Hello - Super Excited about the new evaluation designer that was called DLI - Docebo Learning Impact. We have 40 courses that all use the same DLI Survey. Now with the new evaluation designer, we want to change the evaluation on 10 of those courses to a new survey. Has anyone changed surveys on an existing course? Are there any “gotchas”  Our use case is full existing survey with questions about hands-on lab environments and a new survey for those 1-hour webinars that do not include hands-on labs. For the 10 that are webinars, we want to change from “Full survey” to “Webinar survey”    Has anyone done something similar yet?  Will this cause issues?

Question- if we have a course set up to retrain in 2 years, how early does the course appear in the task widget under certifications to renew with the renew button? We have been testing this feature but with courses renewing in under 10 days so we can see how it works. My hope is it would not appear there until like 30 days in advance or something.

Is anyone using SCORM files with Tests? Does the reporting give you user data,  question & answer + final core data? 

We are using iframe with Google Forms into an E-learning course for a skills assessment and there are multiple forms to fill out. This gives the user more flexibility to go back in and out to complete each section but unless they click on this SUBMIT button at the bottom of the form. Unfortunately, once they open up each section, there’s a notification from Docebo in the platform that says they’ve completed the section successfully - and that’s not messaging we want them to see. Is there a way to turn that off? 

Hello,I’m a super admin and new to the Docebo platform. I am trying to run custom reports for our monthly ILT session using the Sessions Statistics report type. But I noticed that once the session ends, the number of “Users Completed Session” is removed from the number of “Users Enrolled Session” - > is there a way around to keep the numbers under “Users Enrolled session” to showcase the actual event level enrollments for that month? The attendance is automatically marked present if the attendees join the session. Thanks for any guidance!

I need to run a report on how many people are in each Group I’ve created. Also would be good to see who was in each group.Any ideas?

Hello There, Recently i set up a notification for Certification Has Expired event to send out an email notification 30 days before a certificate expires. I hit a roadblock because we are managing a few certifications within the company and some certification has a validity of 2 years and some don’t. The issue is the 30 days notification automatically applies to all certifications but i only want to set up email notification for 1 certification and not 5 of them. Other users who have existing active certification receives the same email content but the email content is not referring to their active certification at all! I have checked with Docebo support and according to the support team, it is a bug. i am surprised.  Any recommendations?  regards,Will.   

Hi there!  I’m really struggling to figure out how to display a set of courses that are mandatory for a user to complete.  We can assign the days of validity or end date with a soft deadline but it doesn’t stick out, and there doesn’t seem to be a way to differentiate between those courses that are required of them, and courses that they self-enroll in to complete at their own leisure.   The Pages tasks widget - “display upcoming deadlines” only displays deadlines for courses due dates that are in the future (not overdue), and then when there isn’t something in the future, it tells the user they’re all good, when they actually have courses past due, sitting under Not Started or In Progress.   The Pages channels and catalog widgets does not allow a display that filters out courses that are already completed.   What do you do to differentiate for a user, their mandated/required/mandatory or assigned training from self-paced self-enrolle

We have a channel that is visible to only 1 user group. The channel widget is on our default home page, but the users who don’t have visibility to the channel are seeing a “whoops nothing to see here” error. I’ve scanned through channel related articles, but any recommendations? I think my best option is to create additional pages, but I want to keep that structure as clean/efficient as possible. 

We use “wrapper courses” for our content. Meaning, its one scorm package and when the user launches the course they select their preferred language. However, the course title and description field are not able to be localized like widgets are via this little icon:Have any of you ran into this issue?What do you put for the title and description if it only supports one language?

What are the restrictions and limitations for linked content on Channels?  For example, adding an external link to YouTube or Vimeo allows the Learner to watch the video within Docebo, however, posting a link to a video from LinkedIn, redirects the Learner out of Docebo and onto a new tab. I would like to add links to online learning “games”, but want the learner to stay on the tiles page so they can easily add comments and ask questions.

I was wondering if anyone knows if you can add more detail to the leaderboards (design, store information, ownership groups, etc) If so can you direct me in the right direction to do this? Thank you!

