Solved

Hi! I am very new to Docebo and I can see this a popular topic but was still unclear from reading through the many community posts RE global search but is there a way to hide the Al Results & Training Material tabs in search? All of our courses are in catalogs so it seems like I only need My Courses and Learning Plans & the Course Catalog tabs and that would help generate less confusion about training materials + courses showing up, not to mention they don’t show the course completion status consistently across the tab options - which is also very confusing. Thank you in advance for any help or suggestions. Cheers

Hi all,Does anyone know how to find all the changes you have made for a particular language in the localization tool?

Hi all,One of our partners has created two accounts for the same user and now we need to merge those two accounts into one. If one of the accounts had no learning history, I would just delete the surplus account, but in this case both accounts have history. I assume I have to use the merge user function to merge the two accounts in this situation, but I’d be grateful for any advice on the best way to do this. For example, should I be merging the one with the least activity into the one with the most activity? Thanks!

My Question: How can I run a report showing the Courses with their associated Catalogs? I need to isolate the courses not yet in a Catalog so we can remedy our 403 errors but I’ve tried several reports and there is no option or column to display Catalog associations.Scenario & Limitation: We want to provide a link to a course’s main page and have the learner be able to review the course description and decide whether they want to enroll. (We want them to see the green Enroll button.) We recently discovered if a learner is given that course link and that course is not in a Catalog, the learner receives the 403 error page. The course must be in a Catalog for the page to load. Additional Context: I am aware that we can provide self-enrollment links that will auto-enroll users into the course the second they click the link but that’s not what we want. We want them to land on the main course page without auto-enrolling, so I need to isolate which of our courses are NOT in catalogs witho

Hello, I would like to permanently set the filter on the My Courses and Learning Plans page to only show learning plans and ILTs since all the e-learnings are housed in the learning plans. Is this possible? Thanks you!

Hi there,We operate our learning across multiple countries and it’s that “Compliance” time of year. Each country has a different set of Health and safety docs but all other policies are pretty much the same. I’m trying to find a way of only having one catalog or channel that has all the policies but when it comes to the H&S policy only the one relevant to their country will show. Otherwise I'm going to have 12 different catalogs which is a pain (Especially given the catalog module in Docebo isn't searchable!) Just in case this affects anything, these policies are set up as courses because we require e-signatures. Thank you! Vesta

There is a CSS to remove the widget titles for the Desktop version of the platform but is there a way to remove these titles from the mobile app? :(  My desktop looks beautiful and it’s easy to find my widgets now… but my mobile app looks cluttered with titles.  Any ideas? Is this possible?

We are having trouble uploading the new SSL certificate and it looks like the docebo site is not accepting the new certificate. Can anyone help?

The manager wants to see all reporting user's data in a graphical view like a donut chart where it shows statistics of it.Ex:

Hello,I want to know if its possible to see who actually downloaded their certificate from a specific course. Do you guys know any ways to see that ? Thank you.

How do I get a learner that I enroll into a Learning Plan that contains Self-Led Training courses to be automatically enrolled into a standalone ILT Course (not part of the Learning Plan)?

[TLDR]: Does anyone have guidance on how to build a custom solution in order to integrate Docebo with Google Calendar?  Hi All, I hope you’re having a 1 cup of coffee/tea day (as opposed to a 4 cup day)! I want to integrate Docebo with Google Calendar to automatically add calendar events when a user is enrolled in a course or ILT session. I’d like the calendar events to live on the users’ primary calendars, so that they will be visible to other people within my organization, like their managers. I’d also like the calendar events to be automatically updated if there are any changes made to the course or ILT session, within Docebo.Docebo Connect is expensive, so I’m exploring the technical route, via webhooks and APIs. I’ve met with my Docebo account and customer success managers for support, but they mostly just tried to upsell Connect. I also met with my IT team, but they were hesitant to build something, without having technical support from Docebo. Does anyone have any tips for how I

We are about to go to a two-catalog system - one for members and one for Non-members. People who come to our library select the courses they want to take, courses are not assigned. That being said, I do ot see where I can assign a learning plan to a particular catalog,  Just like a course, if a learning plan is open to both member and non-member, it will have a different price. Currently, it appears that it goes into an external catalog that we are doing away with.Has anyone found a way around this?

