Does anyone have any suggestions on a way to back up question banks and tests/quizzes that have been built directly in Docebo? I know that tests can be exported to .gift, but how might that then be converted in to a usable backup format?

If I set up 2 courses as equivalents, will the CEUs for both being marked as “complete” show up on the learner’s transcript?

When an ILT course has multiple sessions, how do you see/report on training material completions based on the different sessions? What I’m specifically looking for/needing is a report that lists all the training materials for a course, the progress of all learners enrolled into the course for each material, and the sessions/start dates those learners are enrolled into.For instance, let’s say I have a course that has two sessions. One session has an event that occurs on May 1 and the other session has an event that occurs on May 15.The course > Reports tab allows you to see all the training materials but you have to go into each material manually to see who’s started/completed them. This also doesn’t indicate which session the learners are enrolled into.Custom report ‘Users - Training Material’ doesn’t include session information and it doesn’t list materials or or learners if the training material hasn’t been accessed yet.Insights Dashboards using the

Hello all,We are calling the Docebo APIs programmatically via PHP and Python and we have noticed that each API has a different limit with regards to the number of rows that can be processed at one time. Here are 2 limits that we have encountered:/learn/v1/enrollment/batch → max of 300 rows per invocation /learn/v1/lo/tracks/batch → max of 100 rows per invocationWe have successfully batched our requests to conform to these limits however, we found these limits via trial and error. Is there a list a published list of max rows for each API that we could reference to save some time during implementation?Thanks.

Hello, I’m looking for ideas or tips with CSS and exam color selection. We’ve settled on branding colors, but the red confuses some people while taking exams. There was another post that was very helpful, but now facing a new problem. Our multi-select questions are not amended satisfactorily. Does any know what code I need to add to fix this? Or tips to find the necessary code to remedy the issue? The code I’ve implemented in Staging so far. Also, I’m learning the basics of CSS & HTML, does anyone have recommendations for courses/learning that would promote better understanding and maintenance in the future? I thought I would ask. Hello,Is there a way to assign only certain lessons in a LinkedIn Learning course to offer the learner completion status for that course?Specifically, we’re looking to have our learners take the Microsoft Teams course. Since we’re not an education facility, we don’t need to watch ‘Teams for Education’. I told my learners they could skip it, but they want to show the completion for the instructor/learner. How do I do that?Thanks

We’ve got a course that has a video uploaded. The course completion pop-up is showing about 10 seconds before the video ends and comes up over the video while it is still showing content. Is there a setting that can tell it to wait until the entire video finishes playing? Why would it do that?

Hello, I see that Docebo sets a time zone for users so I’m wondering how it derives that. We do not allow users to edit their time zone in their profile. I found this quote in a KB article. Can I deduce from it that Docebo is looking at the user’s browser for this info?“If users are allowed to customize their time zone, when they move to a location having a different time zone, the platform will prompt them to adjust their time zone according to the one detected by the browser.”

We are looking for a way to hide the Looks Good and Take a Look status banners from the My Team page. The majority of our courses do not have due dates and these banners have led to confusion by managers. Example: they see the Looks Good status for an employee and assume that employee has completed all courses so they don’t look at the Personal Summary page for the employee.We tested the CSS provided in this post but found it removed status labels from other areas of the platform where we need the labels. Hey, when we are using the assignment (training material) on our exam courses (instead of exam in some cases) we usually have a lot of text as instructions and as the assignment itself. It is somewhat unclear and sometimes the users just miss the “show more” button. The question is, is that possible that the text will appear in “expanded” mode as default? (with a scroll) so the user will not have to click “show more” to read the full task text. (A CSS workaround if possible, will be welcome too 😉)Thanks l lot!Nadav

I’ve discovered that when an event lasts at least 8 hours it has two issues when viewing it in a calendar.The first is that when you click on the course it doesn’t show you what the start/end time is. The second is that when you view the calendar in Weekly view, it shows up as “all day” at the top of the view but doesn’t show when it’s actually scheduled for that day. Both of these behaviors means the only way a learner can find the start and end time of the session/event is to go into the course. Is there a wa

