Hello! I am fairly new to Docebo, and it has not been well managed by my company prior to now, so I sort of inherited quite a mess. I am wondering if any one can help me figure out the best way to work with the Activity Widget. Currently, when a user is enrolled in an ILT course, it shows in the Widget, but it does not show the session they are enrolled in, or if they are waitlisted. As you can see below, I just show in progress and enrolled for both courses. The top course, I am actually on the waiting list, but it is not indicated anywhere. The bottom list, I would want the session information (Date, time) to display, but I can’t figure it out. Any thoughts, is this even possible?
Hi.Adding resources via Course Management - Training Material - Widgets - Additional Resources. The URL changes when the link is opened via Learner:……. id=kb_article&sysparm_article=KB0015342 changes to …...id=kb_article&amp;sysparm_article=KB0015342However, when the links are added directly to the resource Widget from a Published course or from a Learner view, there are no issues.Has anyone experienced this before? Is there a fix?
Hi!We used to only use the Webinar course type, but recently switched to ILT. In the webinar course type, when a learner was waitlisted, their thumbnail said “Waiting User”. Maybe we changed something in the localization tool to make that happen, I can’t remember. However, now that we are in ILT, all of those users just show “STARTED” on their thumbnail. Users that are enrolled show STARTED too. We have an article explaining that if they see this, they are on the waitlist, but if they see the bottom one they are ENROLLED in the session, but I hoping there is a better way! Please tell me someone out here has a better way for learners to tell they are on the waitlist. Waitlisted for Session Enrolled in Session
Can you suggest the options there are to display the content of external LMSs in Docebo in real time, including the exchange of bookings?Example:Catalogue of the training provider Fastlane should be visible in DOCEBO, participants should be able to book courses with Fastlane directly from Docebo. How can we achieve this in the Platform ?Has anyone done a similar type of integration ?
Hello Docebo friends! Is anyone using “Archive and Unenroll” rather than “Archive and Re-enroll”? I like the re-enroll function, but I am trying to determine when I might need to archive and unenroll. I checked KBAs and guides to see if there was clarification when it might be appropriate to archive/unenroll, but this was all I found.“In the pop-up that opens, set whether you want to archive the active enrollment and re-enroll the user in the same course or unenroll the user after archiving the enrollment. If you select the second option, remember that learners will no longer be able to access the course once their enrollment is archived, but you can possibly re-enroll them manually, or they can self-enroll if the course enrollment policy allows them to do so.”I might just be completely blanking on this but please let me know if you understand when/why to use Archive and Unenroll. Thanks!Ryan
I’m playing with the layout of a page and I’m using the HTML widget to display several clickable images (images which are in the image repository found on the WYSIWYG). For some reason they appear just sliiiiiiiiiightly fuzzy, even though they are high resolution images. Any suggestions for fixing this? Maybe I’m sizing the images incorrectly?
Hello - We have been trying to use the Observation Checklist function for sometime now… Sadly, the functionality seems to be very limited. Two things:If you use it, how do you use it? If you dont, what do you do instead to achieve similar results?Thank you for your help in advance!
Some insight, we are heading for another great year in terms of a compliance cycle. Before this org and with other systems, I will admit either I dreaded the time of year or understood after nudging essentially the manager and user only. We would get on average to an 75-80% goal with learning campaigns before handing the story back to more local personnel...and then the local operations drove the last steps of compliance. There is alot more to it (is “mandatory learning” defined at your org?, What change management techniques are being used up to and during the campaign, etc.) but I want to say after tens of large learning campaigns, they mostly fell into a resounding pattern with 30 day campaigns:25-30% engagement within the first week to week and a half. Showing you that your messaging was heard and you engaged the A-type personality type (if you put it in my queue I will get it done) Sharing of dashboards and data for top down and push down approaches from executives got the message
I created a new page for my site and copied an HTML/WYSIWYG widget from an existing page. However, the new page widget, using the identical code copied from the existing page widget, looks different from the original. If anyone has any suggestions of how to troubleshoot, it would be much appreciated. Thanks! Here’s the code:<h4>Manager Dashboard</h4><p><a href="/manage/users">My Staff</a></p><p><a href="/course/manage">Course Enrollments</a></p><p><a href="/learn/admin/reports">Reports</a></p>Here’s the existing page widget desktop view: Here’s the new page widget desktop view:
Hello, My organization uses Docebo on a custom HTTPS domain. We basically follow the steps outlined by Docebo, here. Manually rotating certificates has become a pain point, it’s hard to pin down ownership and our team generally avoids repetitive manual tasks. As it stands now, we delete and upload a new cert on a regular cadence. Seems like a perfect opportunity for some automation. Is there any API endpoint to rotate TLS/SSL certificates?
