We would like to update the “Whoops” text when there is no longer training assigned to a learner. However, when I go to the Localization tool to change the language, I see 3 options: Flow, Mobile, and Standard.  I’m assuming I know what Mobile and Standard are, but what is Flow? What will be impacted when I change that language? Thank you!

We are currently in the process of implementing Docebo and have lots of pieces of training material (SCORMs and AICCs) which need uploading to the system. Is there any way of uploading these in bulk, or do they have to be created individually?Any support or advice is much appreciated!

What is the best report to create for a manager that includes Courses and Learning Plans in one report w/enrollment date & status and completion date?I’d like to create this report so I have insight to the data the managers are sharing with their teams.

We are noticing that when an iCal is received as an attachment in the Outlook desktop application that it is not able to be saved to the calendar.  When you open it, it routes you to the O365 Web Outlook where you have to open it again and then add to calendar there. Even the icon looks different:no add to calendar optionWhen opened it opens up webmail, and I have to open the attachment again

I am new to managing our LMS.  One of our goals for this year is to publish a 2026 annual training calendar.  Can you share the options of using the LMS to generate the calendar?  

If a learner purchases and enrolls in an ILT session and then needs to switch to a different session, on the eCommerce report in Docebo will it show as only one record of payment? 

Does anyone know of a way to show the Upcoming Course Sessions above the Course Description box?  I can’t seem to find this in any of the settings.  In our world where we sell training we want the sessions list as close to the top as possible!Example of how it looks now:

Help please.I want to change the inactive user icon to be something more obvious, like a big red cross, or maybe a skull and crossbones, but I can’t get any further than something to do with the span.status-stateWe’re experiencing ongoing issues where our staff are not realising that the little grey dot means inactive. And now today I learned that one of our support staff has his display set to dark mode, which makes the status icon display a grey tick, so he thought the customer was active. Not ideal  

Hi Everyone, So we’ve enabled users to choose their own timezone (just so we can import timezones into the user profile using HR Management) - but they would still have the option to change this in ‘My Profile’ under ‘Preferences’. So I’ve used CSS to remove the ‘Preferences’ tab - however, there is an annoying pop-up that asks if I want to change my timezone (i.e. if I, in South Africa login as a user in USA - where USA timezone is set on their profile, the pop-up will say: we’ve noticed you’re in GMT+2 timezone, do you want to update) Does anyone know how I can remove this pop-up?  

When you load a learning asset into a channel, it displays XX months under the person’s name who loaded the asset.  Does anyone know if there is a way to remove the load data information of the actual asset or from all assests in the channels?Thanks for any insights on this!

Hello, I have been having a play around today and noticed that when I log in as a test manager(with the below PU access:ILT/Courses/Learning Plans - ViewEnrolment - Create, View and Edit)and view the enrolments within a Session, the numbers of enrolled users mirror that of the amount of their staff that are enrolled in the session not the actual capacity of the session?When I logged back on as myself, a Superadmin not manager, these Session were fully booked and showing as such? Is this normal? I don’t think I have seen this mentioned anywhere before.

Once a month, I use the API-browser /learn/Course/Course_learn_v1_courses to pull a complete list of all courses in my 5 EE tenants.Today I was looking for a specific group of courses (8 of them), and they aren’t in the list.The number of courses listed in Course Management matches the number of courses the end-point says are in the platform The number of courses in my .json file is the same as Course Management The missing 8 courses are still published; however, the .json file shows different un-published courses as well These 8 courses were recently duplicated (using Courses/Courses_course_v1_courses_id_duplicate ) … after

Hi!We used to only use the Webinar course type, but recently switched to ILT. In the webinar course type, when a learner was waitlisted, their thumbnail said “Waiting User”. Maybe we changed something in the localization tool to make that happen, I can’t remember. However, now that we are in ILT, all of those users just show “STARTED” on their thumbnail. Users that are enrolled show STARTED too. We have an article explaining that if they see this, they are on the waitlist, but if they see the bottom one they are ENROLLED in the session, but I hoping there is a better way! Please tell me someone out here has a better way for learners to tell they are on the waitlist. Waitlisted for Session Enrolled in Session

It is possible to have CSS or HTML use colors from the “Configure Branding” menus?  We have a number of Extended Enterprise sites and have started to experiment with some custom buttons in CSS/HTML that I found here in the community.  The issue is that these all have button colors in the CSS, and while I could change change that for every site, I was hoping there was a way to just have it pick up the existing color scheme.

Hello everyone! We are looking to see if the is a way to segment a widget or a page to only be visible to certain users. Initially we thought that you could only set visibility at the menu level, but curious if anyone has set visibility at the widget level or page level.  We would like to create a custom page for only our engineering department to see. Ideally, they would only see the link either if it’s by an option in the menu (we do not want to create a menu per department… that would be too much to manage) or option via a widget that would only show to these users on the home page. Please let me know if you have suggestions of how.

On the Learning plan cover, it tells you how many courses are in the LP, and the total duration of all the courses added up.The duration format is Hours and minutes. Would it be possible to select days, hours instead?E.g Instead of saying 72 hours, say 3 days. 

Hi thereDoes anyone have any guidance or suggestions in regards to changing the layout and/or colour of the Renewable Certification bar that appears at the top of each module of an E-Learning course? (As shown in the image below) We provide guidance to staff that they must click this when renewing training but increasing we are noticing that they aren’t which causes considering admin time as we have to go back and update certifications and completion dates manually etc.Thank you in advance.   

We have some issues where learners are able to self-disenrol from a session, but then cannot disenrol from the course, if that’s what they want to do. The three dots menu is not visible. Is this functioning as intended?

My client has items in the platform they are not launching with or will not be using.  They would like to hide those items on the Users Personal Summary/Transcript.  Those Items would be Badges, Social, Q&A, Share and Asset Rank.  Has anyone done this or something similar before using CSS to hide these items.  Any suggestions would be much appreciated.  Thank you.

We have eLearning courses that include assignment where our learners upload their demo videos (.mp4 or YouTube link) along with a document for the rubric. Our challenge is when a reviewer made an error in entering the score or missed to check the box to “allow the learner re-upload if marked as failed”, they’re unable to get back to the evaluation and correct it. I thought instructors and SuperAdmins could update an assignment evaluation but looks like you can’t edit the comments and score once it’s done.We also want to refrain from resetting the learner’s assignment if there had been multiple submissions made previously.Does anyone have a suggestion or best practice on how to go about this scenario?
