Hi there, we’ve been using integration between LI Learning and Docebo for some time. However, we recently moved our LI Learning account to a different region, and now we have a bunch of training that can’t be accessed unless they are re-imported (with the account change we had to re-assign licenses, too). The issue arises because we previously imported a custom list, and many courses are now associated with plans and catalogues. The only way I identified is to manually delete courses from both the course catalogue and repository before re-importing them in the marketplace. Otherwise, courses are indicated as imported, and you can’t take any actions.  Is there a more straightforward way for us to update the courses without doing it one by one?  

I see in Advanced Settings it’s possible to restrict registrations to specific domains but is it possible to block people with specific domains from registering?

The custom content box is a much used widget on our site. However, there is no direct control over the typeface to use nor the size of the text in the content title and subtitle fields. In addition, we would like to be able to control the size of the buttons and button text. I suspect this can be done with CSS, but I have no idea how to do it. Anyone know?

We are trying to roll out use of an observation checklist in one of our new courses.The staff member will have to complete an e-learning course (SCORM) then upload a certificate into an assignment area which will come to Super Admins for approval. Once that has been approved the checklist should then push out to the manager to fill out and then approve but it doesn't seem to push out and I cant figure out why.I did have it working originally but when going back to do some re-testing it seems to have broken.The only thing I can think that seems to be wrong is when I am in the course shell and open the checklist settings every time I set the checklist observer to Manager and save it, it says it saved but when I go back in it has reset and is now blank.Can anyone figure out what I'm doing wrong?

I need to provide reports to users that do not have Docebo accounts. Do they have to have an account to view the reports?

Put another way, what does a learner do to contribute to an asset’s view count? Do they need to visit the asset URL specifically? Or can they interact with an asset more passively but still count towards its views?

Does anyone have any suggestions for designing certificate templates that need to be able to print on standard paper in multiple countries?  My certificates are currently designed for Letter-sized paper as is standard in the US.  However, multiple of my international offices are starting to use our LMS more and more, and would like a way to download a certificate from a course that prints nicely on A4.  I’m not interested in creating multiple copies of every course that we offer just to have a dedicated A4-sized certificate.  Does anyone have any tips or tricks for a certificate design that prints well on both sizes?  Or a creative work-around to have the certificate choose the A4 or Letter sized certificate dynamically based on the learner’s location?  Thanks!

Is there a way to manually remove a “New” sticker from a course/LP. We have some that are almost a year old that still have it. It’s confusing for a user identifying what’s truly new. 

Hi all,Is it possible for a User Additional Field to be automatically chosen based on completion of an object within the platform?  I’m hoping to set up a new user additional field, do a manual CSV import of everyone who should have data in that user additional field right now, but then in the future have the field automatically update based on completion of a course.  The user additional field would have 4 possible states - no data, option 1, option 2, or option 3.  Ideally, completing course A would update the field to option 1, completing course B would update the field to option 2, and completing course C would update the field to option 3.  If none of those courses were complete by a user, the field would remain empty with no data.  I also need the user additional field to still be able to be updated manually in addition to this automation.  Is this possible?

Hello everyone, I would like to ask, if currently inside Docebo is there a limit of number for Groups or/and enrollment rules creations?. Our approach is to create a ILT course per venue, that is translated a huge number of groups, one per venue and enrollment rules to make sure the costumers enroll to the correct ILT course visibility to reduce the number of selections the user must do to find the right sessions on the correct venue. 

Hi All,Just wondering if anybody is experiencing issues with their Notifications application not being accessible. The system is still generating and pushing the notifications out, but we are unable to view, edit, add etc. This is now day 2 … any ideas or ways to resolve? Many Thanks 😊

Curious if anyone has any tips and tricks for managing Power Users’ access to groups?Unlike courses and learning plans, you can cannot assign a Power User to all current and future groups. You can assign them all groups that exist at a specific point in time, but they will not be automatically added to any groups created in the future. A superadmin will need to manually assign them the newly-created groups as a resource.We are pretty dynamic in how we use groups. We’re often creating new ones. To that end, it’s not uncommon for someone to say “I can’’t see this group,” which prompts me to assign the resource. How are you managing this? Do you add resources as folks raise issues? Are you periodically updating resources proactively? 

Anyone currently using Qstream? If so, do you have any insights or ideas on how to implement microlearning with spaced repetition or recurring timing within Docebo?Any tips or best practices would be greatly appreciated!

Is there a way to edit multiple Training Materials at once?We need to change the following on about 2k Training materials:Change the View Mode from Theater Mode to Stand Alone mode Add Tags I haven’t bee able to find anything that lets you update them in bulk. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Good afternoon,Is there a way for users to export their training record as a PDF or download a whole list of this? We don’t really want users to have access to the reporting area, and when I go into “My Activities” there is the list of the completed courses but no way of downloading/exporting this. I know as a superadmin I am able to access this through reports on their behalf, but we get requests through very frequently and would be good if staff could do it themselves.Thank you! 

Hi Community,We’re trying to upload training material that was originally created in PowerPoint (PPT/PPTX) to Docebo, but are running into challenges: We want the uploaded content to remain searchable in Docebo’s global search (so all slide text is indexed). We do not want to use the Slide Converter, as it flattens slides to images and removes animations/interactivity. We also do not want to use HTML conversion or rebuild the content as HTML pages. I'm evaluating a learning operations suite called Cognota.comI was wondering if anyone else ad looked at Cognota. It has some I terestibg features like project management, ROI reports, request tracking and L&D planning. I could tack these items manually, but Cognota appears to have these items ready to go. 

Hi thereWe have a custom report running which up-to this week has worked great.  However, for some reason it’s no longer showing the completion date even though its selected to pull through (As shown below).  I’ve deleted the old report and created a new one but the date still isn’t pulling through.  Does anyone have any ideas on why this is and how to fix it?   Thank you in advance. 

Hello Docebians. I have found a few elements that have me stumped to hide when looking at External Training.  I have used CSS to hide table elements in other areas, but the logic does not seem to apply equitably here.  In External Training, we have setup a flow where “Rejected” entries are sent to a Waiting for Approval area.  On this screen, they have the ability to review and Approve or Permanently Delete the record.  We do not want our users to Permanently delete records.  I’d like to just hide the column or the entire class of delete-action.  But I am hitting walls.  Can anyone help with CSS that will hide the Delete Action class?  I tried:!--scriptorstartfragment-->body.waiting-approval-page a.delete-action {  display: none; }

Hi! I may have missed this, but is there a way to make training material non-mandatory for course completion? Once the user completes the SCORM file, there are some additional PDFs that users can download if they want, but they don’t have to. However, the course isn’t marked as complete until they download the materials. I am having to deal with lots of users who have finished the course, but can’t figure out why it’s not complete. Is there a way around this? Thanks! 

Following some system update earlier this month, we’ve found that scheduled reports delivered to Power Users via email do not contain all the data for users they manage. This occurs if a Super Admin assigns users to a branch that a Power User manages and the Power User hasn’t logged into the system since the users were assigned to the branch.Docebo support say this is now expected behavior, and Power Users must log in in order for any changes to be reflected in their scheduled reports. They aren’t clear which update caused this change in functionality.This causes big problems for us as many of our Power Users rarely log in the system but rely on scheduled reports to oversee training progress. We’ve been using Docebo for about 4 years in this way.Is anybody else running into this problem?

I know this isn't important to most people.But I want to know when we'll have the Insight module translated into Brazilian Portuguese (PT-BR). Some clients have been asking us about it, and we don't have a timeline yet, and it seems like a great module to explore.Can anyone give us this information?
