Hi all,I am not the main user of our LMS however, I do dabble and have come across an issue that I need to fix.How can I setup an email notificaiton to our instructors to inform them they have been assigned to a training session?

Hello,I have a test built in my system that has one question- Select all that apply. The answer bank has some 45 possible responses where 10 of them make up the correct answer. However, I have had some learners that mark 13, 20, and even all 45 responses. I changed the question to “Select all 10 that apply” to give an indication that there is a limit to how many answers they need to select to get full credit, but Im wondering if there is a way to limit how many responses they can click so it would automatically stop them from selecting an 11th response. Im also open to the fact that this may not be the best way to set up this knowledge check. Essentially the doctors we are training go over a case study of a simulated patient. They are to diagnose that patient with a number of high risk diseases. There are 5 cases (the answers to all 5 built the answer bank of 45) with an identical knowledge check of the one question - select all that apply for that case.Thanks for your help!

We have connected LinkedIn Learning with Docebo. Unfortunately, there are so many courses that it overwhelms our users when they perform searches. Are there any tips or tricks on how to still have the LinkedIn Learning courses available, but not so overwhelming?

Is there a way to give users a calendar in Docebo (similar to the My Calendar widget/page) that will tell them all the upcoming events for all courses whether they are enrolled or not? We’d like our users to see what courses are available and allow them to enroll in courses if they want to.

I was asked if this can be done.  I have one certification that includes:9 sessions (M, T, TH -9am - 12) for 3 weeksParticipants needs to submit an Assignment each week.At the end of the training, they will take a 50-question test.Thank you 

Hello everyone,I recently ran into a course that expired on 12/31. It shows up as expired in the central repository, as it was imported from the content marketplace.We’d still like to use the course in our training, so my question can these courses that are marked as ‘expired’ be toggled to ‘active’ so they can be used again.So far I haven’t been able to find any clear answer to this question in any help documents.I can also confirm that the course settings don’t contain anything where the validity was set to expire, it seems to be something with the content marketplace and the central repository.Any ideas?

Hi all and HNY! I am looking for some ideas. We have decided to create an area in our platform dedicated to AI. I would like this to be an exciting area and few clicks for our users. I am thinking a widget on the homepages, but this might be a bit boring. So, I just wondered if anyone has used something a bit more snazzy than a basic widget?

If I create a course and assign a user, will that be recorded as xapi statement in docebo lrs?

Is anyone else experience slowness when you are on the Coach and Share Channels page?  When scrolling down through the list of our channels we are experiencing slowness.  It sometimes is only 1-2 seconds but others it is over 5 seconds for the next row below to load.  I have a link to a video I recorded below showing the slowness we are seeing.  

I am looking to create a course that would build a custom PDF of my design that users would receive at the completion of the course. Are there any solutions within Docebo that allow for such a thing?

Hello,New Docebo user here, but long-time Salesforce admin and web developer.I’m tasked with embedding Docebo into my SF lighting community, which seems straightforward - I’ve synced my users, and followed the instructions here and here. This all seemed to work as advertised but LMS content doesn’t appear in my community where I’ve placed the Docebo Lightning Web Component.I have a support ticket opened for 14 days on this, and they’ve apparently escalated it to some internal specialist, but still no resolution.Has anyone else had this problem, and did you manage to work it out? If so, how?I expect this is some sort of privacy or permission settings in my Salesforce org, either org-wide or profile-based.Thanks! 

I’m looking to have a minimum time between courses in a leaning plan. To be specific, the learning plan has two courses. I want the learner to be in the first course for at least 7 days before they move to the second course. I see I can set maximum time rules, but is there a way to set minimum time rules? I.e., the learner must be in the intro course for at least 7 days before moving to the second course. These are e-learning courses. Thanks. 

@Adam Ballhaussen could you please share how do you collect badges and points in this community?

