Hi there everyone, hope you are well :).I am new to docebo so I am still learning all of its wonderful features. But I do have 1 question. On Sandbox (which I still need to get it refreshed) Whenever I have a folder on a course, this folder is easily identified in the front end by having a circle in the folder itself. However, in production, this is missing and am I right in believing, I would need to use CSS to have this in production? Here is a screenshot from Sandbox environment. Thank you so much in advance.

I’m creating a specific campaign for this year, and I’d love to use Docebo’s gamification and badging feature. We’ve used it successfully for many other things, but never quite like this. For marketing reasons I want a way to show the badges someone has earned within this specific collection, and I can’t figure out how to make the gamification widget do that. No matter what settings I choose the widget shows the user every badge they have earned instead of just the ones in this collection.Does anyone have a way to filter at the widget level instead of at the collection level? I don’t want to hide their other badges complete, just on this page.Creative suggestions are welcome. I am familiar with CSS and other web markup languages.

Hi. I would like to be able to get a list of reports along with the email addresses that are receiving scheduled reports. Is there any way to do this?

I uploaded a E-learning, and the settings for the course are all correct - Like the course is visible in both external and internal catalogues, self - enrolments are available, still the course doesnt appear when searched. Please help.

HiI have multiple courses that users may need to enrol into outside of a Learning Plan for which they get paid.  To avoid users enrolling into anything (and therefore receive payment for completing) I have set the course enrollment policy to self-enrollment are available (users will know if they need to complete the training based on individual needs), pending admin approval.Superadmins who can approve need validation that the training is actually required to complete.  We want to avoid having Direct Managers of these users approve the training for equity purposes across our org.  Apart from sending an email to training confirming (extra admin we are trying to avoid for specific employees) is there a way to complete this task within the LMS; a report function of users sitting on a waiting list for example, another alternative?

HiCurrently, we have all users on varying Learning Plans (LPs). If a course is not on a user’s LP, they should not be completing it. If I set all courses to self-enrollment and make them available using the course enrollment policy pending admin approval, will the course still be open to complete without admin approval if it sits on an LP?

Hi all,I need users to access online training through an external website.  They need to register with the site, receive an email from this site which then enables users to click on the link provided to complete training.Currently I have set up a course shell, added training material as a video which explains how to register and enrol - there is no way therefore of tracking enrolment and completion of the training (not compliance related so not essential)Is there an alternative easier way users could access this by using LTI  or HTML page in the training material?  Very new to all this tech talk. Thanks

Anyone know when the GoLearn app will have the Certification tab added to the My Activities?  This is a function many of our workforce require to use the Renew Now option to complete upcoming expired training

Hello - we have several customers who like to enroll their employees into learning plans and they want to have due dates on the enrollments. The only way I can figure how to do that is to enroll the users, and then one by one edit each enrollment to add the due dates. When our customers have to do that for 100 enrollments, they get a little grouchy. Is there a better way?

Hi everyone,I have been at this one issue for hours now and need some help.I have created a widget on the homepage of our LMS that essentially when “clicked” takes a user to a list of courses that I have selected that will enable the user to pick and choose through those selected courses to either develop personally or professionally. When I test the widget, it goes to a list of ALL courses on the platform and not the ones I selected and placed in the category of Development. What am I doing wrong?? Many Thanks!

How do I add additional fields under TUV Rheinland Academy fields section?

Hi~ Thank you for your help.We have several courses that our staff can take that are eligible for CLE credit if completed by X date. Since the courses are our own material, I want to still make them available after the CLE credit expires but without earning a credit. I am not sure how best to do that.-If I remove the CEU credit from the course properties after that expiration date, won’t it remove the CEU from all that have earned it? If so, I don't want to do that because it would remove it from the user’s My activities section.-Should I duplicate the course and make it equivalent but the duplicated course does not have and CEU credits attached?-What are others doing?Thank you! ~Jennifer

I’m trying to figure something out: Can Docebo record and display the question-item level data for each attempt a learner submits from a Storyline SCORM 20024 3rd edition file?We have a branching course where someone may/may not complete all course knowledge checks based on the path they take. In my testing, I’ve completed a few of those knowledge checks more than once, but I’m only seeing the results from the last attempt. Answers Breakdown doesn’t seem to record the previous attempt where I purposely answered some questions incorrectly. If someone does fail, they are able to retry the knowledge check. Is the retry wiping out the previous data? If so, is there a way to force Docebo to capture the first attempt?Anyone else run into this?