Hello, Me and my team need specific information about users that are going to enroll in an ILT class. We need to know their specific size for a material (gloves). Is there a way to push a form before they can enroll in a specific ILT session and make it mandatory for them to take that form before they can enroll in the session. Also would it be easy to collect the information from these form ?Thanks

Hi gurus,I’m keen to move from a username login to a login that uses the registered email as the username login. The system allows us to change the login to use the registered email address so I know I can tick that setting and it is swapped over. What I am keen to explore is the best practice steps in making this change.User context: about 7000 users across 36 organisations, mix of user defined usernames and email addresses used already. My thoughts and approach:Create a Newsletter with a notice to all users we are changing to use the registered email as your username in 2 weeks on XXX day. Newsletter will have clear instructions including the users current username and what their new username will be using the form fields Send newsletter to all users, also add to the notifications for all users On the day of the change make it very early before users are using the system. Setup a “Header message” in the Configure branding look & Feel to explain that logins are now based on your reg

Hello, I am trying to add padding within the HTML/WYSIWYG widget and for some reason no matter what I do it will not work.  Anyone run into a similar issue?  Anyone have some code that I can drop in to reflect some space between the words and border?

Hihi!  Is there a report or recommended way to find the # of users that have enrolled in our courses? When I run the course report I can see that 12 have enrolled in one course, 20 in another but these might be the same people. We want a count of unique users that have enrolled in our courses. Would the best way be that I sort them by username and then count individually so we can say for example: 98 partners have enrolled in our 65 courses or out of our 375 staff members, 195 have enrolled in courses. Thanks for the help!

Hi Everyone! I am adding a video using the following code that I found here in a post (I entered the location of our video where the “#” is):<video width="960" height="540" controls="autoplay muted"><source src="#" type="video/mp4">Your browser does not support the video tag.</source></video>My problem is the video box will display, it will not play though? Any suggestions on what I’m doing wrong?

Hi, I’m brand new to Docebo. My company is in the middle of onboarding and we are working on moving our data from another LMS.I searched on the KnowledgeBase but couldn’t locate what I’m looking for. Is there a way to upload a CSV with a list of users and courses they completed previously? This would be helpful so that data transfers to our Docebo LMS without having to enroll them and mark them complete manually.

Good morning everyone,We would like to use a team email (we use Outlook) that we created as a "template" for all the notifications we send from Docebo. I've tried doing a simple copy and paste and also pasting the HTML code of the email but we can't visualize all the elements of the original communication (e.g. sources, external links, images, etc.).Does anyone know how to do in such cases to "convert" an outlook email into a template that can be used on Docebo?Thank you very much in advance.Edo

Hi guys, I was wondering if anyone knew how to change the top level folder category in other languages from Docebo? I have changed all the folder languages: In English it changes to Keyloop but when I change my language to Italian it is still saying Docebo? Is it in the localisation tool and not under course category does anyone know?  Thanks

Hi, Can someone please explain this to me?  “The session is marked as completed when the learner completes the training material set as test in the course.” Source: Creating and Managing ILT and VILT Sessions – Docebo Help & Support I can’t figure out how to mark any of my training materials as “test”. Does it literally mean using the Docebo Test training material?

Hi everyone,Is there a way to assign an Observation Checklist to a group of instructors rather than a single responsible party? Here is what I am looking to do: We have a training team that will be certifying people through a practical evaluation. They are currently using a paper checklist and I want to digitize that process. I have created the checklist, scheduled it, and assigned it to a course. What I would like to see is any member of this training team to be able to go into this course and sign off on someone’s practical by completing the checklist. However, in the course itself, I can only assign this role to a Manager type (Direct, 2, or 3) or a custom individual (just a single person, no more).I attempted to set up my trainers as Manager 3, but this is an impossible task due to the size of the organization.I can’t even preview the checklist because when I go in, I get the following error message: Is there a better way to do what I am trying to do? I’m open for any advice.

OK, so all you CSS peeps out there...I have custom CSS that was created by people that are not me.  😀 Working on turning on Gamification and the layout when a user clicks on the trophy icon is not working. I know it’s my custom CSS because if I remove all of it, it display correctly. Can anyone help me determine what ‘stuff’ controls the Gamification displays? Image below is showing the issue… Thanks.
