Is there anyone else out there who is using Docebo under the umbrella of their HCM system? We use Dayforce by Ceridian and Docebo is simply deployed under that shell. We’re somewhat limited in the features from Docebo that we can use because Dayforce ultimately decides which features are active under their platform.It’s especially limited when trying to generate links to Learning Plans or Catalogs.  With Catalogs, the links generated by Docebo navigate the user to the standalone instance of Docebo, rather than creating a link that would launch the Catalog within Dayforce. With Learning Plans, it looks like the sharing feature is completely disabled, so I’m unable to generate a link directly to a Learning Plan. My team is certainly in discussion with Cerdian about how to access these features or activate them, but I’m curious if anyone else out there has a similar issues with using Docebo under the umbrella of their HCM system. 

We just onboarded Dayforce and were told of their LMS. With little to no help we found on our own in the logs that Dayforce is umbrelled on top of Docebo. For our use cases, we need SSO directly to a learning module within Docebo. This doesn’t seem possible to even generate a link to the main transcript page within Dayforce. Dayforce is forcing a log in via their platform, and then generating a jwt token to Docebo to log in. However, I can generate a url within Docebo directly, but no SSO has been enabled.Has anyone gone directly to Docebo even though working with Dayforce to solve the issue of direct access via URL to their curriculum?

Hi Team, We have a weekly customer report going out to our team members showing the progress on all enrolled courses. The type of report we created is the “Users - Courses.” What we noticed is that some users are showing the courses they started or completed for courses they are no longer enrolled.  I’m not sure how to remove those courses from the report. Any ideas? Thanks :-) 

Hello! I am a power admin and was recently exploring some manager/my team settings with my superadmin. We turned on the ability for managers to suggest content, but when testing we only see the option for manager to suggest learning plans. Is this a limitation of the feature or is there something we may have missed in other settings to ensure it works properly?  My first thought was maybe we needed to enable the skills dashboard or maybe the Discover, Coach, and share, but Im not sure.The end goal is to be able to provide our managers with a specific catalog that they can use to recommend courses to their team based on performance or business needs.  Thanks in advance for any help! 

I would like to add the Users first name or full name to the Main Hompage, using CSS, before the first widget on the page. For Example:Welcome Test User. Any suggestions on the CSS to use would be very helpful. Thank you. 

We are using the following CSS to change the background color on a specific page in Docebo:/** Change the Street Landing page color to black **/#doc-page-57 {background-color: black;}We are getting the following result:We have tried various attempts to target the white space below our widgets, but have had no impact on changing the color to black.We really wish Docebo would provide access to the entire CSS code they use.Any suggestions?

Hello Peeps, I have been asked to add a course certification to an existing course which a number of users have already completed.Will the date of certification renewal (set for 365 days) align to the date the user’s course completion date automatically?ORWill all users who have previously completed the course have the date of certification renewal set to the date the certification was added?

I have a course catalog with a few courses added. The visibility is set to “view” for only a few branches.This option is working fine. Users from branches who are assigned to the catalog can view the courses.However, users who are not assigned can also view the catalog block with a message saying, “Whoops, there's nothing here.”Is there any option to completely hide the catalog from the users who are not assigned to it?  

Is it possible to hide the “Page Info Boxes for User” ? on user pages with CSS.  If so, can you please share what that CSS code would be.  Thank you. 

I have scoured the community posts and cannot find anything that exactly addresses the challenges we are facing with our Docebo configuration. (This is the closest convo I can find and there aren’t viable solutions). We are relatively new to Docebo but have a decent understanding of how the different pieces and parts work. Here is our situation:We have internal and external audiences, i.e., our own employees and customers. Everyone has a login, and based on their group, they see certain content. There is overlapping content, i.e., employees can see everything but customer cannot see the employee training content. What is the best way to handle archiving enrollments for users enrolled in a compliance learning plan that needs to be taken annually? The bulk archiving option is great when users aren’t enrolled in a learning plan but we’re finding out it doesn’t work the same to archive and unenroll vs archive and re-enroll (we’ve made some changes to LP structure for 2024). Any tips on how best to navigate this would be most helpful. 

I just noticed that the groups we have setup for automatic enrollments did not update this AM. As a result, none of our new hires from yesterday have received critical new hire training. I checked the attributes of an employee and they should meet the requirements for a group. They weren’t appearing. I did add a period to the description and saved/refreshed it; only then did she appear in the group. Looks like our groups are outdated as of yesterday, Sunday, February 16, 2025.I suspect there is something bigger going on with groups between what DKlinger is experiencing on another thread with group updates and my team.

Hello Community,  I am curious to see how xAPI is working for those who use it vs SCORM. We are considering exploring it, but I wanted to learn from others experience in this space. Do we need a LRS along with Docebo to make the most use of it? How does the in house reporting compare to SCORM? Thanks! 

I need to send out an email 60 and 64 days after a learning plan has been completed… but the notification trigger only allows ‘at the time of event’ - anyone got an workarounds that isn’t once the learner has completed the last course in the learning plan?Learning plan is 14 courses, it is not locked.

Hello Everyone, We will soon be implementing Docebo for Microsoft Teams.  We would like to, for the time being, disable the Chat tab so that learners do not see it.  We are having trouble getting any support around whether this is possible or not.  Our own IT says this would fall to Docebo, but we haven’t received an answer from them as of yet.  So I thought I’d ask here to see if anyone had successfully disable the Chat tab in Docebo for Teams.   Thank you very much in advance.Mike

Hello!  My company is looking to optimize Docebo, and the amount of work we’d like to complete will require more than just me (as the sole LMS admin).Does anyone have recommendations for reputable contractors to help with Docebo work?  Our Docebo implementation was outsourced to a third-party contractor and it did not go well, so we are hesitant to choose just any contracting company.  I appreciate any advice and recommendations y’all can share.  :)  

We want to track course usages not just based on the status e.g. enrolled, in progress, or completed, but also where a user comes back to a course or module again after completing it.Does anyone have experience in this?

I am curious if anyone else has experienced an issue where users cannot scroll down to see all the test answers to review when they have taken a test.  There isn’t a scroll bar on the side and I don’t see an option to adjust.   

I need to create an integration from Docebo to Snowflake to integrate some course data. how do i do that? is there a connector like outlook for snowflake as well that I can use? Please any help would be required 

We use email notifications extensively. Creating a single row table with 2 columns is simple enough. If I place an image in the left column by itself, I want it to align to the top of the cell. However, it aligns to the vertical middle. This creates an odd result when the right column contains a lot of text. I do not see Top Align as an option anywhere.

Is there a way to issue a downloadable Certificate if the course is completed in Docebo, but graded manually? So, we cannot link it to the course directly.

Can anyone advise on the best way to create a report which shows me all future ILT sessions, how many people are enrolled, how many spaces are available (if not full), and how many people are on the waiting list (if it is full). I have managed to create a report that shows me all future enrolments on session but I'm not interested in the names of the people who are booked on (as it puts each booking on a separate row.  Ideally i would just have one row per session, and the numbers. e.g. I know i could do this manually but ideally having something like this scheduled weekly would be amazing.  any thoughts?

Hi i wonder if anyone could help me.We have reset a learning plan certification as it was about to expire.When we access courses with SCORM files, they initially display as 'not started.' However, when you click on the SCORM file to load the training, it shows as complete with the completion score from the last time it was completed.Has anyone come across this and know how to reset the Scorm file?Thanks :)
