When a user launches Google Chrome on their mobile device to log on our Docebo platform, a pop up appears (see screen print below) to have the user download Go.Learn app. However, when the user presses on Not Now. Nothing happens.  Do you know how to get pass this so the user can sign in on their mobile device using Google Chrome and not have to download the Go.Learn app? It use to work, but now it is not working correctly.

Hi all I have a webhook for Learner Completed Course, its firing for every course completion but the course_id in the payload does not match course_id in the course catalog.Payload Course Id : course_id :21But I cant find any course with an id of 21.  In fact for all the triggered events there is a numeric id.  Im sure I am looking in the wrong place, can anyone point me to where I can find the course id?(I am avoiding the API and would prefer to export the list from the admin console if possible)Thank you

Has anyone discovered a way to change or hide the SCORM package icon using CSS?Iconography is so important for UX and the zip file means absolutely nothing to our learners, and even confuses many of them.

Is there a way I can download and/or print the catalog?

I thought I was on the right track with changing changing the breadcrumb font size color by using: doc-layout-breadcrumbs .breadcrumbs { font-size: 14px; color: black;}This successfully changes the font size, but it keeps that font color white (I’m guessing because it is a link?).  Has anyone been able to successfully change the color of the font on the breadcrumb with CSS?

Hello !Is there a way to notify user when a quiz is still due (who has been added as a training material in a course) ?Learners have to take a test before taking part in the training session, and we'd like to send them a notification when they don't take the test. Thank youC

Is it just me or did Docebo change the field Course name to Course title? All of my dashboards are broken when new reports were run.

HiWithin the User personal summary page the user is presented with a menu and has both ‘Courses’ and ‘ILT ( Instructor Lead Training)’.   To an end user it is not immediately clear what the difference is between these two pages, and only by clicking into these will they then see that Course is in fact ‘all courses’ i.e. both ILT and eLearning enrolment activity.   I don't see this ‘Courses’ listed in the Localisation Tool to change the name , and I wonder, is it possible?  Can we locally change ‘Courses’ to ‘All Courses’?  Many thanksKate

Hi folks,So we are going to leverage some of the deeplink aspects of courses and I wanted to check if anyone has figured out how to hide this one via CSS.Anyone figure out how to hide these? That may sound counter-intuitive? But we have some concerns with the chain of custody with these links. Hiding them gives us the benefit of pushing with finess...and using the deeplinks in notifications from Docebo and aspects of the intranet our learning team will own.

Hi all,I’m a superadmin trying to import a batch of new users via CSV.  I can see the preview of my user data and everything looks good, but the Import button at the bottom right is disabled, but I cannot figure out why! Any ideas??

We import users via csv every couple of weeks.  In the past few weeks this stopped working for power-user with all permissions Superadmin can import the same csv file with no issues, when a power-user does it the job fails as ‘discontinued’ with no error report to download I tried removing all superadmins and power-users from the csv file and it still failed I tried creating a new power-user and granted all permissions and that also failed Confirmed that the field mapping and all of the options on the import page match between the superadmin and power-user Observation that power-users used to get a warning on upload that mentioned something about inability to apply superadmin changes or something and that warning is no longer coming up when they import On failure the power-user gets an email:Background job 'Start importer task' with ID:(-) aborted at (0%) with error: Unable to receive results from: user/batch So we’re able to do this still as a superadmin just don’t know why our power

Is there a report where I can get aggregated time in training by user for a period of time? For example, everyone in division X between 1/1/24 and 12/31/24.Emily 250 hoursShelby 327 hoursI want to add both the ILT and elearning times together. Thanks!

