Hi All!We want to put our department email in the footer of the homepage, is there a way to edit or add to the “Powered by Docebo” text that currently exists there? I’m sure CSS is needed to do this, but don’t know where to start, I’m not great with that stuff :/ 

What setting do I need to enable to allow a Power User to assign a course to a catalog?I have assigned them all catalogs under “Assigned Resources” and have given him “View” for Course Catalogs. 

I was just curious if anyone has started using the Mobile Learning: GoLearn QR code to mark attendance at ILT. We want to implement it, and we are testing it now in our Live system. We have a Branded Docebo app. When we check the box for use the QR code on the Event and then get the QR code from the course page, that all works fine. However when people scan the QR code (this is after the start time of the event but not before the end time) it opens our mobile app and then it just goes to course tile on their My Training plan area and not that check in window as shown in the product updates description area. The weird thing is we had one person get the correct window and check in but only one person, all others the app just opens to the course tile. Is anyone having the same problems, or could tell us what we are doing incorrectly? 

The title to my task widget is currently a gray color and I would like to change it to black to match my other widget titles. Does anyone have any advice on how to do this?

We are trying to determine whether Adobe Analytics works with Docebo to track logged-in and non-logged-in pages. 

I can’t for the life of me figure out why Not Started tags show as #004e72 background (blue) but In Progress and Completed show as Black. Any ideas? Thanks!   

Hi there! We have a ton online + in person courses that are part of a series, we do not house the registration in Docebo as of yet (due to limitations) but I am looking for inspiration on creating a schedule page of sorts (similar to this DU page) but we have a lot more than what’s featured on here. Specifically, we have about 22 sessions for a particular series. Usually we list them out, but I’m looking for something a little more engaging: 

Hi everyone!I have been looking for a way to make reporting more efficient and automated through Docebo.Currently, whenever I want to update one of the many reports we have, I need to go into the platform and manually download it, or download it from my email, move it into a data folder and manually update the pivot tables in my Excel reports.I’d love to be able to automate this whole process by having an automated data refresh. PowerBI is currently not an option for my department, but that is essentially what I’d like to simulate but on Excel.If anyone has done anything like this, please let me know! Thanks!

How could I add a group or branch name to a event attendance sheet? We had that capability with our old LMS. With Docebo, all I can think of is a workaround with a couple of additional fields that need nightly updates in a round trip through our data warehouse. 

I’m brainstorming for the most efficient way for “no-shows” to be removed from a session that they registered for but did not attend. Right now, users have to go back to the session they registered for but did not attend and withdraw from that session before being able to register for another session. Any guidance is appreciated!

Hey, Our platform has been very stable for quite a while layout wise, we haven’t had to make any css changes for months. Today however, the layout of our header spontaneously changed without our custom CSS changing.  Is anyone aware of any platform changes that would have caused this?  We have this line in our custom css which USED to push items down below our header, but now it doesn’t seem to do anything.#doc-layout-page-content{    margin-top: 84px!important;} I have done a comparison on an old page that I had loaded, cached with the old layout, and on comparing t

Hello! I’d like to get some perspective from the community. Currently, we require users to complete three ILTs during their technical onboarding. Learning Plan 1 - The Basics: eLearning 1 eLearning 2 eLearning 3 ILT/Session 1 ILT/Session 2 Learning Plan 2 - Advanced: (users must complete session 1 and 2 to unlock) ILT/Session 3 The challenge is that users cannot register for session 3 before completing session 1 and session 2. Because of this restriction, there is an inevitable gap between when users complete session 1 and 2 and when they can register and complete session 3. Users want to be able to register for all 3 at the same time. At a glance, the solution might be to just put session 3 in the first learning plan, but we encountered challenges were users were enrolling into the sessions out of order. Has anyone else’s Power Users had a view-change when accessing ‘course management’? Sessions and Enrolments seem to have been merged into one tab - not nice!  

Hi everyone,I am designing a page that has 3 areas on it depending on what a learner wants to do (attend an ILT, sit on demand eLearning or browse resources).  I am wondering if there is a way to hide the search / filter / sort bar so that there’s not a huge gap between the custom image and the courses appearing:Is this even possible?

What is the term that Docebo uses for separate environments? In other words, when we have multiple clients and they enter their own personalized version of our LMS. What documentation do you have on how we can do that? A big thanks!

I am trying to see if there is any way to limit access in the question bank for Power Users. I see that we can create categories. Is there a way to assign a PU a question category?

