I’m looking to use badges and points in Docebo for things that are not really trackable, and you can earn the badge with a single click.For example, you have a professional development conversation, and you earn 10 points. This is something outside of the system and fully self-reported, so my ideal situation is you do one click inside Docebo and get the badge.Is there any way to do something like that?

Hello, We use a survey in our courses, and it works fine on the desktop. On mobile, after the survey has been submitted, this is what the user sees. Does anyone have any ideas why there is the weird code info there or how to get rid of it? 

Is anybody else using HealthStream in Docebo? We have their SafetyQ and CE Unlimited libraries, and the content causes constant issues for us. Right now, the struggle is accessing the SafetyQ content on the GoLearn app for Android. I’ve tested the courses on my desktop and my iPhone, and they work as they should, but one team member is seeing this when she tries to launch the content on her Android:I advised another learner to log into Docebo through their browser, but she said that was worse. Not all of the features were visible, and when she tried to launch a SafetyQ course, the Launch Course button was covered by the side menu, and she couldn't close the side menu to get to the button.Any insights or advice are much appreciated. we want to create a custom page for our channels with a custom activity stream that only shows content related to the channel, is there a way to do this in docebo? and if not is it possible using the API that we could then plant into our custom page?

Hi folks. I really thought I’d have been able to find what I’m looking for after a quick Google search but no luck so far.I know that it’s possible to sort the content within a Catalog. But is there no way to sort the order in which Catalogs appear on a page? I thought I could affect it just by changing the order in which catalogs are assigned, but that didn’t change anything.Thanks,Nate

My company is trying to automate the process of creating new users in Docebo. We have a connection to our HRIS system but for some reason when it reaches step 5 it just skips to the end. It is not creating any new profiles in Docebo. I have confirmed from the logs that it is receiving information from UKG. Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.

I was just surprised by a user completing a learning plan they shouldn’t have had access to. Or so I thought.I created a catalog that only contained the LP I want this branch to see.I created a landing page for that specific branch that only showed that LP and nothing else.I did not think of the fact that global search might show results outside of those restrictions, and a user found some content they really should not have had access to, completed the LP and is now expecting a certification, even though they aren’t technically eligible for it.I am frustrated that you can’t customize global search for a page and they’ve done away with ideas, so I have no clue if it’s even on the roadmap.Can anyone share what the best approach would be to restrict content for users in a specific branch?Thanks! 

Totally new to APIs and playing around with “Create a Course” using Docebo’s API browser and our sandbox environment. I got this as a response - no errors - so I thought I had it all figured out... But when I go to my environment, the course I tried to add is nowhere to be found. Any idea what I’m missing? 

Hello all,We are having a migration performed by Professional Services and have been instructed to inform users not to complete any training post our org pulling the required reports.Is there a way to disable access to LMS for all users during a specific period of time?  We do not want to rely on our org’s comms only.Thanks, looking forward to a quick reply on this one 😀

I’ve created a set of badges that are assigned upon completion of a group of courses (ie Badge A awarded upon completion of course A, B, C, D; badge B awarded upon completion of courses A, C, D, etc.). For a few users though, this is causing one badge to be assigned twice (at the same time). Does anyone know of a workaround--is this something I need to resolve on the course end because it’s being marked twice or is this a badge automation bug? Picture below to show what I mean when I say the badge is achieved and assigned twice at the exact same time for the exact same course. 

I had a user reporting that they received a message indicating they had reached the max allowable time limit for screen recordings after about 10-15 minutes.  Has anyone else seen this or know if there is there a max time limit for a screen recording using the built in screen recording tool?This would be like they were recording their screen to upload an asset to a channel. 

