When working with certificates, a challenge is to get all certificates into a single place. But for those long timers, is there a stable url pattern that can help us figure out a report that can connect a learner record to a certificate “link”.’

I have an Additional Field called Status and the options are Partner or Employee. Is there a way to set up assignment to a branch if the user selects Partner, then they would be placed in the External branch automatically?Or would I need to manually or by CSV upload put the user in the external branch once their account was created?

Is there a way to add the Admin Dashboard to a page or menu so that I don’t have to go to the Admin menu? I log in as SuperAdmin and at the moment my homepage is blank and the only item I think that would be useful to see right away would be the Dashboard unless anyone has recommendations on what to add for a SuperAdmin homepage to review and manage the courses, users, etc.

If a course has three training materials (let’s say PDF files for argument’s sake) can a course enrolment status show as completed if ONE of the materials is downloaded, or is it only ever if ALL training materials are completed?Asking for a friend - thanks.

Is there any way to iframe a forum into a SCORM package? It would be great if users could complete their forum assignments right in the Rise course without having to exit the SCORM package. It works linking to it, but iframing it I get a “Firefox can’t open this page” because our Docebo instance won’t allow it due to security reasons. Is that a setting I can change? If it is possible, how would people from different cohorts see the right version of the forum? Has anyone ever done that?

Morning,Has anyone pulled off hiding menu items effectively via CSS?The use case is that I want my users to be able to walk a navigation experience inside of the system (I know that is such an old fashioned idea, but when it is done well? It can do wonders for granularity). And so I know that by adding pages into menus drive the visibilty of pages for users.BUT I dont want all of those pages showing up in the left hand menu. If I pull them? I land up getting 403 permission errors and my navigation experience breaks.I dont mind if Powerusers have the ability to see them. And Superadmins? Well they are very few of them - I dont mind them seeing that noise either but (tend to) have access to everything.I hope this makes sense.

Throwing this out there in case anyone has any ideas. Currently, we can point someone to a catalog that is pre-filtered, but in an effort to reduce the number of clicks someone has a take to access a training, is there anyway to have an already filtered catalog display on a page in a widget? I was playing around with the possibility of using the iFrame widget, but that would confuse learners. I am also trying to avoid creating a whole bunch of new catalogs, hence why I was playing with filtering our existing catalogs.

I currently administer our LMS alongside a very busy role.  In order to prevent myself from becoming a bottleneck users are allowed to sign in using SSO which creates a basic profile for them.  I then go onto profiles quarterly and update the rest of the user fields. I am able to update all fields using the bulk import tool EXCEPT “Branch”. When I had some time I manually created and moved some profiles to a Branch but for various reasons I haven’t been able to stay on top of this task.  We are now needing the Branch field to be accurate and I am unable to See which users are without a Branch assign a group of users to a Branch in one upload - or find a quick way to assign Branch without going through each profile one by one.If anyone has any suggestions I would really be grateful!

We have team leaders that are not direct managers for their team members. We made these team leaders Power Users and put their team in a group and assigned them.Is there a way to know which permissions are for managers so that we could try to create a Power User profile that is similar? They will assign courses and manage the training more than the direct managers but the direct manager still would like to have a view of everyone.

If I’m understanding the update, it looks like the Average Time field is changing from hh:mm:ss to hh:mm. Does anyone know how the platform is going to edit the contents of that field once Average Time is changed to just hh:mm? Is it going to round up or down based on the “ss” that we have populated? Or just remove the “ss”?

I’m sure this is something simple I’m just missing, but how do others scroll side to side when looking at previews of reports? I’ve used the left and right arrow keys, but it’s not very accurate and delayed. Is there a scroll bar or button that I’m just totally missing?

Hi, is there a way to setup the CSV upload to accept a different letter?  I can use Icelandic characters when entering a user manually but when I upload the CSV file, it changes the characters to a question mark. Our system default language is in English but we have offices in Iceland, Portugal, Malaysia, etc.

We award many badges that are earned with the completion of a course. As a result, many participants have the same score, but appear at different ranks on the leaderboard. Therefore, I wonder what other values are crucial for the positioning on the leaderboard?

