The webinar in question is fully titled: Beyond Content Creation: AI to Measure Learning Success. It had (1)Maija Mickols, AI Product Manager at Docebo; (2) Josh Penzell, Head of Custom AI Solutions at ELB Learning.I actually learned about the webinar (albeit) too late, from a blast email from ELB though. So I wonder if y’all have any idea what I’m actually talking about, and am sorry if you don’t and I have wasted your time.In the meantime, I will also try over at ELB Learning and see if something available is over there. I’d LOVE LOVE LOVE to see what Docebo has been up to!ThanksRaPH

Hi all,I need to generate a CSR file so that we can renew our SSL certificate. If I understand correctly, the only way to do this is to remove the current certificate by clicking the [REMOVE CERTIFICATE] button shown below. Is this correct? Also, if I remove the certificate, will our domain still be secure? I thought I'd better check since this operation cannot be undone.

Hi Community, Did anyone fine a way to get a report on users that are part of a subscription plan?We need a report with the below columns – User email address Account name Transaction name Transection expiration Transaction type Quantity (Licenes / Seats) Meaning – the number of Licenes / Seats that have been set when the transaction was created Assigned  (Licenes / Seats) Meaning – the number of used Licenes / Seats Best,Gali

Greetings everyone! Does anyone know how to see the logic of an automatic group in the API output? In the API - Manage  > Group > Returns Details of a group the response schema states that the respnse will include “Type of method for user assignment: 0 for manual assignment, 1 for automatic assignment rules”.In addition, it talks about a rules list and rule logic to be displayed along with details on other information I need.I have many automatic groups and they all come back with similar output.{  "data": {    "id": 13123,    "name": "MOBILECOMM PROFESSIONAL INC",    "description": "Company Code - WMM - MUSID - XXXXXXXX - Automatic Company Group",    "assign_rules": 0,    "members_count": 42  },  "version": "1.0.0",  "_links": []}The output does not show any of the assignment rules or any of the automatic logic.Scheme Details

Is there any way to view docebo in Dark Mode?

Hi Docebo community 😊Does anyone know if it is possible to remove the highlighted area or potentially with CSS?Thanks in advance for any tips!

Hi all. I’m pretty sure the answer is ‘no’ here but i gotta verify…Is there a way to locally change the name of a Repository item? So that you can decide its name on a specific course without affecting the name of the file in the Repository? I know you can use the language feature to change it to match a user’s language, but is there any other way of giving Power Users a bit of control over the Learning Object name in their course?

Hi - since Friday - instead of our regular messages back from the automation app, it looks like we have been getting this error message. For the most part? It looks like our business continues to run - and users are being created by our integrations...have you all heard anything else about this? Because even though I reported this to Docebo Support - the message back was not a clear one other than it is recognized as an issue by the dev team and there is a task to investigate further. Here is a ticket reference: 686958.

Was trying a temporary workaround while there are some latency issues with the platform today (on Valentines Day 2024 - Happy Valentine’s Day everyone!!!).Currently? We are trying to get a report where we know there wasnt more than a hundred learners (so the preview should cover what we need).I tried to highlight copy and paste into excel, but the line breaks are all screw-y and information that should have been collected into columns all came along in the first row. I tried pasting it with and without formatting and it is a no go.Example of output of information from the Report in PreviewSomebody has had to screen scrape a table successfully….wondering if YOU figured out how to make it work.

Hi!I’m trying to set up a notification to send to an instructor of an eLearning every time a user completes a course. In my test course, I added myself as the instructor. Then I set up the Learner Completed a Course Notification to send to Instructors. However, when I marked my test user as complete, the notification did not send. Any ideas on what I did wrong? Has anyone else accomplished this in a different way?Thank you!!Steph

I have been looking into a host of options for Managers for our company, and have noticed that as of right now managers using “My Team” cannot create groups, nor enroll multiple users into a course at once. This has become a sticking point for stakeholders who are looking to enroll their entire team into one or more courses/learning plans, or enroll entire groups at once. While yes, I can understand I can assign our management team to Power User and give them the ability to see all courses and control enrollment, this isn’t scalable for us. This would require a form of education to managers we aren’t looking to provide, with the focus being on the Team function. Does anyone have ideas on how we could allow Managers to enroll multiple users in their team, or to group users in such a way as to allow them to easily sort and enroll the users they are attempting to enroll?

Hello, I would like to remove the option of “NO ANSWER” on my single answer survey question but not sure how to do that. Below is an example of what the user see compared to what i see in the back end. Thank you.

