We operate multiple domains under our extended enterprise.  We have some courses that would be of interest to users across domains.  The enrollment link in a course always mirrors the domain of whoever created it.  If people were enrolled, we could send an e-mail from the course and the Course_Link shortcode would adapt to their domain, but is there an easy way to get a cross domain enrollment link?

Greetings,We are currently using the bare bones “Administrator has just created a new user” email which includes the username and forces them to reset their password.I want to add more to it, such as the benefits of the LMS, enticing courses, but I know that most users will just use to reset their password and move on, without scrolling down to view this additional information.Ideally, I would send a second email that would contain the information above, but there isn’t a trigger for this as far as I can tell.Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!Thanks, and have a wonderful Wednesday!~B

Hi there,Has anyone created a recipe that will enable us to add the zoom link the google calendar invite directly? User experience wise it would be great to have a link in the calendar invite instead of having to click the link to the course and access the link via that.

Hello All, Curious if anyone has feedback from changing a learner from active to expired and if they receive notifications, if they are no longer expired? We are looking to see how we can stop learners on leave of absence from receiving notifications while they are on leave and thought this may be a solution for the time being. If anyone has experience, could you chime in? Thanks! 

Has anyone been able to find a way for a Session Enrollment Link to work, after the date of the event?I have a weird use case and have not found a way. 

We have a power user profile set up as ‘Subject Matter Experts’ for a variety of courses that have assignment submissions. Even though a notification is set up for a specific course (intended to go to a specific SME power user), the assignment submission notification is sent to all SME power users, even the ones not assigned to that particular course. Is this because all SME power users have access to the same user groups? Does anyone know of a way to get notifications to go power users assigned specifically to a course? 

We are experiencing an issue with the Microsoft Teams Integration with Docebo, as it relates to the account of one of our Superadmins. This is only occurring with her, but currently, all of the ILT sessions that are being scheduled are automatically showing up as events on her Outlook calendar, regardless of whether or not she is enrolled in the course the session is part of or the session itself (i.e., every single ILT session being scheduled in Docebo is showing up on her Outlook calendar). As they are showing up as events, they are blocking off her calendar during the meeting slots, which is preventing people from scheduling actual meetings that she needs to attend with her during those time slots. (Note: She has her Docebo calendar synced to her Outlook calender).We reached out to Docebo Support and they said that there is nothing on the Docebo end that should be causing it, so it is likely due to something on the Teams end. I’d like to check if there’s a way for admins to upload attendance sheets directly to an ILT course in Docebo for their references. This would help in case of audits need to check the signatures, so the team could easily search for a specific session, download the attendance record, and share it when needed. Can the uploaded documents (like attendance sheets) can be made visible only to Power Users and Admins, since I understand that assignments and survey in training materials are typically visible to learners as well.

Is anyone aware of a login limit per unit of time?I have had some issues with users getting denied with a message saying maximum number of attempts reached. Try again in 10 minutes.This is not a case of messing up the password beyond the number of failed attempts I have set but a message on the first attempt.It comes up around the beginning of each month when I push out the monthly safety compliance training.We then have a bunch of folks trying to log in at the same time and different folks each month have the issue.

We had a custom nav bar added to our user home pages. According to our web developer, it appears that a recent platform update has removed the interactivity from the nav bar:  Does anyone know how to navigate around these continual changes that messes up our CSS? Is there perhaps a weakness in our own code that needs to be shored up? Is there a way to change the learning catalog to load automatically when scrolling down on the page?

Hey all! Its that time of year again! for anyone new here for this timeframe, Daylight Savings time is not applied automatically to the Automation App. So, if any agent gets tickets about Automation Rule not triggering at the correct time, the SA or agent can access the rule and resave it entirely and then it will apply the Daylight Savings time to the rule. 

I am not seeing an API endpoint that allows for the creation of Training Materials in a course.  Specifically, I am looking to create HTML type training materials, but at this point I’m open to any access to create training materials that is available via the API.

Fairly new Docebo admin here.  I’d love to see other people’s landing page for your standard users.  I’ve done some work here and there but I’m more concerned with what is possible.  If you pushed the UI into something you are proud of could you share a screenshot?

