Register a user to multiple course all at once

Hi,I would like to know how we can register a user to multiple courses at the same time without repeating the process for every course, one by one. Thank you!

Can't download Training Material Statistics report

Two issues both related to Training Material Statistics reports.Downloading a Quiz report returns with an empty CSV/Excel doc even though I have hundreds of users.Downloading the Training Material Statistics report for the course survey keeps returning HTTP status code 500, as seen from the screenshot below.

Batch status training material?

Hey hey, Is there a way to make some training material optional and other training material mandatory within a course? Related but maybe not, is there a way to batch edit training material status instead of going one by one to status?

Auto Enroll from Waitlist Weirdness

We noticed some weirdness with session waitlists in ILT courses. We have tested and confirmed that if a learner switches the session they enrolled in (we’ll call it session A) while on its waitlist to session B, the auto enroll script will automatically enroll someone from the waitlist in session A to the session. This happens even if the max number of seats in the session has been reached and results in enrollments appearing higher than the max. It appears that the auto enroll functionality is triggered by switching from the session regardless of the learner’s status (waiting or enrolled). I believe this is broken as the session max should never be exceeded. Option to put course length beside the course title

Is it possible to also include the length of the course (timeframe) on the list of assignments? Our users would like to be able to see at a glance how long each training will be so that they can manage their time and eventually encourage quicker completions.

Mass restrict domains

We use the restrict domains field to allowlist domains for our users to self-register. As a result of a platform migration, we’ll soon have hundreds of domains to add. Does anyone know of a way to add these domains en masse? I’ve tried separating the domains by comma and semicolon, but neither are working for me.

"What instructor is assigned to what session/event" Type of Report

I have searched and consulted with Docebo on this one.  We put our instructor names in an additional field.  Within the course properties > details - What is the benefit of putting the name of the instructor in the session instructor field?  Is there a report that exports that info?  The reason for my ask is that we had double-booked an instructor for the same date and time without knowledge.  One of our other instructors saw the conflict when she was pulling her attendance info for the 2 days.  I tried to find a report that would give me what instructor is assigned to what session/event and couldn’t find anything.  Support gave me a work around; however, it’s not a pretty export and I have to do some major clean up.  Just wondering….thanking you in advance for your input and insight!!

Skills Management - Editing Custom Skills

Based on what I’m reading in the help guides I should be able to edit skills by clicking the ellipses in the skill’s row.  However, I’m not seeing the ellipses to do so.  I only see the unassign option.Is this a change in skill management or am I missing something?

Can we anonymize user identity in the Comment/Forum/Discussion?

Our users log in using their company email addresses as the Single Sign-On identity. We’ve noticed that when users post comments in the Forum/Comment widgets within the courses, their usernames appear as their company email, which reveals their identity. As we work with multiple clients, it is essential to maintain user privacy and ensure that their identities remain hidden from on another. Is there any way we can anonymize these usernames, without having users manually create a identity-hidden username? Is it possible to randomly generate usernames for the forum purposes? Any insights, recommendations would be appreciated!

Manually Reorder Assets in a Channel?

Hey community! I have some assets that were uploaded out of order to a channel and I wanted to see if there was a way to either edit the creation date to use the Newest to Oldest Sorting method or manually set an order of appearance for assets in a channel. Thanks for any help!

What are your best practices and examples on certificates?

Hello DoceboiansI was just wondering what you are using when creating your certificates to make sure your text is appearing correctly on your certificate. As an example, the following code was used:<div style=”width: 1810px; height: 2560px; margin-top: 600px; margin-left: 50px; position: absolute;”><p>[firstname] [lastname]</p><p>[coursename]</p><p>[date_complete format:”d F Y”]</p></div>When looking in the wysiwyg editor this did exactly what we asked of it, however in the certificate preview and certificate download, although it gave the correct information, the text was placed at the top of the screen with no left margin and had moved down only 50px.Has anyone else had similar issues?What did you do to align the text in your certificates with your background image?Any tips you are happy to share?