Dear all,My tiles for Courses or LP are quite emptyAnd when I look at other online courses platforms… courses/LP are much more appealing            Is there a way to make our Docebo tiles more appealing for users/customers?

Hello Everyone, How can I implement any heatmap tool in the Docebo? For e.g Hotjar. Has anyone tried to implement google tag manager script in order to use a heatmap tool? Thank you.

I have been tasked with coming up with a consistent format for course codes. This post in Tips and Tricks has some great ideas! One I will definitely adopt is identifying retired courses. There is so much you can do here and my instinct is to start with “why”. Why have a course code? What are the use cases? I am looking to the community to help me out. What are you using course codes for? Reporting? Data-driven decisions? Content management? What business questions are you answering? What decisions are you driving?

I’d like for users to only be able to sort courses by Newest-Oldest, Oldest-Newest, Name A-Z, Name Z-A. Is that possible? That would mean removing or hiding the option to sort by Code A-Z and Code Z-A in the course catalog.

I hope to achieve the following:Change the current behavior: A user self-registers and they get the “Request sent” screen. to this intended behavior: A user self-registers and once they send their information, they are immediately taken to the LMS and can start learning. Optional behavior: If a user doesn’t verify their email address within a certain limit, their account is suspended Or else: Set an automatic, short expiry date for the user. A facilitator verifies the user (this happens anyway) and removes their expiry date / completes an additional field / adds them to a group or similar to give them longer accessIs any or all of that possible? For context, we are creating a free learning program where every learner is contacted by a facilitator, so we can weed out anyone who’s not supposed to be there then. Alternatively, we’re considering turning our single learning plan into two so that the first one with 3 out of 12 modules is available right away but only verified users can comple

I am excited about the ability to great a group based on email domain “@company.com”. What has me concerned is there is a message that ALL conditions must be met in a group. My question: Can I create a group where multiple email domains are accepted? Use case:We have a program for Technology Partners. The partner company has to get approved to participate in the program. Once approved any employee from the company can take the restricted training. My plan is to create a group of approved email domains. Then give the group access to the restricted content. My plan is to update the group criteria each time a new partner is approved.

When we open a ticket with Docebo, sometimes our issues need to be reviewed by a Senior Resource.  This is great except, once it is in the hands of a Senior Resource, there is no visibility to what is actually happening on our tickets.  We don’t know if there are tasks associated with the ticket, or if anyone has been actively working on our issues. So the customer who opened the ticket has to bug the support person who picked up the ticket for updates.  The support person then has to reach out to who ever else, wait for a response, then when they have time, respond back to the customer.  This is time consuming and can allow for mistakes when relaying information. It would be nice to be able to review if there is any activity, for example tasks, notes or if other departments have to assist. This way we are not having to constantly request updates from the support staff that has picked up our tickets.  .

Is there a way to set it so the course button in enrollment notification will open the course in the same window rather than a new internet tab every time?

What is everyone doing for instructors that need to evaluate test questions?I am struggling with how to best present to the instructor that they have a test waiting to be evaluated, and then how to get to the thing to grade it.Currently in the course management-->reports-->training material approach. The status shows as in progress, not submitted, so the instructor doesn’t know what is pending evaluation.

We’ll be posting soon for a new LMS Analyst. It was challenging to find strong candidates when we first created this position. I’m hoping this group will have ideas on where to find great candidates--places to post, etc. Any suggestions are welcomed! We don’t have the job description yet but I can ost here when we do. I just want to get a jump on this. Thanks!

I am trying to create a POC for Docebo Flow, and I am running into some issues. I am following the tutorials and have done the following:Created the app launcher Injected the app launcher into a web page. I am seeing a javascript typeerror about the DFlow.Kernel not a function when I run my application. Am I supposed to put elements in my webpage to display the button? I’m not sure what I am missing

We have been migrating webinar courses to the ILT course type sandbox and it takes anywhere between 5 -90 seconds per course, but on average about 20 seconds. I am wondering if we can expect the same time per course in Production or if it goes faster?
