Hello everyone,We are looking into finding a solution that blocks users from taking screenshots of our content within our Docebo Lms. Is anyone familiar with an application or custom connector that we could integrate into our Docebo connect platform that allows us to block screenshots?Thank you in advance!

Hi Everyone,I have 2 use cases that I looking for help on Is there an ability for someone to purchase a course for someone else. EX- John wants to gift a course to Sally.' Is there an easy way for someone to purchase multiple seats for their team. EX- John is the manager of a team of 4 and he wants to buy a seat for himself and for his 4 team members.I have looked at the Subscription purchasing model and these two use cases almost seem too simple for it and dont appear to work. its also important that both of the methods be available from the same catalog page and public catalog.Im sure that if there is answer to this question, its a simple one that I should have known, but i appreciate any help anyone can offer :-)Thanks!​​​​​​

Is there some way to get a list of users that have never been active? In trying to filter the Last Access Date you are forced to enter a date range or a relative range, but none of those options will find an empty date that shows up as “Never” on the users personal summary. 

Hi - this has been mentioned a few times in a few different places - but it is not screaming at me...are there some references on best practices for how to publish SCORM courses in the Learn platform?Like screenshots that I could turnaround and share from popular tools like Storyline/Rise/Captivate?SCORM 1.2 and 2004 seem to work nicely for me in terms of imports into Learn from Storyline. I typically use Completed/Incomplete with exports to - this is the one I have concerns about - should we be sending success (PASS/FAILED) instead of Completion. Or a blend? Passed/Incomplete? Is there a recipe that will help to get a training material to report out quiz interactions in a reproducible way? 

Is there an easy way to eliminate the extra details of the course? we have used custom content boxes and linked directly to the url but i am curious if there is another option.  

Hi! I can’t find how to allow managers to enroll team members to a course in a catalog that both the manager and employee have access to. It is not showing on the options of courses under my team > enroll to courses. I tried looking it up in the knowledge base as well. Am I missing a step? thanks all!

I want to be able to create a course equivalency between “Course A” and “Course B” and I want to create an equivalency between “Course B” and “Course C.” However, I do NOT want Course A and Course C to be equivalent.Is there a way to do that?

I want to be able to add materials to ILT courses so that they are available to use by the instructor at the time they want to make them available to students. I don’t want the students to have access to those materials until they are “unlocked” by the instructor for the entire class so that the instructor can keep the students attention on the right thing at the right time. This of this like distributing “Paper” hand outs during a class. In some cases, instructors want to pass out one item at at time, just when it is needed. I want to do the same with electronic “hand-outs” during ILT class. This will allow me to provide consistent materials to local instructors to use during class which provides a more consistent program gobally, convenience for the local instructor and keep the students attention focused on the right thing at the right time. is there away to do this?

Hi - I would like to understand how you manage the assignments for Global courses, especially with multiple instructors to evaluate the assignments. How your instructors identified the learner’s location/region details? Currently, we approached the branch/group conditioning in our email settings, and it addressed just 30% of the requirement. I’m not sure if we can still drill down on the email settings. Is there a way we could include the learner's branch information or location in the user interface (Learner Assignment) or the email settings as below. I think it's impossible. But still wondering is there any workaround for this use case. The email should say: “The learner [user_name] from [branch_information] submitted the assignment for the course [course_name] on [assignment_date]”. Appreciate your input and suggestions.

Hi all,Does anyone know if it’s possible for a My Team manager to change an enrollment deadline after it has been set? They can set the deadline as shown in the screenshot below, but there doesn’t seem to be any way for them to change it afterwards.  

Hi!  I am wondering if there is a way to create a report that will show which learners completed elearnings within a certain timeframe as well as the answers that they chose.  I already have a report that shows completion date within the last 90 days, course result and course score.  I would like to be able to add to this report. Thanks!

Hello there! We have a mandatory training course that has been built with Rise 360 and it includes an assessment - the assessment has been built in as a lesson within the Rise module, so it is a part of the SCORM package & has not been built in Docebo platform itself. Compliance have decided that they aren’t happy with one of the questions in the assessment and they want to change it - my only concern is, as this is now a live course, some people have already completed the module...and I don’t want to do anything that’s going to mess with their completion status or test scores! I understand that Docebo doesn’t keep track of individual questions and answers, just the final reported score from the module, so I THINK I should be ok to slightly alter the question without causing any issues...does anyone have experience with this? Is it safe to make the change?  Thanks for your help!

