Hi - Enabling Focus Mode turns it on by default for ALL existing courses (that was the experience when I turned it on in Sandbox). When it goes live we would like to use it for some courses at first. Will there be a way to turn the feature on, but NOT auto-enable it universally for all existing courses in our prod environment? Thanks you.

Hi! We are wanting to revamp our public catalog course pages by adding videos to the page to highlight what the courses are about. Has anyone had any luck with this before? These videos would need to be accessible to anyone viewing the public catalog course page without logging into the lms.

Hi All,We have been recluctant to introduce the new course player, because our users don’t like change. Now that the use of it is ineviteble, we are doing testing and I am finding the waiting list for ILT course sessions to be confusing to look at from the enrolled course screen. It seems to simply tell you that you are on a waiting list, but not say what session you are on the waiting list for. Does anyone have any customizations or insights into how they make this work for their users?

Does anyone have a workaround for marking a course complete even if a user fails the test within the course?We have an assessment where learners intentionally only get one attempt so we can analyze which questions they get wrong and look for trends to inform our training for next year. However, I can’t for the life of me figure out how to get the course to mark complete even if they fail the test. I tried adding an HTML page or Slide Converter PDF page after the test and making that the End Object Marker, but that only works if sequential navigation is off and learners don’t click to open that slide first. I don’t think they will, but still wanted to see if there’s another way to get the course to mark complete?I know in the future we could build the test in a Scorm 2004 and try to pull the data that way, but we don’t have the time for that with this current project.I find it ridiculous that Docebo doesn’t have a feature for this, I don’t want the course

We have what we think might be a unique situation with the RSVP recipe of the Outlook Connector.  The connector is actually doing exactly what it should do but the way Outlook seems to be working might be causing it to not pick up when someone accepts an invite.Context:We have a partner program that requires the person trying to be certified to undergo a live, virtual session with an assessor to test their skills and knowledge.  We schedule these in our LMS and send them invites via the Outlook Connector.  These partners are often working as contractors for other organizations that cannot afford the full time headcount to hire someone directly.  This means that the partner has two email addresses:  one for their permanent company and one for the company they are contracting with.  We typically don’t know where these people are working so we are usually unaware of the second email address.The user enrolls in the training using their perman

Does anyone have good instructions on how to build a connector between Domo and Docebo?

Is there no option to mark participant no shows as “not attended” rather than unenrolling them? Most LMS systems I’ve used keep this data and it is valuable for historical look backs.

Wanted to put the call out to the community to see if anyone else was using third party companies for on-demand labs?Use Case: We are a software company, and we would like to host sandbox versions of our products, and allow our learners to access these sandbox areas so they can practice with our products.  Ideally, these would be labs that can be accessed from an e-learning course, so that there is no manual set up of a lab for each individual learner.Has anyone successfully accomplished this? We have been looking at Ready tech and Strigo, but if there are other providers out there that you have all had success with, I would love to hear about it!

Good day Community,Somewhat of a spin-off from this post - my organization is looking to roll out a new learning pathway, and we’re trying to estimate usage while being conscientious of the amount of licenses we’re allowed.  Understanding that Docebo counts an “active” user as someone who is activated in the platform and has accessed at least one course or training material, do any of you know whether enrolling someone into a learning plan acts as the equivalent of that? Would a learner accessing the learning plan (but not necessarily touching the courses or course content within it) account for one of those “active” user instances?Many thanks for any insight you might be able to provide.

Is there any way to configure the course player individually on a course to:Automatically collapse the syllabus Expand view to maximize screen realestateI am embedding product walkthroughs as an HTML iframe and having both these actions makes the experience much better. 

Has anyone noticed that when in Focus Mode (in sandbox), the order of the widgets is changed a well as the behaviour. Without focus mode, it looks like this: With Focus Mode ON, it looks like this...notice the Content Partner moves to the end (which I prefer) and the Course Details is removed; not sure why + the Course description widget is now named “Course Information” this can be confusing if you use different settings on various courses.Is this known or bug? Anyone else see the same results?As well, when IN Focus mode, when you click on a widget, it opens an overlay from the bottom of the page and covers the content, however when NOT in Focus Mode, the content window stays in place and the user is brought to bookmarked space below the content window.

