Does anyone know if it’s possible to create a report that shows a learner’s completion status of each course within a learning plan? Essentially I want to combine fields from the custom reports, Users-Courses and Users-Learning Plans. 

Has anyone ever received this message while trying to update/generate a new build of their app? I’m still waiting for the help desk to respond but thought I’d try here. It won’t allow me to retry either  just stuck

Hi, wondering what the optimal size should be for assets uploaded to Channels? I want to prevent having to scroll to see the asset in fullI have read a ton of articles and I see 800x400px for thumbnails and 1400x800px for header images, but not for assets.Help please!!Thanks 

 Sorry for the giant photos below. Does anyone have experience with the Branded Mobile App?  I put in our custom domain in the  We have a custom domain that I put in the domain URL field.  However Google Play is listing it without the www.  And I can’t get past this screen. Despite the no internet connection there is internet on this device.  I thought it was because I put the URL in wrong initially. But even after the update it’s still showing without the www. any ideas?   

Hi all,I was just wondering what the use case is for enrollment rule notifications.We have quite a few notifications that trigger, say, when a user is enrolled in a learning plan or course, but none are linked to the corresponding enrollment rule. What is the use of doing this opposed to just creating a notification based on enrollment events and not the rule itself?Thanks! Just - super curious about this.  

So I believe I’ve uncovered a bug. When bulk enrolling users via the api, it enrolls those users from your root https://xxxx.docebosaas.com domain. If you are using automated groups coupled with enrollment rules to trigger enrollments, that all works well. HOWEVER, if you have a notification that uses a short code, say [course_link], and you want that notification to generate at enrollment into the course, the course link spits back the .docebosaas.com domain, not the extended enterprise in which the users belong. Why? Well, I believe it’s due to the fact that the user who has a connection to the api is logged in at root, thus when the automation (group and enrollment rules) trigger, they are doing so from that root domain. Why is this a bug? I want to be able to add a title/subtitle between the catalog widget (highlighted) and search bar. The widget setting itself only allows titles and it will show above the search bar. Does anyone know what I can do? 

Good day Community!I was curious to know if anyone had come up with code that could hide the point value that appears on badge ribbons. There's some concern in my organization that even if we set the point value to 0 for each badge we create (as we're going for a less competitive approach to badging), users will find it odd to see a line of 0s across their awarded badges. Any insight would be appreciated. I would like to have user input answers, free text, within a SCORM file (Storyline), and for the input to be accessible within Docebo. Is this functionality available? Either as feedback to the learner, or available to LMS team.

Hi, I want to use an observation checklist to be filled by the instructor of an ILT course during the course to evaluate the participants in real-time.However, I am not able to make the observation checklist visible to the instructor. I added the observation checklist in the training material of the ILT course, enrolled users into sessions etc. But the instructor does not get the observation checklist in his ‘My checklists’ Menu for completion. Does anyone have an idea how to make the instructor see the checklists?Additionally, I would like to set the approval of the observation checklist as criterion for completion of the course. Does anyone know if and when yes, how this is possible?Thanks in advance for your help!

Has anyone had success using AdobeConnect meetings in their ILT sessions or events? I am running into a weird problem where I can add my account information and have Docebo create the events in AdobeConnect, but once I have the event created and opened, every student who joins from Docebo comes over as an iteration of the host and attendence is not tracking. So I get all students in the room with the same name.  Anyone else using Adobe Connect?  

Has anyone had had problems with a courses that are being done on a mobile device going to completion? Also, courses aren’t bookmarking either; you must start from the beginning again. Thanks...

We have several groups that are no longer needed. If I delete a group that we no longer need, does anything happen to the users in the group. Is there enrollment or status in the platform impacted at all? 

Hi there, We are looking to automate how our Power Users are created. Right now, it seems like you have to select every employee that you would like to be a PU in the PU Management option. However, we are expecting that all people leaders in our organization will be assigned a Power User profile. How can we make it so that they are automatically assigned this rather than us manually selecting each leader and updating it every time someone is hired?

I am giving my first webinar using Docebo tomorrow Dec 5th and in the settings I asked for the Join button to be available for the instructor 23 hours before and 15 minutes before for the users. It’s 19 hours before now and I can’t see the button. And I clicked the arrow down (see screenshot). I’m starting to be afraid users won’t have any button to join either. Any idea what I am doing wrong?  

I’ve been reading through some old posts as well as the KB’s and as a new user to Fragomen (we launch in January), I’m trying to configure out onboarding program to have ability to both auto enroll at the Learning Plan level (with groups) which we know how to do, but also automatically register users down to the event level so we will have our Session/Events on their calendars for Day 1? Any recommendations here as we are hitting a lot of roadblocks. Much appreciated. 

Hello world! Does anyone know if it is possible to reset the due date of a course without changing the enrollment date? We have many people who have not completed manadatory courses but, having passed the deadline, they no longer appear among the to do list on the homepage. Thanks in advance! Edo

Hi All,In the November 2023 release readiness e-learning, I came across the following:With the help of the Help Desk, I have successfully tested it. But I found that you can only see the list of content for a skill that is one you’ve got selected on your Skills Dashboard (or the other places you can see your skills). So, if I have Leadership selected and I put in the URL to see the Leadership skill, I can see it. But if I do NOT have Leadership selected as one of my skills, I cannot use the URL or else I’ll see a 404 Page Not Found screen.Why would I use this?I would like to be able to list the content for any skill, and post that list on a custom page. Hello all,We’re in the process of automating some integrations for our courses, including some integrations the create/delete “lab” infrastructure.   Since there is cost incurred with this lab infrastructure, we’d like to limit the amount of time a user’s enrollment into a lab-connected self-paced course is valid.   I was looking at the “Days of Validity” setting for courses (https://help.docebo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020126779-Managing-the-Time-Options-for-Courses) and it appears this is a start down the path we’re seeking.  However, I don’t see any way to actually leverage this AFTER the user’s enrollment is marked as invalid (i.e. the days of validity have passed).   Would the user’s enrollment actually get updated and generate the course.enrollment.updated webhook (shown here:  

Hello,Fairly new to setting up notifications and I was wondering if someone would be able to talk me through the Digest email “Learner has yet to complete a course” specifically to send to their line manager.Context: We’re setting up mandatory training and require the line managers to take responsibility of their line reports once the line report has missed the deadline. I understand we cant send a a line manager an email detailing all the users outstanding under them, but I believe we can send them individual emails from each user.I’m not sure how the email itself looks. Lets say “Bob” is the learner and “Louise” is the manager, If i set the email up as “Hello, [first name], this is a reminder to complete [course_name]...” and this gets sent to line managers, does it say “Hello, Louise, this is a reminder” or does it say “Hello Bob...” and the line manager just gets a copy?Thank you for any help!

Due to the fact that there was an issue in one of our Scorm Packages, we needed to upload a new version. After doing this, we selected the new version within the course itself.We know that all users that are active working on the course (in progress), will have to start over. For all users that have completed the course, their course learning status will remain the same, but the training material is resettet and scores are deleted.Is their any way to prevent this from happening, because some of our customers use the score within their reports...