I have a tech ticket on this but sometimes you fine folks have a work around or have encountered this and solved on your own so I’m checking here too. (THANK YOU AT DOCEBO SUPPORT TEAM for your continued effort to resolve my issue).  On Friday I uploaded a new version of a SCORM File, I rewrote an existing SCORM File instead of uploading it as new training material (which I didn’t realize maybe I should have done instead 😕). But now any person who has already completed the course or is in progress on the course is getting a White Screen and cannot load it. However new users seem to be able to see the course without issue. We tried reseting progress but that solve only worked for one user and has not worked for any additional users.  Any ideas what’s going on? And how we can address it?  Any tips to help so this doesn’t happen to us again in the future?     

Hi everyone, In order to be fully accessible we need a way to superimpose screen readable text over an image. For example, a banner. We can’t upload an image with text as it won’t be readable to someone who has accessibility needs. I’ve tried to add a content title which works, BUT I need control over making the font a minimum of 24-28 points (if not larger). Is there a workaround or is this custom CSS?Thanks

Hi allIs there a way to resend an RSVP to a user enrolled in a ILT course.  When I view the sessions I can see some users with an ‘awaiting’ status.  I have sent a reminder email using the email function within this section but more often than not they can not ‘find’ the RSVP email and will respond by saying they will attend.  I would like to be able to re-issue the RSVP AND/OR change the RSVP status in the session to yes.Thanks 

Is there a way that I can see the User Summary Report for all of my users? I am hoping there is a way that I could just see the number of courses assigned to a user and the overall completion progress % of the courses. 

Good afternoon community,I have a random issue I was wondering if you could help me with.Our Docebo system is integrated with MS Teams. We are tracking ILT sessions facilitated through MS Teams in Docebo. To access our platform, we have turned on SSO. Often, users will intermittently experience SSO issues and get the following error message in orange when they try to click the Docebo link. It looks like it is tied to SSO. Users can access the platform, but instead of going to the ILT session they get re-directed to the homepage and get this error message at the bottom of their screen. We have not been able to isolate the issue, and it seems intermittent. Anyone else experiencing this?I have gone to IT to whitelist anything from Docebo, just don’t understand why sometimes it works and s

We have an enterprise license to LinkedIn Learning, and have imported dozens of courses into our Docebo installation. Recently, with no overt changes on our part, Docebo now continues to say that courses are In Progress, when, in fact, they have been completed. This is happening across all LinkedIn Learning courses and all users. Docebo technical support has, so far, been unable to identify and rectify this issue. Because some of these courses are enterprise mandatory, this has created something of a crisis. Does anyone have an answer? Thanks.

How can a Super Admin add a power user to create Branches? We have all our users added in but based on the safety training they require is dependent on their job function. Would branches or Groups be best? For the moment the majority of the trainings will be ILT.- I plan to just have the users added just to only track their training attendance. Without them ever logging on.

Hello!My company has this year looked into monitoring how much time, each month, is being spent by users in our platform. Identifying just who has logged on isn’t much of an issue, but we need to figure out how much time, total, our users are spending interacting with training materials in order to provide better optics on the ROI over our old training site. What we have done thus far is not providing accurate results, however, and I am hoping one of you kind folks might have a better idea of where and how we can get this information! What we are doing now:Currently we are utilizing the Users - Courses report to pull data, with the following filter:• Enrollment Date [After / Absolute]- 11/3/2023• Usage Statistics - Training Material Time (sec)While this will reflect accurately all users who were enrolled after this date it will not reflect users who have passed the course or even briefly touched the

I have been asked by our Finance team to find:Total hours of training time provided to employees 23/24 financial year Total number of people who completed training.I need to be able to demonstrate training time for courses via eLearning and ILT, vILT.Would I need to review the dashboard of every course and run a report from this, which would be time consuming? Or is there another way to extract this data?

Dear allI have a customer using one of my subdomain (extended enterprise). They currently use it internally and we have configured their SSO. No problem.Now they want to provide access to their external users, which uses another SSO (different IP ID, different metadata...).How can I solve that:can’t find a way to add a second SSO to my extended enterprise domain. Correct ? or do I have to use another extended entreprise subdomain pointing to the same branch but using the second SSO ? or do I have to treat it as another distinct extended entreprise domain (own branch, own SSO)?Thank you in advance