Hello! I’m testing observational checklists in Docebo. In my test case, the checklist located in a course and is completed by the user’s manager. I can see the completed checklist on the manager’s account, but I can’t for the life of me find where to view it as a user. It’s not in the course nor is it on the My Checklist page. What am I missing?

We have some users that we want to limit their access to only certain courses. For example, John’s account should only ever be able to access Course A.  I’m aware of how to restrict courses to particular users using groups, but is there way to say this group should only have access to this course and no other course? Because I’m only looking to limit a small group of users to a small group of courses, I don’t want to go the exclusionary route (all groups can access all courses minus John’s group); I’d rather proactively allow one group to only access the small number of courses (John’s group can only access these courses).

Hi! I have a coworker who is responsible for a Buddy Program for new hires and also for a Mentor Program for staff looking to network or develop their skills. She was using a separate program, but she was not happy with it, so we want to explore what we can do to support her with Docebo. We currently do not have Docebo Connect or Docebo Coach and Share (someday, hopefully!), so we’re looking for tools we can implement with the platform as is.Her program is a hybrid of Zoom meetings and assignments. She’d like for the mentor and mentee to be able to record notes that the other person would respond to, and she would like them to be recorded in the system so that they can be referenced later.We have a number of tools at our disposal, so I feel like this has to be possible using what we have, but I’m not seeing the big picture just yet. We have had a small, but increasing amount of issues where a user will say they are not able to log in. We have Okta so users see the page with the SAML SSO button, when a user clicks it pops up with the Okta verifying animation, and then returns them to the same SAML SSO page. This is happening to new and existing users. We have had users open up incognito browsers and they still experience the same loop.Luckily, we discovered that if a user pastes the url to the my courses page it will let them in. The next time a user clicks in the SAML SSO button login works as expected. However, this is a workaround and not a fix.Has anyone else experienced this and identified the issue? I have tried opening up a ticket, but they act like it is an individual issue. Waiting for a user to experience the issue and then having them paste in a url is not a good introduction/overall UX of Docebo.

This has been raised before and closed with no action. The ability to set a due date relative to the enrolment date is essential for ensuring compliance and meeting audit requirements across many businesses.Using a soft deadline is not effective, as it applies a fixed date that does not accommodate learners who enrol after that date. This limitation makes it unsuitable for ongoing or staggered enrolments.In our case, we must meet SOC2 auditing standards, which require us to demonstrate a specific "completed by" date for each learner. This date must accurately reflect whether a learner is overdue, making enrolment-based due dates a critical feature.  Having worked across multiple Learning Management Systems (LMS), I’ve found this to be a basic and expected feature. It allows for flexibility and accuracy in tracking learner progress, especially in environments with rolling enrolments.This could be a deal breaker for us 

I am trying to call /learn/v1/filerepo/uploadNewFile from C# code to upload a file to a course. We are creating a custom page for users to upload attachments to a course. No matter what user I use I get a 403 forbidden error coming back. I have tried everything and don’t know what the requirements for this Api call is since the documentation isn’t very helpful. So we have been tooled for the last few days in production with the AI Creator. And there are a few concerns, but before we get into it lets start with the positive notes:these are exciting times these tools are set for a trajectory to answer speed to product concerns and if you havent been addressing some speed to product by adopting a few AI assisted generated workflows with content with your IDs? Docebo Using Browser on MobileIdeally, we want the interface to fully show the course for our users when using their phones to view courses. They can see the course title, the buttons embedded within Docebo, the entire slide, as well as the player buttons of the course. At times the top is cut off and the player buttons for the course are then pushed to the side. Other times, the view shows the tabs and essentially cuts off the bottom part of the course. In order to see the entire course with its player buttons and the Docebo interface, I had to go into my phone and “Hide Toolbar.” This may be too much to ask of our users without causing confusion. Once I hid the toolbar, the course displays correctly. I tried to upload screen shots but I wasn’t able to create the ticket.  If anyone has any thoughts I can more fully share.  

Hey folks! I have looked through the KB and the community and I cannot find a straight answer for this.Scenario: We need every employee to retake their compliance certification every December - even new employees. So, if an employee starts in September, they need to take the certification in September and then again in December.With the Cert + Retraining app, it seems that we can only set this up to require the employee to re-certify every x days, not necessarily every December.Is there something I’m missing here? Is there a workaround for this that isn’t cumbersome? Thanks for your thoughts!
