Is there a way to make it so an employee can request a course and their supervisor can be the approver? I know there are admin and super admin approvals, but the supervisors in my Docebo do not have those permissions. I’d like the employee to be able to request the class, and their supervisor to approve the enrollment.

Hi All,I am working on creating a FAQ page for our users and I want to put most popular questions on the landing page in a way like accordion so when you click the drop down you can display the answer without going to another page/browser. Has any of you done such a thing? Any other suggestions will be appreciated.  Thank you all,

Has anyone tried or had any luck with changing the text that appears on the course tiles? We only offer our courses in English, so we are wondering if we can remove the EN from every course. In addition, we are hoping to change “E-learning” to a different name. I tried using the localization tool and it did not adjust or update E-learning in the course tiles. If anyone has tried CSS for this, I would love to learn how you did it as well.

Can we admins bestow access to the Beta feature? Thanks,Phil

Hi all.I noticed that in the Sandbox I can give Power Users access to the Manage Pages page, but it doesn’t appear to be an option in Production yet.Anyone know when this is going to be live? Thanks!

What is the best way to handle archiving enrollments for users enrolled in a compliance learning plan that needs to be taken annually? The bulk archiving option is great when users aren’t enrolled in a learning plan but we’re finding out it doesn’t work the same to archive and unenroll vs archive and re-enroll (we’ve made some changes to LP structure for 2024). Any tips on how best to navigate this would be most helpful.

Hi all,Since moving surveys to Docebo for ILT workshops, we’ve noticed that they are not getting completed. We used to have almost 100% completion when the leaners had a paper copy handed to them at the end of the ILT workshop. Now, we’re not even getting 10%. Currently I have one reminder going out 3 days after the workshop is completed. I fully expected to have some loss, but 90% is way too high. What are you doing to get your learners to complete the surveys.  TIA,Sarah

Hi, I have an automation in Docebo Connect to remove offerings from catalogs on dates specified in a lookup table. To remove the offering, I used the base URL /learn/v1/catalog/ which I got from the Docebo API page.  Now, I’m creating an automation to remove offerings from channels in the same way, but it keeps getting stuck at the removal step. It’s so close to working, and I know you wise humans will be able to help me with this and save the day. Thanks in advance! All the best,Cat

Since the last course player update, the learner view for PUs is not the same as what the real learner sees. Can somebody explain this?

I am a Super Admin for our LMS. When I am in Course Management and I click “Learner View”, to see what the end-user sees in terms of dates available etc, when they search the catalogue, it automatically enrolls me on the course that I am looking at.I started noticing this when my line manager kept getting e-mail alerts that I had enrolled on a number of courses. It seems to do this for any Super Admin who does this as she had the same issue. If I have already completed the course, I can’t see the course at all from the end user’s perspective. Instead it just takes me to a record of when I completed the course.Has anyone else noticed this problem please?

Has anyone discovered and can share new CSS coding to globally hide assignment submission options for Screen Recording and Link? We’d like to only have upload option displayed. It appears from past posts that coding was shared but is not working in the new course player. Specifically, this is the area and the two options we’d like to hide.Hide Record and Add a Link Submit Options?

Hello! I am looking for a work around to report on users past due. My goal is to schedule a report that reports on users past due in a learning plan - showing what course within the learning plan they are past due. Per the help desk this is not possible as is, but I can schedule a normal report and sort by enrollment date. Does anyone have any recommendations on reporting on users that are past due, or the best report to use to show general progress of a course or learning plan? Thanks!

Has anyone created a QR code for the Docebo Mobile App (Go.Learn)? This is not the branded mobile app.We thought that we could create a QR code for our external groups that they could use to scan the code with their mobile camera or with a QR reader app. We are seeing that more of our external groups are taking their training on their mobile device.Love to hear from anyone that has done this and how they did it.Thanks!

Is there a way to send a notification to learners that shows them their submitted answers. I know that you can send this notification to Instructors, Superadmin and Powerusers. I can’t find anything for learners.

