Hello,We’re working on a test for users that is a practical application of the lessons they’ve learned in the course in our SAAS platform. All answers will be text entry because the ‘test’ is really their interpretation of the reports they run. Is there a way to designate that ANY answer provided to a question is a correct answer? Can’t seem to find documentation in community -- any advice will help!

Hi all,Does anyone have experience with integrating Docebo with Survey Monkey or Qualtrics?Our team is new to Docebo and we were told that some of the survey features we’re using in our current LMS are not available in Docebo’s out of the box survey tool. For example, we use conditional branching in our survey questions as well as use of unique IDs (generated by the system) to compare learner responses in pre-course surveys with post-course surveys.

Why epyament notification for a user from a different branch is reaching power users from another branch? Is it because the testing is being done by a Super admin himself?

Is there a way to bulk upload Youtube videos to the central repository?E.g., via api or some other automation?The problem is that we have many videos. In the optimal case, we would be able to upload regular videos (instead of just youtube videos) and other content too in an automated way.Right now, the upload is extremely bothersome for a tool whose goal is to automate things. I have to go through the folder structure in the central repository, create the element, then the system jumps back and I have to go through the entire folder structure again.  Is there a way to do this? Or do you have other tips how we can do this more efficiently? Thank you very much!

Is there anybody with experience in the integration of SendGrid API with Docebo? 

We are looking for a way for a supervisor to see what outstanding courses their direct reports have. We added the My Teams Activities to the supervisors home page, however it is showing that all courses are up to date, when they are not. Looking for a way for a supervisor to be able to see what courses are outstanding for their team.  Thanks!

HiHave anyone else’s custom reports stopped working this morning?Nearly all of our scheduled reports have failed to send and we are unable to manually export.The New Reports page states “An error has occurred and your data may not be current.Your data was last updated on 7/04/2024 7:00:00 (GMT +01:00).”.I’ve logged this with our third party provider but just wanted to check if it was an isolated issue or not?Nicola.

One of my favorite Docebo features is how when you start to type a user’s name or course title into a search or report dashboard field and it pre-populates up to 10 values for you to select from. That being said, I’m wondering the logic behind this functionality, as the list doesn’t always include the existing record I’m looking for. This is more specific to user’s name as obviously there’s a lot of them. More unique names aren’t an issue. I’m curious of the criteria or algorithm the system uses to create the list.I have examples of searching for first name finding the record and not, as well as, searching for last name finding the record or not. In some instances neither find the record. I have to enter the User ID to find the record.Issue: Our power users will not always know the User ID to search. I’m afraid they’ll sometimes run into issues and not quickly find the user information they’re looking for.Unfortunately I can’t prov

What permissions do you grant them?

Hello,We are currently using the gamification app to run contests in our platform. Since the contest functionality is so limited, we’ve pretty much been stuck with the “complete the highest number of courses” option. However, does anyone know how the winners are ranked? For example, if we have a catalog of 10 courses and 10 employees complete all 10 courses, how does Docebo decide who is ranked #1, #2, #3? Is it based on who completed the 10 courses in the fastest time?

Hello everyone, My organization is currently onboarding Docebo as our very first cohesive Learning Management System. Currently we are trying to understand use cases for applying course additional fields.  If you and your organization are using course and/or session additional fields, can you please share which ones you use, and how and why they improve the user experience?

We are using CE Unlimited for our healthcare content, and we aren’t able to pull their content into Docebo via AICC. Instead, we created courses with an HTML page that provides a link to the course. The learner clicks on the course link and is taken to the CE Unlimited course. We have a lot of learners who are skipping the step to click the link. When they come back to the course, they see that the lesson says it has been completed, and then they submit a ticket asking why the course shows as outstanding.Is anyone else setting up courses this way, or is there a better way to direct people to content that will force them to click on a URL? I’m currently adding more language to the HTML page and a note on the Attestation Statement noting how to access the course material, but I’m wondering if there is a better way.

