Hi All,I am looking for ideas for deactivation of E-Learning Courses. When creating and publishing e-learning courses in Docebo, I want to set a deactivation date such as 1 year time period. Is there a way to do this in Docebo? What is your company’s best practices to expiry courses? Thank you all for your responses in advance!Fatma

As my company  is international we regularly provide content in multiple languages. Our frontpage is designed in order to highlight new content available but as you can imagine this content difer depending on the language and the sites of our company. I’d like to design a customized page so that learners directly see on their front page, the current event related to their sites and language. I’ve found how to customize menu but not how to direct frontpage to a specific target audience.Since docebo provide many customization possibilities I guess it is possible to do so. Can someone help in this request ?Thanks,

If you assign a certain group to a learning plan and then unenroll an individual from the learning plan that was part of that group; will that person automatically be enrolled again based on the original criteria or no?

Hi!Newbie here! I have a course that has two steps. The course itself E-signature step The course has multiple slides and requires the click of the next button to navigate to the end of the course. There is also a NEXT button at the bottom of the course that takes you to the e-signature step. However it will prompt you to finish the course when you click on it. This is the issue, my learners are clicking this button thinking it will take them to the next slide. Is there a way to disable the NEXT button until the learner finishes the course?

Hello, I have been trying to create ILT sessions via a CSV. I managed to create a session but now when trying to upload an event via CSV I keep getting an error regarding the time_begin parameter. I have already read the following article https://help.docebo.com/hc/en-us/articles/5226538368658-Importing-ILT-and-VILT-Sessions-and-Events-via-CSV-Files to cross check the data type and format. Still no luck, any suggestions?

Using the batch enrollment to load some historical completion data from our ERP the completion date is one day less than the date in the JSON.  Any ideas why this happens?   I am using the API call - POST /learn/v1/enrollment/batch

Hi all.  Happy New Year!I have an issue, that I hope someone has been able to solve in the past or has any ideas about.I want to have a widget to show the status of ‘compliance training’ so that learners can quickly and easily see if they have outstanding courses to complete.  We currently have the Task List widget in use, but this lists all courses that they are enrolled onto for the year, so not easy to identify those that are compliance.I have tried to do a custom content box that has a URL for the ‘courses and learning plans’ page that is filtered - this works great - however the filter stays on when you click on the page in the menu as well, so this won’t work (without constantly telling people to unfilter to see all results).I have also tried a catalogue widget, but the filter doesn’t allow me to filter by completion, nor does it allow me to show the ‘not started’ courses first. My latest attempt is a channels widget, but the filtering doesn’t stay on, and then still have the issu

I’m testing my custom layouts/code in different browsers. One of the issues I’ve run into is that Safari doesn’t use certain pieces of my custom code. Specifically, the code concerning styling of specific pages (example: #doc-page-209) is skipped/ignored. However, all other custom CSS is applying correctly. Is this a known bug? is there are work around or some additional code I need to apply just for Safari?

I see this idea was put up quite a while ago. What are you all doing for this challenge?Imagine you have effectively a catalog of topics/courses offered on location for customers. The date and location isn’t set until interest is expressed. So, no sessions can be created. This is not an ecommerce thing, the customers are internal. How do your customers tell you what they want so you can create the sessions or maybe even a new course for their people to self enroll?Do you use Docebo for that, or outside processes?

Good morning! We have extended enterprise clients that use their own subdomain of our site like subname.company.com/theirname- when mangers attempt to view My Team, they just get a spinning circle. I am able to reproduce this when I log in as them. If I login as them and login to our site url, they are able to see My Team. The customer that reported it said it started about a week ago. Is this a known issue?

Hi all,We’ve noticed that when we edit a user, say for any reason from something as simple as a typo in their name or if they transferred to another location, that it for lack of a better phrase “re-enrolls” them into courses in which they were already enrolled and thus impacts accurate reporting. For our use, 99/100 times we do not want a change we make to a user’s profile to impact their enrollments but it does. Is there a way around this? Or is there something we need to change to ensure this doesn’t happen?

Hello, there! I am looking into creating a group that anyone who has NOT started a course or is listed as IN PROGRESS will be a part of. The intention is that once they complete the course they will be removed from this group, but not unenrolled from the course itself.I've located this document for help on the help webpage:https://help.docebo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020084100-Managing-GroupsHowever, all it states is that you can have enrollment based off of enrollment status. A link takes me here:https://help.docebo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020082940-User-Levels-Roles-and-Statuses#post-simple-toc-heading-4With this document it states that one status is "Enrolled", which indicates that the user is enrolled, but hasn't actually started the training yet. This appeared to fit my requirements, yet when I look into Eligibility for auto-addition to a group, the only options do not include Enrollment as it is described, but Subscribed, which appears to me to include anyone in the course. This

Hi there,Brand new here in the community, new to the possibility of using HTML & CSS to customize page, HTML/WYSIWYG widget, as well as look & feel for the platform as well as for courses. Currently learning CSS on the go, have basic knowledge of HTML. My questions are very foundational.Where/how can I write/change a page’s HTML/CSS line? I’ve created the page and would like to customize further. For HTML/WYSIWYG widgets, is it possible to remove the “box” for the particular widget?Thank you!