Hi everyone! We’re the corporate office for a gym brand with franchisees around the world. Our Branch Path is structured like this:Type (Franchise, International, etc) → Region → Franchise Name → Gym NameWhen running reports, the only way we’ve found to pull the Franchise Name is by using the full “Branch Path” field—but that shows the entire path, which isn’t always helpful.Right now, I’m using a “Text to Columns” workaround in Excel to extract just the Franchise Name, but that’s not scalable—especially since not all our report users are Excel-savvy.To add more context: users are added via an automation that imports a CSV file from each franchise’s payroll system. I am building some quizzes/tests using the question bank.  I know that if I add a comment to any answer choice it will display when the user finishes their quiz and allows them to see their answers at the end.  This helps them see what the correct answer was and why.   Is there a way to get the comments to appear mid quiz?  I would love for a user to get a message that they got it correct or incorrect and display the comment at that time. TIA

Hi EveryoneI am creating a Test.  I’ve done it many times so no problem there.  However, I’ve never used the Comments text box when adding the answersIn the guide it states:“...and use the Comments text box to provide feedback for each answer or question.” I can see how to add a Comment for each answer but how do I add a Comment just for the question so that the Comment is only displayed when the question is answered correctly?Many thanks

Warning - Long geeky post ahead!!Lots of questions have come up surrounding accordions.I’ve toyed around with these and shared a relatively simple example in my animation series.I have since put together an FAQ accordion that I believe looks and functions well - at least in my environment. I have taken the CSS and heavily commented it for your ease of application to your own environments should you wish to make use of it. Have any one experience a case for example, when we checked enrollment in session, there are showing 20 records enroll to a session. However, when we download the ILT report, the report will only be showing 15 records. The other 5 user not in the report is all enroll to the course within 3 to 4 hours prior we download this report.

Is it possible to hide the page icon and name and white box? It takes up a lot of prime real estate and since we use a banner that says the same thing and it appears in the bread crumb it ends up that the same thing is repeated three times. Many thanks,Aimee

Hi folks.I’ve got an irritating scenario where i’m testing something on a notification but I’m stuck somewhere that I shouldn’t be stuck. Please see the image below: Since i’m formatting the time in the exact same method as the instructions appear to be showing (hh:mm am/pm), it’s very frustrating that I’m getting an error message that is not giving any more information to go on. If anyone could let me know how I need to format this field then I can proceed to actually testing what I’m trying to test.Thanks!

Hello everyone.  We have an ILT course that is broken down into three separate eLearning courses.  Any ideas on how to make these equivalent so that if a user takes the ILT they are marked complete in all three eLearning courses - but they have to take all three of the eLearning courses in order to be marked complete for the ILT course?  I didn’t see any equivalency options for a learning plan.  To me, that would be the obvious easy solution.  Am I left with just having the ILT being the Source course and each of the three eLearning courses being Target courses?  If the learning plan that contains the three eLearning courses requires all three to be completed for credit is visible in the catalog, but not the individual courses, would that work?  I’m mostly thinking out loud to see if I’m on the right track.

Hey Everyone!We are newer to Docebo and have started to play around with CSS in the course player. Is there a way to remove the play header and content label?  We are using Articulate for content creation, so when all is said and done we have 3 headers on the course page for the same content.  Any ideas are appreciated!!  

How do I make it so that when users are looking at courses on the front end they don't see all the old/ past course dates. I know there is the manual button that you can untick "see pervious courses" but how so I make that that the rule. People at my organisation don't seem to "see" the button and I get lots of messages about it. There's no reason for them to see past courses as I just want them to sign up to the new ones. Good morning ☕Still getting used to the Docebo platform coming from another LMS. I was curious if anyone had any recommendations for my use case. From what I have seen, there is not a way to schedule an enrollment so (for example if I need something assigned on a Saturday when I am out of office). I’ve played around with the idea of enrollment validity so the content wouldn’t be able to be started until the date set, but would be “enrolled” in the locked content until the start of the validity period. The only issue with this I’ve experienced is, our standard email notification has a "Take me to the Course” button to start the learning and this seems to bypass the enrollment validity. Any suggestions or recommendations on what’s worked for you?

If a user has dual roles: student (and as such can view courses in a catalog) and a power user (and as such can manage courses in a specified catalog), Docebo has a bug. The bug is that, if they are both a student in a catalog and an power user, even if you don't assign that catalog to them, they automatically become its manager. The only solution I can think of is to remove the groups to which power users belong and manage them only through Branches. But this is a bug. Is there a plan to fix it?Thank you.