Hi Docebo Community, I am preparing to set up a multi-tenant use case with approx. 200-500 domains, one for each provider. In addition, I would like to be able to share content across the domains while keeping them in one higher arching domain where I can update and version when updates are needed. This will be a large undertaking and I would like to set it up properly. Would you please advise if you have an understanding of how this can be done? Thank you!Michelle 

Is anyone having issues with scheduled reports not sending to distribution list?

I wanted to share what we experienced archiving enrollments for our retired courses.  We logged a ticket which was helpful but we received an error and finally I figured out a solution.  Since you can only archive up to 10,000 at a time and the select all wasn’t working, I did a filter by for ENROLL and then I selected all and unenrolled them.  Then I filtered on IN PROGRESS and COMPLETE and then archived. I’ve had no issues going this route.  Only thing to remember it’s a background job so it’s not instant like unenrolling.  I just truly wanted to share in case someone is having the same issue we were experiencing!

We have many videos that we want to make available to our users outside the context of a course. We have Discover, Coach, and Share but have not yet started using it. For security reasons we cannot upload our videos to the platform but instead have a locally hosted platform, we can create html pages with iframes to embed the videos which users on site or on VPN can access. So far we’ve used these videos in courses but want to make them available to users outside the context of a course. Channels sounds like they could be a good fit but so far my read on the docs is that assets are user-uploaded content, in this case its not users and its not uploaded, we want to create content for channels that is similar to html pages in a course where we can iframe in content. Is that possible, any other suggestions? Thanks! 

Good afternoon folks - I was getting ready to pack in a file that I was formatting to move course completions into the system and I noticed something:We are moving in enrollment start date as a data point and I am noticing that a few of those dates are  after a completion date. Even though that may not make sense in Docebo, it is historical data from another system - so I want to keep the audit intact and not adjust the records if I dont need to.--------------What I found out after talking to Burt McCollum from Eskillz  >“If using the batch import enrollments API endpoint, the enrollment date  and completion date are not related. So yes, the completion date could be 2004-01-01 and the enrollment date could be 2004-07-26.”I figure share it with the world - thank you ESkillz from saving me from a meltdown on a beautiful afternoon up on the East Coast of the US. 

Morning community - I feel like I crashed into a newer behavior….when doing a typical user export (right from users), it took about 3 times as longer as it usually takes to run one this morning.I believe the file was just sent to our downloads folder pretty instantaneously.Today - I was sent along a proper download link.Am I cray cray? Am I remembering this wrong? Is this happening with others?Is this happening because our instance is loaded down????? 

Howdy folks as I have done my cycles with different learning systems, the Certificate tool is one that has always allowed for creativity. Beyond always needing a little bit of love whenever an org rebrands, it really allows for flexibility based on the customer requirements. And if you have the metadata stored? Then you were in business.In certain situations, we have used the certificate to help drive business elsewhere, so we generated essentially a “letter of completion” - giving a person further instructions on what to do next in the process.This was helpful when using the system for basic assessments and folks needed to complete a skill related portion of a training in front of a mentor/observer.It always gets interesting with longer than expected names, but there are ways to work with that in HTML. Dear Docebo team. New user here. I would like to know if it is possible to prevent the user from downloading a video file. It was uploaded from a mp4 file but the users are not allowed to distribute it externally, so we decided to not allow them to download the video. However, we are not able to find where that option is within the platform. They still should watch the video through the browser but not download it on their personal devices. Thanks!

Hello! We have a course set up for Certification & Retraining that is coming up for renewal soon. I have made some minor updates to the training material (SCORM 2004), which I’m hoping to upload through the Central Repository without impacting the course. However, I need to know what, if any, impact this will have on the Certification & Retraining process and whether I should update it by Overwriting the content or by Versioning the content? Which will have less impact on the users and guarantee that the course records will be archived, and the course set to Renew on the appropriate dates.I’ve read the following articles: Managing the Certification and Retraining App, Managing the Central Repository, and Uploading and Managing SCORM as Training Material, but I do not see anything that would answer my questions.