Is there any way to center the text on page widgets?

Hello,New Docebo admin here - our team would like to find a way to disable the “Discover how to improve your skills” popup that shows up with new user login - this isn’t something we want to be a part of the user experience for our first learning group.Has anyone been able to do this?I’ve seen some posts about hiding it with custom CSS but it seems like there should be a more declarative way to disable it. It seems to be a part of the Skills Management tool but even as superadmin I can’t find any options for configuring that. Thanks, Andrew

I have a few new users who previously completed some of the required courses on another platform. 4 users and 9 coursesThe completions by users vary, not all users have completed the same courses. Not sure if it a big enough job for an API upload but the manual process is tedious as I first have to enroll them then give credit by course. Is there a way to do this starting with the user management?I don’t see one but I’m hopeful. I have wanted to do this before too. I can see a user’s profile and the courses they have in the various status, but to change the status I have to navigate to each course. This means I have to get the list, go to course management, then back to user management to verify.

Putting this out here to try to troubleshoot several issues we have had this past few days with our Teams/Zoom Integrations! Earlier this week our Teams integration (which has worked wonderfully for us the past two months) decided to quite working. Our Token is missing, we have tried to reconnect and Docebo Chat wasn’t able to fix either. I now have a ticket open but no resolution.  This has caused over 60 employees to have reschedule training sessions. To get by we had switched to our Zoom integration (when we could due to overlap), this worked for a few days. BUT, now all of a sudden today, Zoom is giving us trouble! We have our Zoom account set to automatically include the passcodes into the weblinks to ensure staff have to do as little as possible to get into our sessions. However, starting this morning, it’s not passing through our passcodes. Even when we manually give the passcode form the event to the staff member it won’t work! So now we have a bunch of sessions and NO CLUE how

I am supporting restricted content that is available to users who complete the approval process outside of Docebo. The workflow is Apply > Review  > Approved > Welcome letter and access to the restricted contentI would like the welcome letter have the link to the LMS and have that link add them to the group. I know I can send a link to directly enroll users to a learning plan or a course, is there a way to do the same for a group?Note: the applications are manually reviewed and emails are sent out for each approval. There is no “system” in place to integrate with via API. If not, what other options do I have? Currently I am using an automated group and am listing the user’s emails for eligibility. Two challenges:I am a power user and every time I need to add someone I have to contact a super user. I have access to the group but cannot edit eligibility.  Long-term, the group could grow beyond the eligibility rules (500). I can think of a manual maintenance strategy, but I don’t

Good morning Docebo Community.I would like to set up a course that asks users a question - using a text entry, completely free-form - within a SCORMed course (made using Storyline). The SMEs are hoping that we can save/file the responses and email them back at a later date (a sort of ‘see how much you learned’ type of idea). The first part of this is easy, but my issue is that once i have the responses in the LMS, how do I know who answered what? I look in Reports, then ‘Training Material Statistics’ & click on the module in question, then click ‘Answers Breakdown’ to drill down & find the responses. But it’s all anonymous. Is there another way to do this so I can see what user wrote what response? One thought I have is whether I can piece things together if there are multiple text entries within the module - i.e., including a separate field for the user’s name & one for their email address. Maybe the Answers Breakdown are ordered by user. I could test this myself easily eno

Hi just as of recent, it feels like Go1 has fundamentally changed the way they are deploying content. An overview tab that has their description is now deployed to all Go1 content in my instance. Any thoughts on how we make it go away? Where did you come from????

Is there a way to create alerts (email) for SuperAdmins to receive when there is a new question or response in the Q&A forums?

We have many blended courses in which learners attend an ILT virtual event and then are assigned tasks/study to complete offline in preparation for the next day’s event. We want to add the Q&A widget to these ILT courses so that instructors and learners alike can easily share their questions and learn from each other while completing their self-paced materials outside of the webinars. But the Q&A widget is not an option in an ILT course. Is on the roadmap? Are there any similar workarounds/features?

Hi GuysCan you tell me how and where can I see other peoples idea and their status? My predecessor had more than 50 idea suggested and I have no idea how to see and l look for them...they also had an id number for example: LMS-I-1082 or DL-I-577 I cant find anywhere…Thanks

Hi all,Data refresh hasn’t been working so I opened a ticket. In reply they just sent a KB article that lead to a new question. Remember that you can refresh on demand the data of your reports up to a limited number of times per day and a limited number of times a month (n times in January, n times in February, etc.).  Anyone know how many refreshes we get a month or how to find out?

Hello!Where would be the best place to find all of the planned Docebo webinars? Product releases, Q&A’s, etc..Would like to make sure to plan ahead, thanks!
