So many people on here have stronger system skills than I do!  Ditto on the CSS help for things like hiding the pop-up balloons or menus.  Also, I hop on here to ask questions when I can’t find the answer in the KB.  I really appreciate the contributors who take the time to help us out!

Honestly, without Community our company would have left Docebo very quickly. We had nothing but trouble finding solutions to our troubles within the knowledge base articles and from within Docebo University. From the CSS and HTML assistance to getting feedback on design choices, Community helped our L&D initiative actually take off. Without Community I would literally have been out of a job rather quickly. I will never not sing it praises.

I love Community! It has helped me in many ways. It’s nice to have a place I know there will be real-life application answers. I have asked plenty of questions so that is a huge benefit for me. I have also really enjoyed the CSS help from Community. This post lead to an upgrade of our login page, and I’ve been able to make faster work of things that can be automated or just things I didn’t know were possible thanks to questions and answers. I also love it for a hub of updates and new trials. @lrnlab has been completely invaluable and always has a great answer specifically!

The Docebo Community is the first place to go to see if anyone else has solved a problem that we may by experiencing. It’s hard to believe you can be the only person with a particular problem, so connecting with others in the same boat can lead to new ideas and solutions. Over time you can gather a network of resources that you can turn to in order to solve just about any problem (or to support your idea in the idea portal!)

I find alot of answers to my questions directly through the Community, especially when I have searched in the Knowledge base and realized that I am searching for a work around in the system that may not be documented, such as how Learning Plans aren’t visible in Channels..  It’s great to be able to share ideas and learn from other users how they tackle similar things!

This community helped me a lot in carefully standardizing our firm's system thru the observation of peer comments, thoughts, conversations, and out-of-the-box ideas. I’d like to extend my gratitude to several colleagues specifically @gstager helped me with more CSS tricks that enhanced our system’s design efficiency and increased learner engagement.

Additionally, I’d like to thank @Bfarkas for his handy guide on managing APIs and the automation process. His guidance has significantly reduced the manual efforts required for repetitive tasks and enabled effective API-driven operations.

I come to the community for new solutions, especially with CSS and APIs. It is also nice to see what other admins are struggling with and sometimes even being able to help. It is great to see to we are part of a community. 😊

Many ways but mainly so that I can see alternative solutions out of the scope what Docebo provides in their Help pages.

When we adopted Docebo, I’d never used an API. It’s now four years later and I have created dozens of flows in power automate. @Bfarkas was kind enough to share details on how he accomplished some of the more advanced integrations that were similar to situations I was trying to address.

The community has been most helpful for answering questions about training material, tests and reporting. There are a number of ways to present content to your learners and it’s been quite helpful to see the creative solutions others have come up with!

It has been helpful to me , to know the types of questions or needs that everyone has , so I can attempt to direct our Free eSkillz Docebo Webinars to help address the needs of those in the community.  I love that i can come here, and find information around the tech checks ( always super helpful ) and have found some great tips , as well as helping others solve their solutions. It also provides connections to others.  I love how active the community is supporting each other as well!

The Community posts have helped to validate that the functionality I am seeing and struggling with are not only ‘me’ and then the comments on the workarounds.

*Another shoutout to those who shared the CSS examples to hide “Mark as Outdated”

It’s always helpful when people share their tips, tricks, and even their empathy when you’re going through a challenge. Many of us are solo practitioners and even those of us with teams need interaction and assistance. I’ve gotten so much help from @Bfarkas on APIs, @dklinger on a range of topics, and it was excellent to meet them and @JeanetteMcVeigh at Insight 2024! Having an online relationship with other users makes the live events much more fun.

The community has supported me in many ways, but one of the most impactful has been learning from Docebians skilled in CSS customization. By leveraging their expertise and examples, I’ve been able to enhance the learning experience (LX) on the platform—making it not only more user-friendly but also more aligned with our brand and stakeholder expectations. It’s a great reminder of the power of shared knowledge in a collaborative space.

The CSS posts have been life changing! I have made a list in One Note of all of the CSS code I have gotten from the Docebo Community and it is quite a long list. I have implemented a whole lot of it! Thank you.

I use this community like I use Google haha. It has been great to find some HTML/CSS help and how to organize training materials! I hope that one day I would be able to offer the same kind of help that I have found here :)

It gives me the opportunity to voice my ideas on how to make the Docebo platform even better.

Docebo has been a game-changer for us! It’s enabled us to deliver hybrid learning through our Learn, Apply, Support model. Learners complete self-paced content and take part in 3–5 live events over the course of a few months. These events create space for participants to share experiences and deepen their application of new skills. The platform also empowers our users to support one another, helping them turn learning into real impact in their day-to-day work on the ground. We’re also in the process of piloting Communities and My Team to further empower users to connect, collaborate, run reports, and grow together.

The Docebo Community has saved me a lot of time by reducing trial and error.  I appreciate the experts sharing their knowledge, providing tips, and guiding around pitfalls.  The creativity of the group amazes me!

The Docebo Community has been an absolute lifeline in my managing of our LMS, which I do nearly on my own. It is an amazingly rich resource of ideas, solutions to challenges, and is such a supportive community if have a question. I’m so thankful this exists and is as vibrant and welcoming as it is. Other “communities” for software I use aren’t nearly as active and robust, which means they just aren’t that useful.

Our biggest help from the community has been able to talk to REAL people about their REAL life experiences! We love having the opportunity to see what others have done, what’s working and what’s not. CSS has been a HUGE help from the community to get our platform to look the way we want.

The Community helped me with custom CSS solutions and other custom topics and besides that, I also try to help other community members.

The Docebo Community helps me find answers and learn from others. I joined to see how people handle archiving, and I’ve learned a lot just by reading posts.
