Hello folks.I’m working to cater more to users looking to manage their CEU credits, and one of the biggest issues i’m seeing is that it’s very difficult to even determine how many CEUs a user has accumulated.As far as i can tell, one of the most efficient ways is to look at the Personal Summary for a user, navigate to Courses and manually add all the entries for the Credits (CEUs) column. Which is not efficient at all.I’m trying to puzzle out a report that will help but so far i’ve had no luck.Does anyone have a method they use? Any input would be very helpful.Regards,Nate

We have a selection of courses that cover a variety of topics that we want to assign to new hires.   Each subsection of courses is essentially a Learning Plan.  The idea is one Master LP that holds child LP’s.  Currently this functionality doesn’t exist. We have explored loading multiple training content, and using the course shells as a ‘child LP’, however this is not as clean or user friendly as we would like. Has anyone else had a similar need?  How did you end up resolving?

Currently it seems power users only interact with channels on the course creation → channel tab.This is kind of unwieldy for larger groups of courses, or checking what is or isn’t in a channel (for them) Is there something I’m not thinking of?

Hello,Here is my problem: I can’t calculate score of a ILT session based on training material.I can’t mark a ILT course as completed based on a training material comletion.Let me explain:In my ILT course, I want the user course to be marked as completed when he complete a specific training material, I also want the score of that session to be based on the same training material.Maybe im doing this the wrong way but it seems weird to me that there is no option to mark a session as completed when a user complete a specific training material. There is only the ‘’user complete the test training material’’ but what if i have more than one test material ? Why is this option only available at the course level? I want to be able to access the score of my users in the session reports but for this i need to evaluate them, but why would i manualy put the score of a test a second time if they just did it and the score is calculated au

Hello, there!I was wondering if anyone in the community currently has Worktango and if you’ve found a way to integrate it with Docebo, whether by API’s or otherwise? Worktango is a rewards platform, where users can give points that can then be spent on prizes, for reference.

Is there anyway to put alternative wording for when there are no sessions scheduled? It is not a great customer experience to see “Whoops, there are no sessions yet for this course - Please contact your Administrator or the course instructor” - especially when there is no area enter contact information and make it visible on the Session tab of the course. If there is nothing that can be done, can we at least have the sessions tab not show up automatically when there are no sessions added? 

Hi All,We are providing content for our client as XAPI modules via URLs. They work without any issue on desktop but we got multiple reports that they cannot finish their lessons on their mobile devices. I can confirm (tested) that it works with Chrome and Firefox on macOS, and it doesn’t work on Safari and on iOS (Chrome, Safari). (The lesson stuck in Activity in progress state.)To be a little bit more technical: We are sending a finishing XAPI statement to the provided Docebo API URL. In the browsers, were it doesn’t work, we get an error when a request is sent to /tcapi/statements?statementId=XYZ Failed to load resource: Request header field User-Agent is not allowed by Access-Control-Allow-Headers.Does someone else also experience this issue? Any ideas where to look for a solution, or if we could contact someone about the problem?Thank you,Rola

Hi everyone, I'd like to enhance the learners' homepage by incorporating a full-screen background photo where our LPs and ILTs would sit on top/in front of it. Is this easy to do? I have the image from a photobank. Where and how would I go about doing this? Is this in custom styles and an HTML situation? Is this more complicated to do than I think it is? Your guidance would be super appreaciated. Thanks!

The Batch Course Update API call only includes the bare minimum of options for LMS admins: {  "items": [    {      "id": 0,      "code": "string",      "title": "string",      "description": "string",      "language": "string",      "course_status": "published",      "category_id": 0,      "category_code": 0,      "thumbnail_id": 0,      "batch_item_id": "string"    }  ]} This should be updated to include Additional Fields so that this is not a manual process when updating courses.

We have a global audience of customer and partner learners and deliver several VILT training courses monthly.  We have discovered that many of our learners struggle to understand how to get the multi-event sessions onto their internal calendars using the .ics files provided in their enrollment messages.Because we don’t know what calendar applications they use internally, we have provided instructions for the finicky Outlook application, which differs depending on whether you use the desktop or web application. That doesn’t help users who use other platforms. We have complaints from learners that they don’t get an “invitation” they can just accept the way their internal calendar invitations work.Has anyone else here run into this and if so how have you mitigated this thorny problem?Thanks in advance for any ideas or solutions you have.

Hi Community,I'm looking for a way to add multiple users to a course that has an exam component.The exam is not relevant for them because they already passed it on another platform.Is there a way to add them to the course and assign them a score for the exam without requiring them to take it again?Thank you,Neil

I am using the Branded Mobile app and am having difficulty downloading the scorm files.  Has anyone else had this issue?  I was able to download the first scorm but the second file is saying The Server could not provide the file download URL.  Any idea how to fix this? I’ll put in a ticket too but I was hoping someone on here might know.

