Hi, Hoping someone can help - Our IT team are working on it but trying all avenues.  Last night in the overnight sync with our HR system, there was a mass unenrollment where everyone was unenrolled from training sessions - they weren’t unenrolled from the course shell, but they were unenrolled from date they’d been booked onto. Anyone any ideas? I’ve got back through the audit trial and can only see the actions performed by the overnight sync, i can’t find what triggered it to do it… Any ideas/things for me to check?ThanksCharlie

Hello!  Outside of adding a Test, Observation Checklist, or Survey to be completed at the end of a Course, are there any other options for a user to select that they “have read and understood the Course content”?  So far, I have not been able to locate other (simpler) options.Thank you!  

When an employee is absent on long term-sick, what is the best way to stop chaser notifications that we have set-up for all e-learning courses?

Is there a place where you can see which groups a user is in? Look through Knowledge and browsed around my platform and I don’t see anything.Use case… I have a user who is getting the wrong menu and seeing wrong home page so I’d like to see what groups she’s in to better see where this error is originating.

I was given this as a requirement:Enforce sequencing 1,2,3,5 Module 4 does not need to be taken in order like the other modules. My own logic/requirement is that a person must complete a module before attempting a certification module. All modules must be completedDoing a sanity check - no end marker = ALL are mandatory regardless of orderSo I am just making sure - I dont want to have any module to become optional because that is not the spec. The prereqs should drive a person to complete things in a sequence for a most part…and even though there is a little jump - all modules have equal weight and must be completed with no end marker activated….right???

Got some animations to work via html widgets and gifs. Gifs are limited to 1 loop, so they only play once. Currently have it on our Superadmin dashboard, and thought I’d share  My screen recorder didn’t capture the frames as high as they actually are, but you get the point!

Hi folks,I have managed to use LTI to add a course from another LMS so users on my LMS can do their course, but can I do the same back out to another LMS via LTI?I have not found a way to do this or any knowledgebase article suggesting it is possible.Any help appreciated.

Hi, I have just realised that users are being automatically disenrolled from ILT sessions, and I have no idea why!  I checked the background jobs and there is one called “Delete user session enrollments” happening on a regular basis, but it’s started by MHR, not me.  Does anyone know why this is happening?

It would be great to have the Automatic unenrollment setting on a platform level instead of individual course level. We would like to have all deactivated users unenrolled from all ongoing and future ILT sessions. 

Hi all!  Occasionally, I will have a customer reach out to my team wanting to purchase a group of classes for other people, whether it be their students, their employees, etc.  I’ve been researching the best way to make this happen, and I think it might be Subscription Codes. However, I’m a little stuck on how to charge for this.Essentially, I would like the workflow to be:User reaches out to my team and provides the list of classes that they would like to purchase as well as a quantity. Administrator creates a subscription code set of the classes and generates the needed quantity of codes. User submits payment for the classes, which should be equal to the sum total of each individual class’s cost multiplied by the number of codes they are purchasing. Administrator confirms payment has been received and sends subscription codes to user. User distributes codes to their learners and learners self-enroll in the classes.

How do you manage archiving users and their learning records via the offboarding process. I am only seeing information on archiving enrollments. I can set up an archive branch, though are those users still "active' in that branch? Curious how others have been managing this. 

Getting harder and harder to ignore output from things like this.At the very least it can inspire lost stakeholders on where to go.

I have recently created what I hope to be a temporary group to do a bulk enrollment for a specific course. Does anyone know if anything happens to the original enrollments into the course if I delete the associated group after enrolling users?

Hello everyone! New customer here, trying to get a subscription-based learning platform up and running. I've been testing the subscription transaction process, and found that the buyer is automatically redirected to the "My Courses" built-in page right after they complete their purchase. However, this isn't a page I'm using for anything on my platform, and it isn't on any of my menus. Aside from that, I find it to be an odd choice for a post-transaction landing page...if the user just subscribed, then they won't actually have any courses they are enrolled in to display here! So, after a customer buys their subscription, it seems like it will always show the "whoops, nothing here" graphic, no matter what.Is there any way to adjust this, to direct to either a widget page, or at least to a page which might have content on it? Hi everyone, this question is intended for those of you who have users who login with a username and password (non-SSO).With the November 2020 release, there was a “security” enhancement that removed the ability to add a personalized link in the "User has been created (by administrator)" email to allow users to set a password for the first time. As a result, the new user activation flow is very complicated and confusing unlike any other technology I’ve used. Here’s the 6-step process:User is created. User receives "User has been created (by administrator)" email with a link to Reset password. User clicks link to go to the Reset password page. User enters their email address to get a password reset email. User receives password reset email and clicks the personalized link to reset password. I want to change the “Please confirm your registration request” email that asks users to verify their email address. I thought setting up a “User email address must be verified” notification would overwrite that, but I still get the same registration request email.I tried notifications, advanced settings and a couple more places but can’t find the origin of that verification email. As a last resort I could change it in the Localization Tool, but I’d rather avoid that.Can someone point me to the right place, please?

I’m testing enrollment validity periods with learning plans in an effort to use the Learning plan enrollment expiring notification. I’m trying to set the validity end date as far out as possible. I want it to be years away. On August 1, I set the validity period to 8,000 days for a learning plan. On August 5, I discovered the learner I enrolled on August 1 had their validity end date set to 12/31/2037, which is 4,900 days. Today, I have tried various things and every enrollment end date ends up being set to 12/31/2037, which is 4,896 days from August 5. It will not exceed this date. It appears 12/31/2037 is the farthest date I can use for a validity end date. Does anyone know when validity end dates can be set beyond 12/31/2037?Here’s more details in case anyone has another idea that will achieve what I want.We enroll new employees in a learning plan on their first day. Good Day Community,I'll caveat this by recognizing that the learning plan reports aren't the most ideal, however I'm wondering if anyone has experimented and had issues with reports after the new learning plan functionality went live. I have a learning plan with 6 courses - 4 are required, 2 are optional. I've completed the 4 required courses and only partially completed the optional courses. My learning plan status, as a learner, shows Completed.I've created a custom report, type: Users - Learning Plans. It has the one learning plan as the custom selection, my enrollment status filters are completed, in progress, and not started. My report fields are username, completion date, and completion percentage. When I run the report, for my entry as a learner, I'm not showing a completion date, and my completion percentage is showing as 16.66667. Has anyone noticed any oddness in completion percentage for learning plans with optional courses, and if so, do you h

Hi~ Other than looking at the course catalog section as a superadmin to see what courses are included in a catalog, is there anyway to run a report to get/download this data in Excel? Thank you

 The current New Course notification is only meant for Power Users/ Superadmins. And the New Training Material added notification send out a notification for each learning asset that’s added to the course. Both these options do not work in our case. Is there a way to notify users when new courses are launched in the LMS?

Hi.  I’m trying to disable the hyperlink on a catalog name on a custom page using the catalog widget.  We’ve curated the page to display only learning plans, but because the catalog name is a hyperlink, it takes them to the standard catalog page and displays both courses and learning plans.  I need both assigned to the catalog for diplay on other pages.Any guidance is highly appreciated! ThanksLynda

Looking for solution/idea to expose public catalogue to external website , if any course gets created/added/removed from catalogue it should reflect in website. Is there any way to handle such scenario in Docebo? like Docebo flow, I frame.  in website i wanted to show course overview , course description and upcoming session .