Hello Wise Community,We launch new ILT offerings quarterly by adding sessions to existing course shells and creating new course shells for brand-new courses. This quarter, we’re also updating the titles of some existing courses.I’m curious how you all handle this type of change. From a data and reporting perspective, is it preferable to:Create new course shells with the updated titles Update the titles in the existing course shells and continue using themI’d love to hear your insights—thanks in advance!Best,Cat

To help our new users, we have created an LMS Introduction SCRM file. Is there a way to auto assign this module to every course created going forward? My inclination is to create a template learning plan including the intro course and duplicate that each time we need a new course setup.

Hi everyone,First time posting in this community, but i have to say the resources and discussions have helped me navigate my Docebo journey for some time now 🙂 happy to finally have an excuse to sign up!I wasn’t sure if i am doing something wrong, or whether i needed to add a feature request - im hoping this has come up before and I can just add a vote and some weight to something. Is there any way that “New Reports” can just email me the file as an attachment? I am always prompted to go to the platform to download the report, even with “You must be logged in” toggled off. To reduce on need of API, we have been emailing CSV reports to our inbox (and using power automate to do some cool reporting things with the data). But i worry that the old reporting features won’t be around forever, and I would love to have new reporting tools options but emailed in the same way the old reports used to be handled.Any insight would be appreciated - including pointing me to the right location to eith

Is the daily agenda ready to go for Docebo Inspire 2025? Can it be shared?

Good Morning All,We have a growing number of managers who would like to use our assets in our library to provide support to employees who may be on a PIP (performance improvement plan).  As an example...we have an employee that could benefit from reading four or five articles we have tagged for communication.  I’d like to have record that this person read these prior to a coaching session. Ideally, I want to avoid creating a course for one person.  I’d be open to creating a playlist that can be assigned and tracked (if that is a possibility). Looking for any guidance on this one!

I need to isolate and hide these three areas of the My Activities page:Discover Coach & Share Overview Top Most Viewed Courses My PerformanceI have been right clicking and inspecting, but I can’t seem to isolate the elements and hide them with CSS. Anyone have any CSS for me? 😀

Apologies if I’m missing this...I’ve searched for it using just about every terminology I can think of, and I still can’t seem to find anything on the topic… Is it possible to time-release courses in a learning plan? I see the option to set a delay interval based on completion of the pre-requisite courses, but I’m looking for a way to manage “overwhelm” during the onboarding process by spacing out the launch of content, regardless of pre-requisites. To put it another way, I want courses to “unlock” to the user every three days. I want the schedule to be followed even if someone is a day or two behind. Day three’s course should unlock on day three always, not three days after someone completed the pre-requisite. Is there a way to accomplish this while keeping the content together in a learning plan?

Hi learning experts.i’ve got a user who needs a certificate that displays the average time for a course in the following format: “Average completion time: n minutes”. I thought this would be a slam-dunk, but it is frustratingly unobvious & possibly impossible.I can get “15:00” showing as the average completion time using the [medium_time] tag, even though it’s set up on the system as “00:15”. i can get just the minutes from the actual time, but we don’t want to use actual time, otherwise some folks will be showing days if they started a training & just left the tab open on their computer or whatever.but does anyone know if there is actually a way to get “Average completion time: 15 minutes”?

Hi everyone, Currently my organization uses the ILT event starting notification set to trigger “2 hours AFTER the event starts” to send out our training evaluation which is a Microsoft form. The issue we are having is for cohort style classes with multiple events in one session, a notification goes out for each event which tends to be too redundant. It appears that the ILT session starting notification is also triggered by “event” so I was wondering what is the difference between the two?Can anyone else think of a solution to what I am trying to solve here? I’d like to see one notification going out at the last event of a session.

Is there a way to disable the Next button until all slides have been viewed in the slide converter in a course’s training material. We want to “force” the user to view all of the content before proceeding to the next piece of training material.

I don’t see a URL option - am I missing something?