The Docebo Inspire conference gave me the opportunity to pick some brains at Docebo and eSkillz.  The result was the inspiration to create the following solution: At our company we have a situation where we need the instructor of one course session to follow the student and be the same instructor for another course session.  While the particulars of our use case may be different from yours, the same basic principles will apply to any “two courses, same instructor for student” scenario. USE CASE SUMMARYAVO Training Institute issues certifications for various combinations of courses, and in most cases it does not matter who the instructor is.  However, for our Infrared Technology courses we have a base course (IR1) that anyone can take, even if they are not interested in becoming IR certified.  For those who want to become IR certified, an Infrared Survey Report (ISR) is required to be submitted within 60 days of the IR1 course completion. Completing the IR1 course earns a student a comp

Hello. Looking at report functions for and want to report on deadlines on courses? Has anyone found a way to look at course completions against the course deadlines and enrollments? Thanks!

Hi there,I add a screenshot of one of our courses. We would like to have the blue icons that show that a step is complete (in red frame), to swith to green once finished. Is it possible to adjust the color of the “Done-Icon” to green? And would anyone one know about an information page in docebo university or so, where we can see all icons in all possible statuses that can occur with it? Thanks in advance and best regardsRoli

Hello, I have noticed the following: Every time I upload a new training file in the repository as a new version and assign it to the courses, my player settings are automatically changed to theater mode, both in the starting and viewing modes. Is there any way to prevent this or configure it globally? My courses are supposed to start inline and be viewed inline as well. Thanks in advance!

Hi folks.I have some issues with the reliability of sending out notifications but it’s difficult to test b/c i have to wait for feedback from my Power Users, which comes from their users, who may or may not communicate notifications they are or are not getting. Is there any way to retroactively view all the notifications sent out from Docebo in the last week, month, 3 months, whatever? I was hoping there’d be something like this in the Audit Trail but I don’t see such a thing. I’m guessing then it’s not possible but if anyone could prove me wrong I’d appreciate it.Regards,Nate

Hi, Material published in the central catalogue looses the "inline" setting in the course if the package (xapi) is updated in the central catalogue. This is not a consistent behaviour. It happens sometimes. When returning to the course after uploading a new version in the central catalogue the course is likely to present the xapi in theatre mode, instead of inline mode, although the setting was “inline mode” before the new version was uploaded. Does anyone recognize this?

Hi, Before the new player was released it was possible to have an iframe in the description of a learning plan. I used it to put a video in the description. But now it seems as Docebo removes the code for the iframe in the html. Does anyone know if there is a workaround for this?

Hey everyone, it’s almost cert renewal time on my end and I wanted to see what others have been doing since Docebo migrated to the new Domain Management tool, which dropped the ability to easily create CSRs if we want to provide our own certs but added the ability to have Docebo manage the cert for us via Let’s Encrypt. I was speaking with Docebo support about this and they were initially suggesting it was easy to just let Docebo handle it nowadays. However, I was looking at the documentation at the same time and shared with them this this warning-like message: I’m guessing support wasn’t aware of that message because after I shared it they agreed that we would probably want to provide our own SSL Cert. I don’t recall seeing that attention/warning message the first time I looked at the documentation, but it was months ago so maybe it was there the whole time. Has anyone with a custom domain used the Docebo managed cert option either as a stop gap or a permanent solution? If so to eithe

We created many (MANY) catalogs in bulk via the API. When you do, it auto sets the SORT BY option to Name A-Z. Typically, you’d want Newest to Oldest. Anyone familar with how to set a list of IDs to that option? Otherwise I’m cursed with navigating the catalog management screen and changing them one by one….From - To -  We used this to create: /api-browser/#!/learn/Catalogue/Catalogue_learn_v1_catalog_batch{  "items": [    {      "code": "string",      "name": "string",      "description": "string"    }  ]}Edit??

Does anyone know if there is a way to make email a required field so that it will trigger “users are prompted to fill in the mandatory fields related to their profile” when a new user first logs in?Back story is users are being created via User Provisioning as part of SAML SSO.  The authenticating source does not require email and so email is missing from some user records.  SSO and Provisioning is working so users are able to access the platform, but without an email they will miss some of the notifications. Thanks!

Hello,I'm working on a project where asset titles and descriptions are often duplicated, meaning the same information appears in both fields. I'm looking for a way to clean this up by removing the duplication, as it's redundant to display the same content twice.Has anyone written code or come across a solution for this? I'd appreciate any guidance or examples. Thanks in advance! Siga

Hello,  I am curious what course settings need to be set if I have a course that has multiple training materials that are in different languages. I only want the learner to have to complete their preferred language (1 of the training materials). What completion settings do I need to update in order to have this function how we’d like?
