Hello,I'm facing a challenge with our exam process. We have developed an exam using Rise 360 and integrated it into a single course shell titled 'Exam' within our LMS. The problem arises when students fail the exam; their status remains 'in progress' in the reports. We want to ensure that upon completion of the exam, regardless of the outcome, students are marked as having completed it. I'm uncertain whether this setting needs to be adjusted on Rise 360 or the LMS.Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Our safety department would like to keep records of the dates and locations of fire drills on Docebo. Since we don’t have a specific lists of participants for the building fire drills, I’m not sure how best to track this in the system. We could list the fire drills as ILTs and bulk enroll anyone that works in a given building, but that may not accurately represent who was physically there for the drills. We could create the ILTs, but not enroll anyone, but then it makes it seem like no one participated, which isn’t accurate either.I was thinking we might use the “observation checklist” function to track dates/locations of fire drills, but I’m not sure how best to set that up in the system. Any additional advice about how this type of staff training without individual records can be recorded/reported through Docebo would be much appreciated. Thanks!

I am hoping the talented and knowledgeable Docebo Community can help me with the following. We have certain compliance courses that are required for new hires to complete within 30 days from their hire date and have auto-enrollment rules set up for these assignments based on groups where the validity period is set to reflect 30 days from the enrollment date, and then each month there are specific courses that are manually and mass assigned to all users and due on a specific date.The new hire compliance courses are packaged in a learning plan. All courses have time option programmed at the course level of 30 days and the “soft deadline on” option, which is helpful for us so that if needed, the learner can access the course past the deadline and is not locked out. Up until last week, the notifications with the types of “Digest: learner has yet to complete the course” and “course has expired” included these mandatory courses, however, last week, the notifications f

Just an FYI - the labels on all of the headers in the task widget changed...and maybe I am late to the party.It also looks like there was an adjustment in dimensions.Some good news - you can control the labels of all the headers with the localization tool (each one of those are a “pages” type). Well and we got our overdue list as well a release ago.Some bad news - well, if you have multiple homepage layouts, you are gonna be potentially touching a few pages to fix the geometry of your task widget or other widget heights in the same row. And adjusting the language in one place may call for those supporting multiple languages to support multiple tune ups.Anyone else finding this?

I have a client who would like to build out a learning plan where they will give the user courses to complete, but then they would like to tell the user to choose any 2 of a possible 10 elearning courses to complete. Upon completing those 2, they would then progress to the next learning plan.I know we can do this with ILTs where you can say you need to complete a set number of sessions or events. What’s the best way to achieve this with elearning (where no ILTs are required)My current thought process is to add in an assignment telling the users to choose and complete 2 courses from a set catalogue of 10 courses, then reporting back on the assignment they are done for this to be manually marked as completed (or sent back if they have not been completed).This is obviously a manual workaround and not really a solution. I thought about equivalences however we do not want to mark courses as complete that they have not done as they may be us

I have an eLearning course which users are required to complete annually and I don't want to attach a certification to the course as this has historically caused issues within our org.Some users completed over three years ago and are therefore out of date and their course status is marked completed.  Some users are yet to start and therefore I need to set up notification reminders.  Other users are in progress and have likely not exited the course correctly (completed on an Android device web based browser).I think I should be:Setting a notification stating your course has expired.  How do I set the expiry date within the course?  Time options - Course validity period (for 12 months) OR Enrollment validity period with Start calculation from the first access date and set number of days to 365 with soft deadline enabled Setting a notification reminder to say your course is due to expiry in 3 weeks please schedule time to complete.  Which notification

Hello, We are downloading all the training materials that are in the central repository using APIs, but we are not able to export the Slide files. The link is generated, but does not bring the content. We had no problems with videos or scorms, only with the slides.Any tips? Regards,

Hi,I am receiving 403 errors on My Courses and Learning Plans, regardless of user or user level. I have cleared caches, used different browsers, deleted all Menus and rebuilt them, and everything else I can think of. I even created a custom page and added the My Courses widget...and it gave a 403 error. Any ideas? I put in a ticket, but it is taking a long time.Thank you!

Hi everyone! I got a SCORM file from a vendor (NINJIO) and the video content is only about 6 minutes or less with a single knowledge check question at the end. However the file is 1.1GB! I have no idea why it is so big, but I can’t upload it and our Cybersecurity team needs it to be tracked. I did try to add the SCORM file to both the Central Repository and directly into the course, but neither allowed the file size. Does anyone use NINJIO scorm files in their instance successfully or has a workaround for adding this larger file (or maybe compressing it)? Happy to try a creative solution but not sure where to start!

When the new course player was previewed a long time ago I raised the issue of the unenrolment button being almost impossible to find.  I’d hoped as we got nearer to go live this had been addressed, but alas no. I have 2 questions about this drop down and wondering if anyone can tell me if they have similar issues and can suggest some workarounds: Does anyone else agree that the unenrol button is hidden and not easy to find, and how they intend to mitigate the queries we’ll be getting from users on how to find it? Hello, I’m hoping for some insight from this community. We are a healthcare organization that does outreach education. We are looking to expand our reach and offerings and want to be able to utilize docebo for payment processing of online courses and registration fees. I know there are a lot of systems that can be integrated and don’t know much about any. I am looking for a relatively simple system that we could use. We are a critical access hospital and as you may imagine, don’t have funds for a robust, expensive system but want something that is user-friendly on both ends. Is it possible to have direct managers enroll courses?I created a group and of direct managers, a catalog w/group visibility and courses with these options. I don’t want the users to self-enroll. What is the way to set this up?The direct mangers are not Power Users.Thanks for any insight!

Hello All,We are facing a potential data loss issue with course access and I’m wondering if anyone else has had and solved this.What we’re trying to record:We are looking to see how many unique users access certain courses per month.  So if User A accesses any of the courses in a given month, they are counted.  If they access any of the courses in another month, they are counted again.  Our PowerBI graph looks like this: We’re using the First Access Date and Last Access Date to build this data.  The issue is when we have this situation:User A accesses Course B in June.  This is recorded in the course First and Last Access date fields. Hello! We recently had an update to one of our learning plans that drive a certification (Forklift training). When we add the course, even if we don’t recalculate enrollments, it will still assign the course to Team Members who have completed the LP, which to my understanding is the intended functionality. We can’t have this as we 1 - don’t want all existing certified team members taking this course and 2 - can’t have incomplete courses on the team members profile due to audit requirements of having all assigned training completed. What I need is to have a new learning plan where the additional course is added to it and team members will take that new learning plan when they renew. The LP has to stay with the certification or we lose the tracking. Additionally, we need to keep the existing users enrolled in the LP or we lose that. Has anyone figured out a good way to do this? We’re creating a learning plan for users where some have learning disabilities. It’s quite a few clicks to get to your certificate with a lot of visual clutter. We’re thinking of creating a how-to video with instructions, but I’d prefer to just give learners a link to claim their certificate or send a pdf via email.I only found a way to directly link to My activities > learning plans, but there’s still that “hidden” three dot menu that only appears on hover.Is there any way to link straight to the certificate, no extra clicks required?

Hello all, my boss asked me to get rid of the cat tail (her exact words were cat butt but writing butt got my post flagged) image in our Task List Widget.
