Hi all,We’ve noticed that when we edit a user, say for any reason from something as simple as a typo in their name or if they transferred to another location, that it for lack of a better phrase “re-enrolls” them into courses in which they were already enrolled and thus impacts accurate reporting. For our use, 99/100 times we do not want a change we make to a user’s profile to impact their enrollments but it does. Is there a way around this? Or is there something we need to change to ensure this doesn’t happen?

Hello, there! I am looking into creating a group that anyone who has NOT started a course or is listed as IN PROGRESS will be a part of. The intention is that once they complete the course they will be removed from this group, but not unenrolled from the course itself.I've located this document for help on the help webpage:https://help.docebo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020084100-Managing-GroupsHowever, all it states is that you can have enrollment based off of enrollment status. Experts, could you help determine the best way to implement this requirement?I want to to list a few courses as featured courses on the platform based on quality of the material and what we determine as the most important. The trick is that these courses are not accessible to all.So essentially, my plan is use catalogs to determine visibility of courses to each user depending on products that they own. From those courses, a few will be selected as Featured Courses. I’d like to display these Featured Courses on the home page. Each user must see only a subset of these courses, depending on which they have visibility to based on other catalogs.Basic question if I show a Catalog on a page, whether the visibility of courses can be based on another Catalog that is not on that page.Am I thinking about this correctly? Any ideas to help me accomplish what I am trying to do?

Over in the Products Tips and Tricks @Danyel posted an interesting question about channels vs catalogs and that got me thinking about channels.  We love channels. We love channels so much, I think we have too many channels. It’s overwhelming. And my team is always saying can we have channel for this and a channel for that and of course the answer is yes! So we make more channels. Having said that, I also would say that we don’t really have any unnecessary channels that are just fluff or redundant so I just need to find a better way of serving them up to the users without them having to scroll and scroll and scroll and end up getting overwhelmed. Currently learning CSS on the go, have basic knowledge of HTML. My questions are very foundational.Where/how can I write/change a page’s HTML/CSS line? I’ve created the page and would like to customize further. For HTML/WYSIWYG widgets, is it possible to remove the “box” for the particular widget?Thank you!

Hi All!With our previous LMS we had a 25 hour/year CE requirement, with certificates offered to those who met that requirement or went above and beyond (Bronze, Silver and Gold levels). Our old LMS made it easy to both assign a time value to items (such as video length) or time spent on an activity (such as a webinar).We have paused this entire system while we’ve transitioned to Docebo (we launched November 2021) because the focus seems to be on credits vs. time. We are starting to try and redesign our whole system and figure what a new credit-based requirement would look like. We’d like to try and tie gamification badges into this a well. A couple questions for discussion:How many of you have implemented a CE system, what does it look like, and do you have any tips/tricks or best practices? Hello!I recently began working with Docebo as a designer for my company. The goal was to do a custom design for different “hub” pages underneath a fairly typical landing page/dashboard and utilizing Docebo’s content assignment and management features. The problem I’m running into is that it seems as though certain types of CSS do not work within the HTML/WSIWYG widgets which will make or break the design. For example:Any attempt to center divs (not just text), within a widget seems to ignore whatever CSS class or ID I set. The best I can tell is that it seems to be related to site wide styles for divs and/or the clearfix styles. While there are more numerical, and less responsive, ways of centering I worry about the maintenance time this creates going forward.Position:Sticky also seems to be ignored regardless of how I try to implement it. This is a much bigger issue than centering.

Hey Community.I need some support in the best way to curate/structure the layout of a collection of LinkedIn Learning Tools that align to our organisations Sales Competencies…. without being too overwhelming, or difficult to navigate.Essentially, there are 5 ‘Capability’ categories, and within each of these, are 3-4 sub capabilities. For each subcapability there are 4 levels - Developing, Beginner, Advanced and Expert. (e.g. Capability1b -Advanced, Capability1b - Expert)To keep it simple…. if you imagine a rubric, it would be 18 x 4 individual headings.(e.g. 1a-Developing, 1a-Competent, 1a-Advanced ….) So here comes the tricky part….For each of these ‘headings’ I have 5-10 curated LinkedIn Learning courses that the team can sift through, to develop themselves in these skills. e.g. if they are at a competent level but want to work towards being Expert, there are two ‘headings’ worth of content that they could use to upskill themselves.

Can anyone how do I create sub catalogs under one of the main Catalogs?For eg. like the one on the left has sub catalogs mentioned I need to add to the Laboratory Water Catalog similarly-

I was reading THIS KB article and in the section with heading: Assigning Courses to your Learning PlanIt talks about adding courses to the learning plan, and that when the user enrolls in the learning plan, they are automatically enrolled in the courses within the plan…  Question: I don’t want the courses within the learning plan to appear in a search.. Do the courses have to be in a course catalog visible to the same users that the LP is visible to? - I think it would be awesome to have courses created, but not in any course catalog (not searchable) and only in the LP… is that possible?!? Right now, when I create a learning plan, and check the ‘show in course catalogs’ it seems to be visible to ALL power users in the platform, even though it isn’t in a catalog

For those that have not really considered the impact of technical debt? Know that software being developed and the teams that work on it can spend a significant time on resolving issues versus adding new features. Consider this graphic…And so we have seen a shift in a few strategies by Docebo to wrangle their debt and make strides in the right direction. Earlier in my career I worked for a custom software development group for a health system…so uniquely? I am poised to get it.But when something feels broken. And we work “the machine” to document and get a reproducible bug recognized and addressed?

So we have our Zoom integration setup and it is paired as we would expect. And when I create an ILT with sessions and then events and choose the Zoom integration, we do get the button and students as well as the instructor can enter the meeting, but they enter the meeting as the person who originally setup the Zoom integration. So everyone who joins, joins as the one person….it is a party of one with multiple connections :) Any ideas?

Greetings, I am investigating video tools that allows Docebo users to engage with videos. Specifically, I would like to display a Q&A chat area with the video that allows viewers to submit questions about the video.A perfect example of this is Knowmia by Techsmith. In the screenshot below you can see the ‘Conversation’ panel on the right. When a viewer enters a question, it is timestamped to the exact point they are at in the video. A second example is Mindstamp. Although it has very impressive video engagement features, the Q&A capability is not as good as Knowmia.Ideally I would like to use a Docebo

So, the WordPress app is being deprecated. Is there an alternative solution being provided? How do we ensure Single Sign On for our website users in future?

Is there any way to center the text on page widgets?

Hello,New Docebo admin here - our team would like to find a way to disable the “Discover how to improve your skills” popup that shows up with new user login - this isn’t something we want to be a part of the user experience for our first learning group.Has anyone been able to do this?I’ve seen some posts about hiding it with custom CSS but it seems like there should be a more declarative way to disable it. It seems to be a part of the Skills Management tool but even as superadmin I can’t find any options for configuring that.Thanks, Andrew

can we integrate Docebo with an LXP so that we can play the content on that LXP UI via a Docebo player, transfer all user activity back to Docebo ?

Hello team,I’m working with Docebo API (Batch Import Users) to import users into our organization’s docebo instance. I was wondering, inside Docebo do we have a functionality to get a notification whenever the users are failed to created using the Batch import users API?I tried with web hooks with Event: Background Job Completed but that isn’t working. I think the Batch Import Users API endpoint is not creating a background job (I could be wrong). Thank you

I have users who are bypassing paying for a learning plan because the courses are visible under the course management tab. How do I prevent this from happening?