There is a critical error in one of our user additional fields. This field drives enrollment rules and notifications. One of the dropdown elements contains an ampersand “&” and that is being replaced by “&” . I have tried recreating the dropdown element and fixing the affected element. Both result in a return to the “&”. This means a user management file of over 1000 people can’t process, as the field in the sheet does not match the new faulty value. I created a ticket for this last friday, but docebo has not resolved this. I need to get someone competent assigned to my ticket to resolve this. @erin.brisson @pmo @matt.lewis 

Hello, I’m hoping for some advice on a program we’ve set up. The learning plan has 5 e-Learning courses and 16 ILT sessions. Each ILT session also has e-learning content, which theoretically the learner should complete before attending the lives session. Each ILT session has one event with 3 sessions (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) and the learner has to complete both the e-Learning and one ILT to pass. The first cohort of learners is finishing the program. I developed as the program was being made, and now I’m thinking about cohort 2 and how to handle it best. I’m hoping for your expertise.Do I duplicate the LP for each cohort as is? Can I duplicate the events and sessions with 2024 dates and not have to retype all of it?Do I rebuild the LP and make all the e-learning courses prereqs to the ILT sessions? Do I rebuild the LP and do something different?How are you running reports to know that people are compliant with the requirements to keep moving forward in the cohort? Hi everyone!  Thank you for your help. So I’ve begun to set up my learning plan (hybrid elearning and ILT) --and to also create groups (cohorts) and add them to the learning plan.  I have two questionsEach cohort will be assigned to a specific time slot for the ILT---within the learning plan for the ILTs will I be able to assign the group to that time slot automatically? In terms of reporting analytics for learning plans---how would this look like or work with groups assigned to learning plans? Would the reporting analytics give an overview of all groups and am i also able to filter the analytics to individual groups?Thank you! 

Hi everyone - I know as we get creative, folks support their own approach with posing to people what content they have due in a queue.And - that’s great….we have been supporting the tasks widget for years and are at a place where people are used to nuance.Now we are finding that we are walking a tenuous line as we balance the fact that once a course goes beyond its validity dates? It is removed from the deadlines portion of the task list.So I wanted to see - how do you all manage around this Docebo-ism? Cant call it a bug. Its a “Docebo” thing.A better state/behavior is that anything that reaches the Deadlines portion and is given a soft deadline in the task widget is not removed until the learner has completed it. 

Hello Docebo Guru’s!I have a facilitator who has uploaded a video, post VILT session, for enrolled users to view for credit or review. The session/event used a custom TEAMS URL, and a PPT was used through the session and was a seamless event with no issues.  Once the recordings were uploaded, it was realized that where an embedded video (using a link to MS Stream) was played, it just showed a blank visual with no audio in the recording.  Has anyone experienced, or are there known issues regarding embedded/linked videos in PPT’s not playing for the audience watching the recording of the session? Thanks in advance for any help!  

Hi all, Happy New Year.I’ve got a colleague that wants to run some contests for his users. i’ve been playing around with the different features, but I’m unable to get any sense of individual or aggregate progress. I was hoping to see information regarding how much progress I have made, my score compared to the average or other similar details but all I can see is whether I’ve started or not.Do I have to somehow link this to a leaderboard? Even as an administrator, if I click on the contest all I get is very broad details about how I had set up the contest. According to the help page I read (https://help.docebo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020083520-Activating-and-Managing-the-Gamification-App#01H81ZDM0WS2VCDFWRJB9KY6Z9), I should see details about current leaders if I click on the magnifying glass for the contest, but I don’t see anything like that at all...am I missing something?

Hello, I don’t understand why but all course seems to now be showing in all our users catalogs, i usually added branch to catalogs to make sure they were only visible to them and it seemed to work perfectly. I don’t know why now (I can’t tell when the issue started) but this seems to be broken and all course are in the catalogs of my users. Anyone can help?

Is there a way to provide access to the items in the file repository course widget before someone enrolls? Or if not there, is there a way for a user to access documents before they have to enroll other than demo material - which is limited in size and number if we have more than 1 item in the file repository widget? I see the course description and the content in the course as options to view before enrolling. Thanks in advance for your help.

I don’t think there is - but does anyone know of a way to get a report automated based on the purchase of a course or learning plan?So it would be similar to a notification, but it would be the actual report that is typically generated from the report section.
