Can someone advise as to how I would enter a course that one person took from an outside vendor. I have the certificate of completion.

We are using Enrollment Priority Attributes for some assignments. We would like to know if the attribute designation (e.g., required, mandatory, optional, recommended) that is applied when the course is assigned appears anywhere in records. We know it appears on the home page on the assigned course’s tile, but we would like to see it in a report, or some other place we could pull data from. Perhaps there is an API that would expose it?Thanks!

When duplicating eLearning courses is there a way to include the course additional field data

Hi all,What is the best way to automate the Orientation learning path while preventing learners from working ahead? For example, if there is Orientation on Day 1, the courses are in the system but users should work together on the classes at the orientation site. The users then will automatically be enrolled in Orientation session 2, but they should NOT be able to work ahead until day 1. What is the best way to set this up?Thank you Docebians!

Hi everyone,Just curious as I wasn’t able to find anything googling online. What does the Send Notification column on the Users page supposed to mean? I see it displays either Yes or No.

Currently, our organization uses extended enterprise to offer online courses to staff and sell courses to the public. Right now, we use a separate point-of-sale system and API to handle online course purchases from the public as we sell other items, such as admission tickets. If you have e-commerce turned on, is it automatically turned on for all your domains? E.g. would internal staff need to go through the payment process (even if it is “free” or have a coupon making it free) in order to enroll in a course? Or, can you set it up so that e-commerce is activated only on a subdomain?

What is the difference between the two times displayed with Learning Plans? I’ve searched a number of different sites and can’t seem to find the answer.

I am looking for help locating the ID of rows within custom content pages to apply a background colour to a row area within a custom widget page, similar to the new look in Docebo University.

Hello,Is there a way to assign only certain lessons in a LinkedIn Learning course to offer the learner completion status for that course?Specifically, we’re looking to have our learners take the Microsoft Teams course. Since we’re not an education facility, we don’t need to watch ‘Teams for Education’. I told my learners they could skip it, but they want to show the completion for the instructor/learner. How do I do that? Thanks

We use Docebo for external customer training. I want to export a list of upcoming ILTs to send to our internal project managers and CX teams to keep them up to date on what we’re offering customers. These internal users can’t sign in to Docebo, so they can’t access the calendar view. Is there a way to export the list of upcoming ILTs with names, dates and times, descriptions, and (ideally) registration links?

Hello,Our platform has several hundred user accounts that have never logged in. Before we deactivate them, I wanted to potentially leverage the "User has not logged in (in a specific time period)" notification. It is currently turned OFF.The default for the notification appears to be seven days after the event or account creation. If I change the period to 60 or 75 days and then enable the notification, will Docebo go back and process accounts with those specific time parameters? As we move forward, the plan is to turn the notification on with a standard 7-day window. Can I also have two versions of the notification running? One version runs at the 7-day period, and then another takes the same action but at a later period, say 60-days after account creation.

Hello! I looked through the January 2026 Q&A when course and learning plan archiving was activated, but couldn’t find an answer to my question. We are FINALLY getting into archiving our old courses using the new process. What occurred to me was, when archiving ILTs what happens to recordings posted on individual events? Are those uploaded to the Training Materials as videos or will they be deleted in the archiving process?

Greetings, I am getting started with Extended Enterprise in my Sandbox. I understand based on this statement from Docebo Help, “Please note that all users are allowed to access the main domain, as every user is associated with the root branch.” that users can access their root or main domain.Example, root domain is Company - test.docebosaas.comFirst sub domain is Company/DomainA - test.docebosaas.com/domainaSecond sub domain is Company/DomainB - test.docebosaas.com/domainbIs there any way to keep Domain A or Domain B folks from seeing the content in the root domain? My goal is to keep everyone in each of the domains and not have anything available in the root domain.

We’ve recently had someone leave the organization who had done quite a few content uploads for us. We were under the impression the person had left copies of the original videos in our data backend, however it seems we were misled. Is there any way to download a copy of the video after it has been uploaded to Docebo? When viewing the Learning Object, we can see the video has been “renamed” by Docebo, most likely during the rending process. I just need to snag some copies from a few Learning Objects so we can make a few edits and reupload. Thanks so much for the help!