So I have noticed that as an admin I can enter a class go to enrollment, select students and send them all an email. We would like to make this available to instructors. It is not native and looking at power users there does not seem, to be a permission that allows this. Has anyone else encountered this and found a solution? enrollment screen as an adminenrollment screen as an instructor

At present I’m trying to upload a certificate to Docebo, but after a few attempts I continue to get this message. I’ve also attempted to do it in an Incognito window, but still the same result. Are you able to help, please?

Hi!So I know where I can turn off Managers will be allowed to set enrollment deadlines when enrolling users but I can’t figure out how to do that same for my powerusers. Is this possible? Thank you!

Hi Everyone, I couldn’t find the answer in the help articles, so figured I would reach out to the community. Does anyone know if there is a way to find Error Logs for each instance the platform has an “Internal Server Error” or “Server Error” message that pops up?These messages have been popping up a little more frequently lately and during our testing of different integrations like Zoom V3. It would be great to see if I could review logs whenever these messages pop up in our platform. We’ve been running into issues lately where users receive that message when attempting to access a vILT event. I’d love to be able to get a HAR file from employees, but our first priority is to get them into the training so they dont miss anything. Additionally, it would just be nice to see how often this happens and during what activities this occurs for. If there is an API that would provide, that would be great as well, although I didnt specifically see one. Thank You all in advance! Jason

Hi Docebo Community! Prior to our full field release of the Learn platform, we made the decision to suppress the search functionality from user-view due the overwhelming number of results it would return. Ahead of the Search enhancement dropping later this month, we are particularly interested in hearing about any changes made to the labeling of ‘Course Catalogs’ to better resonate with users. If so, what label did you switch to and how has it been received by your users?  Anyone interested in where this change can be made check out this post: Localization Tool change ahead of Search Enhancement | Community (docebo.com)

I am trying to upload a file training material to the Central Repository and continue to get this Invalid Request error. I then tried to upload the file training material directly to a course and instead of the Training Material tab displaying again with the uploaded files, the homepage is begin rendered in the Training Material tab. I tried several times and it just keeps layering one screen on top of the other. I have tried different browsers, logins, and I also cleared my browser history and cache. I appreciate any assistance on this.

Based upon user feedback, we are trying to add a hyperlink to text within the banner on our public page to direct people to the sign in page. (For whatever reason our users are not seeing the bright sign in button in the top right corner where all other log-in buttons on all other websites always are).Using the suggestion I found through Add/edit hyperlinks on Sign In page | Community (docebo.com) I translated the text to add hyperlinks.  But all it is doing is verbatim adding that text on the banner:What am I missing?!? I this just not possible?

How can we ensure that a manager can only see learner details that are a part of their ecosystem during search for users to add under ‘My Team’? Basically, my concern is - If a manger search user to add under ‘My Team’ they should not get to see user details of all users across the platform.

We are trying to set up an automation that will pull a Completion Report from our FTP/SFTP site and mark courses complete. The Completion Report is coming from another LMS (HealthStream/3PL). I’ve read articles to understand how this works, but it’s above my expertise (for now), so I’m hoping someone can give me an Automation for Dummies explanation. When I’m creating the course shells for the completions, should I be creating internal course shells, or should I be creating them as external course completions? If I’m creating them as internal courses, is there anything in particular I need to include from the other system to make sure the automation can match the completion with the course? Any help is greatly appreciated! I’m trying to learn as much as I can, but this is overwhelming me right now.

Our platform is aimed at members of staff at a university, however there are some instances where we might manually create accounts for students.I would like to send a bespoke welcome notification to these student emails, giving them more tailored information about courses they might be interested in.I have created a branch to put these users in and have set up a ‘user has been created (by administrator)’ notification, attached to this branch. However, when I have tested it the notification doesn’t send. I can’t work out why, any insights would be appreciated or ideas!

Hi all, I’m hoping the CSS geniuses in the audience here can help me with this one. We are switching from an Auth0 to SSO and OpenID login process in phases, and I need to relabel the button to make it crystal clear to our learners which one they need to click on depending on their role. Here is our login page with the new Open ID button turned on (our field and corporate users have been using only Auth0 up until now):  Our IT team was assured by Docebo’s IT team that it is possible to “reskin” the button using CSS but don’t have an established process as to how so they pointed me here to the Community. How can I achieve this? I have only a baseline knowledge of CSS and don’t know where to start.

Hello,Does anyone know the CSS code for changing the shape of buttons to an elliptical shape??I want them to be like that:Thanks in advance,Inessa