Problem. Username does not save after updating

Have you experienced this issue: Username does not save after updating?email is configured as the username in the platform A student requested to change his username/email address but it keeps on reverting back to the original even after saving the changes.I change the new email, when saving the username remains with the former emailI already tried by clearing cache, cookies but still getting no results @Bfarkas @lrnlab @Annarose.Peterson

Thanks to everyone who attended the DU Live webinar, How to Track Learning Data with Reporting. For those that missed it, don’t worry, you can watch the recording. Here’s a rundown of the questions – most of which we addressed in the webinar, and some of which we weren’t able to get to:  Q. Please give us some tips on how to send an automated report to someone without sending a CSV.Unfortunately, the only exportable reports from the system are either Dashboard reports or Custom reports. So at this time, CSV is going to be your best option. We do have some new dashboard reports that are being designed that may offer further options in the near future!  Q. Is Docebo working on a Used In report? Sometimes reporting is just useful for system management. Currently it's difficult to see Object - Course - Learning Plan - Catalog structure in any report.Yes! Hide Assignment Submission Screen options

I tried searching for a direct answer to this but don’t think I found one. May I ask if anyone knows if you are able to edit the assignment submission screen in the course editor?My goal to have my learners only see the “Drop your file here or browse” option and eliminate the “Record you Screen. Start Recording” and “Alternatively...” options. Please see attached screenshot for reference.Any feedback is appreciated :)

Extended Enterprise - Instance deactivation and login URL

Hiya,We’ve run into a challenge and wanted to see if anyone else has experienced the same and/or has come up with a fix. TLDR - Deactivating instances breaks the login page for front end learners, and we can’t redirect to the default platform login. We have an Extended Enterprise setup and we use our instances for client projects. Two projects are moving back to the main platform (Branch) and we’re in the process of deactivating the instances.For both of these projects/instances we need active learners to still be able to login via the main platform and we don’t want to have to email everyone and say there has been a URL change.Subdomain InstanceThis instance was setup as a custom subdomain and we use a domain registrar to create a CNAME record pointing to our Docebo URL. After deactivating the instance, when front end users went to the subdomain URL they encoutered a broken Docebo login page. Docebo support initially advised this redirection should be handled via DNS/CNAME records. Af

Learning Impact for Instructors : give access to reports only for their courses

Hi there,I’m searching, i’m searching but I can’t find a solution ^^ We have some instructors who need to access to Learning Impact reports, so I have created a PU for Instructors and assigned to each PU their courses (for eg. Instructor 1 : Course 1, Course 2...)… but when I try to connect as Instructor 1, I can’t find “Course 1” in the tabs “Consolidated report” when I add a filter…I have a list of courses but don’t know why I see those courses :/ Is there a way to give access to learning impact consolidated reports only for instructor’s courses ?Thank you !CG

Either/Or Prerequisite Funtionality?

Hi all. I am trying to create a course that finishes with a test. I want the learner to have an option to watch one of two videos before having access to the test. Nothing jumps out at me as to a way to do this, but I wanted to see if anyone had any ideas here. The videos are exactly the same, but in different languages. Thanks!

Quiz Score Reporting Issues

Hello Docebo community! I have a question regarding reporting on quiz answers. I am trying to use Docebo to do some user testing. I have set up a course where users complete a sorting activity, then watch an instructional video, then complete the same sorting activity again. The purpose of the course is to see if watching the instructional video causes people perform better on the sorting activity. Thus, I would like to compare people’s results from the first activity to the second activity.  Right now, I have set this up as a course with three separate SCORM files that I made with Articulate Rise. The first file is a quiz which contains the sorting activity, the second is a lesson which contains the video, and the third is a quiz that contains the sorting activity again.  I cannot figure out how to find reports on scores from each activity. In fact, when I look at the report for the course, it shows everyone’s score as “0” even though I am sure this is not the case. When I exported th