Hi EveryoneIn the Training Certifications and Retraining Learner Guide it states:“Renewing with Other Courses or Learning PlansIf you cannot retake the same course to renew the certification, when you click on:Renew Certification on the page of the course or the learning plan or Renew Now on the Certification tab of the My Activities page, or Renew on the Certifications to Renew tab of the Task List widgetyou will land on the Certifications & Retraining tab of the My Activities page listing the courses and the learning plans you can take to recertify. Click on the course or learning plan card to start the training.”We have a few courses where recertification requires the completion of a different course. How do I set this up so that Learners can see the recertification course when time comes for them to renew their training? Many thanks

Hello! I’m setting up a monthly leadership training series. The trainings will be once a month, starting in January and completing in December. Team Members will be able to self enroll in the events they want to attend. This means, they could come to January, but don’t have to come in February. We don’t have the set dates for February - December. Which do you feel is the best way to set up this training series:We set it up as 1 ILT per Month (January is one course, February is one course, etc.)  We set it up as 1 ILT for the whole year, setting up each month as their own session, just not setting a date until it’s scheduled. Only issue I’m seeing with this is how would we allow them to be enrolled in all sessions. Would this be something we’d have to manage at the admin level? Or is there another way we can do this? Also open to additional ideas or best practices for how to set this up so that it is the best experience possible for our end users. Thank you in advance!

With all this buzz around OpenBadge and another question about Credly, does anyone use Accredible? and does anyone know whether Docebo has plans to add this to the apps menu?

Hello, I have a SFTP file of a report of some courses outsite Docebo of users that have completed the course. How can I bring this SFTP file to be added into the course report ?  Best regards,

Am I crazy in thinking that the subscription/cost model is that much better than many other tools?I just looked at their price model for the New Adobe Captivate - not the older version….And at 34$ a month - to subscribe to it - it may warrant a much deeper dive at it. Just curious.FYI - I have used the original Captivate since it was a tool generated by Macromedia and it was a rebranding of Robodemo right up and through 2020 so I know the other side of Captivate.

I’d like to add a button with a direct link to the Skills Dashboard. But when I access the Skills Dashboard and copy the link, it only takes me to the user’s profile. Add to that the fact that the skills dashboard menu item takes a couple of seconds to show up, we’re going to lose opportunity for people to find and use it.Has anyone been able to find a direct link to the skills dashboard that can be used for this purpose?TIA!

Hi folks.Based on what I’ve seen I’m inclined to think the answer is no, but let me ask anyway...Is there any way to see a rating for a course that is not either seeing it in a catalog or running a report? As an administrator, I feel like it should not take so many steps, it should be available directly in the Course Management page for a given course.Honestly I think that, for all the valuable information we could be extracting from this field, there is very little transparency here, it could be a lot more accessible.

We are looking for a way to create coupons in bulks (e.g. 100 coupons every month, 500 coupons every 6 months). Did anyone find a way to do it via API or any other way?

What softwares do you use for the creation of your courses? My favourite is this

Can rubrics be used to inform learners on how they are being evaluated, what is considered proficient/mastery in a skill or knowledge as well as a way to provide feedback to them on they performed when a learner uploads a screen recording, audio recording or any other kind of upload? If there is not, has anyone figured out how to seamlessly use a checklist as a rubric for uploaded assignments and test items?Thank you in advanced.

Hello all.  I am a bit familiar with Notifications, but my question is about sending a “Welcome & Quick Start Guide” email to new users letting them know how they can log in for the first time and some quick user tips for them.Currently we are using tags in Keap. So I add a new user in Keap, tag them so the Quick Start Guide/Welcome email goes out, and also put them in Docebo and enroll them in courses.  I would love to be able to eliminate the double entry and just register the new user straight into Docebo.  However, I still need to have the Quick Start Guide/Welcome email go to them so they know how to log in and navigate through the platform.I am not sure if they have to have already logged in to Docebo first before getting an email notification. Or does anyone else have any other ideas how I can execute this and save me entering a new user into 2 different platforms?

I would like to add some text to the Share button - seems some folks need more help. Not sure which option, if there is one, in the localization tool to select.I would like to make it say “Share this course” - some folks think it’s a social share option. Please advise.  thanks.

Anyone know of a way to find out the Header Image settings on each course?  I am working through updating all header images to be images and not just the default and being able to export that data or get it somehow for each course will allow me to focus.I didn’t find the option to see this data in the courses export option.Any ideas???
