Hi all! Question - for a course that exists already, where users are completed and in progress, what is the best way to add a new training material (a survey or test in particular) so it keeps the completion status of previous users at 100%, but requires new users to complete?

In this idea - I thought I would play with some rotation.I attempted to provide a little something extra too. Hi Docebo community!   Is anyone else facing the issue where users are not able to exit the course windows? We haven’t launched yet but during UAT some users could not exit the window and it kept saying it’s syncing but nothing happened- screenshot attached for reference.Wondering if this is a Docebo wide issue or something at our end? Thanks,Namrata

For our customers we are trying to create a learning journey based on 3 LP’s and we want to display this journey on the dashboard.To do this, we enable the LP’s to be shown in a course catalogs and we create a course catalog that entails all the learning plans (LP level 1, LP level 2 and LP level 3).This catalog is then added to the dashboard/page and the users are added to a group to make sure that they will see the catalog on their dashboard.When the user completes “LP level 1”, he or she is automatically enrolled in “LP level 2” (groups and enrollment rules).So far, so good but when an LP is shown in a catalogue, a user can always enroll into an LP, which disrupts the learning journey.Does anybody have an idea how to prohibit the enrollment into an LP when an LP’s is shown in a course catalog

Hello, We have many ILT sessions for ILT courses, and over a course of a year the sessions for these ILT courses grew and are quite large. My question is: “Are there any data issues that stem from deleting a session?We also have self enrollment into these ILT courses which adds to the confusion because the user has to pick a session.I may have to delete a bunch of last years sessions, unless there is a way to hide them. It’s not user friendly having to search through an entire year of sessions to join one.Any tips will be greatly appreciated.Thank you !

Hi everyone, Our organization is looking into buying Docebo and I have been assigned to look into how we can create discussion posts.In our current LMS we ask a question on a discussion board (this feature came with our current LMS) and then learners have to add a new post plus reply to 2 other learners posts. We are able to track this in our current LMS, as these steps for each discussion post, are part of the passing grade for the learner.I am wondering if any one else does this and if so, what are you using? Any help would be appreciated.Wendy

Hello has anyone run into the issue of users joining an ILT session as the host? We will have a training with several people joined as the host’s name. Then the instructor can’t access the zoom host functions. Thanks!

OK - I seem to be missing something. I have entered some custom CSS under the Branding, Look, and Feel area in both the 7.0 and the 6.9 areas.If I use an HTML Widget for a custom page - the custom CSS works fine.However, if I try to use the same custom CSS to style something in an HTML Page as training material for a course - it is ignored.I have also tried doing some style tags but those get stripped out.I seem to remember a place where I could put some CSS for courses but I cannot seem to find it again.It appears I can do some things by placing some styles inline like such but I’d rather access something pre-defined.<p style="color: #ff0000;">Red</p>Is there a way to style course HTML pages with custom CSS?

Hello Docebo Community heroes,Maybe I’m missing something obvious but does anyone know if there’s a way of pulling a report that filters by User Course and/or Learning Plan expirations? Need to see expirations / validity periods for all Users, ideally filtered by Group and/or Branch. Does anyone know where on the platform this can be achieved? We are using Docebo Learn - Enterprise . No Learning Analytics bolt-on. 

One part of our business we’ve recently acquired uses Captivate. I’ve received a SCORM 2004 3rd edition package I can upload and play as training material. Unfortunately upon completion of the course, its status remains In Progress. Has anyone else ever encountered this problem?

Is there a way to export the list of users in the system and their demographics with the branch?  I can get everything except the branch from the user management screen?   We track our users and I need a clean report without course information tied to it so that we can report out information.

Hi all,I was hoping somebody could clarify the meaning of “Count of training material access” found in the User Personal Summary. Does this mean:The number of individual training materials accessed by the user. The number of sessions during which the user accessed training material. Something elsePlease see screenshot below for details. 

So, I have the LinkedIn Learning catalog, and it allows people to curate their own content, which drops it in the CLOR.I would like to have it categorized. The trouble is, I can’t tell which courses aren’t in a category.Any ideas how to manage this?

Does anyone have a list of best practices (and SOP) they give their content creators?  Basically I’m creating a requirement document so that those who are creating the content for the LMS have guidelines.  Thumbnail best practicesThings to put in the descriptionEffective titlesetc.  

Is it possible to add a field to the users’ pages that show which branch they area  member of?  

Is there a way to pull an audit report on selected groups enrolled in a course/s? A better way to pull this information and cross reference. It seems Docebo background jobs only goes back 2 weeks. Is there a way to pull background jobs that goes back 4 months prior? Audit reports only has a limit of 90 days. 

Hello,Seeing if anyone has had success targeting a specific Div from a Docebo page (the dashboard for example) and using iFrame to show that Div as a widget on another page? Having issues using an iFrame for another internal docebo page (getting 404) even though I have the perms to view in the page using the iFrame. Would like to include this #middle.section only as an iFrame and maybe some others on the dashboard: If anyone has any insight, please do let me know! Thanks!

Hi all! I’m super new and trying to help a user create a course. It’s set up as an E-Learning course, but it’ll have both synchronous and asynchronous instructions. We can add the Web Conferences widget, but there’s no green + sign and we cannot add the Zoom links. Any hints? Thanks in advance! 

Do instructors need to be enrolled in a session?Before: We enrolled the instructor into the course but not the session and had no issues.Now: Two different instructors the past two days could not start a course they are teaching until they entered into a session. Even though they were enrolled in the course and listed as a session instructor. We do not add instructors to Events, only the sessions, but never had to enroll an instructor into a session.What has changed? - We also noticed the button used to change into a different session for instructors were moved to another location on the screen. And on the user side, selecting a session is on the right side now.Thank you for your time.

Hello,I have a course that has two parts to it. The course and an e-signature. When the course is complete, I see a close button that lets me close out the course. But I see the screenshot below that says “Resume where I left off” even if I have completed the course.

Hi Docebo team, I’m trying to create a database of content (courses, assets, learning plans) that is searchable. I’m wondering if leveraging the “skills” feature would help with this.Two questions about this:Any advice on creating a full searchable database for all content in one place? I can create a custom report for assets that has a column for Skills, but I can’t figure out how to create a custom report for Courses that has a column for Skills.
