🏆 Weekly Leaderboard Update - Oct 4, 2021

Welcome to October  It’s the first week of October which means we need to take a look back to see our results from last week. We only had a handful level up last week but take a look at the number of new members!  The top 5 from the leaderboard last week were:@lrnlab @dklinger @pmo @alekwo @Marco.TFor the past 3 weeks, we’ve seen a sprint to the top from @lrnlab @dklinger and @alekwo. Way to hold your spots in the top 5!For all our newbies, there are two types of leaderboards: all-time and weekly. For the weekly, you have the chance to claim your spot in the top 5 by how engaged you are in the community that week before it resets on Sunday night. How to effectively target an activation message for a group

Ok - this may be cake - but I figure go about checking on this one with the community before I deploy. I figure someone else can benefit from seeing an order of operations to deploy to a message to a group.My goal | deploy the activation message purely to those within a group in as few steps as possible. Unfortunately, I cannot see a way to target a group from the users tool for doing a “group push”, so I think this exercise will need to be done via the csv upload.Setting the stage, I have had a series of smaller go lives, and I want to effectively go live with a group that is already part of the user base and assigned a branch.Here is the order of operations that I can dream up:Develop said group in excel or directly in my instance. Activate the group as manual OR automatic to achieve the desired “moving forward” business. Upload a csv or add metadata parameters to the system to isolate my group automatically going forward. Download the grouping via the download csv function in tools.

🆕 Logging in to Docebo Community Just Got Easier!

Gone are the days of trying to remember your username to log in to Docebo Community because you can now use your email address! For those of you who haven’t seen in yet, we’re happy to announce the newest UX improvement from our community platform which gives members the ability to log in with either their email address or username, where before it was only username. Will this be helpful for you? Exciting Announcement!! Meet Docebo's New Community Manager

​​​​​​Hi everyone  I’m Erin and I am your Docebo Community manager! I’m beyond excited to finally be introducing myself as I’ve been in the background learning more about the community and Docebo. I’ve also really enjoyed learning a little more about all of you through your intro posts. We have a pretty incredible mix inside the community so far. Weekend Warriors!

It’s either getting late on Friday or it’s really early on Saturday for the Community so I wanted to shout out to all you Weekend Warriors! To all you hard working people that are working late or working over the weekend while everyone else seems to be off doing non-work stuff or sleeping in...  you are a rock star ! Thank you for the hard work, so when the rest of us show up on Monday the world hasn’t blown up. To get you through this weekend, let’s do a vibe check. Docebo Community text editor issue with Grammarly – 5.25.2021

Note: This issue is partially resolved ​​​​​​​​​​​​as of 6.3.2021. See the update here or below.Great news!This issue has been [partially] resolved. inSided (our vendor for the community) has launched a fix that causes Grammarly to be automatically disabled in the community. This means that you can turn your Grammarly extension back on without it negatively affecting your ability to use the text editors in Docebo Community.We are still waiting for Grammarly to fix this issue permanently so that you all can use the extension in the community. Until then, watch out for the grammar police!  Hi everyone! It has come to our attention individuals using the Grammarly Extension have experienced issues with some of the text editors in the community. This occurs when text is typed into the editor and Grammarly is triggered to check spelling and grammar - causing the text to disappear and the rest of the text box functionality to break. Our vendor is actively working to resolve the issue and we w

I’m so excited to be part of thsi community.I started to use docebo in 2007 and this paltfrom change a lot and it improved a lot. I’m in charge of gloabl training in Bracco, a pharmacuetical company focused on contrast agent for CT, MR, Ultrasound and nuclear medicine. We started now to create specific pages for each country it is a incredible job but it is necessary if you want to have a good acceptance by all countries.

Docebo Community Check-In – Monday, May 24th 2021

Hi everyone, happy Monday!  Last week was another very eventful week in Docebo Community. Keep reading to see some of the exciting updates after our first week of being fully live and public!  We are now over 700 members strong!We are flying through these new member milestones.
