I’m seeing how rounded buttons are coming back in vogue on various web pages and thought I would share some CSS code to have rounded buttons in Docebo Learn:/* Round corners on mdl buttons */.mdl-button { border-radius:54px !important;}You can change the “54” value to have the amount of roundness you desire. The code affects content context boxes but also some other buttons as it is a general CSS-class:  

As I have shared before - I have been more of a JavaScript guy and would have gladly put those skills to work in Docebo. Since that is not possible - it meant trying to make some things a bit more interesting with the use of CSS.So that’s what I set out to do. I started out by sharing the blinking dot idea which caused me to sort of inspire myself - LOL - to put together a little series of ideas that hopefully helps lessen the learning curve and inspires some of you to dig in as well. I am an advocate of lifelong learning so don’t be surprised to hear me attempt to encourage you all to keep pushing that envelope. This would be one such attempt. If I can do it - so can you!These ideas are not polished products but basically just ideas in their raw form to help others see some possibilities. Hello Community! We have some trainings that our users reference often, and would like to ‘favorite’ them. Is this an option in Docebo Learn? Is there a way to set this up? It sounds/loks like this is something that is available with Discover, Coach, and Share- but want to check in and ask about functionality? Does anyone have any experience with this?  Thank you! 

Is there a way to create a link which shows the direct link to a calendar view and not the card view of a catalogue. Next to this I would like to show not the current month view, but another months view. Is this possible?

Hi all, I’m working on creating a notification that I can use to notify individuals when they have been enrolled into a course, however I’m only able to create a “blanket” notification. I’ve turned it off as I don’t want my part of the org to get spammed everytime they are enrolled into a course. I was under the impression when you manually enroll users, you can select the Notification type you want to send, however our platform shows nothing for step 3 of enrollment and we click next and we are done. I checked the Enrolling Users into Courses – Docebo Help & Support article and it says that it will only show “Digest: User enrolled into a Course” notification. Screenshot:When I look at notifications to make, I don’t see that one as an option, just “User enrolled into a Course”. Note that I did confirm the “Send immediate notification digest on the masive enrollment action” is selected in Advanced Settings.Anything else I am missing?

Is there anyway to make it so the platform will display possibly the course name instead of the URL in the Browser Tab?Here’s an example of what our tabs looks like when you have a Docebo LMS tab open from any perspective (SuperAdmin, Power User, User, External User): I obfuscated details for obvious reasons. Here is the what a tab SHOULD look like imo:The tab has the name of the page you are on. I would expect the platform to do something similar with like Course name. Thoughts, tips or tricks, anyone?

Hi Community,  I will be hosting an internal event next week, it will be ILT delivered in person but it will be also recorded (have some camera setup to record the speaker) and wondering if there is an option to set up in person ILT with an option to upload recording, as there is option form online ILTs. Did any of you had already a similar situation? Thank you in advance for any tips. Cezary

Hi everyone,A few weeks ago, it seems like the last push activated some things on our end and the My Team “view” changed its style over to the newer tiles look.What used to look like this:Now looks like this:This is causing a problem because we have delivered instructions with the older approach and we will need to apply some CSS to remove the Remove from team option with the set of tools.Is there a way to turn it back to the other look????Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Hello,How good are you using the notifications for Chinese/Japanese languages?Our emails supporting to Chinese/Japanese language font types/styles doesn’t look good compare to other languages. It seems like a phish/scam emails. We don’t want to give a bad impression for China/Japan users. I use the same source code from English language to others. It works well for all languages except China/Japan. Can any one can help me with HTML/CSS template to use the unique font style/type respective of all languages?

Morning folks, This is an interesting workflow being requested by a team, I wanted to see if it is viable or if someone has experience with it:The team would like to be able to retain the pass/fail record for a test On the second attempt if it fails? Is it possible for experts to recieve notifications on comments made on preexisiting questions that were asked to their channels?

Has anyone been able to run a report of all the tags applied to their training materials.   Our organization is cracking down on taxonomy and all content has be submitted for governance.  Curious if anyone has been able to run reports to product what are the tags and which trainings materials do they apply to?

We have ILT courses that become very specifically “relevant” during certain business phases of the year. This is to support activities that we want our managers to complete. We just entered another phase and scheduled new ILT sessions. Here’s the issue - we have managers to have attended before who would like to attend again to refresh their memory on the topics involved. But they cannot enroll, because they have a completion already recorded. We don’t want to have to remove the existing completion - that’s not fair and accurate reporting. Is there a way for them to re-enroll without a) losing their previous completion or b) having to manually make the change (ultimately, we don’t know how many will want to retake). Communication has already gone out - so creating a duplicate course is not an option (and that would create confusion in the system, too).This is also NOT a certification. It’s an optional course.

The “My courses and learning plans” page in user accounts show both learning plans and individual courses that the user is enrolled in. Some of the individual courses are part of a learning plan and they appear both as an individual course and in the learning plan. Some of our participants in one learning plan have cognitive disabilities that make it confusing for them to see courses in two places. Is it possible to hide courses from the “My courses and learning plan page” if they’re already part of a learning plan? This way, users only see the learning plan and navigate to individual courses from there.

Hi, Can you please add a message for course completion once the mandatory part of the course activity is completed? currently if there is an end object marker for specific material there is no completion message related once you completed this training part. users are not sure what to so and whether the training is completed. I have also opened a support case for it #237075  . Thanks. Limor

We are looking at going global and need to think about how we support training with global regions if we allow them to create their own course catalogs/courses…  Can we lean on Docebo’s Community, Knowledge Base, and University?  

Is there an option in Docebo to perform a bulk completion of users when the training material is a SCORM package? I know that we can change a user’s status from the Enrollment screen, but it does not appear to change the status of the actual SCORM package.

Where are the June and July 2022 release courses in DoceboU?I only see up to May 2022.  When do they release these for each month? What is the schedule?

What do you feel has engaged them to interact with the platform the most? What don’t you particularly like and how have you worked around it? Thank you! We are hoping to really kick it our of the park for our learners!!

The PU in question has all of the necessary permissions: They also have the relevant branch and course assigned to them. They are an instructor in the session. When trying to enroll users into the course from here it redirects to a 403. Is this a bug? The chat agents have been thoroughly unsuccessful in identifying the issue.

As part of a medical device organization, we will roll out for the Quality management system soon, and we are working trying to find Validation documentation for new software versions, how does Docebo makes documentation and validate interface before sending the enhancement or new versions to clients? Thanks for the support.
