Solved

Hello everyone,  We’ve been using Comslider on our platform for a while now with no issues. It appears that after this past weekend our slider won’t slide. Our team hasn’t made any changes on the Comslider side of things. Has anyone else experienced issues with Comslider lately?

I created a quiz in Docebo with a multi-answer question and the check box is not aligning with the answer option. Please see below and you can see that the check box is quite a bit lower than the “Dis.” Is there a way to fix this?

OK. What am I missing? Why can’t I send a notification to a user that their single course enrollment due date is looming large and they haven’t completed the course?I see the parked idea about tying notifications to due dates. Which tells me maybe I’m NOT crazy. So, what are you all doing to work around this problem? Putting a single course in a learning plan with days of validity or enrollment end dates? Using certifications?

Hello! Thanks for everyone’s help so far on my other questions :) We are hoping to launch next week so I’m doing some last minute checks & setup… I’d like to send users a regular (e.g. weekly) notification if they have any outstanding expired courses yet to completed. Most of our staff are pretty good at completing things in time but there are always exceptions... I’ve seen the notification setting that allows you to send a message a set amount of time after expiry, but is there a way to have this notification automatically repeat, or can it only be done once? If there is a way of setting it up so it repeats, could you let me know please? Thanks again,Rob

Hello - we are using Zoom for all of our courses but would like to also add some larger open webinars using another tool such as On24 or something designed for a large webinar.  Can anyone recommend a good one that integrates well with Docebo? Thanks,

We are new Dochebo users, and we have a question we’re really struggling with. Before Dochebo, when someone was late on a required compliance training the supervisor would get a notification in addition to the employee. As we have set up Docebo we realized expiry dates are not going to work for us because employees need the ability to complete a training even if they are late.So with these two things in mind we set up a notification inside Docebo that we can click the button to manually send to Supervisors who have an employee with past due training. In that email we don’t see a way to include which of their direct reports is late, so we though we’d direct them to the My Team page. However, when you first land on the My Team page, it shows 0 courses are past due. We understand they can click on the user to go to that user’s My Activity page and figure it out from there, but that amount of work with the visual confusion will not work. I know our supervisors will call us confused, or take i

Hello, I could not find  API for setting configuration of learning plan. How to set course prerequisites in learning plan through API? Thanks,Liza

When My Skills was added to the user profiles it created two notification pop-ups. One on the landing page (“MySkills added to your profile”), and one when you navigate to MySkills (“Fresh Content for You”).Those are useful for introducing the new functionality or for infrequent users, but can be annoying for more frequent users.Any advice on how to turn those pop-ups on or off? Either to allow users to choose pop-ups (or not), or as admins, to control how long or how many times it pops up.

Hi all! So I’ve been looking about before asking, as I don’t want to re-post. I was wondering if there was any way to schedule a one time emailed report that does *not* re-occur? I’m currently writing up a powershell script to be put in task manager for this, but some of our power users would need this functionality as well. Any knowledge or recommendations would be great! We’ve just ran into instances where it’s been forgotten to turn off the re occurring portion and the reports go out unintentionally.

Is it possible to create a collection of badges that get consolidated into a single badge when a user earns every badge within the collection? For example we would offer five badges that each signify a core competency tied to individual courses and learners would earn them one at a time as they completed the first four. But when they finished the fifth they would have their first four badges removed and replaced with a different badge that signified that they’d completed the larger program that represented all five. This single badge would essentially consolidate the five that they’ve earned and recognize that they’d completed a larger program.

How to create user in particular branch through APIPOST /manage/v1/userThe setting "orgchart": { "__branch_id__": 8 },in payload does not work. The user always is created in root branch. The only way to change branch is from UI.

Hi all, does anyone know if it possible to display user related additional fields in the enrollment overview? As we are using Docebo for customer training it would be helpful for our internal staff if they would not only see the name of the learner but also to which company they belong. Company name is an additional field on the user we have created but so far we didn’t find a way to display this field on the enrollment tab in the course. Does anyone have an idea how to solve this? ThanksFranzi

Is anyone facing an email notification delivery issue from Docebo?

