch - so I’d have to create a group that catches everyone who was marked Absent (or is In-Progress after a certain date) and enroll that group into the eLearning course. However, I think I’d have to add a condition set for each individual course.Is there some other way I’m not thinking of - maybe a workflow or recipe using Docebo Connect - to make a rule that basically says: IF user status = Absent for ILT course, enroll in eLearning course with the same course number? 

I have a simiar situation to that described in this idea. Summary:User completes INITIAL course earning the Certification. Certification is renewed annually via a RENEWAL course, this one is tied to the certification with a 1 year expiration. The RENEWAL course is updated annually for freshness. With the introcution of archived enrollments, this works well with relative deadlines. How do I automatically grant the Certification after the user completes the INITIAL course, in a way the user can renew by taking the RENEWAL course?Has anyone come up with a workaround? The only one I have been able to come up with is to manually award the certificate based on completing the renewal course. 

Hi folks, we’re struggling to understand and use ILT Validity periods for course maintenance. We’d like to specify a number of days from the date of the event after which the course is inaccessible. Can we simply enter “180” or “365”, etc. in the Enable days of validity for this course under Enrollment validity period? These controls appear to be dependent on the Course validity period section above. If this is the case and the Course validity period details must be set first, must we calculate the number of days and enter them as the “End Date” instead? Thanks for your insights!

We want to see all users in a branch that have force password reset on.At that point will do an import to turn it off.We don't want to do it to all the employees in the branch because it would be unnecessary.Any help with this would be very much appreciated.

Hello - We have a learning plan that is linked to a certification that needs to be renewed on an annual basis.  When this learning plan was created, the year was put in the title without the forethought that we would be using it in the following years.  Does anyone have experience with attempting to update the learning plan name (if possible)?  As well as what implications we may face by doing so? Thanks in advance! 

Is there a way to edit existing ILT sessions/events via csv or is the csv option only for creation of sessions/events?

We would like to create a notification for a specific group of users that will notify them by email when we upload a new asset to a channel. I have tried all relevant events in the notification panel, but none of them had the option to set it to a specific channel or group. Has anyone dealt with something like this before? Thanks!

I’m searching for a way to give learners the ability to quickly download course resources to their phones.My first thought was to use QR codes. Basically, I want folks who are completing a course on their laptops the ability to scan a QR code, which links to a file on Docebo, which lets them download it on to their phones.I successfully achieved this by adding the file to the training material area and getting the URL which looks something like this: dcbstatic.com/files/e/c/domain/#####/#####/item/#####.pdfHowever, that link expires after some time. Has anyone here done something like this before?

Hello everyone, I am a front-end developer working on my company’s Docebo platform and was wondering if there is any way to connect our Bitbucket repository to the Docebo CSS editor, or any better way to deploy code than copying it from my local VSC files, which is quite tedious. I do have DevOps colleagues that could create the necessary pipelines or workflow for that. Is there any such option?

How can I change the checked radio button color for the Single-Choice test questions in Docebo? I need help in CSS or other settings that I can change the checked radio button from system green to blue (#0099ff) . Thanks. 

New(ish) to Docebo and looking to build out a page specifically for Managers. Would love to see what others have done and ideas on widgets to add. Also, if we were to add the My Tasks widget to this page any suggestions on what tasks to include that would be more targeted to managers to follow up with their direct users/teams. For example- Checklists to complete, assignments to evaluate, etc. Any insight would be much appreciated- Thank you!

I would like to create a dropdown menu that includes links to all our major site pages. Currently we are using a simple horizontal menu. I have reached out to Docebo about this, and they have an “At Your Own Risk” approach to this. I am also aware of the CSS warning about having it apply to all pages. I am competent in HTML, not so much in CSS. I have followed a lot of links that give all kinds of lengthy and sometimes contradictory instruction. But what I really need is an actual example, with CSS and HTML code, that works in Docebo without messing everything else up.  Thanks.

We are implementing Docebo as our first LMS, and are excited to launch it to our external customers in the coming months. We will have two categories of classes:Free All others will require a subscription.It should not be possible to buy an individual class. It seems that Docebo doesn’t support this use case very well without some less-than-ideal workarounds. I’m hopeful somebody in this community has some creative ideas or can help us see that we’re overlooking a clean solution.Here are the limitations as we understand them now. In order for any class to appear in the subscription, it has to be on-sale and therefore the class must have an associated price. However, we don’t want to sell individual classes, so the price for the individual class is misleading. We would like the price shown in the catalog to either show “Free” or “Requires Subscription” (or similar text). We know that AWS is doing this 

is there a known search query result I can add to the URL for various channels?For example - I want to communicate a full catalog but want to highlight specific content around a product. Example: https://company.docebosaas.com/learn/dashboard/channel/7&search?q=PopTarts

In order to make Docebo quizzes really work for us we need to be able to add audio files to the questions and answer choices in several languages. Having an AI voice speak would also do the trick, but we need to be able to hear the audio version of the question and answers.Has anyone come up with a way to do this? Or found a workaround? Any idea what could be causing this? I’m not sure how to check if this field came with our account my default, as I don’t see it listed under the Additional Fields.Thank You!

Hi there everyone, hope you are well :).I am new to docebo so I am still learning all of its wonderful features. But I do have 1 question. On Sandbox (which I still need to get it refreshed) Whenever I have a folder on a course, this folder is easily identified in the front end by having a circle in the folder itself. However, in production, this is missing and am I right in believing, I would need to use CSS to have this in production? Here is a screenshot from Sandbox environment. Thank you so much in advance.  

I’m creating a specific campaign for this year, and I’d love to use Docebo’s gamification and badging feature. We’ve used it successfully for many other things, but never quite like this.For marketing reasons I want a way to show the badges someone has earned within this specific collection, and I can’t figure out how to make the gamification widget do that. No matter what settings I choose the widget shows the user every badge they have earned instead of just the ones in this collection.Does anyone have a way to filter at the widget level instead of at the collection level? I don’t want to hide their other badges complete, just on this page.Creative suggestions are welcome. I am familiar with CSS and other web markup languages.

I uploaded a E-learning, and the settings for the course are all correct - Like the course is visible in both external and internal catalogues, self - enrolments are available, still the course doesnt appear when searched. Please help.

HiI have multiple courses that users may need to enrol into outside of a Learning Plan for which they get paid.  To avoid users enrolling into anything (and therefore receive payment for completing) I have set the course enrollment policy to self-enrollment are available (users will know if they need to complete the training based on individual needs), pending admin approval.Superadmins who can approve need validation that the training is actually required to complete.  We want to avoid having Direct Managers of these users approve the training for equity purposes across our org.  Apart from sending an email to training confirming (extra admin we are trying to avoid for specific employees) is there a way to complete this task within the LMS; a report function of users sitting on a waiting list for example, another alternative?

HiCurrently, we have all users on varying Learning Plans (LPs). If a course is not on a user’s LP, they should not be completing it. If I set all courses to self-enrollment and make them available using the course enrollment policy pending admin approval, will the course still be open to complete without admin approval if it sits on an LP?

Hi all,I need users to access online training through an external website.  They need to register with the site, receive an email from this site which then enables users to click on the link provided to complete training.Currently I have set up a course shell, added training material as a video which explains how to register and enrol - there is no way therefore of tracking enrolment and completion of the training (not compliance related so not essential)Is there an alternative easier way users could access this by using LTI  or HTML page in the training material?  Very new to all this tech talk.Thanks
