Hi there,We operate our learning across multiple countries and it’s that “Compliance” time of year. Each country has a different set of Health and safety docs but all other policies are pretty much the same. I’m trying to find a way of only having one catalog or channel that has all the policies but when it comes to the H&S policy only the one relevant to their country will show. Otherwise I'm going to have 12 different catalogs which is a pain (Especially given the catalog module in Docebo isn't searchable!) Just in case this affects anything, these policies are set up as courses because we require e-signatures. Thank you! Vesta 

There is a CSS to remove the widget titles for the Desktop version of the platform but is there a way to remove these titles from the mobile app? :(  My desktop looks beautiful and it’s easy to find my widgets now… but my mobile app looks cluttered with titles.  Any ideas? Is this possible? 

I am implementing ILT webhooks to my organization, and I have difficulties with session update.I am using Power Automate, once a user is enrolled to a session > he gets an "invitation" (send by power automate). Then, they need to approve / decline.When a user approved > he receives a CALENDAR invitation.The problem is when I change the start time or date, it doesn't recognize the change. 

We are having trouble uploading the new SSL certificate and it looks like the docebo site is not accepting the new certificate. Can anyone help?

How do I get a learner that I enroll into a Learning Plan that contains Self-Led Training courses to be automatically enrolled into a standalone ILT Course (not part of the Learning Plan)?

Saw a couple of ideas and posts lately about allowing reports to have information about the courses within a catalog. Definitely not a perfect solution, but for those waiting on improvements, might help somewhat. There is a way to use the API Browser to get some of this information. We are about to go to a two-catalog system - one for members and one for Non-members. People who come to our library select the courses they want to take, courses are not assigned. That being said, I do ot see where I can assign a learning plan to a particular catalog,  Just like a course, if a learning plan is open to both member and non-member, it will have a different price. Currently, it appears that it goes into an external catalog that we are doing away with.Has anyone found a way around this?  

Hi all.Does anyone use images on the Learning Plan Header? I keep running into unexpected roadblocks, like frequent messages that the file I’m using does not exist, or simply not incorporating the changes that I’ve saved. Additionally, I do not having very much control over the image dimensions. Compared to course cover images, which show an accurate representation of the finished dimensions, the LP header will make further cropping decisions after I have designated the cropping area. So, an image that looks fine when I set it up will end up cropping the top half of my images, & suddenly characters are missing their heads. When I try doctoring the original images to include a margin at the top, it just typically rejects the image i’m using. Then, when I resize the image to better fit the dimensions, it zooms in the center, cutting off even more of my characters.I’ve spent way more time trying to play with this than I’d like, just wondering if anyone else has experi

Hello, Me and my team need specific information about users that are going to enroll in an ILT class. We need to know their specific size for a material (gloves). Is there a way to push a form before they can enroll in a specific ILT session and make it mandatory for them to take that form before they can enroll in the session. Also would it be easy to collect the information from these form ?Thanks

Is anyone else finding that users get very confused when returning to a course that is required for a certification? We are finding that the following behavior is occurring rather frequently:User receives a notification that a certification is expiring User clicks the link provided in the notification and is brought to the certification screen User clicks the Renew option and selects a course User starts the course, but does not have the time to complete the course in one sitting, so they close the course To return to the course, the user is clicking the link from their certification notification - which takes them to the Certification screen. We cannot get the password reset to send a link to our members who try to use it.    We have had Docebo for 18 months and opened a support ticket then with no solution.  Anyone else have this problem and how did you solve it?

Hi everybody, is there a way to delete the “no answer” option in a survey? Here’s a screenshot: (for no italian speakers, “no answer” is in the last box)  In Question Bank we wrote down only the three options as you can see (school diploma, degree, other) but “no answer” stood out. Hi, I’m brand new to Docebo. My company is in the middle of onboarding and we are working on moving our data from another LMS.I searched on the KnowledgeBase but couldn’t locate what I’m looking for. Is there a way to upload a CSV with a list of users and courses they completed previously? This would be helpful so that data transfers to our Docebo LMS without having to enroll them and mark them complete manually.

I make an api call to get a Learning Object /learn/v1/lo/98 but I’m getting an error as below. Strange thing is that this works when retrieving Learning Objects for other courses so it’s not my permission level which is Superadmin. Good morning everyone,We would like to use a team email (we use Outlook) that we created as a "template" for all the notifications we send from Docebo. I've tried doing a simple copy and paste and also pasting the HTML code of the email but we can't visualize all the elements of the original communication (e.g. sources, external links, images, etc.).Does anyone know how to do in such cases to "convert" an outlook email into a template that can be used on Docebo?Thank you very much in advance.Edo

What are you doing to manage the ever growing lists of Groups?  Automatic groups I can handle, but we seem to have a lot of Manual groups that are likely a one-and-done enrollment?  Are you using a naming convention to call out one-time vs. perpetual manual groups?  Are you dating them?  What are the implications of deleting manual groups that are past their prime?  What happens to the Learners inside those groups?  If a tree falls in the woods… I digress.  I’m feeling delete-y but don’t want use an axe, not a chainsaw.  So, how are you handling your housekeeping?

Hi guys, I was wondering if anyone knew how to change the top level folder category in other languages from Docebo? I have changed all the folder languages: In English it changes to Keyloop but when I change my language to Italian it is still saying Docebo? Is it in the localisation tool and not under course category does anyone know?  Thanks 

Hey Docebo friends! Is there a way to only change the background colour of the description toolbar or even the icon colours? My manager insists on having it grey but I can’t read / see the icons. Below is what it currently looks like.  Appreciate any help - my eyes are so sore! Thank you