Hi, I have use case where i have to set users to Active and Inactive based on the start date and date left that are additional fields in docebo. I want to fetch the users which have start date(which will never be null) as past dated and are Inactive to Move them to active. The first endpoint is to get the users with start date in past and users being Inactive. Also, I want to fetch specific set of users which are Active but have leaving date additional field as not null and in past to move them to Inactive.  Both Start Date and Date Left additional fields are Date Type I am not getting the filters which will be apt here to pass in Query Parameters in Rest APIs. if anyone can help me here that will be great. Thank you so much.

I am relatively new to the Docebo platform, and for the most part am finding it very intuitive. The one thing that I cannot understand is why enrollment rules function the way they do. As far as I can tell, enrollment rules only work for new users added into a group. For example, if you create an automatic group that captures 4 users in the system, and then assign that group to an enrollment rule, the enrollment rule will capture zero of those users. The only way to make that rule work retroactively is to edit the user account so that it doesn't fit in the group assigned to the rule, and then re-edit it so that it ends up back in the group. I played around with assigning an empty group to an enrollment rule and configuring the eligibility after the fact, but this does not seem to be a fix. I must be missing something here I imagine?

Is there a way we can link a URL on a PDF uploaded via slides converter?

We are looking to use a course with a E-signature and annual certification for our Work at Home agreement.  The issue I am running into is sometimes there is notes added for special circumstances. I find options for the user to add a note but not having any luck finding a way for power users to add a note or comment for an individual on the course. Any solutions?

A client asked for an option to set up task reminders within the LMS, not necessarily course related.  The ability to freely type a task, and set a reminder to be notified of this task via the bell notification and client’s email. The Help Desk confirmed there wasn’t anything available like this.  How do I get this idea put on the radar? Thank you!

Hi,On Docebo UI, I can add Event as Video Conference Tool with URL. Is there API POST/learn/v1/ilt/session/batch doing same thing? Per the payload, which json property to put the value of Event Type and URL?{ "items": [ { "course_id": 0, "course_code": "string", "session_id": 0, "session_code": "string", "session_name": "string", "session_maximum_enrollments": 0, "session_minimum_enrollments": 0, "session_last_subscription_date": "2022-09-29", "session_other_info": "string", "completion_type": "string", "score_base": 0, "date_name": "string", "date": "2022-09-29", "timezone": "string", "time_start": "string", "time_end": "string", "break_start": "string", "break_end": "string", "location_name": "string", "location_address": "string", "location_country": "string", "classroom_name": "string", "effective_duration": 0 } ], "options": { "update_session_info": true

Hi,Is there webhook to be triggered based on event like ilt.session.event.created? I need all new event ids after importing event from csv. Thanks,Liza

Is there a way to change the end date of all the courses included in a LP at the same time? I know I can change the validity of the end date of the LP, but it doesn’t seem to affect the end date of the courses included when I go to the user personal summary.Any other way to do that?Thank you!

I have a group that wants to assign training based on ‘Who’ the manager is.For example all direct employees under Jan Doe would automatically get assigned training.I’m not seeing in creating groups a way to add field ‘Direct Manager’  I also don’t see in custom report that I can filter a report to only display everyone that is under a particular manager or managers. I am aware of the My Teams and we do utilize this. But curious how anyone handles outside of the direct manager assigning themselves but auto-assigning. Thanks!

Reports allow you to sort on one level. Many times it is desirable to add a sort on another level. For example, I can sort on Branches. This is helpful but I would like to add a second level of sort so each Branch is sorted by Username. Is this possible?

Hey there- I’m new to this, so I wanted to clarify my understanding and see what workarounds seem to work best for those who have been doing this more long-term. Our IT department would like our employees to take a course every six months and track the completions. We’re running into a couple problems in thatwe want to keep archival data on taking the course, we want to auto-enroll users, and we want to see if they could be prompted to recertify six months after their individual completion of the course instead of just doing it two general times a year. It seems that the go-to move on here is to create a certification that expires after the time allotment and create a new course for users to enroll in. My concern is that users have to self-enroll, archival data on past compliance completions may be overwritten, it seems likely it’ll just be twice a year for everyone instead of 6 months after the user has completed their first course while onboarding, and that we’re having to remake the