I understand based on this statement from Docebo Help, “Please note that all users are allowed to access the main domain, as every user is associated with the root branch.” that users can access their root or main domain.Example, root domain is Company - test.docebosaas.comFirst sub domain is Company/DomainA - test.docebosaas.com/domainaSecond sub domain is Company/DomainB - test.docebosaas.com/domainbIs there any way to keep Domain A or Domain B folks from seeing the content in the root domain?My goal is to keep everyone in each of the domains and not have anything available in the root domain.

Docebo numbers your test questions in a <#>) format with a font size of 12. Is there a way to change the font size or the numbering format? I would prefer 14 pt with a <#>. format. 

Hallo!I would like to know if there's a way to automatically fill the "average time" box of the LinkedIn Learning courses in Docebo.Right now, when I download the reports from Docebo, the LinkedIn learning courses have a "0" on the course duration column. Hi EveryoneI am trying to generate a report using CUSTOM REPORTS BUILDER that shows usage statistics as a percentage (“Completed”, “In Progress” and “Not Started”) for a specific course within a specific timeframe (01/01/2024 – 31/12/2024).  However, the course has a certification attached which means that the majority of “completions” will be as a result of certifications being renewed whereas for new users ( a small number) this will be the first time the course has been completed.  An expired certification’s status remains as “completed” and therefore will be included within the “completed” percentage when I run the report.I want the report to take into consideration everyone who has been enrolled on the course, regardless of the enrolment date but to only report “completions” within a specific date range as I’m thinking this will then pick up just “completions” (including certification renewals) that have happened this year.I have applied the

Can you build an ILT course that would allow you not to select a date until you have gathered enough expressions of interest (e.g. a ‘By Request’ course)? Currently unable to find a way to create an ILT without being forced to select a date. 

Hi All,I need help with the steps to configure a catalog that users can see without having to authenticate.  We have done this in a sandbox account, but it doesn’t work in our production account because we have SSO setup.  We cannot disable SSO without breaking our existing process which works for internals and customers who have a subscription to our self-paced courses.  I want our ILT courses and calendar to not require authentication until it is time to purchase. We do have a calendar and ecommerce already working, but no one can see anything unless they login first.  We have a lot of people that wont login to see and we are manually sending emails regarding ILT course descriptions and when our next courses are. We have extended enterprise and think we may be able to setup a new domain that doesn’t have SSO, but I am having a hard time getting a straight answer on the best way to approach this.  I have gone through a lot of documentation, threads and support tickets, but n

I feel like I’m missing something obvious here…Today, above each of our “Catalog” widgets, a new line of courses has appeared titled “Docebo Content Premium” (see image).I am apparently the only one seeing it. I am a superadmin, but they are not showing up for my fellow superadmin, and I tested “View as User” and can’t see them for anyone I’ve tested.I’ve checked the settings of the catalogs on the pages, even the page preview does not show these… it has to be from Content Marketplace but why are they showing up?Thanks for any help in advance!

I was wondering if anyone in Doceboland has run into this issue and how they’ve resolved it. We have monthly safety and compliance courses required to be completed by all regular employees. Most of our temporary employees are not issued email addresses, which we use as usernames in Docebo. Some administrative temporary employees are issued emails and end up included in our mass distribution for the company.I have created a temp Group and a landing page specifically for them that doesn’t have any Open Sesame content. There’s a message on the bottom stating all compliance training should go through their agency.We are sending an auto-enrollment link in the email for the safety and compliance course, and when the temporary employee clicks the link, they are being enrolled and taking a seat/license for Open Sesame.I would appreciate any insight into how others are handling this. I saw that we will be migrating from Zoom V2 to V3. Wondering if anyone out there has had experience moving from V1 to V2?We started off with V2 so this will be my first time doing this migration and would love to hear from folks who have previously done this. Anything particular to look out for?  Was it difficult? Hi All, We just paired Zoom V3 in our Sandbox for testing. Super excited to get this rolling. As you can imagine, there is a lot to test, starting with the adding of Zoom Hosts to the paired Zoom instance. The first problem we are running into: Extreme latency opening and interacting with the enrollment side-bar. We’ve had different people try this, are meeting all of the minimum system requirements for Docebo(using Google Chrome) and have a minimum of 200mbps/10mpbs download/upload speed. Upon clicking the green assign button to add a Zoom Host, we see the enrollment side-bar open, then freeze, we get the message to wait or close the page. We click wait, then it opens fully. Upon trying to type in a username, name or email address to search it freezes once again. Is anyone else experiencing this?We were able to get 3 Zoom Hosts added before this became a major issue, since we’ve deleted one host and tried to add them back, now we are getting separ
