for 1 user there might be many courses i know we can filter it by using due date, but what if due date is query parameter and we assigned date as september 3 2025,here data for september 3 is too large how we can send mail for that much employees

We have self-registration with admin approval required on our platform. We receive 1 or 2 users per day who, even though I edited the localization string for the self-reg form instructions to state that a work email is required, we still see the requests. Is there a way to disable certain email domains (gmail.com, yahoo.com, hotmail.com, etc.)? I know we can limit to only allow certain domains - that wouldn’t work in my use case. We need the opposite of that - to filter out specific domains.

Hi All - We are testing out using surveys when a user completes a training, we have everything except we entered a test answer and when we export the report the answers are not being displayed. If I have 1 ILT course that has 2 sessions - will learners receive 2 certificates when the complete both sessions? Or will the certificate just update to reflect the most recent session they attended?

Hiya... I want to use the end points for tracking acceptance of the privacy policy and termsandconditions. I know the endpoints, and understand them. But I don't see how the end point tracks the individual user_id. The result I am after is that when the user logs into the domain the first time, his agreements will already have been recorded. Hello.We have different home pages based on the branch a user logs into Docebo from.  We are planning on rolling out some new elements to our home pages that we’d like to bring to people’s attention via a pop up that they can dismiss.  Is this a functioality available in Docebo?Thank you.

We are about to go live with the ability to purchase VILT courses via the Stripe integration with Docebo, however during our testing a couple weeks ago, we discovered there was a change to the sandbox where the country dropdown menu now displays the country name - tax code (see screenshots below). I spoke to Docebo Support, expecting this to be some sort of mistake, but they stated this is as intended and will be pushed to production soon. This is going to be very confusing for customers, especially those where there are multiple options per country, like Canada. There are six options when trying to select Canada.I did speak to Stripe Support as well and they suggested that I can enable the “Stripe Checkout” function so during checkout, we see the Stripe version of the country dropdown menu instead of the Docebo version. I would like to do this, but reading over every bit of Docebo documentation on setting up Stripe, they never mention having to enable the Stripe Checkout so

Hello,Has anyone figured out how to successfully use the “Learner has yet to complete a course” when you have both eLearning and VILT courses. We have (or had) a reminder set to trigger 7 days (and 30 days) after enrollment if the learner hasn’t completed a course  We send out the list of ILT sessions at the beginning of the month allowing people time to plan to enroll and attend. This all fails for ILT courses as learners can enroll a few weeks before a session and then get the stupid notification saying they haven’t completed a course weeks before the session if even scheduled to take place.Outside of manually adding each course to notifications any solutions?

There is a notification for “User failed ILT Session.”  Does anyone know if this can be used if the user is marked “Absent” for courses where completion is based on Attendance?  I don’t see how to “fail” a user.  If this is triggered by marking “Absent,” can we update the documentation to be more accurate?  It is confusing.  

I am interested in hearing if any other users have found a way to FULLY bypass the course page/course landing page. We use custom built pages with custom content blocks and I would like to LINK the images and buttons directly to my scorm file (Rise)… is that possible? The course landing page provides us with no value and instead, users are required to click at least 2-3 more times to access material.

In this case, the admin user can give me a temp-user and that will be enough, or will this user account be tied to the Fivetran-Docebo integration and needed permanently?Thanks in advance for the help.

Hello!We recently enabled Power Users to enroll others in one of the Profiles. The permissions we’ve given are Create and View. However, I’m seeing that when attempting to enroll people, those people actually go into “Enrollment to Confirm” instead of “Enrolled”...No max quota on course I see that there is the “Allow automatic enrollment from the waiting list when learners unenroll”, but we don’t want there to be an exchange of one person leaves another person enters, we just want everyone to be able to enter I see a Power User permission “Can activate enrollments”, but we don't want an extra step to activate enrollments, we just want them to be activated immediately. Is that what this does?Thank you for any help in advance!

Hello! I’m trying to update certification records in our system. Here’s the scenario:We currently have 1 certification (DOT General Awareness). We need to split the records into 2 (DOT General Awareness; DOT Function Specific) What I’ve already done: Audited the system to pull a report of existing certified Team Members.  Split the report into 2 (to separate out the two records).  I uploaded the new certification record and awarded the Function Specific certification. My Question: What is the best way to remove the users who have DOT General Awareness, without removing the course completion (the lessons are from the CR as those are pre-reqs for the new certification)?My thought is that I need to create a new course for the DOT General Awareness (as anyone in the existing course is being assigned that certification), then I would upload the files and add the certificati

Hello! Does anyone know if it is possible to automatically assign all users from a group to follow a channel?

We have opted to use the Let's Encrypt certificate renewal, managed by the platform, for our two secondary domains. We originally purchased the domains through GoDaddy about a year ago and they are going to expire soon. Now that we are using Let's Encrypt for certificate renewal, is there ANY REASON why we should NOT let the GoDaddy certificates expire? Are they used elsewhere within the Learn platform or integrations? (I can't think of any.) Thanks!

Hi everyone, My organization launched Docebo in June 2023. We have approximately 4,000 employees across 19 departments, with 32 Power Users who track training, manage enrollments, and run reports. Roughly 60% of their employees don’t regularly use computers and are often away from their primary work sites.We rely on certifications to maintain compliance with required licenses, such as Forklift, CDL, and Flagging, among others. To support this, I’ve been managing a manual process that captures individuals who did not interact with the renewal button -primarily for instructor-led trainings. For all ILT courses, I run completion reports and then use a CSV upload to reset certification dates, ensuring I capture any outliers.When we first launched, archiving a user’s record as an admin would trigger an updated certification date once the user completed the course again. Hello! I’m trying to see if there is a way to remove the time from the due date in automatic notifications. We use soft deadlines as they need to be able to access the training post launch, but want to show something is past due, and we use days of validity do any new team members are able to take the course and have the same time (i.e. 30 days) to complete the training. When using automatic notifications with the “expire_at” shortcode, it puts in the time of enrollment. The user has until the end of the day to complete the training, not that time, i.e. 9:00am. Any insights on how to remove or avoid this?