Is it possible to have a generalized calendar on a homepage of all ILT courses vs just enrolled courses?

We want “Session Link” instead of Course Link in the calendar attachment.When the learner attends multiple sessions within one ILT course, clicking the course link may confuse them as they’ll always go to the earliest session.Is there any way we can edit the message with shortcodes inside the calendar attachment?

We’re excited about the new course player and want to ensure our learners have a great user experience. I have two questions:We’ve noticed that background images we previously uploaded for each course are no longer displayed in the new course player. For the header image, the repository is empty and we see that there are options to upload a system-wide or extended enterprise header image, as well as individual course images. Is there an option to use either the background images or the thumbnails for this?This would save us significant time and effort.  

This is re: Team Members. Can a manager field have multiple values? (For example, if I need to create a user who reports to both Cookie Monster and Elmo.)It doesn’t seem like it’s possible to do this, but I wondered if maybe I’m just using the wrong separator?Thank you very much for your help.

I have someone that completed a course as a learner and now needs access to the same course as an instructor. Is there a way to do that while preserving their completion data as a learner?

Hello everyone! I am using this endpoint: /learn/v1/lo/batch to batch import learning objects into courses. Is it possible to also update learning objects, either through that endpoint or another? When I try to update them via the endpoint mentioned above, I get this error:Provided Training Material name {name} already exists in course with ID {id} Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

One of my colleagues has created a survey using the Docebo tools and would like to know how to create a report to download the results.  I haven’t yet explored this area and wondered if anyone else has any experience in this and could point us to the appropriate information/articles/help topics.Thanks so much for your help!Sean

We noticed that learners can retake a learning plan once this is finished. There are also individual buttons for each courses. Although we are looking for such a function on the system, we fear that our users might get confused. If I understand it correctly, the button will reset the learning objects, but not the course nor the learning plan. They remain as “completed”, but the course progress is set at 0%. This has already caused confusion in the past when users restarted a course with a newer version. 🙃Is there a way to hide the retake button without impacting the start button of the course? Or is there a setting where we can let users access the courses without resetting their progress on learning objects? 🤔Any suggestions are welcomed! 😀

Hello!We have purchased the Content Marketplace premium plan. Is it possible to make this library of 65k+ courses searchable by our end users who are using our Docebo platform from Content Classic? We would like them to be able to search whatever course they like and take it as a “library” offering. Everything I’m seeing talks about how superadmins access it, but I want it for our end users as a searchable library of courses.I’ve been looking into this and have had a surprisingly tough time with it.I see that there’s a catalog labeled “Docebo Content Classic” - I gave access to the Root branch but I can’t seem to add it to a catalog widget on a page.Thank you for help in advance!

I was working on a Make.com workflow to mass delete a particular learning object from all of our courses and ran into a problem with not being able to find an appropriate API endpoint.  Our learning objects are not in the CLOR, and if you try to simulate an admin user (in the UI) making an HTTP GET with an automation solution like Make.com, you run into a problem with that call returning some YES/NO buttons you can’t click (the URL in question is https://www.YOURPLATFORM.com/lms/index.php?r=player/training/axDeleteLo ).So, not wanting to be defeated by a simple button I can’t push without an RPA tool, I found a workaround to share with the community.  It overcomes the lack of an API endpoint for d

Hi Everyone, We received a report of users who were able to access a course and load it properly now being stuck with this screen when accessing the course. We have tried clearing cache/cookies, switching browsers, restarting the workstation and still have been unable to fix this error. Has anyone successfully gotten the course to fully load? We’ve submitted a ticket with Docebo but it’s looking like we may have to fully reset the course for this user and generate a report with their progress as of today to provide records of completion in the event of an audit.    Thank You!
