Hi everyone,I’m really keen to understand if the “Global Search” tool in Docebo Learn searches through SCORM modules? I have some strange results coming back that I believe may be coming from within a SCORM module and possibly the code used to help with automating text to voice which is material kept in the SCORM package. The results are not good as it includes phrases used to help the text to speech work more effectively with essentially bad English to help pronouncing some words, but as a search result it looks very bad.Does the Global Search search through the contents within a SCORM package?https://help.docebo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020127199-Using-the-Platform-s-Global-SearchMany thanks for your help folks.JK

Our users like to build a community with other learners in the same program as them. We had previously used Facebook groups to encourage the social aspect but are now looking to possibly utilize Discover, Coach, & Share as a social platform to help us centralize our users in Docebo. Is anyone else using DC&S this way? Is this even possible?
Perhaps I am blind…...but I am not seeing a way to delete or even swap out a badge that I have uploaded.I uploaded one for the sake of testing - it is not assigned to anyone but I cannot get rid of it or even replace it with a new image. In the reward shop - a little red ‘X’ appears to remove an image and I expected the same for badges.
How do I activate the Previous and Next Buttons in a Learning Plan? I can see them on the screen when I complete the 1st video, but they are greyed out. I have a learning plan with 4 videos, and I want the user to be able to select next to go to the next video in the plan? I'm sure this is easy to do and I'm missing the obvious!
Does anyone know if there is a way to Edit a Screencast/video created via the Video Recorder in Docebo, once it has been published to a course or the Central Repository? I see that the settings can be edited or subtitles can be added once the video is recorded, but I do not see anywhere that the published video can be revised or the MP4 file can be exported.Any help would be appreciated!
Hi, we recently want to launch the gamification feature but whenwe were testing out the function, 2 out of 4 system admin account got double coin issuance for the same points (ie 30 points earned and 60 coins allocated). But no such error when we tried with test accounts (user level). We have contacted Docebo but they were not able to replicate/resolve the problem.Anyone else here have similar experience with coins?
Hi,We have 6 sub-Branches, Is there any possible to hide the Gamification Icon in one of the sub-branch?If yes. Can you please guide and how to do this?Regards,Sasikumaar
I’ve recently set up our first Channel for one of our Business Practice Areas. The thought is to compile recorded sessions into buckets based on topics. There are 7 different topics under which the recordings will be house. I created 7 playlists and put on average 3 recordings into each bucket. The problem is that you see the tile for the first offering but I can’t view the content for the rest of it. As an Admin, I can see what is there but a user cannot. How do you view the playlists as a user? Am I missing something super basic? Thanks, All!
Has anyone integrated and/or come up with a way to tie in rewards to Bonusly?
Hi!We are looking for the best way to set up our own community. We are looking in to the option of using the channel option within docebo to do this? Now I see this community and I'm inspired! But to my surprise this is not the Docebo environment?. Why did Docebo choose not to use its own platform to create this community? What are the pro's con’s of using channels within Docebo for a community? Should we also reconsider building our own community within our learning platform of Docebo?Any tips and advice is welcome!HesterLearning ConnectedAmsterdam