I need to mark several courses as complete for one user. Is it possible to do it from their personal summary, or do I have to go to each course, find the user, then mark that they completed the course?

I have a set of PDFs I MUST maintain that get updated quarterly as reference material for my learners. Slide converting a file 50+ pages is out of the question and the slide converter also does not allow for live links (so users can’t navigate via Table of Contents or other internal document re-directs.Uploading as a file in a course isn’t ideal as the user must re-download every quarter which they are very very unlikely to do.I was thinking that maybe there is a way to upload the PDF in Docebo and use an iframe in the HTML training material to embed a PDF viewer? I have made a few attempts but haven’t found a solution. If anyone has a workaround for a true PDF viewer in-app that would be amazing. (Already submitted/voted for related Ideas).

I am attempting to use the API call for “Remove all assignments of the badge with specified id_badge from the specified users”. My intention is to use this call to unassign a specific badge from a specific user. When attempting to make the call using the exact same syntax as shown in the body sample provided by Docebo on right of the above image, I get the following error:Somehow, “remove_coins” is an invalid parameter even though it is shown in the body sample. Does anyone know how to properly format this API call to unassign a specific badge from a specific user?Thank you!

Hi,I am using External Training App in Docebo, could you tell me which view is for the activity in Docebo Learn Data Data Dictionary? Thanks,Liza

I’ve got a course that has multiple “assignment” submission training materials (in this example, there are 4 assignment submissions). My goal is that the learner is able to submit all 4 assignments without needing to wait for each one to be evaluated before moving on to the next submission. I have successfully figured out how to accomplish this first step, however, my issue pops up in the next step. Next, I would like my instructor to be able to go in and evaluate all submitted assignments from this learner. Once they have evaluated AND passed all 4 submissions, I want the user to be automatically marked as complete for this ILT Course. Currently, if I set the session completion to “Training Material Based” the learner is not marked as complete once all 4 submissions have been evaluated and passed. After passing all 4 submissions, learners are still “in progress” and they see a message telling them to “Pass the test to complete the submission”. This course does not have any “test” trai

We have a customer asking if this is possible, I cant get an answer on either Harmony or Trusthub so I was wondering if anyone else has been asked this before?

Hello,I’m creating pages specifically for different content interests for my learners. I have a series of catalogs on the pages and I’d like to populate them with the Linkedin content we recommend on those subjects. Unfortunately, even though I can enroll myself in the LinkedIn courses inside Docebo, I don’t seem to have the admin capability to add them to the channel. I’ve tried both from the learner side (manage button) and by searching in the course catalog (course not found). Is there a permission I need to turn on? Am I missing a step? I appreciate your advice.Emily

Hello, when learners enrol themselves into a session, their course enrolment status automatically changes to "In Progress”. However, when an admin enrols them, their status remains as “Enrolled”.Does anyone know if there’s a way to change this so that the status automatically updates when an admin enrols a learner? Also, when a learner is marked as “Absent” from a session, is there a way to automatically change their enrolment status back to “Enrolled” instead of “In Progress”?Having to manually update these is very time-consuming and inefficient :(

We have a custom page made for onboarding training. The page has catalogs plugged in via widgets. Currently when a learner clicks on a tile, it overrides the page. We’d like it to instead open in a new tab so the don’t have to keep navigating back to the page. (Selecting “open new window” at the training material level does not accomplish this). Is there a way currently to do this?

Next week, I am launching annual compliance training.  The Sexual Harassment Prevention course is being reused from last year.  Using myself as a test subject, I archived and re-enrolled myself into the course.  I then marked it as complete (was also testing the certification template).  Now, I’m not seeing last year’s completion details in my transcript.  Where can I see that I completed this training last year? - If the point of archiving is to have a historical record, where do I go to retrieve those records and view last year’s completion certificate?

I’m looking for help with CSS to hide the course score on the course landing page after completion of a specific course. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
