Has anyone come across Swagger or OpenAPI docs for Docebo? Hoping for something to import into Postman.

Hello wise Community,We recently launched My Team with a few external partners. As the super admin and project owner, I’d like to generate a report on My Team activity across the platform. What’s the best way to do this? Do I need to make myself the manager of all My Team managers in order to get a complete overview?Thanks,Cat

First, I've already created a group where all employees are automatically enrolled if their email ends with our company's name. I wanted to create another automatic group where when their email ends with anything other than our company name it moves them into a separate group. Is this possible and is there some type of work around required? I've tried user field email address is not equal to @xyz.com and it just says this email address is not valid. 

I have created a new group for employees with a certain ending to their email address. However, there are a few employees that i need to manually remove from the automatic group. How can I do this?

We created an e-learning course which has had 2500 completions.  We have now made the decision for it to be renewed every 3 years.  I have created a refresher certification,  and tried to bulk upload a CSV of completions.It works, except it hasn't calculated the renew/expiry date (even though that detail was in the CSV i uploaded).  Any ideas why it has work.  I now have 2500 certifications but without a renewal date.

I work for a casino and we have built our own web app that simulates poker hands. We want to iFrame it into our Docebo platform. I was wondering if there is a way to pass the credentials of the signed in Docebo user directly to the iFrame so they don’t have to sign in again once they select the iFrame page? I tried looking through the documentation but I haven’t found anything yet.

Hello, has anyone come across an API call that is able to return hashtag data for learning assets?

Curious about your experience, pro’s/con’s anything. Super interested if you went the React approach, but any of it is useful.

We are soc2 audited and are failing to meet requirements of having a completed by or due date for courses and learning plans.  The soft deadline does not work as you can only select a date, selecting a timeframe such as 60days would be more beneficial, some of our courses are assigned by start date or when a person moves to a new role so the soft date has expired before they are even enrolled into the course. I have worked with a few LMS systems and this is the first system that does not have a completed by date. 

Hi friends!I’ve been trying to do this for 2 days now to no avail haha I come from a retail business and there are ‘compliance’ courses that team members must complete. We have them catagorised in catalogs. We are currently redesigning the team member home page, and using the task list to show courses ‘not started’ and ‘in progress’ but I want to be able to distinguish the courses with a badge (new to the language) that says ‘compliance’. Is something like this achievable? I was able to get the wording on every card, but not able to target specific cards via catalog. Hoping the community can help! Thank you!

Has anyone done a validation for 21 CFR pt. 11 for the Docebo platform? We’re needing to provide this for our regulated industry and I’m curious to know if others have done this and what your experience is. 

For those of you who use your platform externally with e-commerce. What type of Marketing strategies or 3rd party vendors have you had success with? 

I’ve seen some old questions on this topic (3 years plus) and ideas to introduce.. but have any of these come to fruition?I need to be able to report on no-shows AND (separately) cancellations from ILTs. As you know, there is a significant cost to these, so reporting is essential.

I have been building a lot of ILT courses in our platform lately and my colleagues running the sessions are wanting to know the difference and I feel like I am giving very vague answers. So I was wondering if somebody had a good answer to this. Both Subscribed and In Progress show for difference users that area all enrolled in both the course and the session I built.

Good afternoon,  Is there a way that managers can view the feedback from Instructors? I have gone through via My Team and can’t see that there is anywhere they can see the feedback/evaluations that instructors have given staff on their event? We would want managers to see the feedback that staff have received especially f they have failed so they can review their performance etc.  We have managers set up as Power Users with View Permissions for ILT Sessions, Courses, Enrolment and Learning Plans so not sure if there is anything needing to be added here?

Is it possible in a certificate to add the estimated average time from the course details? I see the short code for the actual time it took for completion, but we need average estimated time instead. 

Has any company partnered with a 3rd party vendor for HTML/CSS?  We would like to get some quotes regarding a redesign through the use of HTML.  

Anyone else experiencing a tremendously long delay between uploading new SCORM files (replacing current ones) and then actually having it show up in the system?

When E-Signature is activated for those who do a course in ILT. Am I able to send the verification to their email once I confirm they have attended the course? I get its possible for those who do the E-learning but how is it possible for those in ILT?

Is there a feature that we can set that a training expires after X amount of days? For example forklift certification is good for 3 years. Can I make it so that it automatically re-enrolls those who had previously taken the training after the 3 year period?

Is there a way to add a Superadmin to a power user profile?What I’m trying to accomplish is having notifications sent to one specific Superadmin only. But that’s not a choice. What is a choice, is a specific Power User or Instructor.
