Hi, can a power user award badges or is it just a super user privilege? I’ve had a look at our Docebo installation and it looks like only super users can do this, but I would be happy to be wrong!

  Hi, I know this is probably somewhere, but I can’t find out where so apologies in advance. I went to the update webinar yesterday, and it was fascinating. I was hoping to be able to try out some of the features on the platform today (I have a quiet day for a change). Now the new release schedule starting in September is Monday to Wednesday after the end of the month release updates are posted. But when is the current update? Is it at the end of the month ie Sunday this month, or the start of the following month ie next week sometime? The updated pages are not really helpful “end of July” but no actual dates.

Howdy!Ahead of assigning out some harassment prevention content (fun!), I am creating some groups to help with my assignments.Our non-US based employees will be getting their own version, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to make a group that would reflect these users.When I am looking at my eligibility requirements for a group, my brain is just thinking: “All employees NOT in the United States.”  However when looking at conditions….The “Country” field is a drop-down with no operators like “is equal to”, “contains”, etc).  I can only select 10 countries at a time. We have a field for “Location,” but those operators are limited to “contains,” “is equal to,” and “is not equal to.”  It does not have “does not contain.”Has anyone done something similar in the past?  how did you set it up?

As previously posted in Articulate RISE has courses you can modify, but now also courses that are whole cloth and supposed to be ready to go. NOT ME : (1) don’t want to spend any money on 3rd party content; (2) actually launched it to everyone already, with very little content;.As I am a NOOB to Docebo, I’ve yet to try and add it to Docebo as … yeah, like this: is it [Rise course] is a Training Material that you put in a course? Is IT a -course-? CAN it be an asset?Just looking for any (from) best practices (to) dire warnings.

Question regarding a custom report & scheduling to a Power User.I set up a customer report for a specific group + all courses and have it scheduled to send to two people. One person is also a power user who does not have access to all courses within the power user settings, but I do want them to see all courses on this report. I thought that when you schedule a custom report it sends to the individual regardless of the access they have as a user or power user. Is that correct? Or is there a way to have the report include all the information I set in the filter tab without being limited to what the person has access to as a power user? Thanks!

I attended the July 2022 Monthly Release Webinar this morning, and my understanding during the demo was that the ‘Follow Channels’ option would be available in both the desktop and mobile platforms. However, when I went through the course in Docebo University, it stated that it would only be a mobile app release.Can anyone clarify if it will be on both? Also, what is the date that this update will be pushed to production?Thanks

Hello! We are launching Gamification and I wanted to see if anyone has had information on the Sharing Options badges. Like how long is the sharing option valid for to receive a badge?I’ve read that some sharing options can be abused so we aren’t using all of them, but any information on this would be super helpful. If I’m creating a notification to send on X-day at 9am and I’m in EST time zone, and I have learners in different time zones, would it, for example, land in a PST time zone’s learner inbox at 6am?Thanks, Nicole 

Hi, I was wondering if anyone is having similar issuesWe have an urgent issue with our Docebo LMS.  When users are trying to register on the site in any language on mobile, the page is simply refreshing before they can enter any registration details. It is therefore impossible to register as a new user on a mobile device.  The sign-in function does not seem to be affected. In some instances, the sign-in page is not accepting email addresses. All languages on mobile are currently affected. In some cases, the desktop is affected. Docebo says that they do not support navigation via mobile and unfortunately, they are unable to investigate the issue further. I have a custom Widget Page for our Channels - not the Built in page provided by Docebo.  I want user Playlists to be visible to them on the custom Channels page - but it seems they can only see this if I use the Built in Page.  Any suggestions/thoughts - I might be missing something? 

I’m working on creating a prototype page for a client...similar to this.  (Their design they would like) I’m getting closer and closer (please be kind...still a work in progress), however I don’t like the way some of the widget especially the WYSIWYG widget as I’m placing images and then linking to various areas (channels, learning plans, catalogs). I could be just over complicating but how to not have soo much white space and boxy look. Stepping out of my comfort zone and getting more familiar with what more Docebo can do.  

Hi there, Members of the team asked why the notification, User has been created (by administrator), is designed whereas all the other notifications (that I know of) are blank or don’t have pre-populated source code to them. 

Is anyone aware of a way to mass update course descriptions? I need to add some language all our courses’ descriptions and it would be excellent to be able to do this via spreadsheet.I have looked at the API browser, but to be honest I do not know how that works. Thanks! 

Does anyone know of a way to have the playlist “bar” on full display by default, rather than at the bottom of the screen? It’s so hidden when you click a playlist and you’re brought to the first item.Alternately, does anyone know any CSS code which could change the color of that bar to something that stands out more?Thanks! 

Has anyone published their branded mobile app to the kindle fire version of the play store? I assume the .aab or .apk can be sideloaded to a kindle fire and if so I would assume it could be published to the kindle fire store. 

Is it just me or is the New Reports framework much worse than the original old reports framework? In New Reports in order to get real time updated data you have to refresh the data then wait for up to two hours. In New Reports if you want to export data, after refreshing and waiting in step one above, you then have to wait longer for an email to arrive. Once that email arrives it then makes you click on a link to go back to the platform to download the report. The report then is a compressed file regardless of what size the actual file is.  In New Reports, there really aren’t any “new reports” per se. Ok yes maybe a couple but hardly what I would call new over the old.What was the intended upgrade or incentive to transition for old reports to new reports? Please don’t tell me that it’s all about having the ability to do custom column sorting or the addition of maybe a couple new filters. In my opinion, the reporting capabilities are lacking

Hi!I am wondering if there is a way to have a link on one page that leads to another page?If that doesn’t work is there a way to add a tab at the top of the page area that would lead to another page?  Like where the arrow is in this image…  Any help anyone has would be awesome!  Thanks!

Is there a way to add an instructor's biography or credentials?

 We use deeplinking quite a bit, which takes our users to the sign-on page for Docebo.  We’ve enabled SSO, and I know you can ‘Show only SSO buttons and hide login form’ and the users just click the SSO button and move forward to the course….However, Docebo reps have told us we need separate learner and admin accounts for our admin team...if we hide the login form, how should we as Super Admins log in?Thanks in advance for what is probably a very newbie question! Jen

We use the platform to share training with our Customer Base. We have two types of Subscriptions:Basic - Provided to all customers with no cost Premium - Customers purchase this plan independent of Docebo. We handle this internally via a yearly maintenance contract. Premium members can view all courses, including a “new hire” learning plan. Premium users also get set up as Power Users, so they can: Access learning plans, assign users to courses and Run Reports With our product, some customers may not use all feature and functions. For example, let's say I have 20 courses in the learning plan, of those 20, they may only need 16 of those courses based upon how they use the system. If they assign one of their users this learning plan, then they would have to watch those courses they do not use as I have them ordered and locked until they complete.