Has anyone found a solid process for recording multiple completions for compliance courses (Non-LP)? Recently, we implemented multiple completions for a course but not sure if its best practice. I'd like to see what everyone else is doing for compliance courses that need to be re-taken periodically. Our goal was to not send out notifications to users until they're actually due to take it. In this case we did the archive before anyone was due to re-take  Our process we did first time in this order:Retroactively assign all completed users a 2 year certification for the compliance course Created “certification expiring” notifications so the users are reminded until its their time to retake Archive & Un-Enroll ALL deactivated users Archive & Re-Enroll the rest of the users (enrollment notification dsiabled so users wont get a notification that theyve been enrolled, we are relying on the certifica

Crossposting here and the Champion group.I have been struggling to find a good solution in Docebo for a program we run. We do a biweekly online continuing education series. Students are required to attend or view recorded archives of at least 4 of the 24 events we offer. This year I created an individual ILT for each webinar with a single session and a single event. Then put them all into a learning plan. We discovered a few issues. Enrolling in an ILT ( even through a learning plan) does not enroll the learner in the session. Learners had to still go into the individual  ILT’s to enroll in the sessions before they could attend or get notifications for the sessions.  Once the event had ended, the sessions closed to enrollment. Anyone trying to watch the recording who had not already enrolled in the session could not enroll in the session. We have had to regularly go in and manually enroll people

I’m trying to set up an automatic group based on 2 conditions:email contains 1 of 50 different address options ANDa specific additional field selectionI think I’m getting stumped on the conditions and sets being required to be satisfied. 

Hello, crew,We’re planning a user experience overhaul of our Docebo instances. Nothing is out of bounds: the home page, landing pages, CSS, Catalog structures, etc. etc.We are starting with some surveys, user testing, and other pieces like that before we get to launching the new experience.However, we are interested in evaluating what the metrics currently are in our platform so we can benchmark the improvements:How long does a user stay in the platform from log-in to log-out? How many clicks does it take a user to get a course? What’s the average time a learner spends in the platform? How many searches does a user perform on average?Anyone have experience doing testing like this? I think I can get average time spent by learners, but I’m not sure of the rest of the datapoints. Not necessarily asking for folks to point me to the right report, but looking for any others who’ve successfully performed improvements

Currently we have Catalogs for various skills (technology, leadership, etc) and are using Channel tags for Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced.  I know I could have a widget to show each channel separately, but is there also a way to have it only show a specific Catalog?There’s no filter in the Catalog Widget for Channel or filter in the Channel widget for catalogs.I’m open to custom HTML if someone can help with suggestions to get me started.

We noticed an issue after we transfer an automatic group to a PU. When a new user is added to the LMS where they would normally be automatically added to a group, this process stalls behind a rule that says the PU must login before the user is placed in the group; and this could take up to 1.5 hours after the PU has logged in. I asked support if this is just a one-time thing or every time a new user is added; I have no reply to that question yet but from what we observed it happens every time. I was hoping to challenge this with the product team as it makes no sense to me that a PU must log in in order for a user to be placed in the proper group(s). Tired to explain that a PU may be away on vacation or leave and if we don’t deliberately fix this, the user remains in limbo until the PU logs in. Seems like very poor logic that will and already caused many issues. They say it works as expected. Has anyone noticed this behaviour? Would love to hear your thoughts on this. Thanks everyone

For our business, our PowerUsers are administrative assistants (secretaries) whose job it is to create training courses for employees to review changes to procedures or policies (i.e., Rev 0 to Rev 1 to Rev 2, etc.)  There are no test questions associated with this type of course.  Although, Docebo allows PowerUsers to have access to the Question Bank.  This poses a huge security and visibility risk as only our Training and Development Team should have access to the Question Bank.  Our questions have been vetted by our SME and should not be altered by anyone other than the Training and Development Department.  See image below for more detailsWhen I remove their "edit" ability, the Question Bank is removed from their view but then they are not able to create the training Course.  Therefore they need to have “CREATE”, “EDIT” and “VIEW”

Hi,I’m trying to understand how a user can see archived enrollments on the User Summary page. I am a super admin and when I go to an employees course page, I see a drop down for “archived enrollments”. When I click it, the previously completed information shows up, BAU. However, one of my managers needs this information for their employee. They also navigate to their employee’s Course summary page, click the “archived enrollment” drop down, but nothing appears. It just says “No results found.” I can see the information, but they cannot. Is this a permission issue? I am in the portal settings and don’t see anything like useful. Hoping you can help. I need my managers to be able to see archived information for HR purposes, compliance check-offs, etc.

Is there a way to do a two-page certificate? or to have a single course issue two certificates (one with the actual certificate the second with the course syllabus)?
