We want to create an open directory, so that our users can search through the current student list and get information. Obviously people would opt in to what they want to share. Has anyone done anything like this? Or have you integrated an outside program into docebo to make this possible?
Is there an option to unenroll users from a Session if they did not attend? We continue to have issues where users were not able to attend the original session they enrolled in and it is a time consuming process to have to instruct them how to change or unenroll / re-enroll into a new session.
In our current project we have some optional ILTs. Some users may find it useful to attend sessions again after they’ve already completed one. Once they completed one session I want them to see all options again right away without having to click “Change session”Is it possible to auto-unenroll users from ILT sessions so they see the same thing as before they’ve enrolled into a session for the first time?
I want to create a certification “program” that provides a clear learning path for a group of learners to follow, but also allows for some choices in completing the required elements that leads to a specific “certification.”For instance, I want to be able to do the following where A-K are a mix of Learning Plans, E-Learning Courses and Instructor led courses.A+B+((D or E) or (F or G))or(H+I+J)+K = CertificationThis would allow a more consistent global structure, while still allowing for some regional differences in our business.is there a way to do what I described?
What permission am I missing to give our Power Users the ability to assign zoom hosts when creating Virtual ILT Sessions and events? The Power User is paired in Zoom V3 and has all permissions for course, learning plans, ILTs, enrollments, locations, and webinar tools. What flag or permission am I missing? Can only admins assign zoom hosts?

I was curious if anyone is using the Central Repository to store training manuals or performance supports documents like job aids. Most documents would be in PDF format. Currently we are storing these types of documents in SharePoint. Thank you in advance!
We opened a ticket and were told that the developers were working on it and it was a known issue. However, I don’t see anything in the community or notifications. Is everyone else dealing with this same problem? Have you found any workarounds that can be shared? Issue: Data lake is not refreshing. Most recent data is from Thursday, August 3. Impacts all reports (auto, SFTP automations, manual jobs).
Is there a way to have a widget image that goes at the top of each page - homepage, catalog pages, course pages that can be used to notify staff that notifications are off/system administration is being done? I don’t want it on just the homepage, because often people are using enrollment links and going straight to the course page. When I need to do bulk attendance, I’d like to be able to plan for system administration to take place during a certain time and somehow notify staff if they’re in the platform. I am not very good at backend coding CSS, HTML, etc. Thanks!
Hi. I’m trying to disable the hyperlink on a catalog name on a custom page using the catalog widget. We’ve curated the page to display only learning plans, but because the catalog name is a hyperlink, it takes them to the standard catalog page and displays both courses and learning plans. I need both assigned to the catalog for diplay on other pages.Any guidance is highly appreciated! ThanksLynda
Hi Docebo Community,Anyone having duplicate users in their third party content provider account?Docebo was using Docebo User’s ID during SCORM course launch, now Docebo is using username/email. Causing duplicate user accounts created in third party seats. It is affecting all of our users and it maxed out the third party seats.
Hi! I am wondering if there is a way to create a report that will show which learners completed elearnings within a certain timeframe as well as the answers that they chose. I already have a report that shows completion date within the last 90 days, course result and course score. I would like to be able to add to this report.
Has anyone tested using css to edit the banner at the top of the new course player. We are trying to keep this update as simple as possible and want to just use the same color for all courses across our platform. Docebo support said we could do this through css, but told me they couldn’t help with that. Just curious if anyone has tried this and if they would be willing to share it with us so we can try it in our platform.
Hello This question is about TEST Is there an option to enable users to modify their answers without allowing them to resume the test when they save and subsequently access it later?My stakeholder wants to allow the learners to go to previous questions and change answers before the final submission.The option “Allow users to swich between pages of the test” disables the option to change the previous answerPlease help@lrnlab @Daniel @dklinger @KMallette
