Is help chat broken in Learn?

Our customers are interested in creating a learning pathway for their suppliers, and they've inquired about the feasibility of adding users to multiple branches from the outset using CSV bulk registration.Is this possible, and has anyone successfully implemented this method?

Hello everyone,For a mandatory training (e-learning + test) we created a certificate with amongst other fields the:[date_complete]After some struggle, it works fine (thanks to the help desk for that)Now I am ready to launch a second mandatory training with the same certificate. To my amazement the date_complete does not show on the certificate. Even though the test is marked as final element and I took the (published) course as a regular user after discarding previous certificates and previous inscriptions.The other fields shows with both trainings. My uneducated guess is that the certificate is fine, but I fail to see the flaw in the training settings.Grateful for any suggestions.Peter

We want to allow users to follow the same course to renew a certificate linked to a learning plan.The way we thought it should work:archive enrolment on all courses within the LP with the option to archive and re-enrol resetting the learning materials.  user completes materials again. certificate is issued with new dates based on the new completion.This doesn’t work. No certificate is issued after completing the materials again. Does anyone have experience with this? I thought this was why the archive enrollment functionality was introduced.  Many thanks,Aimee 

I’m using groups for required training assignments and want to make sure I don’t miss anyone. After I apply all my goup rules, how can I find any users who are not assigned to any groups? 

At this moment we are managing > 500 Learning plans and we would like to have an Excel export of the full list LPs including the Courses linked to them. This would really help us to manage status and prioritize our maintenance based on number of enrollment for example.Extra bonus would be to include the Catalogue linked to our Learning plans and the training material linked to our Courses. Our structure is always: Catalogue > Learning Plan > Course > Training material.Note: We let the user self-enroll themselves and have a share unless Catatlogue.

Does anyone know how to add/update this placeholder images for recertification and training? The Help Desk seemed to indicate that it wasn’t possible but that seems very odd to me. It’s not based on the course thumbnail, so I’m not sure where else to try? 

We want to users to be able to see the type of purchase they have made but we don’t want to let them edit the field. Is there a way to make a user field visible but not editable? I am sure someone out there has gotten clever!

Working on Federated Search. Want to incorporate Docebo. Looking at your APIs, there is no way to separate Courses from Lessons or From Learning Paths? Any suggestions?  

Hey guys,I would like to know if anyone has any alternative for the following situation:Some people in the company's operational areas do not have a corporate email address, and this is creating a problem with password resets because they do not have a registered email address.Is there any way to send this password to a cell phone number, or any other alternative that I'm not seeing?

Is it possible to to upload courses or learning object  using a massive upload process?

Do we think the future of Playlists would somehow be able to incorporate an entire Learning Plan? I can see in the current design it might not work. But I’m asking how my learners can “bookmark” learning plans, and Playlists seemed like the best functionality. Other than bookmarking the actual URL, any suggestions?

Hi Everyone! Newbie here! My manager is asking me to track the training “assigned” to new customers. The thing is, we “enroll” all customers in a few learning plans to have as a resource. Is there a way to actually assign specific courses that they must complete… so that I can track that? Would really appreciate any help! 

Which user types can schedule out Observation Checklists? Is it Power Users and Super Admins?

Does anyone know of a way to report on number of enrolments for courses in a certain category? I have a selection of courses in around 10 different category’s and I want to run a report to review enrolment/ uptake of each course. I can not see how to do this without having to select each course manually, which is not feasible. Thanks

What are the best practices to know which extra Notifications can be deleted from the system- For e.g. - Deleting those which have no courses/branches allowed etc.- Can you think of more points?

Hi, Does anyone know if it is possible to send reminders based on course progress? For example, When someone has enrolled but not started, say “You were interested in this, why not get started” / if someone is halfway through send a motivational nudge saying “you’re halfway through!”!-->ThanksLucy  

I’m digging into the new Learning Plans page and APIs and was wondering if anyone else is struggling with Docebo not prioritizing “status” as a REAL attribute of a learning plan?  It’s almost like a learning plan isn’t seen as a real building block to future learning (where a completion status is key).We based about 80-90% of our “learning flow” on completion of learning plans. We change dashboards based on learning plan completion (and how they fall into groups). We move people in and out of learning plans routinely when adding new courses, and I need a way to find those who are still ‘incomplete’ so I can update their enrollment into the correct learning planIt’s great to see the completion date column (on the new page), but you can’t sort, can’t filter … and the APIs seem to be the same way. APIs that list enrollments don’t have a enrollment status item.Ideas are getting added 😁Anybody find something new yet?

Are there any risks associated with unpublishing a learning plan? Could this impact reporting or certificate issuance?

 Changing Username from Email Address to Employee Number (unique identifier)When we launched Docebo, we had configured the user accounts to reflect our email address as username. Recently, we discovered that when an employee’s domain changes on their email, Docebo recognizes the new domain as a new user. Since the email is not a true unique identifier of the employee, this was causing duplicates in our system whenever a user would switch companies in our organization. We also realized that whenever a user had a name change, their email address would also change which would also cause the system to create a new user. To correct this, we performed the following steps: Recommendation: use your Sandbox environment for testing. Exported our users from Docebo. Gear icon > Users > Select All > Actions > Export On the flat file, added a column in front of column A. Named this column new username.

Hi all - we are about to embark on a massive user cleanup and I am proactively reaching out to the pros to gather advice on how you have handled this before. We will be deleting inactive users, checking on group assignments, branches, etc but also linking a unique ACCT-XXXX ID to each user so we can better integrate our data collection with the rest of the org. I am interested in downloading a CSV file to assist with this process so I can reupload it as a bulk update. Would this be found in reporting because I do not see it when I go to bulk manage my users?Thanks in advance! 

Hello Docebians!This is me again...Sorry to bother you again… I'm working now on channels...I know I can assign and allow experts to upload content.However, IN THE CHANNELS SECTION is there a way to hide- with CSS- the arrow channel for members, not experts? Here this is what I mean.…  Once you click on the arrow, the menu appears  I want members not to see the arrow there -upload content-.
