Hi! We are trying to create a dashboard that shows the course progress of users in specific courses. I know I can create a report that shows that and add that to the dashboard but is there a quick visual I can use to make the dashboard a bit more useful. I would love to have the listed course and below that the progress of each user. Thanks!

Hi, coming with another question :) So our company has 3 levels of hierarchy: Area Manager (AM) = Power UserGeneral Manager (GM) = Power UserStore Employees = UserIs there any automated way to have anyone in the manager position to be assigned as a power user, without it being specified in the CSV file? I’ve seen that you can add the level for users to your CSV file, but that would have to be manual work for us. 

How to add apps in the Admin Menu? I can activate or deactivate the app but I am not able to add them to the admin menu like API & SSO app!- 

We plan to automatically upload our CSV file on a daily basis for our company, but we understand there is some manual work we plan to do on some users. Ex. we will manually assign our few Area Managers as Power Users and their Profile. But with reuploading the CSV file daily, would that impact those changes we made manually or reset them? Whether there's any part in the CSV file that changes for that Area Manager (ex. email, position ID,etc) or even if there are no changes and it just doesnt have the “Level” field to power user, would it remove their power user status we manually added?

What exactly does “relative” mean in terms of course reporting from the My Team area? Is there a specified variance or does it depend on a range, like a 3 day lookbsack may have +/- 2 but a 30 day span may have +/- 7? It doesn’t mention that setting in the Manager User Guide nor Reports for Managers articles. Did I miss one?

Good morning all,  I have been having a play with notifications and I was wondering if there is any way that you can change the formatting so the United Kingdom text isn’t in capitals?Within Classroom Locations it is in lower case and upper case respectively.  

Is Harmony able to pull information from courses imported from Docebo Content? I have test several different questions with Harmony and even asked where it got the information from since it wasn’t including a link to a course and it said it was just general knowledge because there were no courses on it. There are in fact courses on everything I tested with the search. We have also given it plenty of time to get setup as it is working as intended with all of our in-house created courses. 

Hi Community,I searched the forum but couldn’t find an answer to my question:I’m currently building a dashboard and would like to use the “Embed Video” widget. Since we have the video available in 21 languages, I’d like to display the localized version based on the learner’s language. I noticed that I can translate the title, but I don’t see an option to add individual URLs for each language.Is there a way or a workaround to achieve this? Hi All,I’m facing a specific use case and would appreciate insights from the community.We manage numerous courses linked to multiple learning plans. Occasionally, these courses are revised, and certain users are required to retake them.The challenge is that we only want to archive and re-enroll selected users—not all users who were previously enrolled—since many are no longer required to complete the course.Currently, the only workaround we’ve identified is to archive and unenroll all users, then enroll only those who need to retake the course. This approach preserves historical records in the archive while allowing targeted re-enrollment.However, Docebo does not currently support archiving and unenrolling courses associated with learning plans. Unassigning the course from all learning plans, performing the archive and unenroll, and then reassigning the course to the learning plans would be extremely burdensome for the team.Is there

We’ve recently experienced the issue with our scheduled reports not running correctly whether it was for an end user, Power User, or Super Admin. However, today we are now unable to run any of our reports manually. The “Creating Background Job” popup displays but runs for an inordinately long amount of time. Eventually, an email is sent that indicates “we are not able to send you the link to the xxxx report”.Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

We created a new home page for our users….we did this by duplicating the home page of another subdivision of our company. the problem we are having is that now when we change the URL to our URL the page gets wonky (see pic below) does anyone know why this would happen?  

Hello! I am working on structuring Docebo for our restaurant company that has 2 hierarchies. We have an AM and GM, we want them to both be managers for their teams and we have them established as theMain Branch = AM area Subbranch = Store locations/GMs. We have an issue with our ADP report for the CVS upload, it does not have the GM/AM connection, only has info on if someone is or isn't a manager (yes/no). We want to figure out how to create that connection, for when a trainee is uploaded, they can be directly assigned to the GM and AM.I thought about using the Location code that is part of the Store subbranch and is a column in the ADP report. Because AM’s are Power users, so I thought assigning a resource such as its corresponding AM main branch and the GM/Store subbranches to the AM poweruser, would help create that manager connection. I believe I may be wrong, does any one have any ideas? ex.Parent Br

This morning we had a pop-up in our Docebo instance inviting us to preview Harmony Search.I’ve put in a ticket to find out if all SuperAdmins saw this pop-up, or any other users. We cannot turn on AI features without asking for a review from our IT Security team. Due to the distributed nature of our companies and our L&D teams, we have numerous SuperAdmins in our system across multiple extended enterprise portals. While I’m pretty confident that my team knows the rules (and I sent out a reminder to everyone this morning), a prompt like this one may cause someone to circumvent our process.I reached out to my SCM to ask: Can we ensure that advertisements like this will NOT be turned on for our Docebo instance in the future? Has anyone had a similar issue?

Are we still expecting a Sandbox update next week?  I haven’t seen a post about what to expect yet.  With so many changes to how, when, and where updates are communicated, I’m not sure if I’ve missed something.  But, I don't see anything in Product Updates, Release Roundups, or Live in Sandbox posts.  My notes say Sandbox update is due on Nov 10 to push the updates that are set to go to Production in January 2026.  

I need to interact with docebo lrs using Oauth2 token. I generate an access token using client_credentials grant type but when I use that to access LRS. It’s showing me 401 unauthorized access

We post a weekly leadership training for learners and we have a widget on their home page to highlight these.  We’d like to feature the newest one first.  The card view you can sort newest to oldest, but it takes up a huge amount of screen real estate.  The stream view is better but only sorts A-Z.  Has anyone edited, maybe through CSS, the default sort of the stream or found a way to limit the number of cards?

I am successfully connected to and pulling users from the GET /manage/v1/user endpoint, however, I want to make use of the optional "filters" input to limit the results to only Power Users or Super Admins. This means I have to filter on the "level" attribute of the user. Can anyone explain the syntax for this sort of filter? The API explorer gives the following description on the field: serialize object containing list of filters and their options. I have tried a few options, the only one I have gotten results for (no Internal Server Error), but still the filter does not seem to be applied is this:[{"level" : {"criteria" : "not_equal", "value" : "user" }}]I cannot get the syntax correct and keep getting Internal Server Errors otherwise. Any help or examples would be great!

I know that Docebo doesn’t offer a monthly active users report. So I’m open to any ideas of how you have somewhat accomplished this on your own?

My team is having an issue with uploading SCORM packages to the Central Repository. The files are well under the size limitation. They are getting stuck on this screen and it never finishes processing. Any suggestions?

I’ve searched and most of the information is 2-3 years old.Is there a way to download content from the Central Repository that doesn’t involve using API? We don’t have the original files that were uploaded.Thanks!

There is a mandatory description field that is required to be populated for each course. However, this field is unable to be reported on.Is it possible to report on this field as we are using it to store some important course information.