Are Tags and Learning Object Key Words only searchable in the Global Search?I searched for an object in the Central Repository using one of the tags attached to it.  Nothing populates.  Then I went to Course Management and searched again for the Tag (nothing) and then by the name of the Video (that is embedded in 9 courses).  Also nothing.  Can a search feature include the items that are part of the course and/or the tags that we attach to them?  I’m unclear what the Tags are accomplishing?I searched the Knowledge Base and it appears that they should be working as I wish:As an example, if the term you are searching is included in the tags of an asset and in the title of a course, the asset will be displayed before the course in the search results list.I don’t think seaching for an actual word in the tags or title of the Learning Object is subject to the Elastic Search?

Is there a way to report on engagement within a discussion board? Ideally, we would like to track if an employee engaged a response from a client within a discussion board and the timeline of the response.  Thanks

I am building out questions for a quiz, and in the comments section want to include a link to our policy portal but it only appears to be producing plain text.  Is it possible to include a URL here? The question box allows for HTML coding, but not the comment box.  Just want to make sure I am not missing anything!

Hello,I have a staff member who is uploading a SCORM file created from Articulate. Within the training there is an embedded video. The video, play button, volume buttons, popout button works but the FULL SCREEN button does not work. Is there something I’m missing? Seems this is an IFRAME video and maybe Docebo doesn’t allow for the full screen option ?  

I have read SO many posts on here but haven’t been able to track down any CSS/html that allows you to edit the number of available containers. I know it is possible, just looking for someone willing to share! 😊

Happy Friday to ya.A question out to the folks that are using the xAPI format for bringing in courses.We are running through our annual compliance over here on the East Coast and are running into what I can only describe as the normal amount of issues with SCORM courses. My finding with SCORM courses is that it is stable - but SCORM can be finicky format - it needs pretty constant communication with the LMS….and when a person walks away from their workstation...well there is always a risk with the LMS going out of session compared to the course remaining open in the browser - which is a common one that we find ourselves troubleshooting as folks put stuff down and then repick it up alot during this season.Sometimes we have to do something special to put the course back on path. Other times - the course gets into such a funky state? We find ourselves needing to intervene heavily with the user experience.We did do the typical LMS troubleshoot already

Hi everyone, Hope someone can help. So I cannot seem to find a way to schedule a night to morning ILT session, that would for example start at 22:00 and end at 07:00. The system just will not let me. Is there anybody that has had to run ILT sessions during the night, and who knows how to manipulate the system to configure this? Would really appreciate the help!

I learned something today that might be helpful to others, so I thought I would share.Problem:A power user had reported that they were unable to see the User Additional Fields as options to include when they were creating a Custom Report.  My first thought was that there was a permission not selected for the power user, so I checked to make sure that the Power User profile had the following permissions:View Users Can see fields invisible to the userEven with those permissions, our Power User still was not able to see the User Additional Fields when trying to create a Custom Report.  Possible Cause of the Issue:Turns out, we had the Apply Additional fields visibility based on branch node setting selected on our platform:This setting override

Is there an official Docebo data dictionary for reporting?

Recently we noticed that for Quizmaker generated SCORM files control buttons have disappeared. These courses have been working perfectly for over 3 years and then suddenly about 2-3 months ago the buttons magically disappeared from the Docebo player.  I check the source files, and nothing has changed. So, we began to suspect the new course player. I moved back to the old play and the issue is still there.After raising a ticket with Support, they were able to replicate the issue and recommended that we re-upload the SCORM file. we tested this with 1 course, and it worked ok. I cannot understand what has change to suddenly stop around 15 courses from working all of a sudden. the only common denominator is that they were created using Articulate QuizMaker. Other Storyline generated files are fine.Has anyone else seen this issue? If you have Quizmaker SCORM files can you check they are working?

We’re testing with the new course player, and noticed that we have to make two clicks before the piece of content opens. Is anyone else experiencing that? How do we make it one click?

Hi all,Does anyone know if there is a way to change the Score Display for tests after it has been set? One of my colleagues accidentally set the display to percentage and we would like to change it back to numbers.