Hi, We have started to use the new course player and would like to change Docebo’s illustrations inside the course player for when the user is starting a new course, and when the course is completed. I have managed to remove these two illustrations and add our own illustration to replace these, but I have not found a way to distinguish these two illustrations by CSS. Our solution today changes both these illustrations to the same. Does anyone have an idea on how to distinguish these by CSS in the new course player, so we can have two different illustrations?
Hi everyone.I’m running the integration process between Salesforce and Docebo. I have successfully installed Docebo in Salesforce. When I navigate to the Docebo Admin Tab in Salesforce through the App Launcher, I get this error message - "User provisioning failed with error: JIT Provision cannot be performed due to 'User' toggle is not enabled"So, I logged into the Docebo instance, clicked on the Gear icon and clicked on “Manage” in the Salesforce section, it takes me back to the Salesforce Configuration page as shown in the attached screenshot. I expect to see a page with the Synchronization Tab...but it just doesn’t come up. I don’t know where else to look. I’d very much appreciate it if anyone could please help me with a solution. Thank you very much!
Hi! Our content is broken down into catalogs by subject. Some of our content is grouped into Learning Plans, while others remain as single units. What I’m wondering - Is there a way to have catalogs sorted by “newest content” on the All Courses page? For example, we have a weekly, company-wide meeting that occurs and I would like the catalog that hosts that content to appear at the top of the All Courses page whenever a new edition is added to the catalog. Currently, it lives at the bottom of the All Courses page since it was the first catalog we created. From my understanding, setting the display to default as “Newest” only applies to the newest catalog, not the newest content within the catalog. For clarity, I don’t want to set the sort to “Oldest” since, even though it applies to this example, it doesn’t fix the overall issue I’m trying to fix. Alternatively, if someone has a suggestion on a feature / way to display the content, I’m all ears. Thank you for your help!
Hi all,I’m looking for advice for a problem with renewals.Context: Most of our courses have two options for renewals; a full course; and a knowledge check only version for those who already know the key learning outcomes.Problem: Some learners will start the full course, and then switch to the shorter version part way through. They complete that and thing it’s up to date but as the full course is mandatory, they then end up getting reminders to complete it. (I hope this makes sense)I have tried making them equivalent, but this ends up marking one as complete when they select the other to renew (or so it would seem) - and as learners are prone to avoid key instructions, I’m keen to find an intuitive design to avoid them ‘course hopping’ like this.Any suggestions, ideas welcome? I bet I’ve missed something obvious - don’t be too harsh if I have :)
Having a contest and want the users to complete 5 of the 10 courses - what is the best way to do this?
We are having a contest and want to know the best way to set this up if it should be through a Learning Plan or Course. The requirements would be they need to complete 5 of the 10 courses. We also have a survey for them to complete as well. I was looking at Learning Plans, but I can only set prerequisites and do not see where I can select if 5 courses are completed, the Learning Plan should show as completed. I looked at Courses and did not see this as well. If you have any suggestions, that would be great!
I’ve created an exam and there are options for max attempt behavior (waiting period after max attempts reached), but I don’t see a setting to cap attempts in general. It seems like after the waiting period, learners can attempt again and again...and again. For learning content knowledge checks, this is fine. In a certification setting, I need a hard cap on the number of times someone can attempt the test after which they’re unable to try again. Is there a way to do this?
Hi there,We want to make our managers accountable for their team members if they don’t complete their compliance training and were looking at the notification “Learner has yet to complete a course”. Ideally we don’t want the manager to get lots of these notifications if a few of their team members haven't completed the training. Is there a notification or a short code that just sends one notification to the manager with a list of those who have yet to complete the training rather than individual notifications?
