Hi All, could really do with your help, but please bear with as this might sound messy! We have 2 e-learning courses, an initial training and a refresher. This is two different courses with different content.The idea is that when you complete the initial course, the certification refreshes 2 years later but points you to the refresher course. Currently certifications only send you back to the same course.To counter act this we have created a learning plan, with the second course locked for 24 months. The issue we are having is that our collages are receiving reminders every month so say that the refresher is outstanding, even though it is locked and not accessible until 2024.We have been guided to take the second course out of the notifications selection list. But if we do this, we will have to manually add any new content to the notifications, adding to our work load.is anyone else facing this

For getting detailed course information, I use this API endpoint:(GET)  /course/v1/courses/{id}. I  have a number of IDs and I want to get information about them. Is there a way to call the API only once to get information on all of these IDs instead of calling it as the number of IDs?Note: This endpoint is not documented but it has the data I need.

Dear community membersI have tried to create a new page showing courses on a page. I’ve tried both Catalogs and Channels, but none of them is satisfactoryChannel display the course enrollment status () but is impossible to sort by course codes () Catalog all the course sorting but the enrollment statuses tags disappear !Any suggestions ?

I’m re-designing our LMS homepage & I’m looking for an option to create a slideshow/Carousel using HTML code.  I’m not a PRO in using the HTML code, Any helps? Current task list widget in home page shows only the upcoming due courses, if date exceeds it shows no due/no pending course for the learners and it cause more confuse to the learners when we sent manually overdue list to them.As a workaround, I created a HTML widget and utilized as an Announcement/NEWS area to inform the learners about the due date for the compliance course (it’s a high priority). Still, I’m looking the way to improvise the visibility of overdue courses to learners (already we enabled overdue emails).I reviewed the topic Design inspiration: Creative ways to design your homepage & wondering how others design their homepage more efficiently for their learners.How are you addressing the overdue courses to the learners thru homepage? Does anyone know if there’s a way to copy a learning object from one course to another without using the central repository (and without copying the entire course)?

As an Admi/Power User can I upload assets to Channels or the platform? Or can only users upload assets once the Channels have been created?

HiWe have a Docebo Recipe for user data automation and we are intermittently receiving a ‘502 Bad Gateway’ error. This is happening quite frequently, probably every fourth run, for a user population size c25k. We’re a pretty new customer of Docebo, so I was wondering if other customers had experienced this issue, and whether they were experiencing it now, or it was becoming more common.I should add that we have raised it with Docebo who are investigating. They have provided a workaround in Connect to effectively retry when an error occurs but his is masking the issue somewhat.

Hello, folks,I’ve seen in some course reports that you can pull a number out of courses of the “percent the user completed thus far” in a course. It seems to measure against any number of items in the course, but it can show that someone has completed any percentage of the course to date.Is there any way to manually assign that? If we have someone attend an ILT, for instance, and they left halfway through, we want to give them a 50% complete. Possible?

Hey folks,We don’t like how buried / how many clicks it takes for a user in an ILT session to get “all the way down” to the course survey. What are your creative solutions? Any ways to unbury it or draw attention directly to it without extra, extra clicks?

Maybe I’m missing something obvious, does anyone know if there is a way to hide learner emails from instructors of an ILT course? Due to PIPL/GDPR as well as business concerns with unauthorized use of emails, it’s a business requirement that our instructors do not get access to learner emails, but they do need the participant names to know who should be showing up, so they should be getting the roster and should get the other instructor-level privileges in the course.

Can someone point me to the User API? I found the PowerUser API, but not the regular User API. Thank you.

I’m interested in recommendations about the following workaround. I’m especially interested if anyone uses the following workaround to reduce the number of sessions for a course.We run several dozen events for a few high-volume ILT courses during each calendar year. Each course requires attendance at only one event.If we enter each course event in its own session, there’s a 1:1 session:event relationship but the session list becomes really long. That was the standard in our old LMS, but one of my team asked if we could break the wheel and consider the following:Each location could have one session of a course for the entire year, such as Worcester 2023 First Aid. Within that Worcester First Aid 2023 session, we’d list all the events for for that course and location in 2023.For example, classes on January 6, 20, February 3, 17, etc. each have their own event within that Worcester First Aid 2023 session.It’s

Has anyone found a way to establish defaults for WebEx sessions created by ILT events? For example, we often have attendees that are not as technically proficient struggle with VOIP as the default (and only option) when setup, so we are manually adjusting to allow for dial-ins on the backend (within the WebEx account). As we grow the number of events/sessions, that becomes increasingly manual to administer. And once an event begins, if you realize that step is missed, you can’t adjust in real time. There are a few other things like that which could be helpful to have controls over for WebEx events (notifications, etc.). Wondering what ideas others may have to streamline this sort of thing. 

I have to create a number of catalogs, each catalog will have 20-50 courses from my existing list of 400+ courses.Has anyone found a way to do this either via CSV or API? There is an api in the api explorer, POST  /learn/v1/catalog/course/batchthat seems to be the one I’m after but i am not sure how to configures the JSON with a list of courses,{  "items": [    {      "course_id": 0,      "catalog_id": 0,      "batch_item_id": "string"    }  ]} BTW what is the “batch_item_id": "string"I can do it individually with the POST    /learn/v1/catalog/{catalog_id}/course/{course_id}   1 course at a time and it works fine. any assistance gratefully received Thanks Gary