Good Morning!My organization is currently implementing Docebo Learn and we are trying to work with the UI/UX to create some custom catalog pages.  Specifically, we have a page on which we’ll have buttons for access to titles by category (image #1). The challenge comes in whether we can create the effect of the white back drop and course listing appear when clicking on one of the topic buttons (image #1).Since we are so new to the application I was hoping there was an expert here who could share whether they think we can make this work and how we might approach it.  I have two excellent designers who code in HTML/CSS but we didn’t want to go too far down the rabbit hole if this simply isn’t functionality that could be supported.Would anyone be able to share their thoughts on if this is something we can get working in our portal?Thank you so much!Michelle

Why This Post?It seems the flip tile has made a resurgence in popularity of late and having been asked about how to rotate something and defaulting to the Z-axis which was not the desired effect but rather to rotate along the Y-axis - I decided to spend a little time playing with this and offer some code.Also because a common question I have seen is how to get the code from the Docebo Inspire session a couple years ago. My hope is that this post will help make the process of implementing some flip tiles in your platforms a little bit easier by finding it here directly without downloading and digging it out of another document.Lets start with the end result of my playing around. I made four tiles that were slightly different.**NOTE**These are tiles which are all placed inside of an HTML/WYSIWYG widget.These are not widgets themselves that are flipping.

There is a new law in place that requires us to assign a course to all staff working in California. That enrollment rule was easy to set up, but I also need to assign the course to the Regional Portfolio Leader and Regional Vice President of anyone who works in California. The RPL is the direct supervisor for some of the staff, but may be 2-3 levels above them in other cases. The RVP is the direct supervisor for the RPL. The complication is that the RPL and RVP are not based out of California, and because they oversee so many sites, they are all assigned to our main branch, so I can’t assign it based on Branch, Location, or State Working in (fields we added). Does anyone know if there is a way to create a group based off of if they manage a property? The portfolios get shuffled around often, so I’m worried they will change who oversees the California sites and and we won’t know that someone new needs to be assigned the content. I’m tempted to just add all of them to th

We have set up our own company aligned skills in our platform and have unpublished the Docebo skills and all other skills that we want to hide for our learners. We have also turned off AI skills suggestions. While skills seems to be working properly for our admin accounts, our learners are able to see skills that are unpublished and additional skills that do not appear on our skills management at all (for example “Ajax” in the picture below). We are hoping someone can help us solve what is going on? Was curious if any of you are doing this today. Pulling excel reports is getting tedious. I don’t think even the API will be great long term, but it has to be a better temporary alternative. API connection directly to PWBI to display the tables we need would be a much improved administrative experience.

When we originally set up our provisioning service (using API), we configured it so we enrolled users in individual courses. We’d like to move to enrolling users in Learning Plans instead, but for recurring users the expiration dates on courses are not updated if they are enrolled in a Learning Plan. So now I’m stuck using course codes but I really need the flexibility of enrolling in learning plans. Anyone else make this mistake originally? If so, what did you do to work through it? 

Hi, when filling out an address in the cart in our docebo sandbox, the “save” button is not functioning.  It appears to not fire the click event.  Can you fix this?  

I’m trying a POST request to the /manage/v1/user/batch endpoint and hit a roadblock. The option/branch_option key requires a value but I don’t know what values are allowed or what they do.In fact, 3 of the options related to branches are a bit unclear. Where are these documented? "options": { "destination_branch": "string", "branch_option": "string", "force_create_branches": true, "user_destination_branch_action": "add", }I don’t know what branch_option, destination_branch, or user_destination_branch_action do.I gather that force_create_branches means that if I provide a branch that doesn’t exist, the system will create it. I am trying to dig deeper in ILT sessions: How do you indicate passed or failed when scoring an ILT session? Currently completed, unenroll and suspend are the options. Can we add additional fields for pass/fail and add it to this area. How do you set up session notifications for the instructors so they are notified when someone registers for an ILT session.  When I add a user to a session and then go to Enrollments & Evaluations, it shows the enrollment status, "Waiting User". Is there a notification that goes out to the stores for them to approve the session or should I not worry about that and just turn it to "Enrolled" right away? If there is a cut-off time setup for sign-ups, i.e. you cannot sign up 36 hour before session how do I manage this? If the person is a no-show, I put them as "Absent", what
